Dixie Carter announced Twitter earlier today: "HUGE surprise that will change the face of #TNA after #Slammiversary! So excited! This will be the big one 4 sure"
With all the promises of change she has issued in the past, what can she possibly mean this time? Will this finally be the big one she has promised so many times before?
On June 14th the world will find out. Be sure you are there as Impact airs live at 8pm EST on Spike TV!

Given Dixie's past hyperbole, I'd hate to see how much she'd hype something that really did change the face of TNA.

To be honest I wont loose sleep over any "Huge Surprises" that Dixie Carter kicks off.. As I'm sure it'll be just as much as a lackluster of a yawn as current TNA with some of the stupid shit that they kick off right now.
Not to mention at times I find my efed more entertaining than TNA or WWE. As they both seem to be a little boring as of late.

Dixie Carter posted on Twitter the following on Twitter earlier today:
"4 days til Slammiversary in Dallas. 8 days til #TNA drops the bomb on the wrestling world."
One would think the 10 yr anniversary of the company would be big enough news, but, with Dixie's cryptic messages, who knows what to expect.

When I left this comment originally, I didn't realize this was in the Circuits forum and thought it was about a real life Dixie tweet.

"What could top this past Sunday's PPV? Find out when Impact is live on Spike TV @ 8pm est Thurs. Can't wait to drop this bomb & shake up everything."

TNA IMPACT 6-14-2012 The Invasion BeginsImpact starts off with still photo highlights from this past Sunday's Slammiversary PPV, ending with Sting's induction into the TNA Hall of Fame and break down after the main event. Mike Teney & Taz welcome the viewers to tonight's broadcast, reminding them not only of the action from Sunday, but, that Dixie Carter will be here live to announce her huge surprise. As they finish hyping the show, Garrett Bischoff makes his way to the ring for the opening match. Robbie E pinned Garrett Bischoff with the Cutter in 0:15:26. Rating: ** 1/4Teney & Taz talk about how no one has seen or heard from Sting since after Slammiversary. Teney speculates that Sting has gone into seclusion after losing his temper after the main event. Taz wonders if Sting has finally cracked to the point of no return. As the 2 debate the situation, the camera cuts to the back to catch Gunner attacking Chris Sabin. Gunner beats Sabin down until security arrives to pull him off. Sabin is left in no shape to compete as Gunner heads to the ring as Impact goes to commercial. Back from commercial, Gunner is in the ring awaiting his scheduled opponent, Sabin, until Impact General Manager: Hulk Hogan comes out & informs Gunner that Sabin will not be able to compete, but, a replacement has been found. The crowd cheers as Hernandez comes out to replace Sabin. Gunner defeated Hernandez by disqualification in 0:12:42. Rating: * 3/4 (Chris Sabin no-showed.) [Chris Sabin interfered against Gunner.]Backstage, Christy Hemme is with the new #1 Contender to the TNA World Title: Mr. Anderson. CH: This past Sunday, Mr. Anderson, you pinned Rob Van Dam to earn a shot at Bobby Roode's TNA World Heavyweight Title tonight. MR. A: Three top stars all competing for a chance to be the man at the top of the mountain. Jeff Hardy, Rob Van Dam & myself, each one a former TNA World Champion. Each one wanting to prove he is the best. And I was the one that walked out with my hand raised. If you remember correctly, it was this time last year that I was starting my 2nd reign as TNA Champion. James Storm couldn't do it. Sting couldn't do it. AJ Styles, Rob Van Dam Jeff Hardy, none of them could get the job done. Tonight, everything is gonna change. I will put an end to Bobby Roode's title reign, and show him & the world who the best really is. The British Invasion (Douglas Williams and Magnus) defeated Shannon Moore and Eric Young when D. Williams made S. Moore submit to a headscissors submission in 0:08:09. Rating: **** 1/4Stills are shown from Slammiversary of Christopher Daniels & Kazarian losing the TNA Tag Team titles to Kurt Angle & AJ Styles. After the highlights, Christy Hemme is backstage with Kazarian & "The Fallen Angel" . CH: Guys, we just saw how Kurt Angle & AJ Styles took the gold at Slammiversary. CD: Before you go any further with that thought, allow me to spread the truth about what happened on Sunday. The truth is that Dixie Carter's inappropriate relationship with AJ Styles clouded her judgment to the point that she stacked the deck against us for that match so her little "boytoy" could stay near the top of the pack. Kurt Angle had nothing to do with what was going on between AJ, Kaz & myself, but, thanks to Dixie, he felt the need to interject himself. Now, i'll be the first to admit that maybe we were alittle over confident in the fact the Kurt & AJ have had problems with each other in the past that may have kept them from functioning as a unit, but, make no mistake. That will not happen again & we will regain the TNA Tag team Titles. Kurt Angle defeated Christopher Daniels by countout in 0:10:00. Rating: *** 3/4 [Kazarian interfered against Kurt Angle.] [AJ Styles interfered against Christopher Daniels.]Stills are shown of James Storm's return to answer Crimson's open challenge at Slammiversary. Afterward, we go to the ring just as Crimson makes his entrance. C: For over 400 days I remained undefeated in TNA. But, that all changed on Sunday at Slammiversary. I was surprised & unprepared for James Storm & his return to a TNA ring. Tonight, now that I am fully prepared for that redneck, I demand a rematch! So Storm get your ass out here and take the beating that's coming to you! Storm's music hits & the crowd cheers loudly for the former TNA World champion. James Storm pinned Crimson with the Last Call in 0:09:48. Rating: *** 1/2Socal Val is backstage with TNA World Heavyweight Champion: Bobby Roode. SV: Bobby Roode, earlier we heard Mr. Anderson say that he was going to end your title reign... BR: The only thing he said that had any merit was that no one, not James Storm, not AJ Styles, not RVD, not Jeff Hardy, not even the Icon known as Sting could take this title from around my waist. For years, all you've heard people talk about is Ric Flair & his 16 World Title reigns. Well, from now on all you're going to hear about is Bobby Roode & the longest title reign in history. Bobby Roode defeated Mr. Anderson by countout