NAWA Glory 1/26/2012:
The New Age Wrestling Alliance returns tonight with the main event between Miles Stylish and D’Angelo Dinero in the main event. Also, the Cruiserweight Cup Tournament continues. Let’s head down to the ring for the opening match here on Glory.
Sami Callihan and Matt Cross lock up in the Cruiserweight Cup Tournament tonight. A very intense battle between these two newcomers. Cross misses a handstand and then takes a kick to the ribs. The Cradle Killer advances Callihan forward into the next round in 13:22(****)
Gail Kim is standing backstage with the NAWA Women’s Title. She turns around just in time with Kana, who resembles a villain out of a slasher film with the big smile. She tells Kim to watch closely.
Kana and Sara Del Rey had a pretty hard hitting match, with Kana fighting out of the power bomb and hitting the running kick to the face before slapping on a Cross-Face Chickenwing for the submission in 9:35(***)
Kevin Steen makes his way to the ring after the next segment. He cuts a tearful promo, talking about how last week, Kurt Angle suffered an injury, and it was really bad. It was Steen’s fault that Kurt Angle will be out for at least six months and he will never return. Steen says that he’s sorry…sorry that he didn’t put Kurt Angle out of his misery a long time ago. Steen says that Angle cost him the Luck of the Draw and paid the price.
Samoa Joe and El Generico have a pretty good match. Generico is rocking Joe until he’s caught and beaten. Some more back and forth leads to Joe locking on the Rear Naked Choke for the submission win in 14:33(****)
Joe gets on the microphone and says that’s one step closer to winning the NAWA International Title. He’s ready to take down Styles and regain the championship.
Jay Lethal stepped into the ring against Sonjay Dutt in the next match in the Cruiserweight Cup Tournament. Both of them have a pretty good back and forth match. Lethal is the latest man to advance into the Semifinals of the tournament. (***)
The NAWA World Champion Robert Roode comes out and talks about how Kurt Angle being injured means he has no number one contender. But, the contact has been signed and Roode will happily take the forfeit win at Reality Check. Amanda Sinclair is out and talks about how there will be a Final Four Match next week, involving the four runners up of Luck of the Draw. Jeff Hardy, Samoa Joe, Kevin Steen, and Sederick Skyhawk, where the winner will face off against Roode for the championship at Reality Check. Roode sputters, and says that he signed on to face the winner of Luck of the Draw, and that’s Kurt Angle. Sinclair says that the NAWA Rulebook states that if the Luck of the Draw winner can’t challenge for the title, then a match between the final four men, other than the winner takes. Roode will defend or be stripped of the title.
Our main event featured D’Angelo Dinero taking on Miles Stylish. Some good back and forth action leads to Miles Stylish getting the win over D’Angelo Dinero after reversing a cradle and getting the pin. This was a nice clean match with Stylish outwrestling Dinero in 15:33(****)
After the match, Stylish and Dinero surround each other. Stylish offers a handshake, but Dinero slaps it away in a sign of disrespect.

NAWA Glory 2/2/2012:
Tonight on Glory, the Final Four Match, featuring Jeff Hardy, Kevin Steen, Sederick Skyhawk, and Samoa Joe to see who replaces Kurt Angle to challenge the NAWA World Champion Robert Roode at Reality Check on March 18th. Plus the Cruiserweight Cup continues and so much more. Let’s get down to the ring for some action.
Johnny Gargano advances to the finals of the Cruiserweight Cup Tournament and scores the win over Adam Cole. The Cross-Knee Scissors submission is locked on and the tap out is forced in 14:35(****)
Gargano will face the winner of next week’s Jay Lethal and Sami Callihan match in the finals of the tournament.
Bad Influence cut a promo and talk about their intentions of become the World Tag Team Champions of the World. Tonight, Christopher Daniels steps into the ring with Chris Sabin and they get one step closer to reaching that mark.
Gail Kim picked up the win over Nikki Roxx in a pretty intense little battle. Back and forth action leads to Gail Kim working the leg of Roxx and applying the Stretch Muffler for the tap out in 8:46(***)
Kana steps up on the ramp and stares down Gail Kim with a smile and puts to her and points to her waist before walking off.
Kevin Steen talks about how the rights will be wronged tonight. He should have been the number one contender for the NAWA World Title from the very beginning. In comes Samoa Joe to say that he was the final one in, not Steen. Both go nose to nose with each other.
Christopher Daniels and Chris Sabin have a pretty interesting little match tonight which ends with Kazarian tripping Sabin up and allowing Daniels to pull off the Angel’s Wings to get the pin in 12:02(** ½)
Alex Shelley runs out and chases Bad Influence off. It will be Bad Influence challenging the NAWA World Tag Team Champions the Motor City Machine Guns for the gold at Reality Check.
D’Angelo Dinero cuts a promo, talking about frustrations. And he discusses how he’ll beat Miles Stylish the next time they step into the ring.
Jeff Hardy won the Final Four Match against Kevin Steen, Samoa Joe, and Sederick Skyhawk. Joe and Steen are too busy beating on each other. Mike Bennett nails Skyhawk from behind with the NAWA Television Title Belt which sets up Jeff Hardy to get the win with the Swanton Bomb in 22:22(*** ¾)
The announcers hype Jeff Hardy against Robert Roode fot the NAWA Television Title now taking place at Reality Check.

NAWA Glory 2/9/2012
We cut backstage where Miles Stylish is standing back. D’Angelo Dinero steps inside and talks to him. He wants another match to avenge the loss from two weeks ago. Stylish accepts. Dinero offers his hand to shake it and Stylish considers it before saying that he’ll see Dinero out in the ring. Dinero looks a bit upset that Stylish did not shake his hand, forgetting that Dinero did now do it two weeks ago.
The Cruiserweight Cup Semifinal matches drew to a conclusion with Sami Callihan picking up the win over Jay Lethal with a thunderous Cradle Killer in some back and forth action. Callihan pulled out the vicious move and covered him. Three slaps of the mat later gets him the pin in 10:33(***)

Singles action takes place in our next match with Sarah Stock taking on Mickie James. Both women are looking to gain an opportunity at Gail Kim for the NAWA Women’s Title. Mickie James is rolled up and pinned by Stock who uses the ropes for leverage in 12:22(** ½)
We head backstage where Mike Bennett complains about putting the Television Title on the line against Sederick Skyhawk. Skyhawk hasn’t earned a shot at the gold just yet. Sinclair says that he’ll defend the title or be stripped of it.
Alex Shelley picked up the win over Frankie Kazarian, after Sabin cuts off Daniels. The Sliced Bread #2 finishes off Kazarian and gets the pin in 11:22(** 1/4/)
The hype is made for the Bad Influence against Motor City Machine Guns NAWA World Tag Team Title Match at Reality Check.
