TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 12.09.2015
Amber Gallows vs Nattie Neidhart w/RD Evans The Horsewomen of Famine, Nattie Neidhart, seems more certain of herself than ever before. She worked Amber methodically, not using any fancy moves, stalling or letting her cockiness get the better of her. As she put her in the Sharpshooter, RD Evans was taunting and jeering at Gallows, seconds before she tapped out.
Nattie Neidhart defeated Amber Gallows when she made her submit to the Sharpshooter in 01:32 Rating: **¾
Historical challenge made After the match, AJ Mendez and Brooke Tessmacher come to the ring. AJ addresses the fact that Serena has attacked her twice lately. She could have fired Serena with all the justification she needed - she attacked her boss! Serena comes out now, confronting AJ from the aisle. Serena says that AJ’s boss privileges ended when she screwed her out of the World title two weeks ago. Serena says that AJ should fire her, because she will not stop punishing AJ for trying to ruin her career. AJ interjects, saying that if she wants to get her hands on her so badly, so be it. Don’t forget that AJ has a storied career behind her, and is more than capable of getting it on with the former World Champion. Tonight, in the main event, AJ Mendez will go one on one with Serena! Serena smiles as she backs up, telling AJ that she will see her later. AJ also looks smug and confident, while Brooke looks worried. Rating: ***
Another booking for Chasity On her way down the corridor, Brooke is stopped by Chasity Taylor, who asks if she’s seen Serena. Brooke says she’s probably preparing for her match tonight. Taylor should do the same, as she will be facing Jessie McKay soon. Chasity looks nervous, but Brooke tells Chasity to buckle up, she knows she can do it. Rating: *½
Horsewomen meeting In their luxurious chambers, the other Horsewomen are congratulating Nattie with her easy win tonight. RD says that it will be tougher next week, when Nattie is facing Ivelisse for the TV Title. Nattie scoffs, saying that Ivelisse was only dangerous when SexiNation was a big, hungry pack of hunters. Now, they are few and weak. Tessa and Ashley hold up their belts, stating that their dominance will continue. Neither SexiNation or Athena/Cruise are strong enough to oppose them. Rating: *¼
Chasity Taylor vs Jessie McKay Taylor is by far the most inexperienced wrestler on the roster, and is having major problems getting used to the pace and skill level in the major league. Even a relative newbie like Jessie McKay, had little trouble dominating the hapless Taylor, hitting a running big boot that almost took Chasity’s head off.
Jessie McKay defeated Chasity Taylor with the Schoolgirl’s Crush in 03:05 Rating: ¼*
A mutual enemy A video airs from a dark and abandoned warehouse. We see SexiNation standing in the dim light, when Melanie Cruise and Athena come out from the shadows, dressed in black. Athena says that if this is some kind of funny business, they are in for a world of trouble. Ivelisse guarantees that they come in peace. They want to discuss their mutual enemy - the IV Horsewomen. They all have a bone to pick with them, but cannot do it alone. Cruise says that they got a plan, and they don’t need anyone else. Athena agrees, saying that ‘no offense, but you’re not the most trustworthy pair around here’. Ivelisse begs them to reconsider. The tandem shrug, walking away. Sarita mutters something about them being a couple of ‘bitches’. Rating: ***
Candice LeRae vs Velvet Sky Candice was able to defeated Sky’s partner a couple of months back, leading to Angelina Love tattooing “cheater” on her wrist. Last week, we saw Love remove that tattoo with a laser, and the problems between The Beautiful People and LeRae/Tara are still there. Being the veteran of the two, Velvet dominated large portions of the match. Candice has obviously been schooled well by Tara, a veteran in her own right, and many of Sky’s shortcuts were stopped by Candice. Velvet was on shaky ground as Candice hit the Crotch Plex, but for some reason, the referee had positioned himself behind her. With the ref down, Angelina Love predictably ran down to help her partner. She hit the Botox Injection, but there was no referee to count. Tara ran down and chased Angelina to the back. The ref got back up, but didn’t see Velvet low blow Candice before hitting the pedigree-like maneuver on her opponent for the win.
Velvet Sky defeated Candice LeRae with the In Yo’ Face in 04:58 Rating: ***
Jessica Havock ready for the cage We see a video of Jessica Havock walking on the outside of a steel chain fence encapsulating an industrial park. She has a baseball bat with her, and she runs it across the surface of the fence, the metallic clank reverberating through the area. Jessica says that at Through the Gates of Hell, four women will enter the dreaded cage. Four women will enter, but only one will stay behind. For so long, Havock has been denied what is rightfully hers. For so long, the obstacles in her path have been insurmountable. Not anymore. At Through the Gates of Hell, Hell meets Havock - with Havock coming out the winner. Rating: ***¾
AJ Mendez w/Brooke Tessmacher vs Serena While we all know what AJ can do in the ring, she hasn’t wrestled in over 18 months. She was also quite clear when she arrived - her role was as a general manager, not as a wrestler. This dispute with Serena has made her rethink however, and maybe she would regret it as well? The early goings had Serena all over AJ, hitting her with armdrags, bodyslams and dropkicks, sending Mendez out of the ring for a breather. Serena came straight at her, not allowing her any respite. AJ pulled Brooke in front of her as she was brutally clotheslined on the outside by Serena. The distraction allowed AJ to gain control of the match. Using underhanded tactics and sound veteran moves, AJ was able to wear down Serena. She even got her in a perfect position for the Shining Wizard, but Serena ducked, hitting the spear instead. As she was about to make the pinfall, Brooke pulled Serena out of the ring. She immediately apologized, but got a right fist for the trouble. AJ got back up, grabbed a microphone and announced that this was now a No DQ match, so she couldn’t get disqualified.
Serena didn’t look too angry with that decision, as she charged AJ in the ring with a flurry of punches. All of a sudden, a large woman of Pacific Island descent and orange jumpsuit (prison garb) gets into the ring, tearing Serena off of AJ and hitting a big boot. She picks Serena up like a doll, hitting a fireman’s carry stunner. She then drapes AJ over Serena, telling the referee to count.
AJ Mendez defeated Serena by pinfall after 09:20 Rating: **½
The onslaught continues As AJ smiles and skips around the ring, the big woman keeps up her beat down on Serena. As Brooke hands AJ a microphone, the woman is choking all life out of Serena. AJ introduces the woman as Tapa Tonga, the most brutal woman to ever step foot in a TNAW ring. A former convict, sentenced to prison for assault and battery. And here she is, as AJ’s bodyguard. She gets very serious for a second, warning everyone to not get on he bad side. With that, Tonga hoists Serena again and hits another fireman’s carry stunner. Rating: **¾
Show rating: ***
Show notes: Now we all know what AJ and Brooke were doing at the women’s prison. Tapa Tonga is a new acquaintance for TNAW, and with her as her bodyguard, will Serena get close enough to enact her revenge?
Next week, Nattie Neidhart defends the TV Title against Ivelisse. Also, Miss Wrestling II will be in action again!

TNAW - Saturday Night Showdown - 19.09.2015
Heidi Lovelace vs Miss Wrestling II Tonight’s show opened with a match pitting the mysterious Miss Wrestling II against Heidi Lovelace. Nobody knows who this masked wrestler is, other than it’s not the original Miss Wrestling, Angelina Love. The brunette has had some good outings so far in TNAW, but her wins so far have been against what you can consider “light” opponents. Lovelace is a former TV champion and War Games winner, and defeating her would be a significant accomplishment for Miss Wrestling II. We might not be any closer to knowing her identity, but Miss Wrestling is a step closer to the top of TNAW, as she took home the win following the Shock Effect.
Miss Wrestling II defeated Heidi Lovelace with the Shock Effect in 04:52 Rating: **** (Heidi Lovelace fractured her hip and will be injured for 7 months)
Who you gonna call? We see a video of Athena and Melanie Cruise in street clothes, sitting at a diner nursing a cup of coffee. Athena asks Cruise if they perhaps should have accepted the alliance with SexiNation. Cruise says that she doesn’t trust them. She agrees that they are outnumbered, but they need someone they trust. Suddenly, Athena’s face lightens up and the Wrestling Goddess smiles. She tells Cruise that she has just the person in mind. She toys with her smartphone, and shows something to Cruise. Melanie smiles as well, and she tells Athena to make the call. Rating: **
Chasity Taylor vs Evie Chasity goes into all her matches with vigor and a positive attitude, but most of the time ends up broken and disappointed. I do not know if her constant losses have made her feel more down lately, but the spunky Kiwi Evie took control of the match from the get go. Chasity couldn’t match her speed and agility, but managed to roll away from a senton. Chasity had some brief offense, but didn’t really have a powerful arsenal to put away Evie. Another loss for the young Taylor.
Evie defeated Chasity Taylor with the TTYL after 03:18 Rating: **
I want to try too! We see a video of the backstage area, where Donna Lee, Rose Martinez and Mia Yim are walking down a corridor, just as Chasity Taylor comes back from her match. Donna sees her, and tells the others that she will asks for a match with Taylor. Lee’s on a losing streak, but everybody defeats Taylor. Chasity hears this, and yells at Donna that she is not going to be a laughing stock. She would find out what she was all about. They would all find out. Rating: ****
Brandi Wine vs Saraya Knight Wine is a storied veteran on the Florida independent circuit. Saraya Knight is the champion in the most prestigious women’s company in the world. The age was the only common factor. Knight is steadily working towards defending her title in the cage at TtGoH, and this was little more than a workout for the matron.
Saraya Knight defeated Brandi Wine when Wine submitted to the Bridal Rocking Horse in 01:48 Rating: *¼
I’ll never let go Knight wasn’t happy just defeating Wine. The ref couldn’t pull her off of Wine at first, and when he used force, Saraya slapped him in the mouth and threw him out of the ring. Knight put Wine in the Rocking Horse again, but Sara Del Rey and Jessica Havock soon ran out and attacked the champion. Del Rey was beating on Knight when J-Hav slammed her in the back with the belt. Havock was gazing down at the title, when Kimberly entered the ring and hit Havock with a surprise DDT. As officials swarmed the ring, Kimberly was staring longingly at the championship belt.
AJ Mendez then comes out and orders everyone to stop fighting the security. AJ says that it’s clear that TNAW has four very competitive and determined wrestlers. All of them can be considered worthy world champions after Through the Gates of Hell. Next week, we will have a tag team match in TNAW. Sara Del Rey and Jessica Havock against Saraya Knight and Kimberly. Rating: **
Serena in Playboy A video of Serena’s photoshoot airs. As the former TNAW World Champion poses for the camera at various locations, the photographer is interviewed about working with Serena. He calls her extremely professional and a treat for the camera. He states that women such as Serena are both tough and beautiful, and role models for all young girls out there. Rating: **
The Beautiful People are ready We see a video from backstage, where Velvet Sky and Angelina Love are working out quite intensively. Velvet takes a sip from her bottle and asks Angelina if she’s ready to face Tara next week. Angelina says she is, and that the three time world champion will suffer the exact same fate as Candice did last week - she will lose. Velvet doesn’t understand why Tara never learns, she’s not fit to work with others. She’s a lone wolf, a loser. She is not like them. She’s not a Beautiful Person. Rating: **
Ivelisse w/Sarita vs Nattie Neidhart (c) w/RD Evans for the TNAW TV Title This was a tremendously competitive match pitting two excellent mat workers and submission specialists against each other. Even though they are on opposing sides in a long term war, their fighting spirit is high and for most of the match, they focused on the grappling aspect of the business. The transitions and reversals were beautiful to watch for wrestling enthusiasts, and the fervor of the crowd increased tenfold with each counter. At one point, Ivelisse had Nattie trapped in the chickenwing in the middle of the ring. RD Evans got up on the apron distracting the referee, just as Nattie tapped out! Ivelisse let go of Nattie in the belief that she had won the TV Title, but was shocked to learn that the referee hadn’t seen the champion tap out. Sarita tried to be an equalizing force ringside, but was ambushed from behind by the tag team champions, Tessa Blanchard and Ashley, and tossed into the barricades. Inside the ring, Nattie locked in the Sharpshooter, but Ivelisse got to the ropes. Unfortunately, RD Evans had the ref distracted, and Nattie managed to pull Ivelisse back to the middle of the ring. With no way to go, Ivelisse slowly faded away.
Nattie Neidhart defeated Ivelisse when Ivelisse passed out in the Sharpshooter in 07:24 Rating: ****¼ (Nattie Neidhart retained the TNAW TV Title in her 3rd title defense)
The Horsewomen reign supreme With Sarona Snuka joining her allies, the Horsewomen started dismantling Sarita and Ivelisse. Nattie held Ivelisse in the Sharpshooter, while the hapless Sarita was taken out with the Natural Selection from Ashley, followed by the Superfly Splash from Sarona. Mia Yim, Donna Lee, Rose Martinez and Chasity Taylor ran out to try and get to Ivelisse and Sarita, but were kept from the ring by the domineering presence of the mightiest force in women’s wrestling history. Rating: ****
Show rating: ***
Show notes: A spectacular show tonight! The four contenders for the TNAW World Title clashed together for real and will square off in a tag team match next week. Also coming up next week - Angelina Love taking on Tara, and Nattie Neidhart will face Sarita in a non-title match.

TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 26.09.2015
A dire warning Tonight’s show opens in the office of AJ Mendez, where the General Manager is flanked by Tonga Tapa and with Brooke Tessmacher in the background. Her two guests of the evening - Sara Del Rey and Jessica Havock. AJ is telling the two of them that tonight, in the tag team main event, the two of them would have to set aside their differences in order to fight Saraya and Kimberly. AJ says that these kinds of matches tend to end in chaos and disharmony. She knows that Sara and Jessica don’t like each other very much, but if they don’t work together, there would be consequences. If anyone got herself disqualified, she would be out of the cage at Through the Gates of Hell. The same applied for Kimberly. Sara said that she wanted the World Title more than she wants to beat Jessica Havock. No offense. Havock smiled back, saying that she has already defeated Sara, and has nothing left to prove. Tonight, Saraya and Kimberly would be going down. Rating: *¼
Mia Yim vs Rose Martinez Rose Martinez hasn’t been in the best of spirits since leaving SexiNation, and she is slowly trying to find her out rhythm here in TNAW. Mia Yim is a rising star, and even without her tag team partner Marti Belle, Yim is going to carve out a future for herself. The gifted youngster wrapped it out with a powerful kick, taking in the ovation of the crowd in the process.
Mia Yim defeated Rose Martinez with the Kick Me Goodnight in 02:35 Rating: ¾*
The TV title is where it belongs RD Evans and Nattie Neidhart are re-watching the TNAW TV Title match from last week, RD pointing out where Nattie could have done differently. Nattie shrugs, saying that as usual, she came out of the match victoriously, retaining the title yet again. RD nods, but says that AJ Mendez has ruled that Ivelisse deserves a rematch. Not because people claim she should have won, but because fans loved the match. And the IV Horsewomen is all about pleasing the fans, RD said with irony. Nattie smiles and says it doesn’t matter. Tonight, she would defeat Sarita, and in three weeks, she would destroy Ivelisse once and for all. Rating: *½
Angelina Love vs Tara The Beautiful People were up 1 to nothing in their little competiton, and tonight it was Angelina Love’s turn to fight, taking on the veteran, the former three times world champion, Tara. While Love has been vocal in social media about calling Tara ‘old’, her fans prefer to call her experienced. With Candice LeRae and Velvet Sky also present, it didn’t take too long until they got involved. Velvet tripped Tara, causing Candice to attack. The outside brawl spilled into the ring, where the twosome knocked the ref down accidentally. The ref threw out Candice and Velvet, and in the chaos that followed, Tara ducked a Botox Injection, then hitting the Widow’s Peak. The ref turned around to count the pinfall. TBP and LeRae/Tara is no 1-1- after their challenges are complete.
Tara defeated Angelina Love with the Widow’s Peak in 06:35 Rating: ***¼
Chasity warned We see a video of the backstage area, where Chasity Taylor is approached by AJ Mendez, flanked by Tapa Tonga. AJ says that it was obviously a fluke that she defeated Nicole Matthews at Through the Gates of Hell. She coudn’t continue with her losing ways, and needed to turn the momentum sooner rather than later if she was to stay on the roster. Chasity eyes up the large Tonga, who smiles and rubs her hands at the sight of the lithe Taylor. Chasity says she feels ready to take on everyone. AJ laughs, saying that she should be careful what she wishes for. Next week, she will be facing Tapa Tonga! Rating: *¾
Nattie Neidhart w/RD Evans vs Sarita w/Ivelisse in a non-title match The TV champion and Sarita’s teammate in SexiNation, Ivelisse, had a scintillating technical bout last week. These two had more of a brawl tonight, using their forearms to try and knock both teeth and noses bloody. Ivelisse knows more than anyone else what RD Evans and the rest of the Horsewomen can do on the outside, and she did whatever she could to make sure RD didn’t get his hands dirty. The problem for Ivelisse is that the Horsewomen is too many. Maybe they shouldn’t have kicked out Rose Martinez, and in that way, they are to blame themselves. For even if Ivelisse could control RD Evans, the solicitor slowly backing away when the fiery Puerto Rican came after him, she couldn’t stop Sarona Snuka coming down to distract both the ref and Sarita, allowing Nattie to wind up the discus lariat for the win.
Nattie Neidhart defeated Sarita with the Discus lariat in 03:58 Rating: **
Serena on the prowl We see a video of Serena prowling the hallways of the Showdown zone, shouting out for AJ Mendez. She only finds Brooke Tessmacher, who diplomatically tries to calm Serena down. She says that AJ doesn’t go anywhere these days without the 5’11” tall Tonga Tapa by her side. AJ says she doesn’t fear Tapa, and that Brooke should stand up for herself as well. She knows AJ doesn’t treat her very well. Brooke tries to dismiss it, saying that AJ is her boss. Serena says that at one point, everyone needs to make their choice. Soon, Brooke needs to make her choice. Rating: ****
Plans are made Sarita is putting some ice on her neck, Ivelisse asking her concernedly if she’s alright. Melanie Cruise and Athena join them, saying that they got their text. They still don’t trust them, so trying to persuade them was no good. Ivelisse says that they’re not trying to persuade them to join forces, but at least they don’t have to get in each other’s way. Ivelisse asks if they’ll go for the Tag Titles, while herself or Sarita go for the TV Title. Athena says it sounds like an idea. As they are leaving, Cruise says that they will be bringing in a third member. Soon, they would be the most powerful faction in TNAW. Sarita says they will be bringing someone in too. When Cruise and Athena is gone, Ivelisse asks Sarita who they are bringing in. Sarita says she doesn’t know, but they cannot afford being outnumbered by both SexiNation and the IV Horsewomen. Rating: **
Saraya and Kimberly are ready We see a video of Kimberly entering Saraya Knight’s dressing room earlier tonight, putting her bag of clothes down and starting to change. Saraya enters, asks what the hell she’s doing and throws her bag out into the corridor. Kimberly says they are tagging together tonight. Saraya says that is true, but there is no reason for them to change together or even socialize. Kimberly tries to protest, but Saraya shoves her up against the wall, reminding her that if she doesn’t cooperate with her later, and gets herself disqualified, she will be out of the match at TtGoH. Kimberly stares daggers at Saraya as she slowly backs her way out of the dressing room, embarrassed by the champ. Rating: ***
Kimberly & Saraya Knight vs Sara Del Rey & Jessica Havock - Tornado Streetfight All of these four women will enter a huge cage in three weeks time, fighting for the TNAW World Championship. Tonight, however, they would be teaming up. As an added stipulation from General Manager AJ Mendez, if anyone (besides the World Champion) got herself disqualified, she would be removed from the match come TtGoH. And even if Kimberly wanted nothing more than to attack the champ, and while Havock and Del Rey probably had unfinished business, they did work together and made this into a decent tag match, considering the fact that they haven’t worked together before. Everyone wanted to get their hands on the world champion, and when Havock and Del Rey used quick tags to both get a taste of Knight, Kimberly didn’t go out of her way in order to make the tag. AJ Mendez probably saw that her plan had some flaws, so she came out and made it into a Tornado Street Fight! They paired up, Del Rey and Kimberly brawling on the outside while Havock and Knight made a final stand inside the ring. Knight tried to get the big Havock up for a sitout power bomb, but she couldn’t lift her. Instead, Havock hit the Harlot Slayer to get the 3-count on the champion. As she stood tall over Knight, Havock gazed out at Sara Del Rey who stood over the stunned body of Kimberly. Havock beckoned Sara to come inside, but Del Rey shook her head and told Havock to save it until Through the Gates of Hell.
Sara Del Rey & Jessica Havock defeated Kimberly & Saraya Knight when Havock pinned Knight after a Harlot Slayer in 10:05 Rating: **
Show rating: **½
Show notes: The Horsewomen continue their dominance with another win over SexiNation, but can they also defeat the team of Melanie Cruise and Athena? RD’s old clients get another title shot next week!

TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 03.10.2015
Chasity’s “dead woman walking” As AJ Mendez and Brooke Tessmacher arrive at the Showdown zone, they bump into Chasity Taylor. The former announcer-turned-wrestler looks nervous as she walks past them. AJ hums the theme song to “Jaws” before she asks Chasity if she’s nervous about facing the dreaded Tapa. Chasity says she’ll prove AJ wrong sooner or later. AJ tells Chasity that she will be eaten alive by Tonga Tapa, and that she mustn’t forget what she told her about the losing streak. AJ laughs and gets angry at Brooke for not laughing with her. Rating: *
The Horsewomen ready for their title defense In the Horsewomen locker room, RD Evans is preparing Ashley and Tessa for their big title match coming up. The solicitor is reminding them that they have wrestling in their blood. Cruise and Athena are two mongrels without pedigree. Ashley is worried, as the rumor says that they have found an ally. Evans scoffs, saying that nobody in their right mind would make an enemy out of the Horsewomen. RD ensures them that they have nothing to worry about. Rating: ***¾
Chasity Taylor vs Tonga Tapa The huge Tapa was the former convict turned bodyguard of AJ Mendez. The Samoan could wrestle as well, taking on Chasity Taylor here tonight. AJ was ringside, unwilling to stay too far away from Tonga Tapa as long as Serena is out to get her. Chopping down the big redwood was a tall order for Taylor, who still tried her best not to get killed. After toying with Taylor, Tapa hit ta Samoan Drop (that she calls the Tongan Drop) for the win.
Tonga Tapa defeated Chasity Taylor in 02:49 with the Tongan Drop Rating: ***
Thank’s for coming As Tapa raised her long arm in victory, AJ Mendez went over to the ring and told Tapa to take out the trash. Tapa started stomping on Chasity before lifting her up on her shoulders and hitting another Samoan Drop. Tapa was about to do it a third time when Serena hit the ring. The Samoan let go of Taylor and started duking it out with Serena. The former TNAW World Champion hit a series of quick jabs that stunned Tonga, enough for Serena to bounce off the ropes and hit a huge spear. Serena then got out of the ring, but AJ Mendez saw her coming and got out of dodge. Rating: *
Saraya losing it We see a video from a dark room. A cell phone flashlight lights up the TNAW World Champion, Saraya Knight. She talks about being pinned by Jessica Havock last week, and how it doesn’t matter. She talks about how the odds are being stacked against her in the Through the Gates of Hell match in two weeks time, and how it doesn’t matter. She talks about how everyone wants to see Jessica Havock or Sara Del Rey take her championship, and how it doesn’t matter. All that matters is that the World Championship comes home with her. Now and forever. Rating: *¾
Donna Lee vs Miss Wrestling II This was a rematch from Showdown a few weeks ago, when the masked and mysterious Miss Wrestling II picked up a solid win over Lee. Donna did pick up a thing or two from that match, specifically that she should get away from Miss Wrestling’s version of the stinkface. Lee is still looking for that elusive first win here in TNAW, but it wouldn’t come tonight either, as Miss Wrestling hit the Shock Effect for the win.
Miss Wrestling II defeated Donna Lee with the Shock Effect in 04:14 Rating: *¾
Jessica Havock vs Sara DelRey In a small preview of what is to come at Through the Gates of Hell, two of the competitors faced each other tonight. While SDR and J-Hav were partners last week, they tore into each other this week. The TNAW World Champion Saraya Knight was at ringside doing announcing duty, and she said she relished the thought of her two main opponents tearing each other to shreds. A couple of minutes into the match, Kimberly comes out and gets into Saraya’s and the announcers’ faces. She complains about not being invited, and she questions Saraya’s comment about Sara and Jessica being her “main opponents”. As Sara gets a two count following a koppo kick, Saraya and Kimberly come to blows on the outside. Distracted by their presence, the referee starts admonishing Saraya (who also picked up a chair), allowing Kimberly the chance to slip into the ring and hit Sara with a suprise Tornado DDT. Jessica Havock thanked Kimberly for the help by clotheslining her over the ropes, but still picked up Sara and delivered the Harlot Slayer for the win. As her hand was raised in victory, she smiled deviously as she stared at the TNAW World Champion. In her mind, she is probably already the new World Champion, and all she has to do is wait 8 days.
Jessica Havock defeated Sara Del Rey with the Harlot Slayer in 05:58 Rating: ****
The Beautiful People stirring the pot Backstage, Velvet Sky tells Angelina Love that she has arranged for the rematch against Candice & Tara. Velvet says that it’s only a matter of time before Tara snaps, becomes her old self and attacks Candice for being a hopeless rookie. And when she does, The Beautiful People will be there to pick up the scraps of Candice and end her misery once and for all. Angelina says she hopes Velvet’s right. She has been humiliated enough by Candice. Velvet tells Love not to worry. Rating: ****
Athena & Melanie Cruise vs The IV Horsewomen (c) w/RD Evans for the TNAW Tag Team Titles Ashley tried to match Melanie’s size and power advantage in the early goings, but even if the Nature Boy’s daughter is tall and strong, she is not Melanie Cruise. Tessa and Flair were both outpowered by the challenger, and only gained the advantage a couple of minutes into the match when RD Evans tripped Athena coming off of the ropes. Tessa clipped Athena’s leg from behind, and from then on, the Horsewomen worked over the leg, trying to remove Athena’s ability to stand on it, much less do moves that required extensive leg strength. She tried desperately to make the tag, and when she finally made it, she collapsed on the apron. Cruise held her own against the Horsewomen, but when Evans pulled Athena off the apron, she had nobody to tag. A two-pronged attack from Blanchard and Flair got Cruise down to her knees, setting her up for the Natural Selection from Flair.
Ashley Flair & Tessa Blanchard defeated Athena & Melanie Cruise when Flair pinned Cruise with the Natural Selection in 07:21 Rating: **¼ (The IV Horsewomen retained the TNAW Tag Team Titles in their 3rd title defense)
Guess who’s back? Winning the match and retaining the titles weren’t enough for the IV Horsewomen, who brutally attacked Cruise and Athena after the match. Sarona Snuka and Nattie Neidhart ran in while Evans directed traffic. They continued to make a number out of Athena’s leg. Cruise fought back valiantly, but was beat down by superior numbers. Suddenly, the lights went out! When the lights come back on, Awesome Kong is in the ring! The Horsewomen is shocked, and before anyone gets to react, Kong has powerbombed Tessa. Nattie and Ashley attack her, but is clotheslined. The big Sarona clubs her from behind, but Kong no-sells it and headbutts the Samoan. That is futile, of course, but Kong hits her with a spinning back fist before sending her over the ropes. Outside of the ring, Neidhart wants a go at Kong, but Evans hold her back. Cruise helps Athena back on her feet as The B*****s in Black reunite! Rating: ***
Show rating: **¾
Show notes: Awesome Kong is back! And she has reunited with both her half-sister and her former tag team partner. Kong and Cruise have actually held the tag team titles twice together!
Through the Gates of Hell is only 8 days away, but next Showdown is quite the spectacular extravaganza. AJ Mendez has already booked the Bitches against the Horsewomen in a 6-woman tag team match!

This is Donna Lee. Real gimmick is Kimber Lee, but I found it way to confusing to have Kimberly and Kimber Lee on the same roster.

TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 10.10.2015
Simply a fluke Tonight’s show opens with the world champion, Saraya Knight, coming to the ring. The sour British matriarch addresses the fact that she was pinned a couple of weeks ago. That was a fluke and only because her teammate, Kimberly, was a disaster. She understood fully well the frustration Tara must have felt when she tried to carry that team. Kimberly comes out to this, and points out to Saraya that it was in fact Kimberly, not Tara, who won that feud. Kimberly challenges Saraya to a match tonight! Saraya tells Kimberly that she’s not putting up her title eight days away from Through the Gates of Hell. Kimberly says it will be a non-title match. She wouldn’t want to miss the chance of beating Saraya in the cage. Saraya, not wanting to be portrayed as a chicken, accepts. We have ourselves a main event! Rating: ***
Leva Bates & Lexia Avery vs The Beautiful People Love and Sky were in action next, making short work of their opponents tonight. They were obviously sending a message to Tara and LeRae that they are a cohesive unit that is not to be trifled with. After the match, both opponents gets paper bags over their head, courtesy of TBP’s old mantra - “Getting rid of ugliness in TNAW, one face at a time”.
Angelina Love & Velvet Sky defeated Leva Bates & Lexia Avery with the Makeover in 01:52 Rating: *½
B*****s in Black are back! Athena, Melanie Cruise and Awesome Kong are working out backstage, the bulging muscles of Kong clearly in focus. Athena said that last week, the wrestling world witnessed the return of Awesome Kong, a move that put the Horsewomen on high alert. The B*****s in Black are back for good, and will be the dominant force in the upcoming Faction War. Tonight, three of the four Horsewomen would feel their wrath. Kong looks at the camera, smiling. The Horsewomen are in for a battle tonight, that’s for sure! Rating: ***1/4
AJ books Serena In her office, general manager AJ Mendez is pacing back and forth, pondering what to do with Serena. She needs to put her in a match against someone tough, someone who has a good track record here in TNAW. AJ asks Brooke if Miss Wrestling II is here tonight. Brooke says she think’s so. AJ says that Miss Wrestling has had a couple of easy wins so far, but needs tougher opposition. She also wants Serena off her back for one night. AJ books the match and asks Brooke to go tell Miss Wrestling. Brooke is on her way. Rating: ****½
Sitdown interview with SexiNation Renee Young has a sitdown interview with the remaining SexiNation members of Ivelisse and Sarita. She asks what the future has in store for them now that Awesome Kong has arrived and the B*****s in Black has been reformed. Ivelisse admits that it’s not looking good for them. They are in the minority, but they are proud Latinas, they are used to being the minorities. Still, Sarita, pipes in, they are looking for some assistance. Fortunately, there are a lot of talented wrestlers of Latina descent. SexiNation ruled TNAW once, they can do it again. The Faction War is not over - it has barely begun. Rating: ****
Miss Wrestling II vs Serena The two traded some holds and engaged in some chain wrestling, but the match never really got off the ground or off its feet before Tonga Tapa charged the ring and attacked Serena.
Serena defeated Miss Wrestling II by DQ in 01:56 Rating: ½*
The wrath of Tonga! Miss Wrestling II tried to stop her, but was unceremoniously thrown over the ring. AJ Mendez looked on gleefully as Tonga dismantled Serena, hitting her with a couple of Samoan Drops. Miss Wrestling II tried to get away, but AJ grabbed hold of her and sent her into the ring, where she was also hit with the dreaded Samoan Drop. AJ then announced that Serena would be facing Tonga at Through the Gates of Hell. As the laughing General Manager left the ringside area with the big Tongan in tow, Miss Wrestling II and Serena were both writhing in pain inside the ring. Rating: *
IV Horsewomen vs B*****s in Black - Six Women Tag Team Match This was a chaotic match to be sure. The Horsewomen had serious problems finding their mojo in this match, as the sheer power of Kong and Cruise, and the speed of Athena were giving them all sorts of trouble. Even Sarona Snuka, a former bitch in black herself, couldn’t match strength with the returning Kong. As all their tricks and strategies fell apart like a brick wall, RD Evans grew more and more frustrated. The chaos spilled outside as well, with Athena diving from the turnbuckle on top of the throng of women brawling on the outside. The chaos was complete when Nattie Neidhart ran out and joined the fray. It took some time before the referee saw that someone not belonging in the match was present, but when he did, he threw the match out.
Blanchard, Flair & Snuka and Cruise, Athena & Kong went to a no contest in 06:35 Rating: **½
Evans gets what’s coming to him While RD Evans directed his troops, he forgot about himself. He walked straight into the path of Awesome Kong. He quickly scanned the area, but nobody was close by. He tried to get away, but was grabbed by Kong who pulled him back. Evans demanded that Kong let go of him, but she backfisted him instead. The IV Horsewomen had to retreat from this one, Ashley Flair clutching her wrist as Sarona Snuka carried an unconscious RD Evans and Nattie supporting an injured Tessa. The Horsewomen are in trouble now - and in eight days, they defend their tag team titles against Cruise & Athena! Rating: **
Kimberly vs Saraya Knight The four wrestlers involved in this year’s Through the Gates of Hell match have no love lost for each other. This includes Kimberly and Saraya, even though the latter had her ass saved by the former at Pretty Amazing. Saraya is renowned for getting people to do her favors, while not necessarily reciprocating them. Kimberly felt this up close, and the two started brawling at the get go. Jessica Havock and Sara Del Rey were ringside for this, providing commentary. It didn’t take too long before they were at each other's throats though, almost coming to fisticuffs. Saraya Knight wouldn’t let anyone else get to fight without including her, and walked out to Havock, slapping her mouth. Before you knew it, all four were brawling both inside and outside of the ring, and the referee threw out the match.
Kimberly and Saraya Knight went to a no contest in 06:02 Rating: **
Show rating: **¼
Show notes: A lot of no contests tonight. In eight days, many of the ongoing feuds and battles of TNAW will come to a close. We have, without doubt, a Faction War going on. B*****s in Black look to have the Horsewomen’s number, but time will tell if it will be enough to win the TNAW Tag Team Titles.

