WWN - PRETTY AMAZING - 2016.03.25
Welcome to Pretty Amazing! All the titles are on the line tonight, with the main event being Saraya Knight defending her WWN World Championship against Sasha Banks.
AJ preparing Tonga for her match
Backstage, the former WWN World Champion is preparing for her match against Taya. With her is AJ Mendez, who complains loudly about the situation they’re in. AJ says that RD is clearly on thin ice here now. Last iPPV, Tonga main-evented. Now she’s in the opener. Heads will roll, she proclaims. Tonga simply walks past AJ, determined before her match.

Taya vs Tonga Tapa
With two powerful women like this in the ring, it was bound to get ugly. Punches were thrown, kicks were dished out and big suplexes and slams rocked the canvas. Tonga started to work over Taya’s back, both using her club-like forearms and by repeatedly ramming her into the ring apron. Taya’s finisher, the Swinging Side Slam depended on her back being strong enough to hold up the big Tongan for the move. Her tactics succeeded, as Taya collapsed when attempting it later on. Tonga came on the offensive with a big boot, and followed up with a Tongan Drop for the win.

A courtoeus visit
RD is just about to leave his office, when Taeler Hendrix walks in. The vivacious, flirtatious and bodacious Taeler Hendrix walks in. She saunters around RD, asking him if he has made notice of her. Her wins of late, that is. RD says he absolutely has. Taeler looks deep into RD eyes, saying that she would do anything. Anything.. In the ring to have a match on the next iPPV. RD starts to sweat. Taeler sits down in the loveseat, slowly crossing her legs. Taeler says that soon, everyone would feel her kiss. Her kiss of death. And then, the entire WWN locker room would know just how gingerlicious she is. RD wipes sweat from his brow and says he will need to go to see the matches. Taeler pats the cushion next to her, telling RD that they can watch together, here. RD says he really needs to go, and promises Taeler a match next iPPV. Taeler smiles, thanking Evans and grabs his butt on his way out. She says she hopes he doesn’t press sexual harrassment charges against her.

The Beautiful People vs The Roses
These two teams haven’t really settled their score yet. TBP seems more afraid of losing than they want to win, and walked out for the countout loss when they faced each other at My Bloody Valentine. This time, they were more determined, more focused and maybe even more vicious in their attack on the superheroines. White Rose took the brunt off this, as she was isolated in the ring and hit with several double team moves from The Beautiful People. Still, they couldn’t put her away, and finally she managed to tag in Black Rose. The black-clad superhero flew from the turnbuckle, wiping out The Beautiful People and followed up with several dropkicks. Madison and Velvet didn’t seem to be able to find the right (legal) countermeasures. Velvet rolled outside of the ring and found a can of hair spray. An old trick of theirs, but it seems like they have forgotten how to properly apply it. They did spray Black Rose, but right in front of the referee, who promptly disqualified them. White Rose ran out to battle them, but was taken down with the Total Makeover. Rayne covered her as Sky counted the mock pinfall for 3.
The Roses (Black Rose & White Rose) defeated The Beautiful People (Velvet Sky & Madison Rayne) by disqualification in 08:05

Ashley Flair (c) w/Ric Flair vs Jessica Havock for the WWN TV Title
The Flairs walked to the ring with the confident swagger of the “Dirtiest Player in the Game” and “the Queen”. They pranced and wooed, but when the imposing figure of Jessica Havock hit the ring, they scattered. Havock is a powerful woman, but Ashley is both tall, strong and skilled, so it wasn’t easy for Jessica to use her size to full advantage. Flair worked J-Hav’s leg, taking it out from behind and targeting it as often as possible. It slowed Havock down, but not enough to prevent the challenger from hitting the chokeslam. Her leg buckled somewhat, and she took too long to cover. Ric also got himself involved when he distracted the referee from a cover. Jessica grabbed hold of him, and the crowd cheered for her when she tightened her fist, ready for the punch. Again, Ashley took out the leg. She swiftly locked in the Figure Eight, forcing Jessica to submit.

