[Xplosion/Web Match]: World Elite (Kiyoshi and Sheik Abdul Bashir) defeated Shannon Moore and Jerelle Clark when Bashir pinned J. Clark with the WMD in 0:09:42. Rating: **Mick Foley is out to announce the Thanksgiving Triple Threat Title Contenders Tournament. The rules are three standard one fall triple threat matches where the winners advance into a three way elimination match in the main event, where the winner will receive a TNA World Title Shot at any point of their choosing. He says this tournament features the top two-ten contenders for the TNA World Title, with the number one contender Samoa Joe obviously receiving a title shot already at Final Resolution. [Contenders Championship Series First Round]: Triangle Match: Eric Young defeated Rhino and Robert Roode when E. Young pinned R. Roode after a piledriver in 0:08:04. Rating: ** 1/4A vicious piledriver by the leader of World Elite scored the victory over Roode during this match after Rhino had been taken down to the floor. After the the match, Young cut a promo, stating that he will win this tournament and reminds us that he has beaten Hernandez before and he will become the TNA Champion by beating Hernandez again. Matt Morgan is backstage, talking about how he's wants to get his hands on Abyss but Foley interrupts his promo, talking about how Morgan has a match tonight against James Storm and Kurt Angle. Morgan says he's prepared but he wants to know what Foley's going to do about the Abyss situation. Foley remarks that he'll deal with Abyss, but Morgan has to worry about defending that TNA Legend's Title. Morgan says that he didn't ask for this, but Dr. Stevie was the one who forced the issue. Foley insists that Dr. Stevie isn't behind this, there is some higher mastermind at work and Morgan says Foley seems awful certain about this and accuses Foley of being the one pulling the strings. Foley is insulted and yells at Morgan to leave. [First Round of the Contenders Series]: Triangle Match: Daniels defeated Homicide and Suicide when Daniels pinned Suicide after The Best Moonsault Ever in 0:13:26. Rating: *** 3/4Daniels, Homicide, and Suicide have an impressive match, with Homicide taking out Suicide with the Cutter but Daniels knocked Homicide to the floor before hitting the BME on Suicide to score the pin and advance forward into the series. We cut backstage, with Ken Anderson is cutting a promo, talking about how he's been putting out feelers to TNA for months but they ignored him, so he decided to get their attention by taking out their golden boy, AJ Styles. Anderson said that he's come to TNA for one reason and one reason only and that's to prove why he's the best. AJ Styles rushes in the back and begins a brawl with Mr. Anderson. The two men go toe to toe, as security attempts to break it up. It is announced that Ken Anderson will make his TNA debut against AJ Styles at Final Resolution. Daffney cuts a crazed promo backstage, as Dr. Stevie looks on approvingly and Abyss looks on vacantly. She talks her match with Taylor Wilde, how Taylor caused her great hurt earlier this year when she let the Beautiful People cut her air and then slammed her into thumbtacks. "That wasn't nice Taylor, that wasn't nice at all. But you know what, I'm not nice either." With that Daffney screams and then giggles like a madwoman, as Dr. Stevie cuts a promo, warning Mick Foley not to interfere or Dr. Stevie's superior will take care of Foley. [Contenders Championship Series]: Triangle Match: Kurt Angle defeated James Storm and Matt Morgan when K. Angle pinned M. Morgan after the Angle Slam in 0:11:28. Rating: ** 3/4Kurt Angle advanced to the finals of this match, after hitting a low blow on Morgan and pulling out the Angle Slam for the pin. Some of the competitors in the Feast or Fired Match is announced. Among the partcipants are, Team 3D, Rhino, Booker T, D'Angelo Dinero, Suicide, Jay Lethal, Consequences Creed, and many more. Sixteen men will enter. Some of the men cut promos, putting up how it's worth the risk to get a championship opportunity. We have some words from TNA World Champion Hernandez, talking about how Feast or Fired paid off big time for him, give how his victory in Feast of Fired lead to him winning the TNA World Championship in the main event at Bound for Glory. Daffney defeated Taylor Wilde when Taylor Wilde passed out in a cross-face chickenwing in 0:08:59. Rating: DUDThe scream queen Daffney took out Taylor Wilde with a vicious beating, working over her shoulder and ending up with a cross-face chickenwing. Wilde passes out from the pain, rather then submitting. Afterwards, Daffney shrieks and beats up on Taylor some more. Sarita runs out to make the save and challenges Daffney to a match next week, which Dr. Stevie accepts on her behalf. Daffney is lead to the back to be sedated most likely. This therapy is obviously working, no matter how strange it is, considering Daffney just beat one half of the TNA Knockout Tag Team Champions. Speaking of the Knockouts, we take a look at Tara and Kong for the TNA Knockout's Title at Final Resolution in a Last Woman Standing Match. This will be a physical match, as nothing was settled in their battle at Turning Point and Tara will get one more chance to take out Kong for the TNA Knockout's Title. Triangle Match: Kurt Angle defeated Eric Young and Daniels: x Daniels beat E. Young via the Last Rites in 0:13:29 x K. Angle beat Daniels via the Ankle Lock in 0:22:46 Rating: *** 3/4Eric Young is eliminated early, leaving the TNA X-Division Champion Daniels and Kurt Angle fighting it out. Several nearfalls until Angle has to pull out the heel hook version of the Ankle Lock to win the match and get a TNA World Title shot. Kurt Angle gets on the microphone, bragging about the victory and he says he gets a title shot any time he wants so no time like Final Resolution. Angle announces that he's including himself in the match between Samoa Joe and Hernandez for the TNA World Title, making it a Three Way. The announcers wonder if Kurt Angle can do that but we won't get the answer tonight as we're out of time. See you next week!