in 0:14:37. Rating: * 3/4 (Bobby Roode retained the TNA World Heavyweight Title.)As TNA World Champion: Bobby Roode walks to the back, General Manager: Hulk Hogan & owner: Dixie Carter come to the ring. Each has their own microphone as the stand in the center of the ring, Dixie addresses the crowd. DC: There has been an unspoken battle for the last 10 years over just who is the #2 wrestling company in the United States really is. This battle has been between TNA and Ring of Honor. Tonight that battle has offically come to an end due to the fact that TNA's parent company: Panda Energy, has purchased the majority holding in Ring of Honor. Among the things we now control include: the name, the intellectual properties, their assets, you name it. Now everyone knows how much I love connecting with the fans, be it through facebook, twitter, or right here in the Impact Zone, and you are all probably wondering just how this will effect all your favorite RoH wrestlers. Well for years these wrestlers & people behind the scenes in RoH have been very critical of how things were done here in TNA, and many wanted to see us close our doors. But, we took it all in stride & now you all work for us and we are going to make sure that you all pay your dues for what you have said and/or done. So the choice will be yours, you can go home & breach your contracts so we don't have to pay you or you can stick around and for the money you're being paid, you will show the world why TNA talent is superior to Ring of Honor every night you come to work. The fans boo Dixie for insulting RoH as she prepares to continue, when all of the sudden a lone figure comes to the ring. The fans start booing louder when they realize that it's Eric Bischoff. EB: Dixie, I am so glad to hear that you have finally come to your senses. I'm glad that it has finally come to this. I know you will do great things with Ring of Honor under the TNA umbrella. But just let me say this, Dixie, if there is anything I can do to help make this transition alittle smoother, don't hesitate to call me. As a matter of fact, if you happen to have any spots in your management scheme for someone with experience, I'm open to discussion. On your time of course, Dixie. Hogan & Dixie look at each other & at Bischoff and before anything else can be said, a commotion breaks out in the crowd. A man in a suit is leading a group of men down through the crowd. Most of the crowd recognizes the man in the suit as Jim Cornette, the current executive producer of RoH & former member of TNA's booking committee. The men behind him are from the RoH roster. Cornette leads his crew to the announcer's desk & he takes the microphone from Mike Teney. Security runs out but before they can stop Cornette & company, Hulk Hogan tells them to let him speak. JC: Dixie, you think you got us don't you? Well let me clue you in on something. I haven't spent over 25 years in this business just to watch you flush it down the toilet. Yeah, you bought us. You bought our contracts, but, you didn't buy our self respect. You didn't buy our souls. And there are some guys right here that aren't going to just roll over and play dead. You've got the contracts. You can tell us where to go, when to be there, and you can tell us whether our hands go up or if our shoulders go down. That's legal. But what you can't tell us is how easy it will be to get us there. You can't tell us every move to make. Every foot to put in front of the other. To borrow a cliche, this is wrestling, not ballet. And if you want to put us in there with some of your so called superstars, well we may go down, but, things may happen before we do. This is a contact sport, people get busted open, teeth get knocked out, sometimes a shoulder gets torn or a knee gets clipped. Sometimes people get hurt real bad. Are you willing to sacrifice or risk all the money you've invested in your locker room on the thought that maybe it might now be as easy to get that 3 count as you think. What are you gonna do? Sue us because someone got beaten up in a professional wrestling match? Just a question for you Dixie, that's all it is. Because you bought our contracts like I said, but, you didn't buy our souls. Just then, out from the back onto the entranceway step the TNA wrestlers, lead by Kurt Angle. KA: Wait just one minute! Dixie, what are you trying to do? Are you gonna try & play some kind of power trip using us as pawns? Just because for the past 10 years these guys from the indies have been running their mouths about how you should get out of the wrestling business? So now what you want to do is put us in the ring with a bunch of guys that are intentionally going to try & hurt us? You think we're just gonna stand by & smile waiting for our teeth to get knocked out? You must be crazy. I don't know what you're trying to pull, or what Bischoff is trying to pull. And Jim, I respect you, maybe not everybody in your group, but, I'll be damned if any of us in the TNA locker room are gonna stand there & let any of that stuff happen. We've got families to feed and bills to pay. We don't need to be out of work hurt just because you got some kind of beef with someone else. Dixie if you expect us to get in the ring with them & get our asses kicked then you are sadly mistaken. We're not just gonna sit back & take it, as a matter of fact we just might strike first. Just then the lights go out & the sound of thunder fills the arena. The big screen n the entranceway lights up and Sting appears. S: Dixie Carter, I know you and I know what kind of person you are. You used to be such a sweet woman, but, now it seems the power has gone to your head. You want to make others suffer for your own gain. Eric Bischoff, you are a coniving weasel that only watches out for yourself. What I see are 2 groups of people that are about to be at odds and it doesn't look lik ethere is an easy solution. And as far as i'm concerned, I am on nobody's side and I trust no one. And when I get in the ring with anyone from either side, or both, I am going to protect myself at all times and do unto others before they can do unto me. If anyone tries to take food away from my table, if anyone tries to take my livelyhood, if anyone tries to take liberties with me; they will be dealt with. One side or the other, it makes no difference I have no friends on either side. This is your one & only warning. The screen goes black again & the show ends. Card rating: *** Attachments:

For anyone that hasn't seen it, this circuit will be based off the Jim Cornette guest booker dvd "Re-booking the WCW Invasion of the WWE". I just chose to try it with a different set of companies since there are no direct threats to the WWE the way WCW was back in the 90's. ROH will consist of some of the main roster there as well as different guys from all over the indys just to keep it fresh. I chose ROH not just because they are the most widely known, but, because I have seen comments from fans on different sites saying that even though they have talent they are a shell of what they used to be. The first few Impacts won't really be anything super special or out of the norm from what's actually happening, so write ups won't have too much by match descriptions. But, as time goes on, everything should evolve.

I like the concept, and hope you manage to pull it off. I also enjoy the way you do interviews and backstage segments, but hope you include some more match notes as well eventually. Not the whole match of course, but the gist of it and the conclusion. I mean, you have two matches end with countout, but it can be completely various reasons for the countout. Oh, and I do hope it's booked as well

For the most part it will be booked, like major angles, but someof the minor stuff I may leave to chance.
The first episode of Impact was just supposed to be about the Invasion so I didn't book anything besides the intereference in the Angle/Daniels match.
The write ups will be better starting this week's Impact.

This should be entertaining. I'm interested in seeing how current rivalries within their respected companies pans out. And how each organization bonds together. We already know where Sting stands. But a Dudley's reunion to battle Dem Boys?! Steen vs. Roode? This has a ton of potential and mileage. Best of luck!