Behind the scenesComings- As speculated, both Sarona Snuka and Awesome Kong found their way back to TNAW. The former stablemates in B*****s in Black seem to be on opposite teams in what has been dubbed a proper Faction War, with at least three stables fighting for supremacy.
- SexiNation needs new members though. Thea Trinidad has been let go after no-showing the previous tapings, and Rose Martinez has been quietly removed from the faction. Independent wrestler La Rosa Negra from Puerto Rico has been signed though, so most bets are on her finding a spot in SexiNation.
- The “prisoner” recruited by AJ Mendez, Tonga Tapa, is independent wrestler Seini Draughn, who also happens to be the niece of the Barbarian
- Former TNAW backstage interviewer SoCal Val has signed with the company. It is unknown what role she will have, as backstage interviewers are no longer used. Val is also a decent manager.
Goings/injuries- Chasity Taylor has turned in her resignation. Apparently, her transition to wrestler was not her choice, and she just doesn’t feel ready to wrestle the stars of TNAW.
- Tessa Blanchard might be leaving soon too. The Horsewoman has not settled into the company at all. The whole Horsewoman stable is not as strong as it could have been, with all the changes that has happened since its inception.
- Heidi Lovelace will be out until April with a fractured hip.
- Ashley Flair suffered a stinger and bled nastily in the six women tag match this past week, but is not expected to miss any time
- Jessica Havock has been wrestling injured this taping. It is unclear if she will need to take some time off at some point, or if she’ll power through.

TNAW - Saturday Night Showdown - 17.10.2015
Faction warfare! We are only one night away from Through the Gates of Hell, and tonight’s show opened with the IV Horsewomen standing in the ring, a mic in TV Champion Nattie Neidhart’s hand. Nattie proclaims herself the best women’s wrestler of all time, Ashley Flair and Tessa Blanchard as the best women’s tag team of all time and Sarona Snuka as the biggest and strongest female wrestler of all time. What hope does B*****s in Black and SexiNation have against the generations of wrestling blood in their veins? Tomorrow night, Ivelisse would fail again at winning the TV Title, and that would be the death blow of SexiNation. This brings out Ivelisse and Sarita, who still look surprised at the sudden popularity they experience. Ivelisse says that Nattie cannot ride the coattails of her family’s name much longer. She is overrated, that’s what she is! The Horsewomen are in an uproar, but before it comes to blows, B*****s in Black make their way down, scuffling past SexiNation to take their place on the opposite side of the ring. The IV Horsewomen are surrounded at this point. Athena grabs the mic, saying that the Horsewomen might as well foretell their own apocalypse. Tomorrow night, she and Melanie would become new tag-team champions, and Awesome Kong will crush Sarona, proving herself the biggest and meanest b****h around. Ivelisse responds to this, saying that Kong might be biggest, but Ivelisse is the meanest. Melanie grabs the mic, telling Ivelisse to put her money where her mouth is. Ivelisse accepts a match against Kong, tonight! Tessa Blanchard grabs the mic too, challenging anyone to a match later, much to the chagrin of RD Evans, who tried to stop her. Sarita is the first to accept. Rating: ***
Rose Martinez vs Tonga Tapa The ex-convict hired by AJ Mendez to protect her against Serena is an intimidating figure to be sure, but she can also move faster and is more agile than one should expect from someone her size. As poor Martinez was beat around like a rag doll, AJ Mendez was outside the ring, smiling and laughing along with the onslaught.
Tonga Tapa defeated Rose Martinez with the Tongan Drop in 01:41 Rating: ¾*
Onslaught continues AJ then told Tonga to continue the beatdown to set an example. The big Tongan punched and kicked away at Rose in the corner until Serena and Miss Wrestling II ran down. Tapa tried to stand up to the two, but was both surprised and outnumbered. Serena geared up for the spear on a stunned Tapa, who recovered her wits long enough to get out of the ring and walk to the back alongside AJ. The General Manager grabbed the mic, telling Serena that tomorrow, she would have to bring her A game, as she would face Tonga in the ring at Through the Gates of Hell. Rating: **
Annie Social vs Mia Yim Welcome back to former tag team champion Annie Social, who was a major part of the House of D stable back in early 2012. She got a tough opponent in her comeback match, as Mia Yim is determined to make it to the top of TNAW. The woman who is nicknamed “The Blasian Barbie” lit up Social with kicks and strikes before really connecting with her specialty kick.
Mia Yim defeated Annie Social with the Kick me Goodnight in 02:13 Rating: ***
Tara assures Candice of her intentions We see a video of Tara and Candice finishing up a run in a downtown park. As they are stretching, Tara tells Candice that she mustn’t fall for the mind games of Sky and Love. They cost her what was maybe her last shot at a world title. Candice tells Tara not to worry. Tomorrow night, the Beautiful People would be put in their place, and then they would go hunting for the tag team titles. Rating: ***¼
Sarita vs Tessa Blanchard Even though we have a fully fledged Faction War on our hands, these two were allowed to fight each other without interference. RD Evans and Ivelisse joined the announce team though, stoking the fires for tomorrow’s big iPPV. They got into a verbal argument of course, RD telling Ivelisse that she cannot handle a real man, and Ivelisse telling him to let her know when someone shows up. In the ring, Sarita proved to be the better woman tonight, locking Blanchard up in the double chickenwing to cause the submission.
Sarita defeated Tessa Blanchard when Blanchard submitted to the Double Chickenwing Submission in 05:10 Rating: *
The Beautiful People - last warning A video posted by the Beautiful People on SoMe airs. In it, Angelina and Velvet, using a selfie stick, talks about ending the happy “couple” of Tara and Candice tomorrow. The honeymoon is over. They got a lucky win over TBP at the last iPPV, but that was a fluke. Candice is too green, Tara is a lone wolf. They cannot coexist. At Through the Gates of Hell, TBP would start the climb back to tag team gold. Rating: *¾
Awesome Kong vs Ivelisse It seemed as SexiNation and the B*****s had agreed to let Ivelisse and Kong fight it out for themselves, as they stayed away from the ring in the final main event before Through the Gates of Hell. Unsurprisingly, this became a match of size vs. power, but also a match where Ivelisse proved that if you have the right wrestling techniques, you can bring down larger prey. Ivelisse has a solid ground game, and even if bringing down the big Kong was no easy task, she did so at one occasion. Unfortunately, Kong was able to get back to her feet with Ivelisse still holding on to the triangle choke, and slamming Ivelisse back into the ground. Going up against Kong only one day before fighting Nattie Neidhart for the TV Title might not have been such a good idea, but help came from an unexpected source. RD Evans ran down to distract the referee. Meanwhile, Sarona Snuka ran in and clocked Kong with brass knux. Ivelisse wasn’t more honorable than that she grabbed the win when she could. Evans hurt Kong while at the same time helping Ivelisse. Faction war is never easy.
Ivelisse defeated Awesome Kong via pinfall in 08:19 Rating: *¼
Dramatic scenes from the Boardwalk A video airs of Saraya Knight walking on the Orlando Broadwalk, talking on the phone with her family back in England. Suddenly, she spots Kimberly eating an ice cream. She hangs up, walks over to Kimberly and pushes the ice cream into Kimberly’s face, telling her that she shouldn’t bother showing up for tomorrow’s match. The World title is, and will always be, far above her talent limit. Kimberly snaps at this, and elbows Saraya to the ground. The crowd screams and parts as Kimberly unloads on Saraya. Saraya is just taking the punches, screaming for help and trying to cover herself. Why isn’t she defending herself? Suddenly, Kimberly is hoisted from the ground by two burly police officers. Kimberly strikes one of them, and the other retaliates by pushing Kimberly down on the ground and cuffing her. Saraya smiles as she tells the officers that she’s alright, but that this crazy woman should be behind bars. The officers say that she will be put in custody until Monday morning, at the least. Kimberly looks stricken as she realizes that she will miss the World Title match tomorrow. She struggles against the police officers as Saraya promises to come down later and give a statement. Rating: ***¼
AJ doesn’t care about the news A video airs of Brooke on the phone in AJ’s office. She hands up, and tells AJ that Kimberly has been arrested for assault on a woman down at the Boardwalk and will miss the world title match tomorrow. AJ doesn’t seem to care, and casually dismisses Brooke’s idea of making it a four-way, instead going for a 3-way. When Brooke asks what’s on AJ’s mind, AJ says that she doesn’t understand why Miss Wrestling II has it in for her? What did she ever do to her? If it’s war she wants, it’s war she’s going to get. When she and Tapa was done with Serena, that masked harlot will be next. Brooke doesn’t say anything as the end credits play. Rating: **½
Show rating: **
Show notes: Shocking events took place at the Orlando boardwalk tonight, just one day away from Through the Gates of Hell. Will Kimberly be able to get out of this jam before the biggest match of her career? Or has Saraya rid herself of one of her biggest challengers?
Here is the card for tomorrow:
Saraya Knight (c) vs Jessica Havock vs Sara Del Rey vs Kimberly? for the TNAW World Title in a Through the Gates of Hell Match Melanie Cruise & Athena vs The IV Horsewoman (Blanchard & Flair) (c) for the TNAW Tag Team Titles Nattie Neidhart (c) vs Ivelisse for the TNAW TV Title Serena vs Tonga Tapa Awesome Kong vs Sarona Snuka The Beautiful People vs Tara & Candice LeRae

TNAW - Through the Gates of Hell MMXV - 18.10.2015
Welcome to Through the Gates of Hell! Your announcers, Josh Matthews and Renee Young welcome you to an evening of extravagant action! They open with the announcement that since Kimberly is still in custody for assaulting Saraya Knight on the boardwalk last night, the main event has been changed into a 3-way dance inside the cage.
Mia Yim vs Miss Wrestling II The show opened with an unscheduled match between the popular masked heroine Miss Wrestling II and the highly talented Mia Yim. Mia is still waiting for her breakout match here in TNAW, and her athletic style and powerful strikes gave Miss Wrestling a serious challenge. A neckbreaker took Yim down for a two count, and Miss Wrestling kept the momentum up, looking for the shock effect. Yim’s arsenal of kicks and strikes can come at any time and at all angles though, and even if Miss Wrestling rolled away from a moonsault, Yim landed on her feet and hit her high kick straight away, grazing Wrestling’s temple enough to put her down for the three-count.
Mia Yim defeated Miss Wrestling II with the Kick Me Goodnight in 07:56 Rating: ¾*
Awesome Kong vs Sarona Snuka w/Awesome Kong The monster of IV Horsewomen against the monster of B*****s in Black. Kong was grinning from ear to ear when she faced Snuka in the ring, while the Samoan was visibly nervous (although she tried to hide it). RD also tried to keep Snuka’s optimism up by talking thrash about Kong. The former world champion wasn’t intimidated though, and with the rest of the faction members busy preparing for their own bouts, this one came down to these two powerhouses. They slugged it out, each of them dishing out punches and slams on each other, trying to outpower and outwrestle each other in a battle of supremacy. If it was the nervousness of Sarona or the power of Kong that made the decisive factor in the match is uncertain, but Kong showed tremendous strength when she hoisted Sarona up and Awesome bombed her to the canvas for the three count. The B*****s in Black won the first battle tonight, but who would win the war?
Awesome Kong defeated Sarona Snuka with the Awesome Bomb in 06:14 Rating: **
The Beautiful People vs Tara & Candice LeRae Tara has really taken Candice under her wing, and even if TBP several times have claimed it was only a matter of time before the lone wolf veteran turned to her old tricks and abandons Candice, the former three times world champion has stood by LeRae. Tara and her prodigy dominated their opponents in the early goings, but Velvet and Love were able to isolate Candice after a while, working over the greenest participant in the match. Candice showed great resilience in staying afloat in the game, but TBP refused her the tag, even going over to Tara and pulling her off the apron. Finally, Tara was able to get herself back into the match, cleaning house and setting Love up for the Widow’s Peak. Sky pulled her partner down and stopped the momentum. A refreshened Candice tried to get back inside, but was prevented when the two Aussies, Jessie McKay and Evie suddenly snuck in from the crowd, pulling her down and slamming her into the ringpost. While TBP distracted the ref, the Aussies grabbed Tara and hotshotted her throat first over the ropes. Love and Sky then hit the Makeover for the victory. A big win for The Beautiful People, but what’s up with the Pink Ladies?
The Beautiful People defeated Tara & Candice LeRae with the Makeover in 09:37 Rating: ***
Serena vs Tonga Tapa This grudge match stems from the Playboy contract that Serena had to win in order to get her rematch for the TNAW World Title. General Manager AJ Mendez then proceeded to screw Serena for the title, and Serena has hunted AJ ever since. To protect herself, AJ recruited a former convict straight from jail. The big Tongan put the hurt on Serena early on, seemingly impervious to the pain dished out by Serena. When the former champ tried for a spear, Tonga charged Serena instead, causing a big collision that only Serena suffered the ill effects from. The announcers could barely believe what they were seeing! Tonga whittled down the strength of Serena before hitting the big Tongan Drop for the convincing win.
Tonga Tapa defeated Serena with the Tongan Drop in 07:01 Rating: ****
AJ continues the attack Mendez was ecstatic over the beating suffered by Serena, but wasn’t done. She went into the ring, kicking and punching Serena, who had the gall to spear her after Tropic Tumble. She then ordered Tonga to hit another Tongan Drop. She then wanted her to do it a third time, this time from the top rope! As she maneuvered in the corner, Miss Wrestling II came running down the aisle with a chair, chasing away AJ. Tapa flinched as the chair hit her back, enough for Serena to kick her in the face and get out of the ring alongside Miss Wrestling. AJ pulled Tonga with her, quite satisfied with the result after all. Rating: ***¾
Athena & Melanie Cruise vs The IV Horsewomen w/RD Evans Nothing would taste better for Athena and Melanie Cruise to defeat the golden geese of RD Evans, their former agent who spent a lot of time persuading them to sign on with him, and then eventually abandoned them in favor of the IV Horsewomen. With Awesome Kong boosting their numbers, and already having picked up a great victory tonight, their spirits were high. RD Evans had to take a time-out only a few minutes in, their client reminding them about what the stakes were - namely the TNAW Tag Team Titles. Evans had to take matters into his own hands, pulling down Athena from the apron and preventing a tag. Cruise was double-teamed for a while, Blanchard and Flair utilizing their crisp teamwork to hit a combo slingshot suplex -> natural selection that was bound to take Athena away, but she was saved by Cruise. The match fell into the realm of chaos eventually, Athena wiping out both RD and Ashley on the outside with a dive from the top turnbuckle. As the crowd chanted their ‘holy shit’, Melanie grabbed Tessa and hit the Burning Hammer to become a record breaking 4 time TNAW tag team champion! As Athena and Cruise celebrated in the ring, RD grabbed Tessa, and in front of the camera, told her that she was a disgrace to the Horsewomen, to her father and to her step-father. He then walked out with Ashley, leaving Tessa behind.
The B*****s in Black (Cruise & Athena) defeated The IV Horsewomen (Flair & Blanchard) when Cruise pinned Blanchard with the Burning Hammer in 11:48 Rating: **½ (Athena & Melanie Cruise won the TNAW Tag Team Titles)
Ivelisse vs Nattie Neidhart (c) for the TNAW TV Title The IV Horsewomen had already lost their two other outings tonight, and the TV Title was their last chance of having a decent evening. The excitement before this one was tangible in the arena, as these two are two of the best in the game. And even though RD tried to interject himself (discreetly of course) a time or two over the course of the match, Nattie finally told him to sit down at the announce table. She wanted to do this herself. And the match was just as spectacular as one would assume. Ivelisse’s MMA training background clashed with Nattie’s excruciating training regimen at the Hart Dungeon. This led to an amazing match, a chess duel of sorts between the two, where they engaged in submission wrestling and technical holds and counters that left the crowd in awe. And even if the pace and intensity eventually increased, Nattie almost retaining when she leveled Ivelisse with her Discus lariat, the match was mostly ground-based. And in a flurry of reversals and pinning maneuvers, it was a cradle where Ivelisse got most of her weight on top of Nattie that set them apart, keeping the shoulders down just for the three count. We have a NEW TV champion!
Ivelisse defeated Nattie Neidhart with a reverse cradle with a bridge in 15:18 Rating: ****¼
Tara and Candice looking for some answers Backstage, Tara and Candice are almost frothing at the mouth after what happened in their match earlier. Tara is furious, asking Candice if she has any idea why the Pink Ladies would attack them? Had she done anything? Candice, almost afraid of what Tara would do, just shook her head, saying that she has just been nice to them and vice versa. She doesn’t understand anything. Tara says she has been humiliated enough. It’s time for some payback. Candice looks worried, but Tara pats her shoulder, saying she wants her by her side when the payback is to be dished out. Rating: ***
Saraya ready to defend her belt A pre-taped interview of Josh Matthews talking to Saraya airs just before the title match. Saraya says she isn’t afraid of going into the cage against her three opponents. She does this for her family, for her country and most importantly, for herself. She doesn’t care that the odds are stacked against her. She doesn’t care that she isn’t the youngest on the roster or that the environment is considered dangerous. All she cares about is going in there, getting her opponents out of the cage and retaining her belt. Rating: ****
Jessica Havock vs Sara Del Rey vs Saraya Knight (c) for the TNAW World Title in a Through the Gates of Hell Match Without Kimberly, the dynamics of the match changed a little. Jessica and Sara formed a temporary and very tenuous alliance in the early goings, double teaming Saraya. It wasn’t too easy getting the champion out of the cage though, and when the neared the door, Saraya started kicking and screaming something devilishly, gouging Sara’s eyes and putting her out of the match for a short while. Havock and Knight brawled on the outside, sending each other into the cage. Even if the ringside area is littered with training mats, it’s not as forgiving as the ring, and when Sara hit the Royal Butterfly on Saraya, the champ’s back must have felt it. Havock and Del Rey turned their attention to one another, starting a brutal brawl that busted Sara open over the eye. Havock felt in control, and motioned for the cage attendant to open the door. She irish whipped Sara, but was reversed. She halted just at the door, holding on to the frame, but Sara followed up with a hip attack, sending Jessica out of the ring. Sara and Knight continued the fight, both inside of and outside the ring. On the outside, Havock was enraged, and hit the cage several times with improvised weapons found on the outside. Finally, guards were able to persuade her to leave. Knight and Del Rey’s brawl went outside again, and while they were fighting, attendants on the outside inspected Havock’s damage. It seemed as if she had compromised the mechanisms holding the cage together. Before anything could be done to amend this, Knight and Del Rey were scraping each other face’s up against the cage wall, when it suddenly collapsed, dumping both out of the cage! The rest of the cage barely stood, and security guards ran down to evacuate those in the danger zone if the rest of the structure toppled down. A chaotic situation to say the least, and what happened to the match? Saraya and Sara were still brawling, Saraya picking up her World Title as the show credits played on the screen.
Saraya Knight and Sara Del Rey fought to a no contest in 16:39 x Jessica Havock was eliminated by S. Del Rey in 11:12 Rating: **½
Show rating: ***
Show notes: What a night for the B*****s in Black and SexiNation! On the other hand, the IV Horsewomen will doubtly be partying all night long after this iPPV, losing all their matches and all their gold. In the main event, the cage collapsed, bringing chaos to the title picture. Who fell first? Saraya or Sara? I guess you have to check out Showdown next Saturday to find out.

