While there may not be any updates to the TNM 7 simulator(
) I can say that someone has taken up the challenge to updating Title Bout Championship Boxing.

The engine looks very clean and easy to use. It just (or will release) today and I feel that TBCB 3 will be near. Here is the thread announcing the release (and it is today):