TNA IMPACT 6-21-2012 TAKE IT OR LEAVE ITThe show opens with highlights from last week of Dixie Carter announcing Panda Energy's purchase of Ring of Honor. After the footage, the camera goes to General Manager: Hulk Hogan holding a meeting backstage with the TNA roster. At the bottom of the screen the words "EARLIER TODAY" are seen. HH: Alright, now all you guys know what happened last week. I talked to Dixie earlier & she said that she won't be here tonightto address anything, because she has alot of legal stuff to handle as far as RoH goes. I mean, she's pretty shook up over everything that went down last week that she didn't count on. But that's not what I got you all together for. What I wanted to talk to you all about was what I heard from afew guys after the show went off the air last week. it seems that some of you don't like the way things got handled with the purchase of RoH and the what Dixie & I agreed on as far as handling their talent. Well, for those of you that have a problem, the door is right there. (points to the locker room door) If you think the grass will be greener in an RoH ring, the choice is yours. Put your money where your mouth is, & back up all your trash talk. Just then, D'Angelo Dinero & Douglas Willams both stand up silently & walk out the door. The rest of the TNA stars look on in surprise as the camera closes in on Hogan who is visibly upset. The camera then cuts to Mike Teney & Taz at the announce table, who recap everything we just saw. Teney says he can't believe that "The Pope" & Williams just turned their backs on TNA. Taz agrees, wondering what they were thinking since RoH's future is uncertain right now. They quickly get on to another topic by letting the viewers know that tonight starts the annual Bound For Glory series with a 12 Man Gauntet match worth 20 points to the winner. They finish up with that announcement & then footage from Slammiversary is shown of Austin Aries successfully defending the TNA X-Division Title against Samoa Joe. After the footage, Aries comes to the ring to start off the night's action. Austin Aries pinned Kazarian with the Brain Buster in 0:14:46. Rating: *** 1/4 (Austin Aries retained the TNA X-Division Title.)After the match, Aries gets the ring announcer's microphone. AA: Once again, "A Double" has proven that everything I have said for the past year is true. When I came back to TNA, I told everyone that I was the best, that I am "The Greatest Man That Ever Lived" and every week I have coem out here & proven that fact. I don't care about the BFG Series. As far as I'm concerned, I'm better than any of the so called elite that are taking part in it. I'm the man that everyone lines up to see. My matches are the highest rated part of every show I'm on. I deserve to be the main event. There is one man that can make that happen, and I'm not going anywhere until he comes out here & gives me what I want. The show goes to break & when on the return, Aries is still in the ring & HulkHogan's music plays as the General Manager comes to the ring to address the X-Division CHampion. HH: So you really think you should be in the main event? Well let me tell you something, dude, I know what it's like to be the main event, brother. I've been to the top of the mountain. I've done it all, brother. But, I do see something in you. I see the desire. I see how everyone is on the edge of their seats during your matches, and on their feet after. I hear the crowd cheering for you. I think that you might just have what it takes to be the main event. And you're right, I'm just the man that can make it happen July 8th at Destination X. But here's the deal, dude, if I make this match, you've got to do something for me. Your shot at the TNA World Title comes with a price. You have to forfeit that X-Division Championship if you want to face the TNA World Champion at Destination X. The clock is ticking so you better have an answer before we go off the air tonight. hogan goes to walk out of the ring, but, Aries stops him. Aries looks at the X-Division Title & then drops it on the canvas. He goes to Hogan & shakes his hand. As they shake, Hogan's mic picks up Aries saying, "just remember 1 thing: no one could take that title off my waist." Aries exits the ring smiling as Hogan picks up the X-Division Title, smirks & follows. Zema Ion pinned Chris Sabin with the 450 Splash in 0:11:17. Rating: *** 1/4Backstage, Bully Ray is on a rampage looking for Abyss. He asks everyone that crsses his path if they know where Abyss is, but, no one knows where to find him. Ray finally meets up with Matt Haskins, who makes the mistake of mocking Ray's loss to Joseph Park at Slammiversary. Ray loses his temper & beats Haskins mercilessly, ending the assault by putting Haskins through the catering table with a powerbomb. Devon pinned Kid Kash with the Inverted DDT in 0:16:11. Rating: ** 1/2 (Devon retained the TNA Television Title.)Footage is shown from Slammiversary of Sting becoming the first member of TNA's Hall Of Fame, followed by highlights from that night's main event of Sting challenging Bobby Roode for the TNA World Heavyweight Title. After the footage, Christy Hemme is with the TNA World Champion & big Robbie T. CH: Bobby Roode, we just saw how you narrowly picked up the victory against Sting at Slammiversary and how Sting sanpped afterward. Plus, earlier tonight it seemed like General Manager: Hulk Hogan & Austin Aries made a deal for Aries to face you at Destination X. With all of these challenges coming from every direction, how long do you see yourself holding on to that title? BR: I plan on holding this title, MY title, for a very long time. Sting, Anderson, Hardy, Van Dam, Storm, Angle, Styles, Joe, Aries, it makes no difference who issues the challenge or when the match takes place. I am the TNA World Champion for a reason. I am the next evolution of what a wrestler, of what a champion should be. I said it before, I'll say it again, you can talk all you want about how many title reigns the Flairs, Hogans, Jarretts & Angles all have until you're blue in the face. Because none of them will have a reign as long or as dominating as Bobby Roode. Garrett Bischoff and Sting defeated Robbie T and Bobby Roode when Sting pinned Robbie T with the Scorpion Death Drop in 0:10:20. Rating: *After the match, Sting & Garrett stand tall in the ring as Roode backs up the aisle. Roode taunts Sting by holding the TNA World Title high in the air, reminding Sting that he was unable to take the belt at Slammiversary & tonight he still did not defeat the champion. Sting starts to go after Roode, but, Garrett holds him back. Mike Teney & Taz announce that Dixie Carter will make a major announcement live on next week's Impact reguarding what happened at the end of Impact last week 7 the purchase of Ring of Honor. They then talk about the Bound For Glory Series. Teney explains the point system and Taz follows it up with the fact that no one really knows who the participants will be this year. Teney adds that everyone will find out during the 12 man gauntlet match up next just who the participants this year will be & that the winner will get a big head start on the series by gaining 20 points for the victory. As Teney finishes up, AJ Styles' music plays as 1/2 of the TNA World Tag Team Champions is the first entrant. AJ soaks up the cheers of the fans, but, it's shortlived as Jeff Hardy's music plays & the crowd cheers louder. 12-Man Battle Royal: James Storm won a 12-man Royal Rumble: x Styles and J. Hardy started out. x Rob Van Dam entered at 0:02:00 x Styles threw out J. Hardy in 0:02:44 x Magnus entered at 0:04:00 x RVD threw out Magnus in 0:04:48 x Bully Ray entered at 0:06:00 x RVD threw out Ray after a spin kick in 0:07:15 x Kurt Angle entered at 0:08:00 x Styles threw out RVD after the Styles Clash in 0:08:23 x Hernandez entered at 0:10:00 x Robbie E entered at 0:12:00 x Christopher Daniels entered at 0:14:00 x C. Storm threw out Joe in 0:30:16 Rating: *** 1/4 [Abyss interfered against Bully Ray.]During the match, Abyss came out from under the ring & distracted Bully Ray enough for Rob Van Dam to eliminate him. TNA World Tag Team Champions: AJ Styles & Kurt Angle double teamed Christopher Daniels. "The Fallen Angel" managed to duck a clothesline by Styles, which accidentally hit Angle. The stunned Styles watched helplessly as Daniels then eliminated the Olympic gold medalist. Styles regained his senses only seconds too late as Daniels dumped him next to Angle on the floor. All the way to the back, Styles apologized for the ill-timed manuver. After the match, the crowd was on its feet for "Cowboy" James Storm as he celebrated with some beer in the ring. Storm then got the microphone & told everyone how glad he was to be back and that if it wasn't for his daughter letting him know how much wrestling meant to her, that he probably wouldn't have come back at all. He said he is now refocused on regaining the TNA World Heavyweight Title & getting revenge on the man he used to call his best fiend: Bobby Roode. Just then, Roodes music hit & the TNA Champion stepped out on to the entranceway with a microphone of his own. He said that he didn't care about Storm's return at Slammiversary since he already beat his former partner not once, but twice. Roode said Storm was always jealous of him & his talent, and that he should have stayed "on the farm with his little girl". Roode said that Storm got lucky once & he would never be TNA World Champion again. Storm said that Roode was right, he was lucky to hold that belt once. He added that it would be just a matter of time before he was champion again. he then said that there was only one thing left to say: "SORRY ABOUT YOUR DAMN LUCK!" Storm then continued his celebration with that fans as Impact came to a close. Card rating: ** 1/2 BFG Series Standings: 1. James Storm: 20 2. That big paragraph at the end of the show was a little hard to read - could use some blank lines between different people talking. Probably should include the show name and date at the top of a card so we know what we're reading and people commenting on multiple shows can make clear which show they're referring to. Good promo from Cornette. ROH Invasion of TNA = actually pretty cool concept! Dixie didn't let us down for a change.