Robert Roode stands by and watches Jeff Hardy’s win. He cuts a promo, talking about how he’s a champion. The wins do not lie. Jeff Hardy is just another mark on Robert Roode’s championship reign of glory.
Austin Aries scouted the next match which featured Willie Mack triumphing over Rhett Titus. Titus had some impressive moves. Mack caught him with the Chocolate Thunder Bomb and scores the pin in 9:55(*** ½)
The match ends with Austin Aries entering the ring and catching Mack with a knee clip. Aries is pounding away at Mack. Mack tries to fight back but Aries dropkicks him and hits him with a DDT.
Taking advantage of the fifteen minute time limit, Mike Bennett stalled for a good amount of time, until Sederick Skyhawk beat on him. Bennett took advantage and grinded down the clock with more rest holds until Skyhawk fought back. Skyhawk this a tornado DDT and hits the Falling Star Elbow Drop. The time limit expires at two and a half rendering this match a draw. (* ½)
Skyhawk beats on Bennett after the match and gives his enemy the Brush with Greatness. Bennett is laid out in the center of the ring.
Technical wrestling featured in the main event, with D’Angelo Dinero gaining several nearfalls. Stylish pulls out another quick pin in a backslide and wins this main event match in 14:33(****)
After the match Dinero snaps and low blows Stylish before hitting him with the DDE! Dinero stomps away at Stylish and hurls him to the outside. Dinero picks up a chair and hurls it. Dinero’s latest string of losses has frustrated him and caused him to lay out Miles Stylish.

NAWA Glory 2/16/2012:
Amanda Sinclair is backstage to announce that AJ Styles will defend the NAWA International Title at Reality Check. The winner of a Triple Threat Match between Abyss, Samoa Joe, and Kevin Steen will take place earlier in the evening.
Tonight, Samoa Joe and Kevin Steen will take on the duo of AJ Styles and Abyss in the main event. Plus, in a WrestleClash X return match, Kana takes on Mickie James, the finals of the Cruiserweight Cup Tournament, and The Cruiserweight Title is on the line when Prince Devitt defends his belt against any former Cruiserweight Champion.
The number one contenders to the NAWA World Tag Team Champions picked up the win when Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels, Bad Influence, beat the team of Colt Cabana and TJ Perkins. Daniels hits the Best Moonsault Ever on Perkins after a Corner Power bomb in 13:44(*** ¼)
Daniels cuts a promo talking about how they are one more step away from becoming the new NAWA World Tag Team Champions of the World. They have to beat the four time NAWA World Tag Team Champions the Motor City Machine Guns.
D’Angelo Dinero cuts a promo talking about how Miles Stylish disrespected him. Dinero says that he lost his edge and he’s going to get it back by beating Stylish half senseless the next time they meet. March 18th at Reality Check, one more time, Dinero says that Stylish can’t last in his neighborhood. Dinero is going to beat Stylish in the center of the ring.
Low Ki returned to the New Age Wrestling Alliance to challenge for the title he once held in the NAWA Cruiserweight Title. Prince Devitt was more than game to fight Low Ki. Both of them fought each other in a brutal strike battle ending with Devitt picking up the Bloody Sunday after countering the Ki Krusher in 14:33(****)
Kevin Steen cuts a promo, wearing a shirt which reads “I Crippled Kurt” on it. He discusses his goal to win the NAWA International Title and potentially open the door for a bigger prize. He is going to team with Samoa Joe tonight, even though he blames Joe for costing him the NAWA World Title Shot at the next Pay Per view.
Only two men remain in the Cruiserweight Cup Final. One fell with Sami Callihan scoring the win over Johnny Gargano with the Cradle Killer in 13:55(*** ¾)
Sami Callihan has won and will be meeting Prince Devitt at Reality Check.
Kana and Mickie James step into the ring to fight each other in a return match from their match. The two of them have a battle, with Kana beating on Mickie from behind with a series of kicks to the back of the leg. Mickie fires back and several nearfalls happen. Kana applies the Cross-Face Chickenwing and taps out Micke in 15:55(****)
Kana has potentially cemented her claim for Gail Kim and the NAWA Women’s Championship.
Kevin Steen and Samoa Joe picked up the win in a brutal main event against AJ Styles and Abyss. Joe and Abyss wiped themselves out with Steen hitting the Pop-Up Power Bomb on Styles for the pin. (****)

NAWA Glory 2/23/2012:
Tonight on Glory, the Number One Contender for the NAWA World Champion Jeff Hardy takes on a former NAWA World Champion in Teddy Hart in the main event. Plus, Prince Devitt defends his NAWA Cruiserweight Title against another former champion. All this and more tonight on Glory.
We open up things tonight on Glory with D’Angelo Dinero picking up the win in our first contest over El Generico. Generico and Dinero have a very intense back and forth match with ends with Dinero pulling out the DDE for the pin in 15:55. (****)
Dinero cuts the promo, talking some trash about Miles Stylish. He promises to beat Stylish senseless.
We see Robert Roode talking to Teddy Hart, and talking about how he was a great champion. Hart is not happy about the past tense, and Roode tells Hart that by beating Jeff Hardy tonight, he could put himself in line for something. Roode will use his political capital to get Hart a championship opportunity. Trust him.
Three top women’s competitors duked it out tonight, with Kana triumphing over Mickie James and Sarah Stock, when Kana knocked out Mickie James with a roundhouse kick for the pin to cement her status as a top contender for the NAWA Women’s Championship in 14:20(*** ¼)
Kana gets up and Gail Kim comes out. Kim holds up the NAWA Women’s Title and Kana stares her down with a very predatory smile on her face, as if to tell her soon. Both women are eying each other and preparing for their championship encounter.
Six man tag team match, featured the trio of the Motor City Machine Guns and Willie Mack following short in their victory against Bad Influence and Austin Aries. Aries catches Shelley with the 450 Splash and that’s just enough to score the pin in 15:05(*** ¼)
After the match, we have hype for Bad Influence challenging the Motor City Machine Guns for the NAWA World Tag Team Titles and Austin Aries taking on Willie Mack.
After being injured, Jimmy Jacobs had to miss his chance at the NAWA Cruiserweight Title. He makes up for it tonight in a match against Prince Devitt. Both Devitt and Jacobs hammer away at each other during a good portion of this match, with Jacobs almost winning the championship with a senton. Devitt fights from the Guillotine Choke and Bloody Sunday gets the pin in 14:33(*** ¼)
Sami Callihan rushes out and nails Devitt at the bell. He beats up Devitt and connects with the Cradle Killer, knocking his opponent out. Callihan stands over his opponent, rubbing the sole of his boot into Devitt’s face. He steps back from Devitt, drawing heat from the fans.