TNAW - Saturday Night Showdown - 24.10.2015
AJ adresses the title situation We are on the heels of a controversial Through the Gates of Hell, where the main event ended in a chaotic no contest as both Saraya Knight and Sara Del Rey fell out of the cage wall, a wall section weakened by Jessica Havock. As Showdown opens, AJ Mendez is in the ring with Brooke Tessmacher. AJ says due to what happened at TtGoH, she has decided to VACATE the TNAW World Title. She then asks Saraya to come out and hand over the World Title. Saraya does come out, a furious and fiery temper surrounds her as she gets into the ring. She grabs the microphone from AJ, saying that if the match was ruled a no contest or a draw, she would retain her title as the defending champion. AJ says that the complaint has been acknowledged and overruled. AJ says that if Saraya wants a round with the TNAW lawyers, she can, or she can try to regain the title in whatever fashion AJ chooses to. Saraya grabs hold of AJ, and the GM says that if she doesn’t let go, she will be fired immediately. Saraya does let go of AJ, but then eyes Brooke Tessmacher. She asks AJ if she gets fired if she beats up Brooke, but AJ shakes her head, saying that she understands the need to vent som frustrations. Saraya pounds away on Brooke, the poor secretary trying to cover up as the blows rain down upon her. She puts Brooke in the Bridal Rocking Chair, but Sara Del Rey runs in and breaks the hold. Saraya rolls out of the ring as Sara tends to Brooke and yells at AJ for allowing this to happen. AJ just puts up her hands, saying that she couldn’t really have stopped Saraya anyway. On her way out, Saraya grabs the mic, saying that she might not be the champ right now, but she wants a match tonight. She challenges Sara Del Rey, who accepts. Rating: *½
A bad day A video from last Monday airs. It’s a proper Blue Monday for The IV Horsewomen, as a bedraggled RD Evans surveys a crashed hotel room. Ashley and Nattie sleeps on a couch, still wearing their party clothes. RD grabs a pizza box, throwing it at them. He tells them to get up and get back to work. They have lost their gold, and by damn, they are going to get them back. Nattie and Ashley get up and start cleaning as Sarona Snuka gets in. She tells RD that she made sure Tessa isn’t coming back anytime soon. RD nods, saying that from now on, they are the Horsewomen - pure and simple. Rating: ***
A good day A video airs of the half sisters Kong and Athena at the gym, looking at Athena’s tag team title, as the final member of the B*****s in Black, Melanie Cruise, also enter the gym. Athena says that last Sunday, the Horsewomen were taken to school by the baddest and meanest b*****s in town. Kong feels something’s missing though. Cruise and Athena feign ignorance to what she means, and Kong points out that they look so nice with gold around their waist, that she wants a piece of her own. A vacated World Title is just perfect for her. Rating: ***¾
Awesome Kong vs Donna Lee Kong continues her path of destruction in TNAW. Sarona Snuka was not nearly tough enough to handle the former world champion, and neither was Donna Lee tonight. Lee got a taste of a spinebuster, a bodyslam a backfist and the Awesome Bomb before the pinfall.
Awesome Kong defeated Donna Lee with the Awesome Bomb after 01:41 Rating: *
Candice LeRae & Tara vs Pink Ladies Six days ago, Pink Ladies interfered in LeRae and Tara’s match against The Beautiful People, causing the loss for the veteran and her young protegé. Tara was quick to use her influence to get this match. Tara was irate before the match, and Candice had to hold her back as to allow the referee to start it properly. Nobody really knows why Pink Ladies did what they did, and they didn’t volunteer any information now either. Even though they managed to isolate Candice a short while, Tara was all fire when she came in. The young Aussies never got back on top, and when Tara hit McKay with the Widow’s Peak, it was all over. As Candice practically dragged Tara out of the ring, she was screaming “why?!” at the Pink Ladies.
Candice LeRae & Tara defeated Pink Ladies when Tara hit McKay with the Widow’s Peak in 04:08 Rating: **½
RD demands a rematch An all suited-up RD Evans knocks on AJ’s door, and comes in with a bouquet of flowers. He is all charm and friendliness as he compliments AJ on a good show last Sunday and a good decision on the World Title. AJ tells him to cut the crap and get to the point. She knows she is good and pretty and all that. She doesn’t need him to tell her. He wants rematches for the title he lost last weekend. AJ says that Nattie can have a rematch tonight if she wants to. As for the tag team titles, as Tessa Blanchard is gone from TNAW, that won’t happen. RD suggests that Ashley and Sarona can “inherit” the rematch. AJ says no, but tells him that they can have a top contenders match next week against SexiNation. Rating: ****¼
Pink Ladies reveals some As Jessie and Evie make their way backstage, licking their wounds, Evie tries to cheer Jessie up. She tells her that they got inside the head of Tara now, she is unsettled and furious. She doesn’t know why they targeted them. They don’t even know who their fury is directed against. Jessie nods, saying that Tara will regret ruining her life the way she has. Rating: ***¼
Sara Del Rey vs Saraya Knight These two were involved in the controversial ending of Through the Gates of Hell last Sunday, when they fell out of the cage at the same time. They continued their brawl tonight, slugging it out without any niceties, ignoring the referee’s pleas and basically trying to ruin as much as possible of the ringside area in the process. The referee has no choice but to eventually rule the match a double countout.
Sara Del Rey and Saraya Knight battled to a double countout in 05:59 Rating: ***
Tara still upset Backstage, Tara is throwing things (water bottles, clothing, etc) into the wall, as Candice LeRae tries to calm her down. Candice tells her to relax - they won. They got their payback. Tara corrects her, telling her that this is not over, not until Tara knows why they targeted her. Candice points out that it might be her that they targeted, but Tara knows it was her. They need to keep the pressure up, beat the truth out of them. Candice puts up her arms, asking Tara if the plan has changed. Weren’t they going for the tag team titles? Tara says the titles can wait. Rating: ****
Ivelisse (c) vs Nattie Neidhart w/RD Evans for the TNAW TV Title Nattie had cleaned up well after last weekend’s disastrous events, and while their encounter tonight was far from as epic as their bout last Sunday, it was still a competitive fight based around both wrestler’s ground and submission skill. RD Evans joined the announce booth, telling them that the Horsewomen were soon back where they belonged, on the top. Neidhart almost regained her title with the Discus Lariat. Ashley Flair soon snuck in, tripping Ivelisse, but prompting Sarita to join the fray at ringside. Sarita landed blow after blow at Ashley, diverting Nattie’s attention long enough for Ivelisse to hit her Disdain DDT to retain.
Ivelisse defeated Nattie Neidhart with the Disdain DDT in 08:19 Rating: **¾ (Ivelisse retained her TNAW TV Title in her 1st defense)
Show rating: ***
Show notes:
The TNAW World Title has been vacated! Next week, AJ Mendez will announce what will happen with it.

TNAW - Saturday Night Showdown - 31.10.2015
AJ announces title tournament To open the show, AJ Mendez skips down to the ring with the TNAW World Title. She says she has some news regarding the TNAW World Title. She wants Renee Young to come into the ring, and the announcer hesitantly does so. AJ says that a tournament will start next week, a tournament culminating at Pride and Glory. The winner of the tournament will be the rightful TNAW World Champion. This brings out Saraya Knight, who gets into AJ’s face, telling the GM that there is no doubt that she is the rightful TNAW World Champion. Saraya desperately wants to punch AJ, but AJ reminds her that her job is in the balance. She nods not so discreetly towards Renee Young. Saraya takes a couple of steps against the announcer, grabs her hair and slaps her. AJ smiles, leaving the ring as Saraya is still fuming, standing over a horrified Renee Young. What a despicable act by the General Manager! Rating: ***¼
Juanita Solis vs Rose Martinez This was our first taste of Solis, a veteran of the Puerto Rican wrestling circuit. She certainly possessed latin rhythms, dancing seductively towards the ring, rolling her hips. Martinez hasn’t really found her groove since being tossed out of SexiNation, and had big problems matching Solis’ pace and agility. Her flexibility allowed Juanita to hit several pinning combinations that might have put Rose out, but it was a big neckbreaker followed by the Frog Splash that secured the victory.
Juanita Solis defeated Rose Martinez with the Frog Splash after 02:39 Rating: **¼
RD with a proposal to AJ RD Evans enters AJ Mendez’ office, carrying a briefcase. He tries, not so discreetly, to bribe AJ into giviing them a tag team title shot, instead of a top contenders match. AJ just slams the briefcase lid down, telling RD that she has enough money. AJ sees the contours of a faction war, and faction wars equals money. RD says that it doesn’t matter - The Horsewomen will crush all opposition and reign supreme. AJ smiles coyly, telling RD that remains to be seen. Rating: ****¼
Tapa on the hunt We see a video from backstage, Miss Wrestling II running through the corridors. Tonga Tapa is not far behind her, briefly stopping to grab Donna Lee and ask where Miss Wrestling is. Donna points in the right direction. Looks like AJ has found a new target, and that her lapdog is on the track. Rating: ***
The Beautiful People vs KC & Lexi Angelina and Velvet are in high spirits after their win at Through the Gates of Hell. Tonight, they tangled with a local team, and after making fun of anything from their hair style to bad nose jobs and whether or not their mums had dressed them, TBP got down to business and finished them off with the Makeover.
Angelina Love & Velvet Sky defeated KC & Lexi with the Makeover in 04:04 Rating: ***¼
Tapa loses her prey Tapa barges into a locker room, certain of finding her elusive prey, Miss Wrestling II here. As she bangs on the lockers, trying to lure her masked opponent out, Brooke Tessmacher walks out of the showers, a towel around her. Tapa asks her if she has seen Miss Wrestling, but Brooke says it’s only her here. Tapa looks into the showers, but it’s empty. Tapa mutters that she’s certain that Miss Wrestling ran in here. As Tapa walks out, the camera zooms to a trash can, where a piece of spandex is barely visible between the edge and the lid. Rating: ***¼
Looking for reinforcements We see a video of Sarita and Ivelisse preparing for their tag team main event. Sarita says they are naked out there, clearly outnumbered compared to the Horsewomen. Ivelisse strokes her TV Title, saying that they have overcome tough opposition before, and they will again. That being said, she knows of someone who might fit right in with SexiNation. Sarita smiles and says she probably knows who Ivelisse is thinking of. Rating: *¼
Candice LeRae vs Jessie McKay Even if it was only Candice who was due to wrestle tonight, Tara wanted a piece of the Aussies as well. Candice managed to persuade her to stay on the outside, but the veteran didn’t stay her hand for long, tripping up McKay and getting ejected. Evie had been at the announce table for the match so far, her lips sealed as to why they attacked Candice and Tara. With Tara out of the picture, Evie got a better look at the action. While she didn’t involve herself physically, she did get up on the apron, distracting Candice who ran right into the spinebuster variant Candice calls the Boyfriend Stealer.
Jessie McKay defeated Candice LeRae with the Boyfriend Stealer in 04:59 Rating: ****
Sitdown interview with Serena Josh Matthews has spoken to former TNAW World Champion Serena, who hasn’t been around since losing to Tonga Tapa at Through the Gates of Hell. Serena says that while she doesn’t feel she is done just yet, it is no doubt that she is closer to the end of her career, than her start. Serena feels done with AJ and Tapa, her focus is now on the Title tournament. Rating: ***
SexiNation (Ivelisse & Sarita) vs The Horsewomen (Flair & Snuka) - Top Contenders Match Melanie Cruise and Athena had a front row seat for this one, as they would be defending their titles against the winners next week. Ashley and Sarona hadn’t tagged together as often as Ashley and Tessa, but the big Samoan’s power allowed them to dominate the early goings, isolating Sarita and utilizing quick tags to stay in control. The TV Champion was eager for a tag, but strategic wrestling and RD using the number’s game to their advantage held her on the outside for several minutes. When finally Sarita slipped through the cracks and tagged in Ivelisse, the duo showed crisp tandem maneuvers and a great will to win. Unfortunately, they have an advantage named RD Evans, who tripped up Ivelisse. This prompted Athena and Melanie Cruise to climb the barricades and grab hold of RD. This, in turn, got Sarona Snuka involved, and soon, it was a pier six brawl happening on the outside. The ref threw the match out. Now, who’s the top contender?
SexiNation and The Horsewomen battled to a no contest in 08:18 Rating: *½
Show rating: **¾
Show notes: It’s difficult to host title matches when so many factions fight for supremacy in the premier women’s wrestling league of the world. AJ Mendez has made a ruling, however. She has ruled that since Ivelisse is the TV Champion, she cannot compete for the Tag Team titles as well. This means that SexiNation needs to find a third member before they can go after that set of straps!