How do I get my picture at the top of the post? I have the Impact logo & RoH logo but the attachments always show up at the bottom.
I've actually been wanting to do something like this for awhile... just had to find the right companies. And with both celebrating their 10 year mark recently it seemed like a good time for it.
thanks for the tips.

TNA IMPACT 6-28-2012This weeks Impact opens up with TNA World Heavyweight Champion: Bobby Roode coming to the ring. Roode takes the ring announcer's microphone and addresses the crowd. BR: So last week, Austin Aries made the choice to give up the X-Division title so he can have a brush with greatness against me at Destination X. Let me start off by telling Mr. Aries & everyone else that there is NO X-Division wrestler that can compete with Bobby Roode. I had a choice of competing in the X-Division afew years ago & I turned it down because I know that I'm better than any of them. I'm better than everyone else. This belt on my shoulder is proof enough of that. Austin Aries wants to be the main event, but, to that he has to defeat the most dominant champion in TNA history. On July 8th at Destination X, Austin Aries it will be your FINAL DESTINATION! Austin Aries comes out & joins Roode in the ring. Roode goes to hand him the microphone, but instead, Aries punches the World Champion. The 2 brawl until security comes out to seperate them, & drag them both to the back. AJ Styles comes to the ring and talks about the BFG Series & tonight's open fight night challenge. He calls out the man he has had many problems with over the last few months: "The Fallen Angel" Chrisopher Daniels. Daniels comes out & tells Styles to point his judgmental finger back at himself because all of the problems are Styles own doing. As Daniels steps through the ropes, Styles can't control his temper anymore & attacks him before the bell. Bound For Glory Series: AJ Styles pinned Christopher Daniels with the Styles Clash in 0:11:23. Rating: **** 1/4 [Kurt Angle interfered against Christopher Daniels.] [Kazarian interfered against AJ Styles.]During the match, Kazarian came out to try & help Daniels by distracting Styles. This brought out Styles' TNA World Tag Team Championship partner: Kurt Angle to even the odds. Angle & Kaz got into an immediate brawl, which distracted Daniels enough for Styles to hit the Pele Kick, followed by the Styles Clash to pick up the pinfall & 7 points. Robbie E & Robbie T come to the ring for the next open fight night BFG Challenge. Robbie E talks about being the most talented participant in the BFG Series & he has the most muscle behind him in Big Robbie T. He said that he didn't care who answered his challenge tonight because he will win the whole series. The crowd erupts when Rob Van Dam's music plays as he accepts the challenge. Bound For Glory Series: Rob Van Dam defeated Robbie E by disqualification in 0:07:02. Rating: ** 1/2 [Robbie T interfered against Rob Van Dam.]RVD had things well in hand against Robbie E, until Robbie T got involved. Van Dam had set up for the 5 Star Frog Splash early, but, Big Rob knocked him off balance, allowing his smaller friend to recover. The referee didn't immediately call for the bell, but, once Robbie T inserted himself a second time, it was more than enough cause for the official to disqualify Robbie E. A decision that would send the New Jersey native to the bottom of the BGF standings since a dq loss would cost him 10 points. Mike Teney & Taz mention that Dixie Carter will be making an announcement tonight in regards to Ring of Honor later tonight. Taz speculates that RoH "will fall in line & due business the right way, if they know what's good for them". Teney reminds Taz of Jim Cornette's words from 2 weeks ago about not making things easy for TNA. As the 2 banter some more, Hernandez comes to the ring & issues a challenge to 1/2 of the TNA World Tag Team Champions: Kurt Angle, stating that he wants to be the first one to put an end to Angle's hopes to face the World Champion at Bound For Glory, the same way his hopes got dashed when he couldn't cut it during Olympic trials. Angle comes out quickly with an angry look. He drops his title belt halfway to the ring & charges at Hernandez. The ferocity of the attack actually catches "Super Mex" off guard. Angle hit the Olympic Slam & quickly locked Hernandez in the Ankle Lock. Bound For Glory Series: Kurt Angle defeated Hernandez when Hernandez passed out in the Ankle Lock in 0:02:43. Rating: ***D'Lo Brown, Al Snow & Taz all line up at the judges table for tonight's Gut Check Challenge. Out first is TNA's own Kazarian, who will be the man that puts tonight's visiting competitor to the test. Unfamiliar music plays as his opponent comes out to a light reaction. The man is recognized as some as former ECW comptitor: Christian York. Gut Check Challenge: Christian York defeated Kazarian by countout in 0:07:41. Rating: ** 1/2 [AJ Styles interfered against Kazarian.]York & Kaz battled back & forth, with neither gaining a clear advantage for several minutes. That is, until York scored with a superkick that knocked Kazarian to the floor. That's when AJ Styles jumped the guardrail & attacked Kaz while York kept the referee's back turned. Styles hit the Styles Clash on the floor & then escaped through the crowd. York turned the referee back around and stood back as he counted the motionless Kaz out. York celebrated his hollow victory, as the judges looked on in shock over what they just saw. Dixie Carter is shown via satellite from her office to make the following statement about the dealings between TNA & Ring of Honor. DC: Ladies & gentlemen, after careful concideration & deliberation. Panda Energy & Total Non-stop Action Wrestling have come to the agreement with Ring of Honor Wrestling that it is not in the best interest of the wrestling profession at this point to integrate the 2 rosters of TNA & RoH. So, it has been desided that both rosters will perform seperately on different shows. TNA stars will still be able to be seen every Thursday night on Impact airing on Spike TV. And after negotiating with Viacom (Spike's parent company), CMT has agreed to a 2 hour time slot, 9pm EST on Tueday nights for the Ring of Honor roster, with slight alterations. This will be for the immediate future, starting July 10th. As always, I want to thank the fans for their support as both companies move forward to bring you the best professional wrestling in the world. Bully Ray comes to the ring and searches the ringside area & under the ring for Abyss, before getting in the ring for the next BFG Challenge. Ray calls out the man he eliminated in last year's semi-finals: "Cowboy" James Storm. Storm comes out to a huge round of applause and let's Ray know that even though Ray eliminated him last year, he still has more World title reigns than Ray ever had. Storm gets in the ring and the 2 start trading punches as the referee calls for the bell to start the match. Bound For Glory Series: James Storm pinned Bully Ray with the Last Call in 0:05:49. Rating: ** [Abyss interfered against Bully Ray.]During the match, Abyss appeared on the big screen calling for Ray out in the parking lot. Ray lost focus on the match when he saw Abyss standing in front of his car with a sledgehammer. Abyss shattered all the windows as he warned Ray to stay away from his brother. Ray stood in shock as Abyss continued to bash the roof with the hammer and this allowed Storm to capitalize & hit the Last Call to pick up 7 points & increase his lead. Samoa Joe was the next out to issue a challenge for the BFG Series. He stated that there was no one that stood a chance against him this year. He talks about the path of destruction he left last year that left 3 men unable to finish. He warns everyone in this year's competition that he is willing to do the same all over again to get his shot at the TNA World Title & he won't let anyone stand in his way. just then, Joe's former tag team partner: Magnus comes out to answer the challenge of the "Samoan Submission Machine". Bound For Glory Series: Samoa Joe made Magnus submit to the Coquina Clutch in 0:08:58. Rating: ****Joe stood tall after forcing Magnus to tap out & earning 10 points in the standings. He shouted again that no one can stop him this year. Backstage, Jeff Hardy & Mr. Anderson are standing in the locker room. Anderson points out that they are the last 2 in tonight's Fight Night Challenge. Hardy reminds Anderson that he wasn't the one that got beat at Slammiversary when Anderson won the #1 contender triple threat match. Anderson tells Hardy that they have been friends & enemies since they have been in TNA together, and that he's beaten him before & can do it again. Hardy simply says "let's do this" and walks out & heads to the ring. Bound For Glory Series: Jeff Hardy pinned Mr. Anderson with the Swanton Bomb in 0:12:39. Rating: *** 1/2Hardy celebrates to the cheers of the fans as Anderson recovers. Anderson walks over & says something that the camera doesn't pick up. He then extends a hand to Hardy, who cautiously accepts. Anderson then raises Hardy's hand in a show of sportsmanship as Impact goes off the air. Card rating: *** Bound For Glory Series Stnadings: 1. Robbie E. is in the negative bro! Robbie T is not the brightest fella. How can anyone as big as him think he can sneak around the referee's back?!
Angle looking awesome beating Hernandez pretty quickly and decisively.
I wonder what the future holds for Christian York. I don't think he proved a lot to the judges but he did make the most of the opportunity he was given. Is he the first challenger to win a gut check match?
ROH getting two hours on CMT is HUGE! Good luck booking for both shows because I know that's going to be tough.
I hope Mr. Anderson loses every BFG match and quits effective immediately.

