It's almost time, folks!
Colts vs Saints: who do you want to win? Who do you think will win?
Personally, I'd be happy with either team winning. I'm a Dolphins fan and have no dislike of either team. I'm happy for Manning because I think him akin to Marino. I'd like the Saints to win a little more because they've never been their before (Colts are 2-1 in Super Bowls) and the franchise has mostly a bad history, plus the continued recovery from Katrina's destruction. So a Saints win is a real good feel good thing.
I think the Colts probably win though. They looked much better in the Conference Championship round and I think the Saints aggressive defense will not fare well against Peyton.
Prediction: 41-31 Colts

I am going to enjoy this Super Bowl, because it's the first time in a long time I don't absolutely hate one of the teams thats participating in it. I would like to see the Saints get it done, but I think Manning will be able to get the job done.
Either way it's going to be a great offensive showdown!

As a Dolphins fan, Liller, you need to hold more long standing grudges. I still have issues with the Colts from the old AFC East days. I also live in Indiana and Colts fans are annoying as hell. Bandwagon jumpers for the most part.
Plus, Manning is a douche. They do training camp here in Terre Haute, and he enjoys getting drunk at our local bars, trying to pick up local tail, and then driving home impaired. But fuck if he's not good at football.
Anyway, I'm rooting for the Saints hard, but think the Colts will take it.

As a Dolphins fan, Liller, you need to hold more long standing grudges. I still have issues with the Colts from the old AFC East days. Yeah but the Colts sucked most of the years they were in the AFC East with Miami. And as a division rival they pale in comparison to: - Jets: asshole fans, close rivalry, the infamous Meadowlands Miracle After Midnight, and now an asshole coach
- Bills: asshole fans, city is a worthless frozen wasteland, and had our number most of the 90s
- Patriots: no explanation needed for anyone to hate the Patriots, but for added bonus they beat us in the AFC Championship Game that allowed them to get mauled by the Bears (rather the Fins who had dealt their only loss that year in the famous MNF game).
The worst thing the Colts ever did was have Jim Harbaugh pull his comeback magic a couple times. Hell, they ditched Shula so he could come to Miami so if anything they should be our favorite team!

It's a sad day in football It is: I read today that Favre's retirement status is expected to dominate offseason news yet again. Nevermind those pesky labor negotiations... P.S. Congrats, Saints!