The next match is the main event and it features Jeff Hardy stepping into the ring with Teddy Hart. The former NAWA World Champion goes at it, having been riled up by Robert Roode. Many nearfalls, but Hart misses the Shooting Star Press. This allows Hardy to set him up and Swanton Bomb Hart for the pin in 11:38(****)
Roode rushes into the ring. Hardy sees him coming and nails Roode to send him crashing to the floor. Hardy leaps over the top rope onto Roode and wipes him out, drawing cheers from the fans. The match for the NAWA World Title between Jeff Hardy and Robert Roode will take place at Reality Check.

NAWA Glory 3/1/2012:
We see D’Angelo Dinero complaining about tonight’s main event where he has to team up with Miles Stylish to take on the duo of Mike Bennett and Sederick Skyhawk. Amanda Sinclair states that match was made to spice things up. Two matches at the Pay Per View colliding and if anyone attacks their partner during the match, the match is off and in the case of Bennett, they’ll be stripped of the title. Also fines and suspensions will be laid out.
Our opening contest featured Samoa Joe and Abyss nailing each other with huge attacks. Abyss runs into the post on the arena floor and Joe gets the countout win in 10:50. (*** ¼)
After the match, Joe jumps to the floor and attacks Abyss. Abyss fights back. Kevin Steen is on the floor watching on. These three men will fight where the winner challenges AJ Styles for the NAWA International Championship later on in the evening at Reality Check.
Gail Kim scored the pin over Madison Rayne in a pretty intense little match. Rayne missed a kneedrop and Kim took her apart before putting her away with the Stretch Muffler for the tap out in 10:330(***)
Kana and Gail Kim will step forth for the NAWA Women’s Title at Reality Check.
We see a promo where Robert Roode talks about how he’s held the NAWA World Title for the past few months. People have doubted him. Jeff Hardy walked in off of the street with nothing other than his past reputation. And he doesn’t have the best reputation. Roode talks about how the fans have their heroes. James Storm left with his tail tucked between his legs after Roode humiliated him at Luck of the Draw. It’s going to be the same story for Jeff Hardy. The party, as they say it, will be over. Hardy will fall at the hands of Roode.
Our next encounter features Austin Aries and Mr. Anderson having a pretty intense little battle. The battle ends with Aries picking up the win over Anderson after snapping him neck first across the top rope. Anderson is put in perfection position for the 450 Splash in 12:33(*** ½)
We have Austin Aries cutting a promo about Willie Mack. Mack has gotten together some momentum and thinks he’s something. But he’s nothing compared to the Greatest Man Who Ever Lived. Willie Mack rushes to the ring and chases Aries around the ring. Aries hides behind a camera man and then takes the camera before smacking Mack in the face with it. He nails Mack into the steps and hits a tornado DDT on the mats.
The paramedics are working over the Mack, as Robert Roode comes up for his scheduled match. Mack is ready to go and the bell rings signifying the start of this match. Roode is beating down Mack during the early portion of this match. Mack fights back and gets some nearfalls until Roode catches him with a Death Valley Driver for the pin in 11:11(***)
Roode beats on Mack some more until Jeff Hardy makes the save. The announcers hype up Jeff Hardy against Robert Roode.
Strange bedfellows match headlines Glory with Miles Stylish and D’Angleo Dinero beating Sederick Skyhawk and Mike Bennett when Dinero nails Bennett with a chair in front of the referee to be disqualified in 10:33. Skyhawk and Stylish renewed their old hostilities during this match. Bennett tried to trick Skyhawk into attacking him to get stripped of his title shot, but Skyhawk was not having any of it. Dinero takes a chair to Bennett to get purposely disqualified. (***)
Now the match is over, Dinero clocks Stylish with the chair and beats him senseless, drawing boos from the fans. He nails Stylish in the neck with the chair and hits him with a DDT on the chair. Dinero taunts him after the match. We fade to black on Glory on this note.

NAWA Glory 3/8/2012:
Tonight, we have some huge action, with the NAWA International Champion AJ Styles taking on Kevin Steen in a non-title match. Plus, Miles Stylish and Jeff Hardy join forces to take on the NAWA World Champion Robert Roode and D’Angelo Dinero.
Glory opens up with a huge match. The Amazing Red gets utterly wrecked by the winner of the 2012 Cruiserweight Cup in Sami Callihan. Callihan beats Red down for the vast majority of this match until he connects with a huge power bomb to spike Red down in 8:44(***)
We have some hype for Prince Devitt and Sami Callihan at Reality Check for the NAWA Cruiserweight Title.
D’Angelo Dinero talks about how he’s going to get his hands on Miles Stylish. He hopes Roode hasn’t forgotten how he’s gunning for that NAWA World Title just yet. And Dinero will walk out with the gold. You can bank on that.
Christopher Daniels picked up the win over Alex Shelley in the next match. Shelley went for a springboard sunset flip. Kazarian grabbed the arm of the Fallen Angel and he sat out on the sunset flip just in time to score the pin in 15:02(****)
Chris Sabin runs into the ring, but the victory has already been stolen. The announcers hype up the upcoming NAWA World Tag Team Title Match between the Bad Influence and the Motor City Machine Guns.
Kevin Steen cuts a promo talking about how he took out Kurt Angle. And now he’s going to take out AJ Styles tonight. Steen is going to win the Triple Threat Match at Reality Check against Abyss and Samoa Joe, and then he’s going to beat Styles again, whatever Steen leaves after tonight, to win the NAWA International Title.
Mike Bennett cuts a promo and says that he’s going to show how much better he is than Sederick Skyhawk by defeating a demon from his past. He calls Rhino out for the next match.
The NAWA Television Champion Mike Bennett had been knocked around by Rhino for this match. All it took was one missed Gore before Bennett pulled out the Box Office Smash to score the pin in 11:11(*** ¼)
Bennett cuts a promo, promising to beat Skyhawk and prove why he’s the greatest NAWA Television Champioin of all time.
Our next match featured Kevin Steen and AJ Styles having a high impact, high octane contest. This snug offense from both men, with Steen beating Styles. Styles comes back and goes for the springboard forearm smas. Steen shoves the referee in the way. Styles puts the breaks on and eats a superkick, before getting the Pop-Up Power Bomb for the pin in 14:44(**** ¼)
Steen beats down Styles and throws him to the arena floor. He goes for a power bomb, but Styles hangs onto the apron to block it. He nails Steen with a springboard moonsault off of the ring apron drawing cheers from the fans.