TNAW - Saturday Night Showdown - 07.11.2015
Welcome to another edition of Saturday Night Showdown. Faction war is in full swing here, with The Horsewomen taking on B*****s in Black for the Tag Team Titles later tonight. But first, the biggest b**** of them all!
Awesome Kong vs Lexxi Nobody has come close to stopping Awesome Kong since her return to TNAW, and Lexxi was no exception. In one of the shortest matches in TNAW history, Kong met Lexxi with a backfist, followed up by the Awesome Bomb.
Awesome Kong defeated Lexxi with the Awesome Bomb in 0:10 Rating: **½
SexiNation recruits One of the freshest faces in TNAW, the Puerto Rican Juanita Solis is practicing her pole dancing skills in an empty studio, when Sarita and Ivelisse enter. They take a swing each on the pole, before Ivelisse asks Juanita to join them. Join them against their nation’s enemies. Join them in the SexiNation. Juanita twerks and shakes her ass at them, before putting out her hand in acceptance. Rating: ½*
A clear and direct order In AJ Lee’s office, the General Manger is throwing dart arrows at a Miss Wrestling poster as Tonga Tapa enters. The big Tongan awaits AJ’s attention, obedient to a fault. AJ says that while Serena is out of the picture for the moment, Miss Wrestling II has risen to the top of the Most Wanted List here in TNAW. Tonga says she will find Miss Wrestling and destroy her. AJ smiles and says she’s certain she will. Rating: ***¼
Donna Lee vs Tara The storied veteran Tara has been a little unhinged as of late, all since the Pink Ladies interfered and attacked Tara and Candice LeRae at Through the Gates of Hell. They’ve gotten their revenge since that time, but Tara still does not know WHY. Donna did connect with a big yakuza kick, but Tara still picked up the win.
Tara defeated Donna Lee with the Widow’s Peak after 02:24 Rating: *½
Grudges, grudges Josh Matthews has had a short sitdown with Tara and Candice LaRae, the veteran->rookie team that was on their way to a great victory against The Beautiful People when The Pink Ladies decided to interfere. Still, no explanation to why? Tara says that it shouldn’t come as a surprise that young, up-and-comers like them try to make a name of themselves by using veterans as a stepping stone. Candice, again, asks why she’s certain they were targeting her. Tara asks if she can think of a better reason, but LeRae cannot. It doesn’t matter, Tara says, they will cross paths again, and Tara will know why. Candice mutters something about McKay looking familiar somehow, but she cannot put her finger to it. Rating: ***½
Evie vs Miss Wrestling II - TNAW World Title Tournament Wouldn’t it be ironic if Miss Wrestling II, arguably AJ Lee’s biggest enemy right now, was to win a tournament ordered, perhaps a little unfairly, by AJ Lee? The Kiwi Evie (that rhymes, doesn’t it) has put herself on the map as part of the Pink Ladies, and her agility and speed, combined with her newfound lack of respect for rules, etiquette and the safety and well being of her fellow humans, gave her the upper hand in parts of the match. Still, Miss Wrestling is on the rise, and with the support of the crowd she rallied back and hit the Shock Effect for the win.
Miss Wrestling II defeated Evie with the Shock Effect in 05:52 Rating: **¼
Tonga strikes Miss Wrestling was up on the turnbuckle, soaking in the cheers of the crowd, when the big Tongan struck. The powerful bodyguard of AJ Lee pushed her down of the turnbuckle, causing her to crash down into the ring. Tonga went in after her, stomping her and pounding her into the ground. She sent her into the ropes, smashing her down with a spinebuster. She also hit the Tongan Drop Not before she brough Miss Wrestling to the top rope, trying to really destroy her with a Super Tongan Drop, did someone, in this case, Sara DelRey, run in and engage Tapa in a war of fists. Tapa tried to strike back, but Sara was too quick. Finally, Tonga retreated, allowing Sara to help the injured Miss Wrestling back to her feet. Rating: *1/4
Athena & Melanie Cruise (c’s) vs Sarona Snuka & Ashley Flair w/RD Evans for the TNAW Tag Team Titles The Horsewomen held ⅔ of the titles for just a few weeks ago. Now, they have nothing, and Tessa Blanchard is gone. One should think that the big Island girl was a good replacement, but the champions have an either bigger member of their team, and while Tessa’s youthful exuberance and unorthodox style could have posed some unconventional tactics, while Sarona’s power-style was easily thwarted in the opening minutes by Cruise. RD Evans needed to win back some gold, but his attempts at distracting the referee and the B****s was seen through by the ref, who finally ejected him. And while Snuka’s power and Flair’s athletic abilities gave them the upper hands at several times in the bout, an O-Face from Athena followed by a big Flying Leg Drop from Cruise was enough to put Snuka out.
Athena & Cruise defeated Snuka & Flair when Cruise pinned Snuka after the Flying Leg Drop in 12:29 Rating: **¾
You threatening me? AJ Lee and Tonga Tapa are leaving the GM’s office, when AJ suddenly remember she forgot her purse. She tells Tonga to wait for her in the parking lot. As AJ enter her office, she is slammed to the wall by Saraya Knight. The former TNAW World Champion asks AJ to give her one reason to not punch her teeth in. AJ says that it was just business. Tournaments sell. Throwing titles up in the air, sells. She promises Saraya to give her an easy path to the finals. And when she does win the World Title again, she will be a double champion. Saraya lets AJ go, saying that it was possible the worst set of excuses ever. Saraya is willing to grant a stay of execution until after the tournament. But if she isn’t world champion by the end of the year, AJ is done. Rating: ****
Remember me? As AJ Lee and Tonga Tapa speeds away in their car, AJ Lee staring at Saraya as she approaches her own car out in the parking lot, a dark shadow jumps out from behind a corner, striking Saraya with a baseball bat. Saraya tries to get her hands up, but she is mercilessly beaten down. The hooded figure unmasks, revealing herself to be none other than Kimberly! Last seen taken away by police officers when she assaulted Knight, an action that made her miss the big World Title match at Through the Gates of Hell. Kimberly laughs a shrill laugh, telling Saraya that destiny and karma has caught up with her. She would love to see Saraya win the World Title with a broken body. Rating: ***¼
Show rating: ** ¾
Show notes: Kimberly is back with a vengeance, but has she gone too far?! Next week, we will see two matches in the 1st round of the World Title match.

TNAW - Saturday Night Showdown - 14.11.2015
Annie Social vs Sarita It’s been a long time since anyone has cheered for Sarita, but the Canadian born latina has become a fan favorite ever since SexiNation started the battle against the Horsewomen. Sarita is a sound wrestler and a solid veteran, pickin up the win via submission.
Sarita defeated Annie Social with the chickenwing submission after 01:48 Rating: *
SexiNation getting ready As Sarita returns backstage after her match, Ivelisse is preparing Juanita Solis for her big World Title Tournament Match against Ashley Flair. Ivelisse tried to give some tips and pointers to the newest member of SexiNation. She reminds her that they will be watching, but that they have a silent understanding with The Horsewomen that nobody interferes. If Juanita is to advance in the tournament, she needs to defeat the second generation superstar on her own. Rating: *
Horsewomen getting ready Ashley Flair is stretching her long limbs in preparation for her match. RD Evans is nearby, prepping her. He tells her that Solis has been wrestling in dingy clubs and dirty bars in Puerto Rico and south Florida for years, an uncut gem she mustn’t take lightly on. Nattie Neidhart walks by, telling Ashley they’ve got this covered. RD says that nobody interferes. He has faith in Ashley’s abilities. Besides, he’s gonna be out there himself. Rating: **
Ashley Flair w/RD Evans vs Juanita Solis - TNAW World Title Match First Round The rhythmic twerking of the newest member of SexiNation drove the fans into a frenzy during her entrance, and even the athletic showboating from Flair could change their minds as to who they rooted for. Solis showed no respect for Flair, attacking her with a mix of high-paced lucha-style and an unorthodox, kickboxer style. RD Evans was a constant thorn in the side for Solis, distracting the referee, choking her on the ropes and making her life difficult. The hot-headed latina lost her temper, and when she managed to get hold of Ashley, she choked her back, not adhering to the ref’s 5-count and getting herself disqualified in the process. If SexiNation is to prevail in this Faction War, Solis needs to keep her cool.
Ashley Flair defeated Juanita Solis via disqualification in 07:10 Rating: ****¼
AJ tries to discipline Kimberly Kimberly enters the offices of AJ Mendez, the presence of Tonga Tapa behind her indicating that it isn’t completely voluntarily. AJ tells Kimberly that she doesn’t know what to do with her. She misses the biggest show of the year, and she almost destroys a former World Champion. Kimberly remains silent as AJ berates her, threatening her with everything from suspension to being fired. Kimberly smiles a wry smile, asking AJ how safe she feels with Saraya around. She stripped her off her World Title. AJ scoffs, saying that she has Tonga here to protect her. Kimberly says AJ has too many enemies. Miss Wrestling. Sara Del Rey. Saraya Knight if she doesn’t win her belt back in the tournament. AJ needs Kimberly to take Saraya out of the picture. AJ ponders Kimberly’s word for a second before nodding and asking what Kimberly has in mind. Rating: *
Candice LeRae vs Evie Neither Tara nor Jessie McKay were present for this singles match, and Candice’s behavior indicated that she didn’t know where Tara was. The uncertainty of her partner’s whereabouts played a key role in opening minutes of the match, where Evie was able to take advantage of Candice’s focus being somewhere else. After a minute or two, LeRae’s training kicked in, and she realized she had to fight one battle at a time. The SoCal resident had Evie poised for the Crotch Plex, when Jessie McKay appeared at the ramp. Evie managed to wriggle free of the move, and then walked out alongside Jessie. Candice didn’t understand what was happening, other than that she had won a match.
Candice LeRae defeated Evie by countout in 04:39 Rating: ****
What happened to Tara? We see a video of Candice entering her locker room after her strange countout win over Evie. A pair of legs stick out from beneath a bench. Candice rushes over to Tara, who groans in pain. A trickle of blood flows down from her forehead. Candice runs over to the door and shouts for help, getting the attention of a couple of trainers who rush over to help the unconscious Tara. What happened here? Rating: *¼
AJ warns Sara There’s yet another meeting at AJ Mendez’ office. This time, both Tonga and Brooke are in attendance. Former two-time champion Sara Del Rey sits opposite her, arms crossed, stare fixed on Tonga. AJ tells Sara that it is probably best for her future here in TNAW if she DOESN’T cross her. Just look at Serena. What happened to her? Sara says she’s not afraid of her OR her big bodyguard. Her reign of terror won’t last forever. If Miss Wrestling doesn’t put a stop to it, she will. AJ slams her fist down in the desk, telling Sara that Miss Wrestling is nothing, she’s a nobody! If Sara wants to advance in the World Title tournament, she needs to defeat Tonga Tapa. Sara smiles, saying it will be her pleasure. Rating: **
Mia Yim vs Serena - TNAW World Title Tournament First Round Match The former TNAW World Champion did not underestimate young and feisty Mia Yim at all, but was still caught unawares by the speed and agility of Yim, as well as the power of her kicks and strikes. Serena has been in the game for long, and brought down the pace a little, working over Mia’s legs. This match showed the competitive spirit that such tournaments inspire in people. Serena might have felt she got everything to lose here against the youngster, while Yim wanted to show that she belongs at the top, that she is a part of the new guard in TNAW and professional wrestling in general. At the 10 minute mark, Serena had Mia stunned and charged with the Spear. Mia got her wits back just in the nick of time, kicking Serena in the head to stop her momentum. Another kick brought her down. Mia quickly ascended the turnbuckle, hit the Sky Yim and pinned the former World Champion for the upset!
Mia Yim defeated Serena with the Sky Yim in 10:28 Rating: ***
Saraya gets some bad news A video airs of Saraya Knight walking out of the doctor’s office using crutches. Renee Young comes up to her, asking if the news from the doctor were as bad as it looks. Saraya grits her teeth as she tries to put some weight on the foot. She tells Renee that the doctor has recommended she go into surgery and that she drops out of the World Title tournament. Saraya says she has no intentions of doing so. Next week, she will advance against Jessie McKay, and if the wrestling gods were fair to her, Kimberly would await in the next round. Rating: ***¼
Show rating: **¾
Show notes: Mia Yim with the biggest upset so far in the World Title tournament, how far will this take her? Saraya Knight is in pain after Kimberly’s attack last week, but the Brit does not give up that easily. Next week, Faction War continues with a triple threat match, pitting one wrestler from each faction against each other.