Raven and the band of misfits in the ring, lay a beating on the downed Matt Morgan. Out crawls Foley, but he gets beaten down and Evenflow DDT wipes out Foley! Foley and Morgan have been left lying.
The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) defeated Beer Money, Inc. (James Storm and Robert Roode) when A. Shelley pinned J. Storm after the sliced bread #2 in 0:12:28. Rating: *** 1/2
The Guns score the win, after a distraction from World Elite, taking down the TNA World Tag Team Champions in this non title match. Afterwards, Homicide and Eric Young enter the ring but the Motor City Machine Guns declare that they should get the next TNA World Tag Team Title shot because of their victory. The Guns attack Homicide and Young. The rest of World Elite run out to attack the Guns but Beer Money are on their feet and help the Guns fight off World Elite. An uneasy staredown between the Guns and Beer Money.
Daffney defeated Sarita when Sarita passed out in a chickenwing armlock in 0:06:19. Rating: *** 1/4
Daffney beats on Sarita at the bell but Sarita comes back with her high flying, taking Daffney off of her feet with a series of high risk moves. Out comes Ken Anderson to boos. Anderson talks about how he came to TNA to fight the very best and he heard that AJ Styles was the Ultimate TNA original. So he attacked Styles to make an impact. So far, Anderson is not impressed with Styles. Anderson says people like Styles are a dime a dozen, while Anderson is the rare type that is bred for championship glory. Out comes AJ Styles, who talks about how Anderson came in and expected to have everything handed to him, without showing any respect. He says he spent the last year fighting the Main Event Mafia but when he runs into someone like Anderson, he can kind of see where they were coming from. Styles says Sting handpicked him to be the new franchised player and Anderson walked into the company that Styles built. Styles says that when he was coming up in a new company, he was expected to be respectful. All Anderson was is a loudmouth, he never shook anyone's hand. Anderson says shaking someone's hand will not get you recognized. This will and HE SLAPS THE TASTE OUT OF THE MOUTH OF AJ STYLES! The fans actually cheer for this and Styles snaps, viciously assaulting Anderson with punches. A brawl occurs, with the TNA Locker Room empyting. Anderson and Styles are seperated, but they shout at each other for several minutes, as the match between these two men is hyped for Final Resolution.
Kurt Angle pinned Samoa Joe after a roll up in 0:10:15. Rating: **** 1/4
Hernandez was on commentary on the ramp, talking about how he had nothing to prove by beating Angle but he will get his chance to get in the Final Resolution three way. Hernandez says he's beaten both of these men but the fact was he just barley held Joe down for three last time they met and he's looking forward to proving the doubters wrong. Angle manages to stun Joe with a low blow before rolling him up, using the tights for added leverage for the pin. Afterwards, Angle leaves the ring, vowing that he will win the belt that he feels he never should have lost back to Bound for Glory. Now its a three way at Final Resolution with Hernandez defending against both Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle.

Jethro Holliday makes his way up a pole to get a briefcase, but Brother Ray attacks him before he drops down and swipes the briefcase, getting the first one. A fight between Dinero and Paul London ends with London taking a sick flip off of the top rope to the arena floor and Dinero secures the second briefcase. Dr. Stevie has a stun gun, saying that since Shawn Spears failed to acquire his Feast or Fired Briefcase, he will get a little shock therapy. He said the girls have their goals, the Knockout's Tag Team Titles. Raven and Abyss have a different goal, the destruction of Matt Morgan and Mick Foley. Raven says tonight will be a day of recokining for Morgan and for Foley and Abyss growls, once again a soulless force of destruction thanks to Raven and Dr Stevie's conditioning.
Sarita and Taylor Wilde defeated Daffney and Traci Brooks when Wilde pinned Brooks after a German suplex in 0:09:38. Rating: * 1/2 (Sarita and Taylor Wilde retained the TNA Knockout Tag Team Titles.)

The TNA Legend's Champion is out of it and now Dr. Stevie brings in thumbtacks, for Abyss to hit a second Blackhole Slam on. Mick Foley staggers from the back but its too late. Foley mouths "no" as Abyss, the man he tried to take under his wing, has reverted back into a destructive fource of nature. Dr. Stevie looks pleased with this.