The main event takes place next on Glory and it’s an amazing tag team match. The team of Miles Stylish and Jeff Hardy triumphed over the duo of D’Angelo Dinero and Robert Roode. Dinero and Stylish get knocked to the floor. Roode beats on Hardy in the corner until he hits a flying sunset flip out of the corner and gets a flash pin on the NAWA World Champion in 14:44(****)
Hardy has been the first person to pin Roode. We see Dinero beating on Stylish on the ramp and laying him out with a Falcone Arrow on the steel. Hardy has pinned Roode and got some momentum leading into his NAWA World Title Match.

NAWA Glory 3/15/2012:
Tonight, we have a huge double main event on tap. Champion versus champion featuring the NAWA World Champion Robert Roode taking on the NAWA International Champion AJ Styles. Plus, Jeff Hardy meets Samoa Joe. Let’s get down to the ring for some tag team action on Glory.
Two marquee matches for Reality Check are hyped, when Austin Aries and Sami Callihan triumph over Prince Devitt and Mack. Aries snaps Mack’s neck off of the ropes and rolls him up for a pin as Callihan and Devitt get into a tussel in 11:02(****)
On Reality Check, we will see the NAWA Cruiserweight Title on the line when Austin Aries takes on Willie Mack and also the NAWA Cruiserweight Title is on the line when Prince Devitt defends his belt, won almost a year ago, against Sami Callihan.
Kana blitzed Madison Rayne in our next match. Rayne actually got in some sneaky offense when she could. Kana stopped her cold with a roundhouse kick and pinned her opponent in 7:55(*** ½)
Kana is ready to challenge Gail Kim for the NAWA Women’s Title come Reality Check.
The NAWA World Tag Team Titles are on the line. One team is the dastardly Bad Influence, with NAWA original Christopher Daniels and his partner Kazarian. The other is one on most decorated tag teams, the Motor City Machine Guns, four time NAWA World Tag Team Titles, and the team which just broke Beer Money’s record for the most days to hold the NAWA World Tag Team Titles. The Guns are going into the Pay Per View to cement that legacy.
Mike Bennett, the NAWA Television Champion, beat El Generico, the man who he made his debut against one year ago. Generico is taken down and beaten for the good portion of this match. He fights back until Bennett comes back with the Box Office Splash in 10:22(*** ½)
Bennett beats on Generico after the match and tries to rip off the mask. In comes Sederick Skyhawk to make the save. Skyhawk and Bennett stare down and they go back and forth with each other. Skyhawk against Mike Bennett for the NAWA Television Title will take place at Reality Check.
Our next contest features Jeff Hardy going up against Samoa Joe. Joe and Hardy have a pretty tight little match. Hardy fought out of the Muscle Buster and runs up the ropes. Whisper in the Wind takes down Joe. Hardy hits a neckbreaker and goes to the ropes, until Robert Roode comes out to beat up Hardy for the disqualification in 13:22(****)
Roode and Joe put a mudhole stomping in Jeff Hardy until AJ Styles rushes down to the ring to make the save and slides into the ring. We have Roode and Styles coming up next.
Our next match features Robert Roode against AJ Styles. Both competitors step up in this match, with Roode and Styles exchanging nearfalls in this champion against champion contest. Styles outlasts the NAWA World Champion and hits the Springboard 450 Splash, but the time limit expires just a second before Styles might have pinned Roode in 20:00(****)
After the match, Kevin Steen enters the ring and attacks a fatigued AJ Styles with the Pop-Up Power Bomb. He lays out Styles in the center of the ring standing over his fallen body. We fade to black with hype for Reality Check. See you this Sunday.

NAWA Reality Check 2012:
Tonight the New Age Wrestling Alliance returns to Pay Per View with six big championship match and a special grudge match featuring two former NAWA World Champions in the former of D’Angelo Dinero and Miles Stylish. Let’s not waste any time. Let’s get down to the ring for the Cruiserweight Title here on Reality Check 2012.
Both the 2012 Cruiserweight Cup Holder Sami Callihan and the NAWA Cruiserweight Champion Prince Devitt circle each other. Callihan fires first with a forearm smash down across the face. Devitt fires back with a huge succession of chops and throws him into the ropes. Leapfrog over the charging Callihan. He kicks Callihan in the face and then goes for a leg lariat. Callihan ducks the move and Devitt comes back off of the back swing with a back elbow smash. A series of rabid fire kicks in the corner connects to the ribs of Callihan. Callihan is thrown into the corner. Devitt springs into the corner. Devitt drops down and lands on the ring apron.
He hits Callihan with a roundhouse punch to the side of the head. Another roundhouse punch to the side of the head staggers Callihan back a step or two. Devitt springboards to the middle of the top rope and jumps off. Callihan ducks out of the way and nails Devitt with a legsweep. Callihan is on top of Devitt with a series of punches and he kicks him into the corner. Callihan nails Devitt with repeated European Uppercuts in the corner before taking him out of the corner with a half nelson suplex. Devitt is covered and Callihan gets a two count.
Callihan keeps on Devitt with a series of punches. He rolls over Devitt and drills him with a forearm smash down across the back of the head. More forearms in succession before Callihan hits a Discus Lariat to take his opponent down. Callihan drives a knee down onto the face of Devitt. Another knee slammed into his face and Callihan stomps away at Devitt. He pulls up Devitt and hammers down across the back of the head before slinging him off into the corner. Devitt eats a leg lariat in the corner and Callihan sets him up in a suplex. He brings Devitt down into a double knee backbreaker from that position and gets a two count.
The crazed man bends down and headbutts Devitt in the face. Devitt twitched underneath the attack. Callihan pulls him up off of the canvas and hurls him into the corner. He steps back and connects with a huge corner clothesline. Callihan drops Devitt down to the canvas. He climbs to the top rope and waits for Devitt to get up to his feet. Callihan jumps off of the top rope with a huge shoulderblock to take him down. The challenger makes the cover hooking the leg and gets a two count off of the cover.
The challenger spreads the legs of Devitt and stomps his groin. The referee warns Callihan of the brutality. Callihan picks up Devitt and puts him on the top rope. Callihan slaps Devitt so hard in the ear that an echo goes out through the arena. He climbs up and goes for a superplex. Devitt is hanging onto the top rope to block the superplex. He buries a punch into Callihan’s ribs and shoves him off of the top rope. Callihan spears Devitt as he leaps off of ropes. Devitt has been broken in half with the spear. Callihan digs his forearm into Devitt’s painted face before making the cover hooking the leg and getting at two count.
Callihan steps back and grabs Devitt up. He fishhooks his mouth and punches away at Devitt. He throws Devitt into the ropes. Tilt a whirl is countered into a spinning headscissors. Both men are down and the referee is putting the standing ten count on the both. Both are trading chops with each other, with Devitt winning the chop battle. He slings Callihan into the corner. A running dropkick in the corner sets him up. Devitt is on the rope and kick before he comes off of the ropes with an elbow smash. Devitt covers Callihan hooking the leg and gets a two count before he kicks out.