Gail Kim vs Sexi Star - Lucha de apuestas
The feud between these two has reached the boiling point. This is the second lucha de apuestas match for Sexi, having previously won a mask vs hair match with Mia Yim. Kim put something far more important on the line though - her career. As with all luchadoras, the mask is a symbol of pride and personality. Losing one’s mask is a sign of great disrespect in the Mexican wrestling culture. That’s why Star fought with tooth and nail to overcome the former world champion, even kicking out to Eat Defeat - a rare occurrence indeed. Gail became desperate, retrieving a chair from the outside. As this wasn’t a no dq match, the ref intervened and threw the chair out. The distraction was enough for Gail to grab a handful of powder from a hidden pouch, but before she could throw it at her, Sexi kicked Gail’s hand, causing the powder to blind Gail instead! Sexi hit the Swinging Fisherman Suplex to pin Gail and end her storied career.

The Flairs celebrate in style
A video airs of the backstage area, where Ric and Ashley are throwing an impromptu celebration after their victory. Several wrestlers are there, including Kimberly, Sarona Snuka, Donna Lee and the injured Mickie James. Ric is swirling his jacket around his head, talking about how Ashley slew the big dragon that had wreaked havoc on WWN. Ashley smiles, and says it’s good to be the Queen. She passes around the champagne to the rest of the guests, telling them that with hard work and determination, they can also be successful.

You’re fired!
A video airs of Gail Kim’s career here in WWN, starting when she found the original knockouts title 9 and a half years ago. After that, we go to a scene where Kim has to be carried out by security. She screams and shouts and refuses to go. RD stands in the back, telling Gail that she put herself in this situation, and now she has to pay the consequences. This gives him no joy whatsoever. A sad end to Gail’s brilliant career.

Ivelisse & Heidi Lovelace (c’s) vs LuKana for the WWN World Tag Team Titles
Heidi and Ivelisse put everyone on notice when the duo surprisingly won the tag team titles two months ago. The unlikely pairing has found common ground and is working better and better as a duo. In fact, it was two straight losses in singles competition that led to this match, and Kana and LuFisto must have known this was their final attempt to recapture the gold and become three times tag team champions. This match was a much slower one than their previous encounters, Ivelisse being worked over in the ring by both challengers. Kana showed a mean streak by fish-hooking the mouth, pulling the hair and otherwise living dangerously close to being disqualified. Even LuFisto had to reign in her partner. Ivelisse managed the tag after LuFisto missed a cannonball in the corner. Lovelace came flying in, taking out both challengers. All four were in the ring at the same time now, the champions knocking LuFisto out cold with the Facepalm. Kana charged at them, and was taken down by the exact same move. 3 seconds later and the champions had retained the championship.

Saraya Knight (c) vs Sasha Banks for the WWN World Title in a Falls Count Anywhere Match
“The Boss” came out in style in this one, as she was carried to the ring by four burly guards. The no-nonsense world champion made a more normal entrance, but didn’t bother waiting for the bell. Her brawling game quickly spilled to the outside, and most of the match took place outside of the confines of the ring. The early stages of the match saw Saraya toss Sasha into the guard rail, while the veteran was brutally slammed into the ring steps. The match spilled into the crowd, and guards had to create a human fence to protect the crowd from the wrestlers wild haymakers and throws. Pinfalls were attempted, weapons were used and blood was spilled as Sasha’s lip was split open following a punch from the champion. Saraya Knight is a tremendous brawler and a hardened veteran, but as the match wore on, you could see the desperation in her eyes. “The Boss” wanted this so badly - her willpower was second to none, and even though Saraya put her in the Rocking Chair on a stairwell, Sasha didn’t quit and found a way to get out. As the two made their way to the ring, Saraya went for the power bomb on the outside, but Sasha slid down the back, hit the back-cracker and went straight into the Bank Statement. There were no ropes to reach, and as the 45-year old back of Saraya Knight finally had enough, Knight submitted. Sasha Banks is the new WWN World champion!
