So, would I be looking to break my Four Styles into factions (for lack of a better term), or focus on a lineup of guys and gals versatile enough to do multiple styles? And should my 16 tag teams be comprised of my 32 male/24 female, or separate tag division meaning separate talent?

If you have a circuit with that many female wrestlers maybe you have lots of man + woman vs man + woman tag team matches? Could lead to some interesting relationship angles.