The champion goes for a kick. Callihan blocks the leg and flips Devitt up and over. Devitt smashes into the canvas and Callihan repeatedly smashes down on the top of Devitt’s head. He hoists up Devitt and hits a vicious backbreaker to bring him down to the canvas. Callihan steps back and drills his punches repeatedly across the back of Devitt’s head. Callihan hoists up Devitt and then drops him down with a huge belly to back suplex dropping him down onto the canvas. He covers Devitt hooking the leg and gets a two count.
The challenger kicks dirt into the face of the champion. Callihan motions for Devitt to get back to his feet to bring it. Devitt fights back with some chops from underneath. Devitt is rammed into the corner and he is thrown into the ropes. Callihan goes for a spear. Devitt leapfrogs over it. Callihan bounces off the ropes and eats the Sling Blade on the way down. Devitt makes the cover hooking the leg on the champion and gets a two count off of it!
The champion pulls himself up and series a series of punches with the kicks. Devitt leapfrogs over Callihan off of the ropes. A kneelift to the chest stuns him. Devitt has him set up. Bloody Sunday is avoided. Callihan grabs Devitt’s waist and elbows away from him. Pele Kick connects to the side of the head. Devitt now backs up and connects to Callihan. Bloody Sunday connects to Callihan. Devitt floats over and hooks the leg for the pin in 12:22 Prince Devitt retains the NAWA Cruiserweight Title over Sami Callihan(*** ½)
Devitt puts the NAWA Cruiserweight Title over his head in a token of victory and walks off. He has gotten the win tonight at Reality Check and beat Callihan. His face is rubbed off. There’s a very intense back and forth between these two during this match, but in the end, the champion proved to be strong enough to retain.
The second of six title matches takes placed next with the NAWA Television Title on the line with Sederick Skyhawk challenging Mike Bennett for the title. Bennett stalls for the first couple of minutes until Skyhawk baseball slides him in the face. Skyhawk pounds away at Bennett and throws him into the corner. The fans are going wild with cheers as Skyhawk lights up Bennett with chops and throws him into the ropes. Hiptoss brings Bennett down and Skyhawk armdrags him into a short arm scissors. Bennett makes it to the ropes to break the hold.
Skyhawk pounds away at Bennett and hits him with a couple of short arm knee strikes. He sends Bennett off into the ropes and hits a high back body drop. Bennett begs off and Skyhawk hits him with a series of kicks to the face. He delivers a running kneelift to the side of the head and hooks Bennett in a sleeperhold. Bennett gets to the ropes and shields the referee from hitting a low kick to Skyhawk. Bennett turns around and clotheslines Skyhawk down to the canvas.
The challenger is being stomped by Bennett. Bennett holds up Skyhawk and slams him down to the canvas. He bends down hitting multiple punches to the side of the head. He steps back and hits a huge kneedrop to the ribs. Skyhawk does a twitch underneath Bennett and is rolled over. Bennett puts his full weight on the head of Bennett. Bennett is pushing down onto the canvas. Skyhawk is torqueing on the neck the more he pushed down onto Bennett’s head. Bennett nails Skyhawk in the side of the head and takes him down with a swinging neckbreaker. Bennett covers Skyhawk hooking the leg and gets a two count.
Instead of going for the cover, Bennett goes straight into a headlock to grind out the moments of the Television Title time limit. Skyhawk is no stranger to this little tactic and he elbows out of the move. He pushes out of the hold and makes Bennett stagger back towards. Skyhawk chops away at Bennett until Bennett digs the thumb into the eye. He throws Skyhawk off into the ropes and takes him down with a spinebuster off of the ropes. The champion makes the cover and gets a two count.
Bennett nails Skyhawk with a series of stomps down across the back of the head. He sets Skyhawk off and a vicious backbreaker driving him down across the knee. Bennett hangs on and bends Skyhawk’s spine over the knee. He hangs on and hits another backbreaker. The champion picks up Skyhawk and full nelson into a slam. Down goes the challenger hard and Skyhawk kicks out at a two count!
Bennett goes to check the time limit. We are ten minutes in to this fifteen minute time limit. Bennett goes for a kick, but Skyhawk ducks it and rolls up Bennett for a two count. Bennett kicks out and sends Skyhawk onto the apron. Bennett waits for Skyhawk to get back into the ring instead of dragging him back in. This imposes more seconds on the time limit which Bennett is trying to hold the move. Skyhawk catches Bennett and applies a Guillotine Choke to him!
Skyhawk repeatedly clamps on the back of the neck of Bennett and pulls him forward. His hold around the neck is tightened. Bennett is trying to struggle out of the move. Skyhawk forces him down to a kneeling position and keeps up with the guillotine choke. He breaks the hold suddenly and then backs off to hit a running dropkick to Bennett’s face. Make it two and make it three. Skyhawk covers Bennett hooking the leg and gets a very close nearfall.
The challenger is now winding up and nailing Bennett with a succession of forearm smashes. He throws Bennett into the ropes. Bennett is hoisted up in an attempted power slam. Bennett drops down and full nelson applied. Skyhawk counters with a roll up and gets a two count. Bennett catches Skyhawk with the stun gun and hangs him up on the top rope. Bennett kicks away at Skyhawk and then hits him with a suplex before applying a bodyscissors. Skyhawk quickly fights out of the hold to prevent Bennett from burning up the time limit even more.
The champion and the challenger are trading punches with each other. Skyhawk throws Bennett off into the ropes. Bennett holds onto the ropes and sends Skyhawk over the top rope. Skyhawk lands on the ring apron and Bennett nails him with a vicious forearm smash down across the top of the head. Repeated forearm smashes catch his opponent. Bennett drags Skyhawk into the ring and puts him on the top rope. Bennett beats on him and climbs to the top rope. He grabs Skyhawk and goes for a superplex. Skyhawk bounces Bennett off of the ropes and sends him crashing down. Skyhawk climbs to the top rope and hits the Fallen Star to score the pin with five seconds to go. Sederick Skyhawk pinned Mike Bennett with the Fallen Star to capture the NAWA Television Title!
Skyhawk is the champion for the third time in his career. He holds the championship belt. Bennett sits up in the ring with his mouth wide open up surprise. Skyhawk puts the belt over his shoulder and walks forward.
The next match is three big men fighting off for a crack at the NAWA International Champion AJ Styles later on in the evening. Kevin Steen, Abyss, and Samoa Joe are going to square off tonight in a Triple Threat Match.