TNA IMPACT JULY 5, 2012
This week's Impact opens with Mike Teney & Taz running down the Bound For Glory Series and the current standings. The y let everyone know that this coming Sunday is Destination X live on PPV & that not only will TNA World Champion: Bobby Roode defend his title against now former X-Division Champion: Austin Aries, but, there will also be a one night tournament to determine a new X-Division Champion. They also remind veryone that tonight's main event will feature a rematch from Slammiversary as AJ Styles & Kurt Angle defend the TNA World Tag Team Title against Kazarian & Christopher Daniels.
Rob Van Dam pinned Hernandez with the Five Star Frog Splash in 0:10:23. Rating: ** 1/2
It's time for the TNA Gut Check evaluation. D'Lo Brown, Al Snow, & Taz all take their places at the table as footage from last week's Gut Check Challenge is shown. Christian York gave Kazarian all he could handle until AJ Styles attacked Kazarian outside the ring causing a countout. York is brought out to face the panel & is told by Snow that he doesn't care about whether or not he had any knowledge of what Styles had planned last week, all he cares about is if York has what it takes to make it in TNA. Snow continues that he is very familiar with York's work & history and he believes that he can make an impact (no pun intended) in TNA, so he votes "Yes." D'Lo Brown tells York that is a 16 year veteran that has been in alot of wars all over the independents. Brown said that he's just not sure from what he saw last week that York is what TNA is looking for. Brown votes "No." Taz is about to give his opinion, when from out of the crowd, Kazarian attacks York from behind. Security rushes out to pull Kaz off and drag him to the back. As York recovers, Taz gives the final verdict. T: I don't care how long this guy has been around. I just want to see those 2 go at it again. I say yes. Mike Teney let's everyone know that it's 2 to 1, so Christian York is the newest member of TNA.
Jeff Hardy pinned Magnus with the Swanton Bomb in 0:05:12. Rating: ** 3/4
Backstage, Christopher Daniels is with Kazarian. CD: What were you thinking? We have a shot at the tag team titles & you go out there to attack a nobody. Not only that, but, now this clown is a member of the roster because you couldn't keep your temper in check. K: Look. those belts are ours for the taking. Angle & Styles are both busy with the BFG Series to concentrate on the tag belts. And after we win the gold back, you can work on getting to the top of the standings yourself. Daniels picks up his martini glass & tells Kazarian that he'll drink to that.
Devon pinned Zema Ion with the Inverted DDT in 0:14:42. Rating: *** (Devon retained the TNA Television Title.) [Garrett Bischoff interfered against Zema Ion.]
During the match, Garrett Bischoff came out to the ring to distract Zema Ion, but, after the match, Devon let him know he wasn't happy with Garrett. Garrett pleaded that he had the best intentions, and eventually Devon accepted the rookie's apology and the 2 shook hands & left.
TNA World Heavyweight Champion: Bobby Roode comes to the ring. BR: In 3 days, all of you will get to witness your favorite "flavor of the month" Austin Aries join such illustrious company, such as Sting, James Storm, AJ Styles, Kurt Angle, Jeff Hardy, Rob Van Dam just to name afew. As the next challenger to come oh so close, but, still fail miserably. Aries likes to think that he has "it" but everyone knows that the personification of the "It Factor" is Bobby Roode. For almost an entire calender year I have dominated TNA. And there is no way I am going to let some undersized X-Division competitor get the better of me. You people love them for all the risks they take, but, make no mistake it's those same risks that cut short their careers. They may fly high, but, for Austin Aries at Destination X, the higher he tries to fly, the higher he tries to climb, the fall will be that much worse. For you, Austin Aries, it's all risk and no reward. You're giving up everything, and pinning it on a hope that you can be the next big star. Well make no mistake, Aries, no star shines brighter in TNA than Bobby Roode.
James Storm defeated Robbie E by disqualification in 0:05:33. Rating: ** 3/4 [Robbie T interfered against James Storm.]
During the match, Robbie T once again tried to get involved in the match, but, referee Earl Hebner would have nothing of it & immediately disqualified Robbie E. After the decision was given, Robbie E yelled at Robbie T for costing him 2 straight BFG matches & putting him even further behind with a total of -20 points now. Big Rob apologized & walked out behind his partner with his head hung low.
Kid Kash comes to the ring to address the crowd. Kash tells the crowd that last week may have been Open Fight Night, but, he is here tonight to issue an open challenge to anyone in the locker room "as a warm up for the man that will become the X-Division Champion this Sunday at Destination X." Just then, familiar music plays as the crowd cheers and a massive figure rises hrough the floor in the entranceway. MATT MORGAN has returned to Impact!
Matt Morgan pinned Kid Kash with the Carbon Footprint in 0:03:10. Rating: * 1/2
Morgan grabbed the microphone and let everyone know that even though he was away for some time, but, 2012 would still be his year and that no one would be able to stop the most genetically gifted athlete professional wrestling has ever seen.
Mr. Anderson pinned Bully Ray with the Mic Check in 0:10:49. Rating: ** 3/4 [Abyss interfered against Bully Ray.]
During the match, Abyss came down to the ring and stood on the apron. Bully ray went over to confront him, but, "The Monster" grabbed him & dropped him throat first on the top rope. Ray staggered back, straight into the Mic Check, allowing Anderson to pick up 7 points in the standings. After the match, Abyss pulled a table out from under the ring & slid it under the bottom rope. Abyss set the table up in the ring & then whipped Ray into the ropes. As Ray rebounded "The Monster" caught him with the Black Hole Slam through the table as the crowd went wild.
Backstage, the TNA World Tag Team Champions are shown preparing for their title defense up next. KA: AJ are you sure that you can keep your head in the game against these 2? If not, we should go out there & hand over the belts just to save alot of trouble. AS: This won't be a problem. We beat them once & we'll do it again. KA: Just make sure that you stay focused. We don't need a repeat from the gauntlet a couple of weeks ago.
Christopher Daniels and Kazarian defeated AJ Styles and Kurt Angle when C. Daniels pinned Styles with the Best Moonsault Ever in 0:16:41. Rating: **** (Christopher Daniels and Kazarian won the TNA World Tag Team Title.)
The finish of the match came when all 4 men were brawling in the ring. Angle hit Kazarian with a clothesline that took both over the top rope to the floor, just as Daniels grabbed one of the title belts & began measuring up Styles for a shot to the head. Angle hurried back into the ring and yanked the belt away from Daniels, but, as Angle tugged the belt from the "Fallen Angel" he accidentally hit his partner in the face. As Angle stood shocked by his own actions, Kaz & Daniels hit him with a double superkick, knocking the Olympic Gold Medalist to the floor. Daniels then accended to the top rope to hit the BME & regain the TNA Tag Team Championship.
Card rating: ***

I think your cards are getting better and better. The seemingly random DQ in Robbie E's match last week is probably developing into a storyline, which is good. While I'm not familiar with Christian York, the Gut Check segment was a good way of bringing him in. I do hope the ROH Invasion plot gets moving soon though And where are the Knockouts? Did they all break out of TNA and start TNAW instead?

They teamed up briefly in the old ECW before it folded. Good circuit BTW, the cards just keep getting better and better every show.

The ROH invasion isn't going to be a quick blow off but a long program... this coming week ROH will start it's own show I was holding off until after Destination X to really get into it. Thanks for all the positive feedback. As for the Knockout Division, ROH doesn't really have anything to compete with the Knockouts so I'm just letting TNAW take that one

