And also Mia Stylish takes on Gail Kim with the winner receiving a NAWA Women's Championship match against Awesome Kong. Also still to come tonight, Miles Stylish has purchased television time where he will address Kurt Angle.
The NAWA International Champion Jerry Lynn and Bob Backlund are at ringside expecting an opponent like Tomko or Shawn Stasiak being chosen by Sederick Skyhawk but instead Nigel McGuinness makes his way out and the NAWA International Championship is on the line.
NAWA International Championship Match:
Nigel McGuinness vs. Jerry Lynn(c)(w/Bob Backlund)
Both men trade technical holds and strikes until McGuinness gets the heat, working over the arm and the neck of Jerry Lynn. Lynn comes back with a flurry of offense, trying to weaken the arm to both set up the Chickenwing and prevent the Jawbreaker Lariat. Lynn hits a swinging single arm DDT and preps McGuinness for the Chickenwing but Sederick Skyhawk runs out to nail Lynn with the belt for the disqualification.

For the past two years, he's seen Ron Waterman, Miles Stylish, Raven, and Teddy Hart walk around with the belt belonging to him. Harris vows that there's nothing that he won't do to win the belt and Teddy Hart better be ready to bring the back at Reality Check on March 23rd, because Harry Harris will bring the fight.

The Motor City Machine Guns(1) vs. the Briscoe Brothers(2)
This is a pivotal match as it will either be a tied game for the Guns or the Briscoes will pull ahead. Both tag teams beat each other up in this match with high impact offense, until Mark Briscoe is trapped in enemy territory. The Guns pull off a number of impressive double team moves, with Jay trying to rally the fans behind the Briscoes. Mark makes the hot tag and Jay runs wild in the ring, knocking the Guns around with fists of fury. Jay nails Sabin with a huge lariat in the corner and Mark tags back in. The Briscoes pull out a Demolition Decapitation Style move and that is enough to pin Sabin, with Shelley kick off the apron. The Briscoes push ahead in the series.
The Briscoe Brothers (Jay Briscoe and Mark Briscoe) defeated
The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) when M. Briscoe
pinned C. Sabin after a Demolition Decapitation in 0:14:22.
Rating: *** 3/4
If the Briscoe Brothers win their match next week, then the Guns are out of the running for the NAWA Tag Team Titles. The Rottweilers have to be watching this with glee, both of their top challenging teams beating each other up.
Backstage:
Samoa Joe is backstage, when the Gambler walks up to him backstage. The last couple of weeks, the Gambler and Samoa Joe have been at each other's throats but last week, a common enemy was found in Takeshi Morishima. Joe says he's not going to mince words, the Gambler like anyone else that gets in his way will be chewed up and spit out.
Suddenly, the camera man is pushed down, and the Gambler is nailed in the back of the head with a blackjack. He goes down and the NAWA World Tag Team Champions the Rottweilers are in, to lay a beating on Samoa Joe. Joe, despite his power, is no match for the NAWA World Tag Team Champions. The Rottweilers stomp Joe into the ground and he is down, with Homicide saying that's what happens and the winds of change are blowing. Larry Sweeney shows up and says that at Reality Check it will be Takeshi Morishima against Samoa Joe and the Gambler in a Triple Threat Match. Sweeney laughs at their misfortune before he walks off.
Coming up next on Glory, Sederick Skyhawk defends his NAWA Television Championship against an opponent of Jerry Lynn's choosing. Who will he choose? We'll find out next.

Candace Sweet introduces the star of the show and the man who will defeat Harry Harris next week to prove his victory in the Luck of the Draw match was a fluke, Sederick Skyhawk. Skyhawk comes out in all of his glory, with the NAWA Television Championship around his waist. Bob Backlund is out, saying that Lynn is being patched up in the back but he's coming out on behalf of Lynn to tell all of the plebians who Skyhawk's opponent is. That NAWA Television Championship won't be around his waist for much longer, when Backlund waves to the back and out comes Jerry Lynn's pick...Bryan Danielson. Skyhawk seems less than concerned about this turn of event.
NAWA Television Championship:
Bryan Danielson vs Sederick Skyhawk(c)
Skyhawk's egotism quickly turns sour when Danielson catches him in an ankle lock and Skyhawk nearly taps out thirty seconds into the match but makes it to the ropes. Danielson kicks Skyhawk's face in and punishes him with a series of deadly submission holds. Skyhawk manages to take Danielson down and work on him but for every move, Danielson has a counter, causing Skyhawk fits. A Samoan Drop/Diving Headbutt combination move nearly gets the title. Candace shrieks at ringside, seeing her investment slipping away. Skyhawk tries to eat up the clock by rolling in and out of the ring until Danielson catches him with an elbow strike and locks on a guillotine choke, punishing Skyhawk. The referee drops the arm two times and it drops for a third time before the bell rings. For a brief second, we think there's a new champion but the fifteen minute time limit has expired.
Bryan Danielson and Sederick Skyhawk battled to a draw in 0:15:00.
Rating: **** 1/4
(Sederick Skyhawk retained the NAWA Television Title.)
The fans are not happy and chant for "five more minutes!" Danielson grabs the microphone and says he only needs five more seconds to beat Skyhawk, but if he's man enough, he should extend the time limit and they could finish this. Skyhawk is roused by Candace and she shrieks no, he's the champion. Before Skyhawk can confirm or deny this request, Jerry Lynn runs out and attacks Skyhawk, beating him down at ringside and applying the Cross-Face Chickenwing. Tomko is out to make the save but Lynn has gotten in a few licks on Lynn.
There is no question about it, Danielson had Skyhawk's number and with just one more second, he could have walked out with the title. Danielson might make another go at the Television Title and Skyhawk might not be lucky enough to beat the clock next time, but we're going to have to wait and see.

Next week, when the Gambler is in the ring with Kurt Angle for the first time, he's going to find that out for first hand. Angle seems relaxed about this match with the Gambler next week but the Gambler made Miles Stylish tap out back at Blinded by Fury and took Abyss and Samoa Joe to the limit in back to back weeks, so Kurt Angle better be prepared.

Stylish replies that Angle doesn't show that second "I" very well, integrity, if he gets in bed with someone like Sweeney. He also states that Angle might have beaten once, but he couldn't beat him twice in a row.
Out comes Larry Sweeney, who is intrigued by Stylish's vow and sees money in this. He announces that he'll see if Angle can beat Stylish twice in a row or not for it's at Reality Check it will be Kurt Angle taking on Miles Stylish in a Best Two Out of Three Falls Match!