TNAW - Saturday Night Showdown - 21.11.2015
A sudden booking AJ Mendez and Brooke Tessmacher is taking a look at the card for tonight, noting that Tonga will be facing Kacee Carlisle. AJ looks up at the tall bodyguard, smiling and telling her that she needs somewhat tougher opposition than that. She books Tonga against Miss Wrestling instead, and sends an e-mail, letting Miss Wrestling know just that. In the same moment, a beep emanates from Brooke’s telephone. AJ gets angry with Brooke, reminding her that she needs to turn off the volume during their meetings. Brooke says it’s an alarm for her dentist’s appointment, and that she has to go. AJ rolls her eyes but waves her away. Rating: ***½
Kacee Carlisle vs Kimberly Carlisle was set to face Tonga Tapa originally, and while she might have felt some relief when she found out she was facing the former TV Champion instead, it quickly faded when the crazy Kimberly attacked Kacee with all she got, gouging, choking and even biting Kacee’s fingers. The veteran of the north east scene tried to mount an offensive, but Kimberly cut her off quickly en route to hitting the Shuttle 151, sending Kacee away with a loss.
Kimberly defeated Kacee Carlisle with the Shuttle 151 after 01:58 Rating: ¾*
Candice confronts Jessie Backstage, the long-legged Aussie beauty Jessie McKay is posing for a photographer, when Candice bursts unto the set, grabbing hold of Jessie and pushing her against the wall. Candice says she knows it was Jessie that injured Tara. She knew that Tara has had trouble with concussions before, targeting her head was uncalled for. Jessie invites Candice to punch her. It doesn’t matter. Tara has caused Jessie so much pain already, her trainee punching her doesn’t mean anything. When Candice asks what Tara has done her, Jessie breaks loose and hits a superkick out of nowhere. As LeRae massages her jaw, McKay says everything will be revealed in time. Rating: ***
Miss Wrestling II vs Tonga Tapa Whenever Tapa wrestles, Mendez takes up a position at the announce table, like a hedonistic empress watching her favorite gladiator in battle. The masked luchadora tried a guerilla tactic to cope with Tonga in the opening minutes, and succeed partially in getting her opponent down to one knee, hitting a low DDT for a two-count. Tapa has seemed unstoppable so far in TNAW though, and when she got hold of Miss Wrestling, she started stretching her body in ways and positions the body wasn’t supposed to bend. Still, Miss Wrestling fought on, even getting Tapa in a position to hit the Shock Effect. Tapa was too big and heavy though, and easily fought out of it, hitting the Tongan Drop to pick up the win.
Tonga Tapa defeated Miss Wrestling II with the Tongan Drop in 05:12 Rating: ½*
Jessie McKay vs Saraya Knight - TNAW World Title Tournament First Round Match After being, in many people’s eyes, unfairly stripped of the TNAW World Title after the no contest at Through the Gates of Hell, Saraya must go through three other women to reclaim it. Her ire at AJ Mendez’ decision is not to be taken lightly, but she has obviously agreed to postpone her fatwa until the tournament’s end. The Aussie might have taken Tara out of action, but in a one-on-one match with the British wrestling matriarch, she came up on the short end. Saraya never got the pleasure of pinning or submitting her, however, as Kimberly ran in and attacked Tara, causing the blatant DQ. Saraya Knight defeated Jessie McKay by disqualification in 03:40 Rating: **½
Kimberly continues her assault Saraya went into the match with an injury, and while she could obviously handle a few minutes against an opponent one-on-one, the ambush from Kimberly took her by surprise. Kimberly continued her assault on Saraya’s knee, splashing it and wrenching on it, wrapping it around the ring post. On her way out, as Knight was tended to by some trainers, Kimberly grabbed a mic, wishing Saraya good luck in the World Title Tournament. Rating: **¼
Serena asks for a rematch We see a video of Mia Yim doing some yoga exercises, when Serena enters, again congratulating her on the win last week. She beat her fair and square. However, Serena knows she can do better, and asks for a rematch. Yim smiles, but declines the offer. She feels she has proven herself the better wrestler and needs to move on now. Serena, speechless to being snubbed like this, just stares at Mia. Yim then asks Serena if she can leave, as she wants a quiet solo workout. Rating: ***
A big surprise from the Beautiful People We see a video of Angelina Love’s home, as Velvet Sky comes to visit. Angelina says she has some big news to bring her. Sky sits down, and Love drops the bomb. She’s pregnant with her first child. As Velvet hugs her and congratulates her, tears stream out of both women’s eyes as they share this beautiful moment. Angelina says that she expects Velvet to kick some ass in the single’s division while she goes on maternity leave. Velvet says she’ll do just that. Rating: ***
Ivelisse vs Melanie Cruise vs Nattie Neidhart w/RD Evans - non title match This is the first time we have seen members from all teams involved in the Faction War against each other. It was a tense beginning, as nobody wanted to make the first move, afraid to leave their flank vulnerable. In the end though, Ivelisse and Cruise made a telepathic alliance, both attacking Nattie and taking her out of the match momentarily. While RD talked some strategy on the outside with Nattie, the TV Champion and one-half of the tag champions battled it out in the ring. Cruise applied her power game against the smaller Puerto Rican, while the TV Champ absorbed the punishment, eventually bringing Cruise down to the mat, applying her submission training to good effect. Neidhart tried to sneak in at opportune moments to sneak some pinfall attempts. Nattie was almost taken out herself when Ivelisse hit the Disdain DDT, but RD Evans pulled her out of the ring. As Ivelisse jaw-jacked with Evans, Cruise struck from behind, hitting the Burning Hammer for the win. Luckily for Ivelisse, the TV Title was not on the line…
Melanie Cruise defeated Ivelisse and Nattie Neidhart in a 3-way match when Cruise pinned Ivelisse after the Burning Hammer in 08:18 Rating: ***
Faction Brawl Cruise stayed in the ring to help Ivelisse get back on her feet, but the leader of SexiNation didn’t take too kindly to Cruise stealing the victory while she yelled at Evans. They started pushing each other in the ring, and it soon escalated into a brawl. Meanwhile, Nattie tried to steal a few moments with the TV Title, something that brought out Sarita and Juanita Solis. Soon, Ashley Flair, Awsome Kong and Snuka was there as well, and a three-way brawl closed out Showdown tonight. Solis and Sarita both got blasted with their teammates title belt, courtesy of Nattie, while Ivelisse tasted another Burning Hammer in the ring. Kong did some damage too, ramming Snuka into the apron and knocking her loopy with the backfist. Flair and Neidhart quickly retreated. Rating: ***
Show rating: **½
Show notes: The TNAW World Title Tournament continues next week. Who will advance to the Quater Finals? The remaining First Round matches are as follows: Nattie Neidhart vs Kimberly Awesome Kong vs Candice LeRae Sarita vs Sarona Snuka Sara Del Rey vs Tonga Tapa
Behind the scenes
Renee Young suffered a broken leg while mountain biking. The injury was quite ugly, and she is expected to miss a great deal of time from the announce booth. So Cal Val, former backstage announcer has been hired to replace her. While she has worked as both an interviewer and a manager, this will be the first time she’s involved in commentary.
Kimberly no-showed the TV-tapings where Through the Gates of Hell took place. She appeared at the tapings on day two, but TNAW management chose not to re-shuffle the tapings to allow for Kimberly in the cage match. Too many of the matches would have spoiled the iPPV and ruined the atmosphere for the live crowd. It is rumored that Kimberly is in the doghouse over this, but it is uncertain how much punishment she will receive. She has been pushed hard for over a year now, and it all seems a waste if they’re just to fire her.
Jessica Havock has been working injured some time now, and after Through the Gates of Hell, she will be taking some time off. It is believed she will be back in 2016.
The ratings, both for TV and iPPV has been quite good as of late, and many contribute this to AJ Mendez’ presence. Both her popularity and her skills with the microphone has lifted the product. It is believed that TNAW will go for a better time slot when the negotiations with the network starts after Christmas.

TNAW - Saturday Night Showdown - 28.11.2015
Rose Martinez vs Velvet Sky With her partner, Angelina Love, out on maternity leave, Velvet needs to make her own career in the singles division. While primarily known for her tag team wrestling, Sky showed that she could more than hold her own one-on-one against Rose, finishing her with the In Yo Face for the win. New announcer So Cal Val said that such an impressive wrestler must be a threat to TV Champion Ivelisse.
Velvet Sky defeated R. Martinez in 01:48 with the In You Face Rating: **½
Sitdown interview with Jessie McKay Josh Matthews has a sitdown with the Aussie McKay, who after injuring Tara, told Candice LeRae last week that she would soon reveal her motives. Jessie said that she had no intentions of doing it to somebody like him. Josh is taken aback at this, but when he tries to have Jessie elaborate, she instead wants to focus on how much pain she will dish out to Candice if she doesn’t let it go. Josh tries to ask what Evie’s absence (she couldn’t get her VISA renewed) means to her little plan. Jessie said that her “little plan” put the most decorated woman in TNAW history on the shelf, so he’d better behave himself. She then told Josh that the interview was over. Rating: ***¾
A New warning for Del Rey AJ is walking towards her office, Tonga Tapa in tow, when they pass Sara Del Rey. AJ says it was wise of her to stay out of the Tonga vs Miss Wrestling match last week. SDR says that it was a fair match, no need for her to get involved unless AJ starts abusing her power again. AJ denies ever having abused her power, before she tells Sara she will be facing Tonga in the World Title Tournament. Sara smiles and says she cannot wait. Rating: ****
Donna Lee vs Jessie McKay She might not have revealed to Josh Matthews her reason for ambushing Tara, but she told Josh and the fans that she is not to be taken lightly. She might be out of the World Title tournament, but there is no shame losing to former World Champion Saraya Knight. She got right back on the winning track tonight by defeating Donna Lee. During the match, So Cal Val said that Jessie was that girl from high school no boy could get, and if she wanted someone, she took them.
Jessie McKay defeated Donna Lee in 03:30 with the Boyfriend Stealer Rating: ****
Serena does not give up A video airs of Mia Yim walking a bulldog outside of the arena. Serena comes up to her, complimenting her on the dog. Mia stops her right there, saying she knows what she wants. It must irk her to no degree that she lost to a relative rookie. And it must annoy the hell out of her that she won’t get a rematch. But the answer still stood. She would focus on the World Title tournament, not giving away matches to golden oldies. Rating: *½
Sarita vs Sarona Snuka w/RD Evans - TNAW World Title Tournament First Round Match The Faction War continues in the World Title Tournament. It seems that the factions have an unspoken agreement to let the wrestler fight themselves without any interference. This does not hold true for RD Evans of course, with his manager’s license and insidious ways. So Cal Val defended him against Matthews, telling him that he only had his client’s best interest in mind. He certainly didn’t have Sarita’s best interest in mind. At one point, the ref was knocked down by an errant big boot from Snuka. Evans went under the ring and retrieved a coconut! Everyone who knows of Sarona’s father, knows the meaning of this. Unfortunately, when RD threw it into the ring, Sarona wasn’t ready, and it bounced off her shoulder. Sarita was faster than Snuka to pick it up, and wasted no time cracking it over Sarona’s head for the win. So Cal Val was livid over this, claiming Sarita to be a big, lying cheater. Josh tried to point out that it was RD who had brought the coconut into play, but So Cal Val said that nuts did not belong in a women’s wrestling ring.
Sarita defeated Sarona Snuka via pinfall in 06:52 Rating: ***
Secret meeting A video airs of a darkened alley behind the TNAW arena. Athena is waiting for someone, dressed in a warm jacket to fend off the winter cold. RD Evans comes into view, thanking her for coming. Athena says that she didn’t know if this was a trap or not, but decided to see what he wanted. RD says that the offer to become a Horsewoman still stands. With “the Wrestling Goddess” on board, nothing can stop the Horsewomen in becoming the top faction. Athena says she’ll consider it if her sister and Melanie is included in the offer. Evans says that they don’t have the pedigree that the Horsewomen need, or the talent Athena possesses. Athena tells RD to forget it then. As Athena leaves, RD says that they will lose the war. Athena turns her head, saying “maybe, but at least we have our integrity”. Rating: ****½
AJ wants to unmask Miss Wrestling In AJ Mendez’ office, the General Manager is leafing through some documents, trying to find something that prohibits masks in TNAW. AJ tells Brookeit’s unnatural for a woman to hide her features like that. She wonders whether she might be scarred or something? Only Mexicans and ugly people wear masks. Brooke gets annoyed and tells AJ to focus on the bigger picture, not such small gripes. AJ grabs hold of Brooke and slaps her. She then reminds Brooke about who’s the boss around here. What she focuses on, is not Brooke’s concern. AJ then tells Brooke that someone mentioned a clogged toilet in Locker Room 3, and sends Brooke down to fix it. Rating: **½
Kimberly vs Nattie Neidhart w/RD Evans - TNAW World Title Tournament First Round Match The fans didn’t quite know who to root for here in this one, but couldn’t help be awed by the fantastic wrestling that was on display here in tonight’s main event. That Kimberly has a screw loose is common knowledge. Also that Nattie has allied herself with the most unscrupulous man in the business in order to win the title that has always eluded her, the TNAW World Title. Still, their knowledge of the craft is undisputable. Nattie worked on Kimberly’s back, setting her up for the Sharpshooter. The couple of attempts ended up short though, as Kimberly scrambled to the safety of the ropes. On the commentary team, So Cal Val mentioned it was a disgrace that only one of these two would advance, as both would make perfect world champions. Towards the 10-minute mark of this classic, the music of Saraya Knight played, and the former world champion appeared on the ramp, smiling down to the ring and the woman who has been trying to take her out of the business. Kimberly was distracted by this long enough for Nattie to roll her up from behind and win the match with some added leverage by putting her feet on the ropes.
Nattie Neidhart defeated Kimberly with a roll-up in 09:24 Rating: ****¼
Post-match confrontation As RD Evans and Nattie got out of harm’s way, Saraya Knight made her way down to the ring. Several security officers ran down to prevent the two from coming to blows. Saraya kicked, scraped and gouged to get her hands on Kimberly, who bit, elbowed and raked right back at her. When the security guards tried to grab her, she threatened to sue him for groping. The two managed to launch several attacks at each other before someone managed to fasten plastic strips on the hands of Kimberly. This freed up more manpower to actually carry Knight to the back. These two don’t seem to be able to keep their hands off of each other, and it must just be a matter of time before they face each other in the ring. Rating: **
Show rating: ***¼
Show notes: Sarita and Nattie Neidhart both advance to the Quarter Finals of the TNAW World Title tournament. Next week, we’ll find out who joins them. Will Candice LeRae be able to best the former world champion Awesome Kong? And will Tonga Tapa still be undefeated when she faces a former two-time world champion in Sara Del Rey?

TNAW - Saturday Night Showdown 05.12.2015
Tonight, the two final participants in the quarter finals of the World Title Tournament will be decided. Also, Velvet Sky gets a shot at Ivelisse’s TV title - in our main event!
Donna Lee vs Sarona Snuka The second generation wrestler may have lost out on the opportunity on becoming the new TNAW World Champion, but she was looking forward to getting back on track against Lee here in the opener. Snuka was dominant en route to hitting the Superfly Splash and the win.
Sarona Snuka defeated Donna Lee with the Superfly Splash in 01:39 Rating: *¼
Secret meeting A video airs of a darkened alley. RD Evans, immaculately dressed as always, awaits. Soon, the Puerto Rican ass shaking sensation Juanita Solis comes by. RD says he’s happy to see her. He has seen her work here in TNAW so far, and wants to offer her the spot as 4th Horsewomen. Juanita says she’s happy with SexiNation. RD feels that her talents are wasted in a group that is destined to lose the war. Juanita asks RD that if he’s so certain of winning the war, why does he need recruits? RD says that there is no point in the Horsewomen unless there are 4 of them. Juanita wishes Evans good luck, walking away while swaying her hips. Rating: **½
Awesome Kong vs Candice LeRae - TNAW World Title Tournament First Round With Athena and Melanie Cruise holding the straps as tag team champions, Awesome Kong is the B*****s in Black’s candidate in the tournament. Her opponent, Candice LeRae, had a tough task ahead of her. She did the only smart thing, attack and move. Attack and move. LeRae’s offense is mostly based around kicks and suplexes. Kong’s thick legs were assailed by Candice’s strikes, but suplexes were not going to happen, even though Candice tried the dreaded Crotch Plex. Instead, Kong connected with not one, but two back fists, knocking LeRae out for the win.
Awesome Kong defeated Candice LeRae with the Spinning Backfist in 04:14 Rating: **¾
The Aussie strikes As Awesome Kong made her way back, Jessie McKay sprinted down to the ring and attacked Candice. LeRae was just getting back up when McKay struck, fists raining down on her. On commentary, So Cal Val defended her actions, stating that she is just paying Candice back for sticking her nose into what was clearly a personal matter between Jessie and Tara. In the ring, LeRae fought back, but was caught with a superkick by McKay. When she saw Awesome Kong making her way back to the ring, however, McKay decided to skedaddle. Kong helped her opponent back up on her feet afterwards, while McKay taunted Candice on her way out. Rating: ***½
Velvet confronts her opponent A video airs of Ivelisse warming up for her match with a jump rope, when Velvet Sky enters. Sky wants to wish her good luck for tonight, and hope that it will be a fair fight, without any of the SexiNation members ringside. After all, Velvet is all alone, it wouldn’t be fair if they played the number’s game. Ivelisse smiles, saying it’s ironic coming from her of all people. But no, Juanita and Sarita would not be present. She would defend the TV Title as a true champion - alone. Velvet then, not-so-discreetly, asks if they are on the lookout for a 4th member of SexiNation. If so, she probably knows a sexy person who might be interested. Ivelisse says she knows Velvet has been around like-minded people all her life, and it’s difficult to be alone. But she needs to try and make her own career now. Velvet denies that she meant her, gets offended and leaves. Rating: ***
Sara Del Rey vs Tonga Tapa - TNAW World Title Tournament First Round Earning the ire of General Manager AJ Mendez is a sure way of getting involved with her personal bodyguard, the big Tongan, Tonga Tapa. Serena and Miss Wrestling II have both been felled by this huge giant of a woman, and if Sara Del Rey wasn’t careful, she would be next. In fact, Tonga is unbeaten since debuting in TNAW - straight out of jail. She had yet to face someone as experienced as Sara Del Rey though, and was surprised by Sara’s offensive in the early goings. Her strikes and punches rattled her, but Tapa is tough as nails, and dished it right back at Sara. This was a proper brawl, with just a few suplexes and slams thrown around. Sara took the match to the outside when she ducked a big boot, taking out Tapa with a clothesline. The two continued to brawl ringside, Tapa introducing Sara’s head to the ring apron. It looked like Tapa was in control, ramming Sara’s backside into the guard rail. As she went to break up the count, Sara jumped her from behind, ramming her into the guard post. The two fell on the floor, and as neither managed to get up, the match was ruled a double countout!
Sara Del Rey vs Tonga Tapa ended in a double countout in 06:48 Rating: ***1/4
The brawl continues As AJ Mendez walks over to Tonga to try to rouse her, Sara Del Rey grabs hold of AJ’s leg. The General Manager screams in confusion and protest as she trips. Tonga then strikes from behind, clubbing Sara in the back and sending her into the ringpost - only to have Sara reverse it and injure Tapa’s shoulder even more. The two started to brawl towards the back when AJ tried to get in a punch or two herself. The wild, swinging haymaker’s from Tonga and Sara connected with AJ, knocking her down. The momentary lapse in concentration allowed Sara to fell Tonga with a clothesline. She then picked her up and dragged her backstage. Rating: ****
How’s my ex-champ? A video airs of a doctor checking out Saraya Knight. A somewhat concerned AJ Mendez is nearby, trying to get some information on Knight’s health from either herself or the physician. Saraya says she’s getting better. At her age, healing takes its time. She just cannot wait until Pride and Glory, when AJ’s stupid little tournament is over and Saraya’s got her shiny world title around her waist again. AJ says that it’s far from stupid, and that she still needs to beat three opponents to do it. Saraya grins, before grabbing hold of AJ. She reminds AJ what will happen to her if she doesn’t make sure she regains the title AJ stole from her. AJ nods, assuring Saraya that it will only be a formality. Rating: ***¾
Ivelisse (c) vs Velvet Sky for the TNAW TV Title Sky has two tag title reigns under her belt, but she wouldn’t refuse a decent singles run as well. In fact, only Madison Rayne out of all the Beautiful People have had a singles run since the formation of TNAW. And while she has been in TNAW for several years, Ivelisse has had a long career already, debuting at the tender age of 14! Her fast-paced ground-style caught Sky unawares, causing Velvet to find comfort in the ropes and then on the outside. Ivelisse missed a baseball slide and was caught in the ring skirt. Sky did some damage there before taking it into the ring, but couldn’t put the champion away. She tried to set up Ivelisse for the In Yo Face, but Ivelisse wriggled out and hit a DDT out of nowhere. As a groggy Velvet tried to find up from down, Ivelisse locked her in the Guillotine Choke, forcing the submission.
Ivelisse defeated Velvet Sky when she made Sky submit to a guillotine choke in 09:11 Rating: **¼ (Ivellise retained the TV Title in her 2nd title defense)
AJ’s dire plans As they are both getting ready to leave for the evening, AJ stops to mention to Brooke that next week, Mia Yim will face Miss Wrestling II in the Quarter Finals of the World Title Tournament. Brooke says she’ll Miss Wrestling know. AJ grins, as she leans in to Brooke in a conspiratorial fashion. She tells her that she has promised Mia an extra bonus if she can pull Miss Wrestling’s mask off of her. Brooke feels that is uncalled for, but AJ waves her off, saying that it’s perfectly legal. Next week, all the world would see the hideous, scarred face of Miss Wrestling II. Rating: ****
Show rating: ***¼
Show notes: The Quarter Finals are rolling on next week with Miss Wrestling II vs Mia Yim and Awesome Kong vs Ashley Flair. Also, we will find out who gets a bye to the semi finals due to the double countout in the First Round match between Tonga Tapa and Sara Del Rey.
Until next time!