Last Woman Standing Match: Awesome Kong defeated Tara after a frog splash in 0:16:23. Rating: *** (Awesome Kong retained the TNA Knockout's Title.)
This match was a brutal brawl with both women brawling all over the Impact Zone, with then using anything that is not nailed down and some things that are. Kong beat Tara with two chairshots but the Awesome Bomb is countered. Superkick and moonsault by Tara, but Kong does not stay down for long. Tara goes to work on Kong with a kendo stick but gets caught and hit with the Implant Buster. Table set up and Tara on it. Kong hits a sick frog splash on Tara, putting her through the table. Tara is unable to beat the ten count this time and Kong remains TNA Knockout's Champion. Kong walks off and we see the fans booing Kong, including....Angelina Love? What's with this? She was fired from TNA months ago. Love is in the crowd, putting the badmouth on Kong.
A look at the events between Ken Anderson and AJ Styles leading up to their match tonight.
Ken Anderson pinned AJ Styles with the Mic Check in 0:14:06. Rating: *** 1/2
An impressive back and forth match, with Styles getting frustrated as Anderson had many counters to his most impressive moves. Pele Kick sets up a Springboard 450 Splash that misses and Anderson hits the Mic Check for a shocking pin.
Anderson walks off with the ring as AJ Styles walks over to the commentary table, yelling that he's sick of having to be in the ring with these people and he was in this company from day one, but he always has to be second fiddle to them. Styles yells that Dixie Carter and the rest of TNA Management better quit booking him in matches against these rejects. The announcers are confused and so are the fans. We wonder what that little outburst is about.
A look at the TNA World Title main event.
Triangle Match: Hernandez defeated Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe when Hernandez pinned K. Angle with the Border Toss in 0:19:46. Rating: *** 3/4 (Hernandez retained the TNA World Title.)
Another impressive and brutal battle between three of the top stars in TNA. Hernadez triumped tonight, hitting the Border Toss for the pin after Joe had been knocked to the floor. Afterwards, Joe entered the ring and handed Hernandez the belt but there was a staredown that indicated that both men would be facing off one on one for the belt sometime in 2010. Right now, that's it for Final Resolution. See you for TNA Impact "Merry X-Mas" where the stars of the X-Division will take center stage.

An impressive tag match, with one of the top tag teams on the Independent Scene, the Young Bucks, making their TNA debut, as a tryout match against the Motor City Machine Guns. It appears that these young men passed their tryout with flying colors with an impressive performance against the Guns, who many feel should be next in line to receive a TNA TAg Team Title Shot against Beer Money. The Bucks may be offered full time TNA deals based off of the strength of their performance, but a Double Enzuigiri puts Matt Jackson away, as the fans applaud this great match.
Redneck Thunder pinned Shark Boy after a flying sitdown splash in 0:05:39. Rating: ** 1/4
Redneck Thunder is a strange fellow. A large man wearing a La Parka mask, goggles, a flannel shirt, pajama pants, and flip flops as he enters the ring. The fans are booing, but he proves to be an able competitor, if his style is a bit familiar. A huge lariat sets up a sitdown splash off the top rope, where Redneck Thunder drops his ample posterior on the chest of Shark Boy for the pin.
Paul London and Brian Kendrick defeated Speed Muscle(Naruki Doi and Masato Yoshino) when Kendrick pinned Yoshino with the Sliced Bread #2 in 0:11:25. Rating: *** 3/4

Daniels pinned Suicide with the Angel's Wings in 0:13:52. Rating: ** 3/4 (Daniels retained the TNA X-Division TItle.)
Suicide acquired a TNA World Championship briefcase to be cashed in at any time of his choosing, but right now, he has an TNA X-Division Title Shot. The winner of the X Division Gauntlet Match, Doug Williams failed, so now the runner up, Suicide is the next man in line. A bit of a mish mash, but there were some great moments. Suicide crashed and burned, with Daniels hitting the Angel's Wings.
We see AJ Styles backstage with Jeremy Borash, as Borash tries to get a word from Styles on what happened at Turning Point, when Styles had a freak out. Borash asks Styles what his problem is and Styles talks about how he's been here since the very first TNA show, the very first match, but every time someone comes into this company, Styles has to take a backseat. Styles says he's sick and tired of having to dumb himself down to fight these washouts from up North. Styles talks about how he's going to fight Dinero tonight, but if this disrespect continues, Styles will be having words with Dixie Carter. Styles talks about how its garbage how Jeff Jarrett was ran out of the company that he built and right when Styles voices this opinion, the video immediately cuts to a commercial without warning.
D'Angelo Dinero pinned AJ Styles with the DDE in 0:22:05. Rating: **** 3/4
The fans are nuclear for this impressive match. The attacks by Styles during a lot of this match seem to be more violent. The chants of "Pope is Pimpin'" seems to spawn Styles to greater violence and this is quite the high impact match because of it, the stars of the X-Division at their greatest. Styles hits the Springboard 450 Splash but Dinero kicked out. Styles Clash is avoided and Dinero and Styles exchange roll ups, before Styles is sent into the corner and Dinero hit the DDE for the pin.
Dinero celebrates, as Styles slowly gets to his feet but security is in the ring to escort Styles out before another scene can be had. D'Angelo Dinero gets the biggest win in his TNA career, pinning AJ Styles.