Abyss attacks Kevin Steen at the bell and beats him down. Steen is thrown into the corner hard and Abyss rushes into the corner. Abyss slams himself in the corner with an avalanche onto Steen. Joe is beating on Abyss before throwing him into the ropes. Joe kicks him into the chest. He beats down Abyss with a series of forearms across the chest. Joe hoists up Abyss and hits him with a belly to back suplex. Joe steps back and beats on Abyss to draw boos from the fans. He waits on Steen to get up and nails him in the face.
A series of chops rocks Steen back into the corner. Joe sends Steen crashing into the corner with the force of a runaway train. He clotheslines Steen in the corner and chops away at him. Joe hoists up Steen onto his shoulders and goes for a Death Valley Driver. Steen elbows his way out of the hold and drops down behind Joe. He kicks him in the face. Abyss comes back up and Steen ducks the charge from Abyss. Abyss boots Joe down to the canvas. Steen has Abyss set up and he hits a belly to back suplex on him.
Joe is kicked to the floor and Steen nail elbows Abyss across the back of the head. Steen throws Abyss off into the corner. Running kick to the face in the corner. Steen snap mares Abyss down and drives the point of the knee down across the chest. Steen steps back and hits another huge kneedrop to the chest to rock Abyss. He rushes down the ring apron and baseball slides Joe back down to the canvas. Steen kicks Abyss in the ribs as he goes up. He steps back and hits a Rocker Dropper onto Abyss. All of Steen’s weight connects to the back of Abyss’s head. The fans are booing Steen and he steps back before running over the top rope. PLANCHA WIPES OUT SAMOA JOE AND SENDS HIM CRASHING INTO THE GUARDRAIL!
Steen pulls himself off to the ring apron and runs into the boot to the chest from Abyss. Abyss repeatedly hammers Steen from the ring apron and grabs him by the throat to lift him back into the ring. Steen fights back against Abyss from the apron. He climbs to the second rope and jumps off. Abyss catches him with a choke and goes for a choke slam. Abyss is kicked in the groin and Steen takes a couple of steps back. SUPERKICK NAILS ABYSS IN THE FACE! Steen covers Abyss hooking the leg and gets a two count!
A series of stomps to the chest of Abyss rock him. Steen has Abyss set up and goes for the Sharpshooter. Abyss is struggling to not be turned over. In comes Samoa Joe to kick Steen in the face to break the hold. Joe is beating on Steen and hooks him in a cobra clutch before bringing him down with a suplex. Joe waits for Steen to get up and Joe beats on him. We see Steen hoisted up for the Muscle Buster. Steen fights the hold and nails Joe with a spin kick to send him crashing back into the ropes. Steen steps back and rushes Joe. Joe catches Steen into the corner and hits the ST-Joe out of the corner! Abyss is back up and avalanche to Joe! The fans are cheering and Abyss has Joe on his shoulders. SHOCK TREATMENT DELIVERED TO JOE! Abyss covers Joe hooking the leg, but Joe kicks out of the cover of two and nine tenths!
Abyss drags his fingers through his hair and sucks in some hair. He waits for Joe to get to his feet and winds up with a huge forearm smash to the face. Joe comes back with a huge forearm of his own. And Abyss fires back with forearms against him. Both of these big mean men are throwing huge bombs at each other. Each forearm smash connects them, with Joe hoists up Abyss for a Samoan Drop. Abyss slides down the back door and hammers away at the back of Joe’s head before throwing him off into the ropes. Big boot knocks Joe onto his back drawing cheers from the fans. Abyss holds his arm up in triumph and motions for Joe to rise. Abyss goozles Joe around the throat. Joe elbows his way out of the move and applies the Rear Naked Choke!
The choke is applied as the fans are getting behind Abyss to try to break the hold. Abyss rams Joe into the corner a couple of times to break the hold. Joe is now slumped in the corner and Abyss hurls him acorss the ring. Abyss nails Joe with a huge big boot coming off of the ropes. Abyss steps back and runs off of the ropes. A running vertical splash crushes Joe’s ribs underneath Abyss. Joe makes the cover on Abyss hooking the leg and gets a two and a half count when Steen breaks up the cover. Steen throws Abyss into the ropes. Abyss comes back off the ropes with a clothesline. He beats Abyss on the top rope. Steen is climbing to the top rope and he has Abyss set up. Joe is up and JOE POWER BOMBS STEEN OUT OF THE CORNER AS STEEN HITS THE SUPERPLEX ON ABYSS!
All three of these men are down in the heap. Joe is up to his feet first and he grabs Abyss before beating on him. Joe is now putting Abyss on the top rope. The Muscle Buster could connect to Abyss. JOE NAILS ABYSS WITH THE MUSCLE BUSTER! He is down on the canvas and Steen dropkicks Joe in the side of the head sending him through the ropes. Steen covers Abyss hooking the leg and that’s enough to score the pin. Kevin Steen pinned Abyss in a Triple Threat Match also involving Samoa Joe in 13:33(*** ½)
Kevin Steen gets the win and will be challenging AJ Styles for the NAWA International Title. He stole the win and scrambles to the arena floor with the win tonight. Joe is up now and he curses Steen. Steen has swiped the win out from underneath Joe and he mocks him drawing boos from the crowd.
Our next match is going to take place for the NAWA Women’s Title, our third of six championship matches. Gail Kim puts her belt against a woman who has been on the roll over the past couple of weeks. Can Kana win the gold that she came close to winning back at WrestleClash X against Mickie James. Let’s find out as the NAWA Women’s Title is on the line right now at Reality Check 2012.
The two women surround each other for the early part of this match and they lock up. Kana pushes Gail Kim back into the corner and breaks clean as a very obvious intimidation champion. The champion goes down with a single-leg takedown and Kana kicks Kim off and armdrags her down to the canvas. Kim pops up to her feet and Kana rushes her to get an armdrag of her own. Both women are now bounced up to their feet and in a battle stance. Kana goes for a forearm smash. Gail Kim ducks it and jumps up. Headscissors is blocked and Kim flips on her feet. Kana nails her a series of kicks to the side of the leg. Gail Kim avoids another kick and then grabs Kana around the hair before taking her down to the canvas.
Kim leapfrogs over Kana and dropkicks her in the face. The challenger rolls over onto her hands and knees and stomps the back of Kana. Kim grabs Kana and pulls her up. A kneelift drilled into the back and then Kana is flipped into the corner hard. Kana hits the corner ribs first and Kim takes her down with a drop toe hold and then applies a side headlock. Kana is bridging out of the move. She rises to her feet with a sadistic grin and goes for a kick. Kim dodges it and jumps on Kana’s shoulders. Kana drops Kim down onto the canvas and smashes her on the face. Kim drops down onto the canvas and Kana hits her repeatedly with rapid fire kicks to the side of the head.