TNAW - Saturday Night Showdown - 12.12.2015
Welcome to Saturday Night Showdown! We’re 8 days away from our final big iPPV event of 2015. Tonight, we will see who advances to the Semi Finals of the TNAW World Title Tournament - which WILL take place at Pride and Glory. But first, let’s see how our intrepid tag team champions fare.
A proper workout The TNAW Tag Team Champions, Athena and Melanie Cruise, are busy working out at the TNAW gym. After Athena spots Cruise as she successfully attempts a new bench press record, the duo takes a break. Athena asks Cruise if she’s ready for next week - ready to take on SexiNation for the tag titles. Cruise nods, saying that Solis may be a twerking goddess, but she’ll go done when she’s hit with the Burning Hammer. Athena points out Ivelisse as the most dangerous of the two. If she gets you in a choke, you’re going down. Cruise nods, saying that they need to bring their A game. If not, Ivelisse would be a double champ. The first in TNAW history, actually. Rating: ***
Kimberly vs Rose Martinez The deranged Kimberly might not have a stake in the World Title Tournament that is going on right now. Besides making sure Saraya Knight doesn’t win it, of course. That doesn’t mean she is not capable of making an impact here on tonight’s show. She didn’t want to finish off Rose right away, though. Instead she was playing with her, targeting Rose’s legs and knees. Her unwillingness to go for the win almost got the better off her, as Rose almost got the three-count with a roll-up. Instead, the pain in Rose’s legs got too severe after a Cloverleaf.
Kimberly made Rose Martinez submit after a Texas Cloverleaf in 02:38 Rating: *¼
A secret meeting Yet again, the darkened alley behind the TNAW Arena was the focus of a video. In it, a hooded Ivelisse walks out of the darkness and into the light, meeting up with a similarly dressed Athena. “The Wrestling Goddess” thanks Ivelisse for coming. Athena simply says that she thinks RD Evans is trying to recruit a bigger army - from their respective ranks. She’s already been offered the 4th Horsewomen position. Ivelisse nods, saying that Juanita has been offered a spot as well. Athena nods, saying that she hope they can go through with this Faction War with no surprises - no betrayals. Just a simple war to see who’s the better team. Ivelisse has all the faith in the world in her girls. She promises no defections. No betrayals. They shake hands and wish the other faction the best of luck. Rating: **¾
A clear message to Tonga A video airs of AJ Mendez talking to her bodyguard, Tonga Tapa, in her office. AJ says she will book Tonga against Sara Del Rey at Pride and Glory. It will be Tonga’s biggest challenge yet. Forget about Serena - Sara Del Rey is the real deal. But she’s old, she’s weak. She is a threat to AJ’s reign, and must be removed. AJ asks, nay, orders, Tonga to destroy Sara Del Rey - once and for all. Tonga smiles before pummeling her fist down in her palm several times, laughing maniacally. Rating: ****½
Juanita Solis vs Serena After many years on the independent circle, Juanita Solis is finally getting a taste of the big leagues. Aligning herself with fellow Latinas Sarita and Ivelisse might have been a wise choice for the queen of the dance floor. With only a couple of months tenure, she’s already been put in a tag title match next week. She didn’t have Ivelisse next to her tonight, however. Serena is still peeved for losing against Mia Yim in the World Title tournament, and didn’t want to repeat what she feels is an embarrassing loss for the former World Champion. Solis is a good wrestler, but her attempt at slowing down the pace and wearing down Serena didn’t work, neither with the crowd or with Serena. Taking her eyes off of her opponent for just a short while was a recipe for disaster, as Serena connected with the Spear.
Serena defeated Juanita Solis with the Spear after 05:10 Rating: *¾
Secrets revealed As Miss Wrestling II prepares for what might be the most important match in her career, Sara Del Rey comes over. She wishes her good luck tonight. Miss Wrestling thanks her, and wishes her good luck against Tonga Tapa at Pride and Glory. Sara nods, and tells her that they’re in this together. AJ and Tonga will not get away with this. If she chooses to stay masked, that is her prerogative. That is the way it’s always have been in wrestling. Miss Wrestling then stops Sara, and as she faces away from the camera, and with a hood covering her head, she unmasks. Sara jumps a little, before she smiles. “Figures”, she says to Miss Wrestling, clapping her on the shoulder and wishing her good luck once again. Rating: ***¾
Mia Yim vs Miss Wrestling II - TNAW World Title Tournament Quarter Final It’s time for the first quarter final match. After beating Serena in the First Round, Mia Yim looked quite confident going into this match against the largely untested Miss Wrestling II. When her confidence got even higher, she started reaching for Miss Wrestling’s mask, trying to untie it and reveal to the world who Miss Wrestling really was. As we saw last week, AJ Mendez told Brooke Tessmacher that she would pay Mia extra to unmask her opponent. She seemed so certain of winning that she mostly focused on that task that she forgot to push for the victory, to for the pinfalls or the submissions. As she lost focus, Miss Wrestling recovered, planting a couple of elbows in Mia’s nose. As she went for the Kick Me Goodnight, the masked wrestler ducked, grabbed hold of Mia and hit the Shock Effect for the victory.
Miss Wrestling II defeated Mia Yim with the Shock Effect after 05:58 Rating: **¾
Rub it in, will you As Miss Wrestling exits, her music playing over the speakers, Mia is in the ring, punching and kicking away at the turnbuckles in frustration. Serena makes her way down to the ring, a mic in hand. She tells Mia that she’s sorry she’s bugging her about that rematch. Obviously, Mia is going on the Semi Finals of the World Title Tournament, and cannot be bothered with wrestling a former World Champion. Yim wasn’t one to let this “burn” slide, as she quickly exited the ring and attacked Serena. Mia hit a few hard lefts and rights, but when she started with the high kicks, Serena ducked and clipped Mia’s leg. As Mia got back up, Serena was waiting with the Spear. Mia saw it just in time and high-tailed it out of there. Rating: ***¾
Ashley Flair w/RD Evans vs Awesome Kong - TNAW World Title Tournament Quarter Final Our main event of the evening was another chapter in the Faction War between The Horsewomen and B*****s in Black. The silent non-interference treaty was still in place, and the only third party present at ringside, was the immaculately dressed RD Evans. So Cal Val was out flaunting her charms in the early goings, wanting to make sure RD’s tie was perfectly straight. In the ring, Ashley’s relative inexperience shone through as the bigger, stronger and more experienced Kong dominated the first few minutes. Flair’s advantages, besides her lineage and her manager, is her athletic abilities stemming from her gymnastic background. Using a flurry of kicks and strikes, as well as showing off her tremendous core strength by body slamming Kong, the Horsewomen could very well have sent one of their own to Pride and Glory tonight. But as Flair got Kong to her knees and went for the Natural Selection, Kong suddenly turned around and grabbed her by the throat. Ashley broke the hold and went for the ropes, but when she returned, a solid backfist connected with Flair’s temple, crushing her hopes of becoming World Champion.
Awesome Kong defeated Ashley Flair with a spinning backfist after 09:18 Rating: **¼
Somebody had to get a bye.. A video airs of AJ Mendez returning to her office, only to find Saraya Knight waiting for her. After recovering from what was nearly a heart attack, Mendez demands to know what Knight is doing here. Saraya asks if AJ has decided who gets a bye for the next round. It’ll either be her, Nattie or Sarita. As she caresses AJ’s cheek tenderly, she says that everyone wants to see another chapter in the Faction War between the Horsewomen and SexiNation. And after all, Saraya never did lose the World Title in the first place. AJ looks around, looking for Tonga. Saraya puts a finger to AJ’s lips. She lets it go, and AJ nods, telling Saraya that she’s the one getting a bye to the semi finals. Saraya smiles, telling AJ that she’ll see her at Pride and Glory. Rating: ****¼
Show rating: ***
Show notes: With Saraya Knight getting a bye, we have 3 of the 4 semi finalists ready. Joining the former World Champion will be another former World Champion in Awesome Kong, as well as Miss Wrestling II! Next week, we’ll see who’ll join them. Nattie Neidhart or Sarita?
Also next week we will see Serena team up with Sara Del Rey to face Mia Yim and Tonga Tapa.
Until then!

TNAW - Saturday Night Showdown - 19.12.2015
Welcome to the final edition of Saturday Night Showdown in 2015! We are 1 day away from Pride and Glory, but we still have one quarter final match to go through, as well as a tag team title match. But we start off tonight with another tag team match altogether.
Sara Del Rey & Serena vs Tonga Tapa & Mia Yim The brutal bodyguard of AJ Mendez,Tonga Tapa, is already scheduled to face Sara Del Rey at Pride and Glory, but would like nothing more than inflict some pain already tonight. Serena lost in the first round of the TNAW World Title tournament to Mia Yim, and while her requests for a rematch have been rebuffed by Mia so far, the fact that Yim is out of the tournament herself, might make it easier for Serena to get her way. This match was far from pretty, and quickly escalated to a punchfest that went to the outside. Neither of the four seemed particularly interested in following tag rules, and even though the referee showed leniency and patience in getting the match back in order, he eventually had no choice but to throw it out.
Sara Del Rey & Serena vs Tonga Tapa & Mia Yim ended in a no contest in 05:52 Rating: *
Candice challenges Jessie Backstage, “Everyone’s Favorite Boyfriend” Jessie McKay is talking seductively to a handsome caterer, when Candice LeRae comes over and pushes him away. Candice tells Jessie that she doesn’t accept the fact that Jessie won’t say why she hates Tara so much. She challenges her to a match tomorrow night, and if she wins, Jessie has to tell the truth. Jessie tells Candice that’s a stupid stipulation, but agrees anyway. She’s looking forward to taking her out, as well. Rating: **¾
Mia accepts rematch We see a video of Serena visiting a physician, getting a bag of ice for her bruised eye (courtesy of Mia Yim in our opener). There’s a knock on the door, and Mia Yim enters, holding her elbow. She tells the doctor she’s completely numb in her arm. Courtesy of Serena, she adds, staring daggers at the former world champ. As the doctor tries to figure out what to do in this awkward situation, Mia tells Serena that if she still wants to lose a match tomorrow, and if the offer of a rematch still stands, she’s up for it. Serena tells Mia she’s on, and that she’ll prove to the fans that the loss was simply a case of underestimating her. She wouldn’t do the same mistake twice. Mia smiles, before she grabs Serena’s bag of ice and applies it to her elbow. Rating: ***
Rose Martinez vs Saraya Knight Saraya’s health has been in question ever since Kimberly’s merciless attack on her in early november. She has been cleared to wrestle, but needed to prove herself in this bout against Rose Martinez. Saraya was her normal self, brutalizing her opponent unnecessarily to prove her superiority here in TNAW. She didn’t work on an hourly basis, that’s for sure, as she cinched in the submission move early on.
Saraya Knight defeated Rose Martinez with the Bridal Rocking Chair in 02:20 Rating:***
A prophesied meeting A video airs of RD Evans, for once dressed in workout clothes, leading Nattie Neidhart in warm-up exercises before her match later tonight. As the Canadian wrestler runs down corridors, she practically bumps into Awesome Kong. Kong tells Neidhart to watch her step. RD Evans gets between them and tells them to wait with the violence until Pride and Glory. Kong laughs, telling Evans and Nattie that they shouldn’t take tonight’s Quarter Final match that easily. Nattie gets in Kong’s face, telling her that she comes from a family of winners. She is born and bred in a wrestling dungeon. Nobody could stand in her way of fulfilling her quest of becoming TNAW World Champion. Kong smiles and tells Nattie she is looking forward to tomorrow, no matter who stands before her - they would all feel the backfist. Rating: ¾*
Tempers flare in the GM’s office A video airs of AJ Mendez sulking at her desk in her office. Brooke finally asks what’s the matter, and AJ says she’s still disappointed that Mia Yim didn’t get the job done with Miss Wrestling. That bitch still walks around with a mask on, hiding her hideous visage. Brooke has had enough of AJ at this point, gets up abruptly and yells at AJ for being petty and small and treating her employees poorly. Tomorrow night, Miss Wrestling is two matches away from becoming the World Champion. Instead, AJ wants to mope around in her office. AJ gets up and warns Brooke about her disobedient behavior, telling her that this is a sure way of getting herself fired. Brooke says she doesn’t need to fire her, she quits! Brooke storms out of the office, leaving a confused AJ behind. Rating: ****¾
B*****s in Black vs SexiNation - TNAW World Tag Team Title match The faction war continues, and the stakes tonight were the tag team titles. Ivelisse could become a double champion if she pulled this one off, and she and Juanita controlled Athena in the opening moments of the contest. With Solis’ flexible, unorthodox style and Ivelisse’s hybrid style, Athena didn’t know what was coming. Still, “the Wrestling Goddess”has a plethora of counters and moves to turn the tide with. She and Cruise has a total of 6 tag title reigns between them, making them extremely experienced in the TNAW tag team ranks. The goal justifies the means, so it is said. Athena didn’t think twice about breaking up one of Ivelisse’s lethal submission maneuvers late in the match. As the match broke down over this, all four fought in the ring at the same time, before Cruise sent both over the ropes with a clothesline. Cruise reached out and pulled Solis back inside, setting her up for a perfect diving stunner from Athena to retain.
Athena & Melanie Cruise defeated Ivelisse & Juanita Solis when Athena hit the O-Turn on Solis after 08:37 Rating: ***¼ (Athena & Cruise retained the TNAW Tag Team Titles in their 2nd defense)
Post-match brawl It didn’t take long before the two other factions were ringside, wanting to make an impression the day before Pride and Glory. While most simply argued and/or brawled on the outside, the TV Champion Ivelisse and Horsewomen Flair ended up inside the ring. Flair evaded a guillotine choke, instead hitting the Natural Selection on the champion and locking in a Figure Eight! Solis and Sarita managed to pull Ivelisse to safety. Rating: ***
Nattie Neidhart w/RD Evans vs Sarita - TNAW World Title Quarter Final Match As everyone from the three squabbling factions were still at ringside, the referee simply ordered everyone out except Nattie, RD and Sarita. This was a rather slow-paced match, where both wrestlers were trying to wear each other down with submission maneuvers. Both have plenty of those in their arsenal, and it was all about jockeying for position. Could Sarita get the chickenwing locked in? Or would she fall prey to the dreaded Sharpshooter. On a couple of occasions, RD was helpful in dragging Nattie to the safety of the ropes. After the second incident, Awesome Kong made her way down to the ring to talk to RD. Evans tried to remind Kong about the truce, but Kong said she didn’t care about the truce as long as was cheating his way to gold and glory. RD promised to behave, and watched the rest of the match with a big, burly babysitter. Inside of the ring, Nattie proved to be the superior grappler tonight, cinching in the Sharpshooter in the middle of the ring. Sarita held on for a short while, but had to tap to prevent an injury.
Nattie Neidhart defeated Sarita with the Sharpshooter in 07:14 Rating: **
AJ with a last ditch effort Before the show closes, AJ Mendez comes down to the ring and claims she needs the crowd’s help in apprehending a villain. She is, of course, talking about Miss Wrestling II. Hiding behind a mask and a re-hashed moniker, Miss Wrestling II defies any authority, including her own. Now, without that loser Brooke Tessmacher to prevent her from taking the appropriate measures, she is certain she will succeed in de-mystifying Miss Wrestling. But she needs the help of the crowd. Her lawyers have told her she can only force an unmasking if a majority of the fans feel threatened by the presence of a masked person in their surroundings. She therefore needs a show of hands. Very few people raise their hands. As AJ berates the crowd for their lack of effort, Miss Wrestling II comes walking down the aisle. Miss Wrestling says it’s a shame that TNAW must suffer the leadership of a delusional megalomaniac like AJ. But tomorrow night, Miss Wrestling would be her worst nightmare, as she would go on and win the TNAW World Title as the first masked wrestler in history of TNAW. As the general manager stares angrily at Miss Wrestling, the show goes off the air. Rating: ****¾
Show rating: ***
Show notes: Things are heating up before our last event of the year. With Brooke Tessmacher gone from the managerial staff, how will AJ cope with the workload? Here’s a rundown of tomorrow’s card.
TNAW World Title Tournament Four wrestlers remain. Awesome Kong, Nattie Neidhart, Saraya Knight and Miss Wrestling II. Two former world champion, a horsewomen destined for greatness and a masked outsider. Who will celebrate Christmas as the top women’s wrestler in the world?
TNAW TV Title Match Just in - Ivelisse defends against Ashley Flair. Will the factions exchange titles yet again?
TNAW Tag Team Title Match No rest for the wicked. Athena and Cruise defended it tonight. Tomorrow they have to do it all over again as they face another incarnation of SexiNation - Juanita Solis and Sarita.
Grudge Matche Candice LeRae is out for revenge for her partner, the veteran Tara. Jessie McKay brutally attacked her recently, and while the reasons for it is unknown, Jessie has revealed that it is personal. If Candice wins tomorrow, Jessie will have to reveal the reason!
Rematch Mia Yim may have won the biggest match of her career when she bested Serena in the First Round to the World Tournament. Tomorrow night she has to do it again in the rematch.
By GM decree AJ Mendez is sick of people disobeying her. Whoever choose to do just that, gets a visit from the big ex-con Tonga Tapa. Tomorrow night, two-time world champion Sara Del Rey faces one of the biggest and strongest opponents of her career.

