Is Michaels going to retire again?
Because it seems like a waste to let Shawn Michaels end Undertaker's streak. The WWE has played up The Streak so much over the years that the amount of "rub" from ending it would be huge. It seems incredibly bad booking to give that rub to a guy like Michaels who is not only an established star but a legend and therefore doesn't remotely need it.

I'm sure Michaels is at least taking significant time off after WM. It'll probably be significant time, and how often does a retirement match's stipulations last anyway? I mean, HBK retired Flair and HE'S wrestling in TNA next month

While I agree that Shawn doesn't need the rub, he is "Mr. Wrestlemania" so it kinda makes sense that he breaks the streak. I don't think that he will, however because I have been hearing and reading the same rumors as everyone else. But if not Shawn, then who would be a good choice to break the streak? Or would it be best if the streak remained unbroken?

So does this mean we'll be seeing HBK in TNA a week after WM?

Since Sheamus doesn't have a match at WM yet, why not let him run in and kick both of them for a double DQ? Thusly causing them to both lose, and getting Sheamus over even more as a boring pain in the ass heel.

I think, if anything, Triple H should be the one to have the double DQ in the match, thus setting up a series of matches between Triple H and Shawn Michaels. This would really be interesting.

People would riot if Taker/Shawn ended in double DQ.
I still think the best candidate to end Taker's streak (if anyone does... he may retire with it intact) would be Ted DiBiase. Ted Sr. brought Taker in, Ted Jr. takes him out. Book ends the career nicely.

Book ends the career nicely. I agree, although would love to see Taker retire undefeated at WM. As for HBK losing a retirement match, remember Savage losing the retirement match at WM7 and then winning the Championship at WM8.

Remember when Ric Flair retired at WM 24, and the wrestling community gave him the send off of all send offs and then two years later, he returned to the ring?