DESTINATION X July 8, 2012 PPV
Mike Teney & Taz welcome everyone to the annual July PPV "Destination X". They run down the general card for the show, but, stress the main event in which Bobby roode defends the TNA World Heavyweight Title against the man that gave up the X-Division Title for just a shot at the gold: Austin Aries. Teney adds that by doing so, tonight's ppv is all the more special because it will feature 8 men all competing to become the new X-Division Champion. The 8 wrestlers will face off in four 1 on 1 matches with the winners advancing to an Ultimate X Match for the title later tonight. No sooner does Teney finish, when Zema Ion comes to the ring to start off tonight's action. As he stands in the ring, unfamilar music plays, but, a familiar face comes to the ring. The crowd gives a mixed reaction as "Maverick" Matt Bentley returns to TNA.
TNA X-Division Title Tournament Round 1: Matt Bentley pinned Zema Ion with the Head On Collision in 0:10:12. Rating: *** 1/4
Highlights of Robbie E's first 2 matches in the Bound For Glory Series are shown. After the footage, Taz jokes about how Robbie E has fallen deep into last place with a -20 points. Teney adds that it would take a miracle for the New Jersey native to turn things around now.
Bound For Glory Series, TNA X-Division Title Tournament Round 1: Robbie E pinned Samoa Joe with the Cutter in 0:14:55. Rating: *** 3/4 [Robbie T interfered against Samoa Joe.]
During the match, Samoa Joe hit the Muscle Buster on Robbie E, but, accidentally knocked down referee Brian Hebner. With Hebner down, Robbie T jumped into the ring and attacked Joe with a chair. Robbie E recovered as Robbe T helped the referee to his feet. Once the groggy Hebner was up, Robbie E hit the Cutter to pick up 7 points & advance to the Ultimate X final later tonight.
Kid Kash comes out for the 3rd match of the X-Division Title Tournament to a chorus of boos. The music changes & a new comer comes out as his opponent. Mike Teney lets everyone know that this young man is "The Pretty Boy Pitbull" Kenny King, a man that until early this morning was a part of the Ring of Honor roster. Taz comments that King must have seen the light & desided to join the winning team here in TNA.
TNA X-Division Title Tournament Round 1: Kid Kash pinned Kenny King with the Money Maker in 0:12:32. Rating: ** 3/4
Footage is shown from 2 weeks ago of the Gut Check Challenge match between Kazarian & Christian York that ended in Kaz getting counted out due to AJ Styles interference. It is followed by highlights from this past Thursday's Impact of the judges giving their verdicts & Kazarian interupting by attacking York. Backstage, Kazarian is with Christy Hemme. CH: Kazarian, on Thursday you may have inadvertently caused Christian York to become the newest member of the TNA roster. K: Christian York was a part of a plan by AJ Styles to set me up. So, he just got what he deserved on Impact. If the judges are so incompetant that they awarded him with a contract for getting beaten up, that's their own fault. As for tonight, Christian York is going to find out what it's like to be on the big stage with a real champion (holds up his TNA Tag team Title belt). And what payback really feels like.
TNA X-Division Title Tournament Round 1: Christian York pinned Kazarian with the Southern Cross in 0:18:30. Rating: **** 1/2
Backstage Austin Aries is with Christy Hemme. CH: Austin, tonight you have your chance to make history by defeating the longest reigning World Champion in TNA history. AA: Tonight, I finally have my chance to be the main event. A position that is long overdue. Bobby Roode, while extremely talented, isn't unbeatable. There are chinks in the armor of the man that claims to be the personification of the "It Factor". They have been exposed by men like Sting, Jeff Hardy, and James Storm. The only reason they couldn't capitalize on those weakenesses is because they allowed their emotions to take control. they all have one personal issue or another with Bobby Roode, where as I have none. It's just business when we get in the ring later tonight. I have complete faith in my abilities and in myself. I know that I am destined to hold that Wolrd Heavyweight TItle. And tonight, "The Greatest Man that Ever Lived" ascends to greatness.
Bound For Glory Series: Jeff Hardy pinned AJ Styles with the Swanton Bomb in 0:11:29. Rating: ****
Footage is shown from Impact of Kazarian & Christopher Daniels regaining the World Tag Team TItle from Kurt Angle & AJ Styles. After the video, Christy Hemme is with the Olympic Gold Medallist. CH: Kurt, your TNA Tag Team Title reign with AJ Styles was cut short this past week on Impact when you accidentally hit AJ with one of the belts. How has this effected not only your relationship with AJ, but, your mindset going into your Bound For Glory Series match against Christopher Daniels? KA: What happened with AJ on Impact was a complete accident, like you said. As for our relationship, we haven't really had time to talk, but, I'm sure everything will work itself out. And as for my mindset, i plan on going out tonight & doing what I do best: making someone tap out. I plan on making every single one of my opponents in the Bound For Glory Series tap out and being the one that gets the shot at the gold. Oh it's real. It's damn real.
Bound For Glory Series: Kurt Angle made Christopher Daniels submit to the Ankle Lock in 0:12:54. Rating: *** 1/2
Highlights are shown of how the 4 men in the Ultimate X Match advanced to the finals.
Ultimate X Match for the vacant TNA X-Division Title: Robbie E defeated Matt Bentley, Kid Kash and Christian York in 0:20:54. Rating: *** 3/4 (Robbie E won the TNA X-Division Title.)
Finish of the match: Matt Bentley & Robbie E hang from the cables with their legs tangled together as Christian York pulls them down into a huge powerbomb. York then goes to the corner in an attempt to climb to the cables. Kash rushes over & climbs up along side York. The 2 battle on the top turnbuckle, until York grabs Kash & delivers a death valley driver from the top rope to the canvas. York struggles to get up as Robbie T gets in the ring & lifts Robbie E on his shoulders. The groggy Robbie E reaches for the X-Division Title belt as he sits on Big Rob's shoulders & unhooks it from the cables to capture the title.
Christy Hemme is backstage with TNA World Heavyweight Champion: Bobby Roode. CH: Bobby Roode, earlier tonight Austin Aries said that he knows you have weaknesses & he knows how to exploit them. He also claims that he will ascend to greatness by acheiving his destiny & winning the TNA World Title. BR: Austin Aries can claim whatever he wants. The truth is he knows way down deep inside that he has no chance of beating me. I have no weakness. I am the most dominating champion this company has ever seen. The reason being; I have "It". I am "It". I have beaten Icons, Legends, and even an Olympic Gold Medallist. Not one of them could even come close to dethroning me. Austin Aries thinks he's special because he dominated the X-Division& he gave up his title just for this shot. Well he's going to find out that for him it was all risk & no reward, because he, just like everyone else, will come up short against Bobby Roode.
Bobby Roode pinned Austin Aries with the Payoff in 0:18:25. Rating: **** (Bobby Roode retained the TNA World Heavyweight Title.)
Card rating: *** 3/4

