Been running a small unbooked circuit based on Rick Garrard's Memphis TV Station promotion. My recently crowned champion, Minoru Suzuki, decided he doesn't want to renew with me. Will I be able to force him to defend if he wins his final match or will I have to book him to lose?

Yes, you can still use anybody that isn't hired. I just tested this, and all you have to do is hit the right arrow on the keyboard over a grayed out name and they will be added to the match.

So this didn't work unless I'm missing something. Is there another short cut? I also thought there was a way to easily select champions when booking a match but I guess I dreamed that one.
I know I could move the circuit over to email mode for one card when it's time for Suzuki to lose but I was hoping to avoid that.

I believe if you hit the ~ key you can then press right on the keyboard to insert guys you haven't hired.
It's been a while, so I could be misremembering.

Also, have you tried pressing "i" to insert the champ instead of just picking from the list?