The arm is stomped as Kana delivers a cruel assault to Gail Kim. She picks Kim up to her feet and chops her into the corner. Kim is hurled almost all the way across the ring. Kama hits Kim with a running Yakuza Kick in the corner. Kana takes Kim over with a double underhook suplex. Kim pulls herself up and then gets a severe series of strikes by Kana. Kana applies a front facelock and cranks on the neck of the champion. The champion fights out until Kana shifts into a vicious cravate hold to further punish her challenger.
The champion has Kim trapped in the corner of the ring. Kana is putting undue pressure on the back of the head and the neck of Gail Kim. Kana is trying to force out of the hold. A series of kicks knocks her back into the corner. Kana nails her with a back spin to double her over. Another series of back spins in the corner and Kim is trying to cover up. Kana has Kim set up and a huge Saito Suplex out of the corner. Kana makes the cover hooking the leg and gets a two count. She steps back and a huge running knee strike to the side of the head punishes Gail Kim. Kim is doubled over and Kana drills her with repeated forearm smashes down across the head.
Kim is now on her hands and knees swinging at Kana from this position. Kana cracks Kim in the side of the jaw and then sets her up. A huge suplex brings Kim down and now Kana applies a modified straight jacket submission move. She digs the knee into the back of Gail Kim and slowly pushes it into her back. The fans are losing their mind as Kana is really working over her opponent. Kana applies the hold and forces Kim up to a standing position. Kana steps back and kicks Kim hard in the ribs. More kicks to the ribs double over Gail Kim and now Kana hurls her halfway across the ring. A running kick in the corner is ducked and Kim cradles Kana for a two count.
Right into a kick to the side of the face. Kim is staggered on the ring apron. Kana drives her knee into the ribs of Kim and tries to take her back into the ring for a suplex. Kim counters with a couple of elbow strikes to send Kana staggering back a little bit. She connects with a sunset flip off of the ring apron. The challenger counters with a cross-armbreaker and once again is pulling back on the arm of Kim. The fans are trying to get behind Gail Kim. Kana breaks the hold cleanly when Gail Kim gets in the ropes.
The fans are cheering as Kana rushes and does a running hip attack to send Gail Kim off of the ring apron. Kana takes a step back and a mocking bow down her opponent. The standing ten count is put on Gail Kim who is struggling to pull herself up off onto the ring apron. Kana stomps Kim’s head and draws more heat from the fans. She drills down across the back of the head and pulls up Kim before driving her into the corner. A huge chop ricochets in the corner with Gail Kim thrown into the corner. Kana hits her with another violent snap belly-to-back suplex and then steps back before hitting a leaping double foot stop to the chest. She covers Kim hooking the leg and gets a two count. Kana backs off and waits for Kim to get up.
A running kick to the back of the head is fired to Gail Kim. The kick is avoided and Kim now grabs Kana’s leg and takes her down, wrenching at the knee. Kim is going to go for the Stretch Muffler. Kim is trying to apply the hold. Kana pops up and nails Kim with a huge spin kick to drop her down on the apron. Repeated chops stun Kim and almost knock her off of the ring apron. Kana goes to the outside and beats on Kim, rocking her with multiple chops before throwing Kim into the guardrail.
Kana throws Kim into the ring apron and throws her back underneath the ropes. She ascends to the top rope with Gail Kim catching her with a couple of punches. Kana kicks Kim away and hooks her around the head. Tornado DDT has connected to drive Gail Kim head first into the canvas. Kana covers the champion hooking the leg and gets a two count off of that one.
The challenger is now striking Kim on the top of her shoulder. She is pulled up and Kana hooks in the Cross-Face Chickenwing. Kana cranks on the shoulder to draw an immense amount of heat from the fans until Kim fights out of the hold. She knocks Kana back against the ropes. The two of them are fighting back and forth with strikes with Kim winning and nailing Kana with a series of strikes backing her off of the ropes. She leapfrogs over Kana who bounces off of the ropes. Onto the shoulders and a Frankensteiner sends Kana down onto the canvas. Kana rolls over and gets an elbow smash. Kim applies an Anaconda Vice to Kana! The fans are cheering as Kim puts the pressure on her. The cheers turn to boos with Kana nailing Kim in the side of the head with a knee strike.
Kim is dazed from Kana’s way of breaking the hold. Kana strikes Kim in the face repeatedly and throws her into the ropes. She goes for the Chickenwing. Kim fights out of the hold and both of them tumble to the ring apron. Kana gets the worse of the attack. Gail Kim is up and A FAN NAILS HER FROM BEHIND WITH A GLASS STATUE!
Security is out to deal with this fan. The referee calls for the bell as Gail Kim goes down. The hood of the fan comes down and reveals…it’s Mia Stylish! We haven’t see Mia Stylish since she lost a brutal Texas Death Match to Mickie James at Night of the Rogues. Security restrains her as Kana pulls herself up. Gail Kim has been split open from Stylish’s attack. The referee is throwing this match out, and Kana is not happy. Gail Kim and Kana battled to a no-contest in 15:44(***)
Kana flies past the secure and grabs Mia Stylish around the head before dragging her into the arena. The fans are going absolutely insane as these two competitors are fighting. Paramedics are out to deal with Gail Kim who has lost a fair amount of blood after Stylish absolutely clocked her with that glass statue. We see the replay of Kim’s head being sliced open during this match.
The replay of this match is shown and the aftermath. The blood and glass needs to be cleaned up before this next match.
We cut backstage where Kevin Steen is standing by and talking about how he triumphed over two big, bad men, and now he’s going to get the NAWA International Title back against AJ Styles. He dedicates the match to Kurt Angle, the man whose career Steen ended.
Gail Kim is being escorted to a hospital after that attack by Mia Stylish. Mia Stylish has been escorted out of the building and Kana has been escorted to the back, angry. We cut to the backstage area where we see security and Mia Stylish yelling at each other. Stylish tells them it’s all Sinclair’s fault for not returning her calls for six months, that bitch is still bitter that Stylish became a star and she had to be an executive.
Out comes Kana, angrily attacking Stylish. Both of them fight each other and it’s breaking down here tonight at Reality Check. Kana is restrained and Stylish runs down the street. The angry and destructive force of Kana chases Stylish down. Kana is rightfully pissed at Stylish screwing her out of the title.
We are ready for the fourth championship match with the Motor City Machine Guns defend their NAWA World Tag Team Titles against Bad Influence. Daniels is a former NAWA World Tag Team Champion, but he’s not held the gold since 2003. He’s looking to win the belts against the Motor City Machine Guns with his new partner, Kazarian.