RING OF HONOR on CMT July 10, 2012Jim Cornette is in the ring at the start of the show. JC: Welcome to Ring of Honor Wrestling! My name is Jim Cornette, and I'm out here to let everyone know that if you are a fan of real wrestling action & are tired of seeing silly skits, then you have come to the right place. We want to give you a real reason to watch wrestlng again. You won't see guys planning a bank robbery in front of a national television camera, we're not gonna drop things and leave you hanging, you won't see celebrities come in & win titles. We're not going to have matches with rediculous stipulations. We're going to give you action & excitement with our top athletes. Because we want to make sure that this is the highest rated and most exciting wrestling program on television. Because if we can't beat those guys in TNA in the ring, then we'll do it in the ratings. Just then a familiar face comes out from the back to a chorus of boos. Eric Bischoff has arrived in RoH. EB: Well Jim, I'm actually glad you feel that way. You see, since Dixie Carter bought this company, she has had a change of attitude toward me. And since i have been forced away from TNA, she has been kind enough to grant me a new position as the General Manager of RoH. (Cornette's face sours & the crowd boos loudly) You see Jimmy, if there's one thing I know it's ratings. So to make sure that this is the higher rated of the 2 brands, I have made sure that every title will be defended in this ring tonight. So ,how about we just let bygones be bygones & wipe the slate clean. Bischoff extends a hand to Cornette who in turn just drops his microphone & walks away. Jay Lethal pinned Tommaso Ciampa with the Lethal Injection in 0:10:22. Rating: ** 1/4After the match, Jay Lethal celebrates in the ring, when all of the sudden a man runs out from the back and attacks him. Longtime RoH fans realize that the man is Joey Ryan. After beating down Lethal, Ryan gets the ring announcer's microphone. JR: This is the kind of man that gets to work for TNA. (points at Lethal) This is the kind of man that is good enough to work there & hold championships. That's why they're in the sad shape they are now. They'll take a guy like Christian York and give him all the opportunity in the world. But when a man the fans want to see, a man that can truly entertain, a man llike Joey Ryan shows up they say there's not enough room on the roster. Well from here on out, I am going to do whatever it takes to put TNA out of business & make Ring of Honor the best professional wrestling company in the world. D'Angelo Dinero pinned Douglas Williams with the DDE in 0:14:18. Rating: **** (Jimmy Jacobs no-showed.)After the match, Kevin Kelly catches up with "The Pope" at ringside. KK: D'Angelo Dinero, it was just a few short weeks ago that you & Douglas Williams desided to leave TNA & come over to RoH. DD: The reason that "Pope" came to RoH was that he was tired of the way TNA was treating people, escpecially "Pope" himself. So when the opportunity arrose to make a change, "Pope" took it. Ring of Honor is lacking in a few things, like bad acting and back stage politics. But, for everything it lacks, RoH makes up for in talent, heart, & ability. We will put TNA on its back & help fill in the hole they have buried themselves in. And "The Pope" will be leading the charge. No-Time-Limit-No-Countout-No-DQ-Triangle Match: Adam Cole defeated Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong when A. Cole pinned O'Reilly with the Panama Sunrise in 0:23:23. Rating: **** (Adam Cole won the ROH World Television Title.)After the match, Kevin Kelly speaks with the new champion. KK: Adam Cole, congratulations on your huge victory & your first championship here in Ring of Honor. AC: It was just a matter of time before Adam Cole got his hands on gold here in RoH. Roderick Strong & Kyle O'Reilly are both such great competitors, but, there was never a doubt in my mond that I would be the one with the belt. Make no mistake about it, this is just the first title in a long line f things to come. Adam Cole is not just the future of Ring of Honor. Adam Cole is the future of wrestling. Backstage, Veda Scott is with Rhett Titus. VS: Rhett, this past Sunday, your tag team partner Kenny King defected to TNA to be a part of their X-Division. RT: What Kenny King did was not only turn his back on RoH, but, he stuck a knife in the back of the man that has stood by him for the last 3 years. We were set to go to the top & he just threw it all away to go back to the bottom on his own. Well, now I'm back on my own too. And I'm more focused than ever on proving that I have what it takes to got to the top by myself. And if that no good backstabber ever crosses my path, we'll see for sure who the true force behind the ANX truly was. Rhett Titus pinned El Generico with the Muff Driver in 0:08:06. Rating: **Mike Bennett & Maria Kanellis are backstage. MB: I have said since day 1 that I would wear gold in Ring of Honor. I am better than everyone else on the roster. I have beaten the best to prove that I am even better. And now Ring of Honor gets a new beginning. This is my opportunity to prove, like I've always said. that I am the biggest star in RoH. And there is no better way to do that than get that World Championship around my waist. And that journey starts here, tonight, with you Finlay. RoH gets its new beginning & I take my first step toward the future. Mike Bennett pinned Finlay with the Awesome Coolness in 0:12:12. Rating: *** 1/4 [Maria Kanellis interfered against Finlay.]Jay & Mark Briscoe are backstage. JB: July 10, CMT, the first show of a new era for Ring of Honor. MB: The biggest day in the history of RoH. Finally the whole world is gonna get to see The Briscoes whoopin' ass. We've been here since day 1. We've seen them all come & seen them all go. Trust me, we've had the opportunity to go elsewhere, but, we believe in RoH. We stayed here because we love it here. Mark it on your calendars, July 10, 2012 CMT television, we got the chance to show the whole damn country, no the whole damn world what RoH is about. i hope you're all ready, we're gonna set the world on fire. The World's Greatest Tag Team (Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin) defeated The Briscoe Brothers (Jay Briscoe and Mark Briscoe) when C. Haas defeated M. Briscoe by countout in 0:20:46. Rating: * 3/4 (The World's Greatest Tag Team retained the ROH World Tag Team Title.)Finish of the match: Jay Briscoe lifts Charlie Haas up for the Doosday Device, as Mark prepares to come off the top rope. Mark loses his balance & slips to the apron, twisting his knee. Mark falls the rest of the way to the floor, clutching his knee. Jay immediately drops Haas to go check on his brother. The 2 take too long on the floor as the referee counts them out awarding the victory to The World's Greatest Tag Team. As officials tend to Mark Briscoe & help him to the back, Nigel McGuinness & Kevin Kelly talk about all the great action RoH has shown thus far tonight & wll be bringing every week here on CMT. Kelly says a prime example of that action next week will be when "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards faces "The Notorious 187" Homicide and "Magnum" Joey Ryan takes on the man he attacked earlier tonight: Jay Lethal. Rhino pinned BJ Whitmer with the Gore in 0:10:58. Rating: *** 1/2Backstage Veda Scott is with the RoH World Champion: Kevin Steen. VS: Kevin Steen, up next you will defend your RoH World Title against former champ Davey Richards on national television. KS: Davey Richards is one of the toughest guys I've ever faced in the ring. The last time we faced off, he put me through hell. But, I'm the one that walked out with the RoH Title. I'm not going to let anyone take it away from me. I may have the quintessential look of a World Champion, I may not be the most intimidating figure you come across, but, you cannot deny my success. History shows us just what success a Ring of Honor World Champion can achieve. The only difference between me & them is that I'm not going anywhere else to try & become a bigger star. I'm going to elevate RoH & become the biggest star ever from my own backyard. Kevin Steen pinned Davey Richards with the Package Piledriver in 0:15:44.