TNAW - Pride and Glory - 20.12.2015
We would like to welcome everyone to the final TNAW iPPV of the year! Tonight, a brand new TNAW World Champion will be crowned. We started with 16 wrestlers, and are now down to four. Let’s get right to the first semi final!
Awesome Kong vs Saraya Knight - TNAW World Title Tournament Semi Final Match As these two former TNAW World Champions made their way down to the ring for our opening contest, So Cal Val and Josh Matthews at the announce table said that Kimberly had been banned from the building, and that security was tight to ensure that the crazy lady didn’t interfere in Saraya’s match. Knight feels she was unjustly stripped of her belt after what happened at Through the Gates of Hell, and has promised AJ Mendez hell if she didn’t win it back. Her task wasn’t an easy one, as Awesome Kong is an opponent nobody wants to face. Knight isn’t afraid of anyone, but sometimes, maybe a little fear would do her good. She couldn’t simply bully her way around this one. The brawling game that Saraya prefer, was a game she didn’t want to have with the big Kong. The size of Kong made it difficult to hit big power moves on her. Still, Knight was wearing her down with kicks to the legs and targeting it with locks and holds. Kong struggled to stay on her feet after this, and when Knight gouged her eyes, an errant haymaker hit the referee instead. Knight took down Kong, but instead of going for the finisher, she went outside to fetch a chair. As she reaches under the ring for a chair, Kimberly slides out from beneath the ring! She takes Saraya by surprise, slamming her into the apron and the ring post before sliding her into the ring again. As she stumbles into the ring, Kong catches her and hits the Awesome Bomb for the win.

Miss Wrestling II vs Nattie Neidhart w/RD Evans - TNAW World Title Tournament Semi Final Match Few would have put hard money on Miss Wrestling II getting this far in the tournament, but the masked wrestler has surprised everyone by reaching the semi finals. Despite the fact that AJ Mendez has tried to unmask her at every opportunity, even going so far as to pay Mia Yim money to remove her mask. Neidhart didn’t have such secondary goals here tonight - she was all business as she fought for a spot in the tournament finals. She might have underestimated Miss Wrestling though, as the masked luchadora almost took her down with a schoolgirl. It was a valiant effort by Miss Wrestling, but in the end, Nattie got the Sharpshooter locked in, forcing the submission in the middle of the ring. It’s going to be Nattie Neidhart vs Awesome Kong in the finals!
Nattie Neidhart defeated Miss Wrestling II when she made Miss Wrestling II submit to the Sharpshooter in 06:18 Rating: *¾
AJ makes a final effort As Miss Wrestling recovers from the painful submission hold, General Manager AJ Mendez runs down the ring, chair in hand, As she slides into the ring, Miss Wrestling spots her coming, ducks the chair shot and hits AJ with a dropkick. AJ tries to get on top of Miss Wrestling, but Miss Wrestling is quicker, pummeling down on AJ. Mendez slid out of the ring, escaping the clutches of Miss Wrestling II. Then, Miss Wrestling asks for the microphone. She tells AJ that she is sick and tired of her trying to make her life miserable. If it’s so important for AJ to know who she is, so be it. Miss Wrestling II then unmasks, revealing herself to be Brooke Tessmacher! AJ’s former secretary! AJ is shocked to say the least, and when Brooke jumps out of the ring to chase AJ, she runs away screaming. Rating: **¾
Sara Del Rey vs Tonga Tapa It seems inevitable now, that whenever you piss off AJ Mendez, she sics the big ex-convict Tonga Tapa at you. The two-time TNAW World Champion, Sara Del Rey, was next on AJ’s hit list. The two battled to a double countout in the TNAW World Title tournament, and this match also saw plenty of action on the outside of the ring. Sara is well versed in both the brawling aspect and the power aspect of wrestling, and while she came out on the short end of both the height and weight comparison, her strength was not far from Tapa’s. The Tongan’s size made it difficult to hit the Royal Butterfly though, but Sara has more tricks up her sleeve, the piledriver for instance. Tonga kicking out of it wasn’t something Sara expected though. That only seemed to infuriate Tonga, who struck back with punches and kicks. Sara cut her off with the koppo kick, but when she tried to go for another piledriver, Tonga pushed her into the corner, hoisted her on her shoulders and hit the Tongan Drop for the impressive win. As Sara rolled out of the ring, Tonga raises her arm in the air and yells in victory. Can anyone defeat Tonga Tapa?

B*****s in Black (c’s) vs SexiNation for the TNAW Tag Team Titles Last night on Showdown, Ivelisse and Juanita Solis came up short against the tag team champions. As Ivelisse was defending her TV Title tonight, it was up to Sarita and Solis to make a more valiant effort against the reigning champs. Solis has made a decent impact in TNAW after her debut, but she is still relatively new on this level. And against two such decorated wrestlers as Athena and Cruise, she was routed early on. Sarita pulled out an old trick or two to gain the momentum, but was also almost disqualified for it. Sarita and Solis used quick tags to dismantle the bigger Cruise, almost putting her away with an assisted Tiger driver from Sarita. The faction war has been going on for a while now. SexiNation, once the most dominant force in TNAW, has slowly been surpassed by both the Horsewomen and the B*****s. That fact might have gotten on Sarita’s nerves, as she got more and more in the ref’s face as the match wore on. When the champs got their second win, a Burning Hammer on Solis would have surely been it. However, Sarita pulls the referee out of the ring, saving the match. The referee gets angry with Sarita, pushing her away. Sarita takes offense with this, obviously claiming that the ref groped her. She pushes the referee herself, causing him to trip over the ring steps. The ref calls for the bell, signalling the dq. This one is not over, is my guess.
Athena & Melanie Cruise defeated Sarita & Juanita Solis by disqualification in 10:18 Rating: ½* (B*****s in Black retained the TNAW Tag Team Titles in their 3rd title defense)
Candice LeRae vs “Everyone’s Favorite Boyfriend” Jessie McKay Ever since Jessie ruined Tara and Candice’s match against The Beautiful People back at Through the Gates of Hell, everyone has wondered why she targeted Tara. Not only did she cost her the match, she put her out of action for a while with a concussion as well. Tara’s young prodigy, Candice LeRae, wanted some payback for her mentor. “Everyone’s Favorite Boyfriend” flirted with both fans and crew members on her way to the ring, and seems very pleased with herself nowadays. Putting Tara on the injury list has really made an impact for Jessie’s career. But if she loses tonight, she has to tell the world why. Jessie was on top for the first few minutes, using rest holds to wear Candice down. LeRae fought back and picked up the pace. Blocking an avalanche in the corner, LeRae ascended the turnbuckle and hit a missile dropkick. As she geared up for the Crotch Plex, Jessie slid out of the hold and out of the ring. As she held up the time-out sign, she grabbed a microphone and got back into the ring. Jessie says she will tell Candice and the fans a story about Tara they didn’t know. When Tara was 18 years old (ages ago), Tara had an ill-advised adventure with a stranger. This one-night stand resulted in a child. A child who Tara couldn’t take care of. A child that she adopted to Australia. A child who is now a grown woman, ready to show her biological mother that abandoning her was the biggest mistake of her life. As the bombshell drops, Candice is stunned by the news. Jessie drops the mic and hits Candice with the Boyfriend Stealer to win this grudge match. But after the match, nobody thought about the match itself, but rather the shocking news revealed by Jessie.
Jessie McKay defeated Candice LeRae with the Boyfriend Stealer in 06:37 Rating: *
Mia Yim vs Serena This was a rematch from the 1st round match these two had several weeks ago. Mia Yim surprised everyone by defeating the former world champion clean in the middle of the ring. Her attitude changed overnight though, and when Serena asked for a rematch, she was rebuffed. After being eliminated from the tournament and taunted by Serena, Mia was no longer so adamantly against the rematch. Serena has admitted taken Mia too lightly in their former encounter, but she was not about to do the same mistake tonight. Mia had Serena’s number in the opening moments though, smiling condescendingly at her foe, telling her that her time was up. Serena is an all-round wrestler, able to go to the floor, the ropes or work a knuckle lock. Mia needed to build up her momentum long enough to ascend the top rope and hit the Sky Yim. A stiff roundhouse kick grazed Serena’s temple, and Yim climbed the turnbuckle, ready to repeat the win. Serena rolled away though, causing Yim to tuck and roll. As Yim came back to her feet, Serena charged and connected with the Spear, earning herself the win.
Serena pinned Mia Yim after the Spear in 08:08 Rating: **¼
AJ wants to know when Tara is back A video airs of Candice LeRae trying in vain to reach Tara by phone. AJ Mendez walks into view. She tells Candice that with a concussion, you shouldn’t use electronics that much. AJ then asks Candice if she knows when Tara will be coming back to work. With the recent revelations, AJ is certain this will get the TV rating even further up. Candice says she doesn’t know, but shouldn’t AJ know? As her employer. AJ says that Brooke used to take care of all this, so she doesn’t know. AJ tells Candice to tell Tara to call her. Rating: **½
Ashley Flair w/RD Evans vs Ivelisse (c) for the TNAW TV Title Ivelisse defeated Nattie Neidhart for the belt at Through the Gates of Hell, and was looking forward to defending it tonight against Nattie’s Horsewomen colleague, Ashley Flair. Accompanied by the nicely suited up RD Evans, Ashley let out a few “whooos” before the match, even doing the Flair strut during the bout. Being the daughter of the man that popularized the figure four, it is easy to mistake Ashley for a submission specialist. And even if she does have perfected the figure eight, she is no match for the shootfighter Ivelisse when it comes to the ground game. Fortunately for Ashley, she has long limbs and a manager that will do everything for his favorite clients. It was more than once that she was saved by RD putting her leg on the bottom rope. Ivelisse got fed up with this, and the distraction caused by the heated discussions between the two, almost won Ashley the match. Late in the match, Ivelisse bounced off the ropes and hit a perfect Disdain DDT on Ashley. To avoid the pinfall loss, RD Evans pulled referee Bryce Remsburg out of the ring and gave him a hard right! Ivelisse couldn’t believe what Evans had just done! As she contemplated her next move, Flair recovered and attacked Ivelisse from behind, stunning her and setting her up for the Natural Selection. She then locked in the Figure Eight. Laura Mattano came running in as a backup referee, asking Ivelisse if she was quitting. To her credit, Ivelisse held on, She didn’t give up, quit or forfeit. When the pain was too much, she simply passed out, giving the win and the title to Ashley Flair.
Ashley Flair submitted Ivelisse with the Figure Eight in 11:57 Rating: ***¼ (Ashley Flair won the TNAW TV Title)
Awesome Kong vs Nattie Neidhart w/RD Evans for the TNAW World Title It was time for the main event and the final match of 2015. As the ring announcer presented the challengers, you could see the determination of both contestants. Awesome Kong poised to be a 2-time world champion - Nattie destined to win the title that has always eluded her. As the match started and the challengers circled each other, you knew that it could boil down to one easy mistake. Kong had the crowd at her back, and they cheered for her as she started to dismantle Neidhart from the get go. RD tried to aid his client by tripping Kong, but she held her footing and tried to lift Evans into the ring. This allowed Neidhart to roll Kong up for a nearfall. Nattie started working on Kong’s legs, preparing her for the Sharpshooter. She finally cinched it in at the 10-minute mark, but Kong crawled towards the ropes. Evans tried to keep the rope away from her, but the ref saw him and ejected him from ringside. When he refused, Athena and Melanie Cruise came down to carry him away. Ashley Flair and Sarona Snuka came down to help him, but they were attacked from behind by SexiNation. Working together to remove the distracting elements, SexiNation and B****s in Black cleared the ringside area. In the ring, Nattie showed tremendous strength when she countered an Awesome Bomb with a backdrop and followed it up with a discus lariat. It might have taken too much out of her though, cause she couldn’t make the cover. They started slugging it out, Nattie losing ground with each punch. Then came a backfist. Then another. A wobbly Nattie was then brought down with an Awesome Bomb, making Awesome Kong your NEW TNAW World Champion!
Awesome Kong defeated Nattie Neidhart with the Awesome Bomb in 14:27 Rating: *** (Awesome Kong won the TNAW World Title)

Show notes: We have a new world champion! And a new TV Champion! With 3 of 4 belts, B****s in Black close out 2015 as the leading faction in TNAW. But the titles have changed hands frequently between the three teams as of late, and who knows what 2016 will bring?