The Motor City Machine Guns are ready to rock. Alex Shelley starts out against Frankie Kazarian. Sabin wants in. About ten years ago, both of these men came into prominence under the name “The Future” and that caused some friction. The two of them step pinto the ring and Kazarian paint brushes Sabin. Sabin looks at the fans and looks at Kazarian before slapping him right back in turn. Sabin chops Kazarian hard and then grabs him by the head before nailing him with a kneelift.
Daniels yells for Kazarian to shake it off. Sabin sends Kazarian into the corner with a huge kneelift to the face. A series of kneelifts and Sabin throws Kazarian into the corner. He follows through with a vicious European uppercut and drives him into the corner. Sabin grabs Kazarian and makes the tag to Alex Shelley. The Guns launch Kazarian off of the ropes and pull out a double hiptoss. The Motor City Machine Guns pop off with a double kip up and then turn around to nail Daniels with a double punch knocking him off of the ring apron.
Now Shelley has Kazarian hooked and side headlock is cranking on the move. Another tag from Sabin and the Guns hit a double dropkick to Kazarian bringing him down. Sabin steps in and kicks Kazarian in the ribs. He goes for a suplex, but Kazarian drops down. Kazarian throws Sabin off into the corner as hard as humanly possible. Sabin nails the corner and Daniels comes back in with a kneelift to the back of the head.
Sabin staggers to the canvas and Kazarian fires a series of elbow strikes before he sets up Sabin and hits a backbreaker. The tag is made to Christopher Daniels. Daniels enters the ring and hits a running kick to the side of the head of Sabin. A series of elbow strikes follows up by Daniels. Daniels steps back and nails Sabin with a spin kick. The kick had a lot of snap off of it. Daniels makes the cover on Sabin hooking the leg and gets a two count. He pulls Sabin up and cranks on the back of the head before pulling up with a series of forearm smashes to the top of the head. The tag is made and Daniels holds the arm of Sabin so Kazarian can stomp it.
Kazarian drives a series of forearm smashes to Sabin and then throws him into the corner. Another tag made by Daniels. Bad Influence shoots Sabin off into the ropes. A double forearm smash to the chest and Bad Influence sets up Sabin and takes him down with a double suplex smashing him down to the canvas. Daniels drives his forearm down across the face of his opponent and stomps the man’s chest. Daniels motions for him to get up and jab to the throat. Sabin is snap mare down and Daniels hits a huge kneedrop down across the chest. He pulls out a modified bow and arrow submission hold .
The fans are getting behind Sabin as he is trying to fight out of the bow-and arrow submission hold. Daniels breaks the hold and keeps popping Sabin repeatedly against the side of the head. He throws Sabin off into the ropes and leapfrogs over him. Sabin bounces off of the ropes and gets a spin kick to the face. A running uppercut to the throat doubles Sabin over and Daniels hooks him before bringing him down with a huge brain buster. Daniels covers Sabin hooking the leg and gets a two count!
The fans are heckling Daniels. Daniels mocks them and drives Sabin into the boot. The tag is made once again and Daniels has Sabin set up for a power bomb. Kazarian comes off of the ropes with a huge springboard clothesline out of nowhere. This combination strike brings Sabin down to the canvas. Kazarian runs around and rises his fist in the air. He makes the cover on Sabin hooking the leg and gets a two count when the cover is broken up by Shelley.
Shelley is pushed into the corner. Bad Influence beat down Sabin in the corner. Daniels hooks the neck and does a reverse neckbreaker off of the top rope. Kazarian.and grabs him with a cross-armed neckbreaker sending him down to the canvas. Kazarian kicks dirt into Sabin’s face. The cover is made hooking the leg. Kickout delivered by Sabin and now Kazarian backs off. He pops off with multiple forearm strikes. Kazarian talks trash to Sabin and then to Shelley on the ring apron. He sets up Sabin and brings him down with a modified backbreaker and then twists into the neckbreaker bringing his opponent down to the canvas. Kazarian covers hooking the leg and gets a two count when Sabin kicks out of the corner.
Kazarian chops away at Sabin and throws him into the ropes. He scoops up Sabin who kicks down and dropkicks Kazarian into the corner. Sabin hits a German Suplex release. Both men are down the referee is watching out. Daniels is tagged in and tag made to Shelley!
Shelley rushes into the ring and unloads on Daniels. He throws Daniels into the ropes and takes him down with a high back body drop. Kazarian is rushed and dropped off of the ring apron. Daniels goes for a clothesline and Shelley chops away at him, driving him back towards the corner. Running dropkick sends Daniels into the corner. Shelley runs up the buckle and pulls out some ten count punches before Shelley drops down. He hooks Daniels and Sliced Bread #2 is countered when Daniels holds onto the top rope. Shelley flops down to the canvas.
Daniels kicks him in the side of the head. He beats down on Shelley and scoops him up. He goes for a Michinoku Driver, but Shelley kicks his legs and drops back down behind him. He grabs Daniels and hits a huge Dragon Suplex off of the cover. Shelley covers the right kind of snap and holds down Daniels for the cover only getting a two count after Kazarian breaks the cover. Kazarian picks up Shelley and gets elbowed away. Shelley sends Kazarian off to the outside and jumps over the top rope to clear the ropes with a somersault plancha!
We are cheering. Shelley pulls himself up and favors his knee. We see the knee clipping over the top rope. Sabin is back in and beating on Daniels. The referee forces Sabin back into the corner. Shelley enters the ring with a bum wheel sliding underneath him. He uppercuts Daniels in the chest to double him over and sets him up for a suplex. Daniels drops down from behind him and then shoves Shelley off into the ropes. He rams into Sabin sending him flying off of the ring apron. Daniels kicks Shelley and connects with the Angel’s Wings. Daniels covers hooking the leg and that’s enough to score the pin. Bad Influence won the NAWA World Tag Team Titles over the duo of the Motor City Machine Guns in 15:55(** ½)
Daniels and Kazarian take the belts. We see Sabin pulling himself into the ring to check on an injured Shelley. The Bad Influence step to the back with the gold.
The titles have changed hands. Our next match is going to be a battle between Willie Mack and Austin Aries. Aries and Mack have been at each other’s throats over the past couple of months. Everything is going to break down in a battle between Austin Aries and Willie Mack tonight at Reality Check only on Pay Per View.
Austin Aries taunts Mack at the bell. Willie Mack rushes in and nails Aries with a huge running shove to drop him to the canvas. Aries pops up off of the canvas and bails to the ring apron. He pokes Mack in the eyes and does a springboard cross body block. Mack catches Aries in mid-air. Mack hoists up Aries onto his shoulders and then falls back with a Samoan Drop. Mack does a kip up and this causes the fans the cheer. The fans are really backing the Mack as of late.
Aries once again gets to his feet and runs into a back elbow smash from Mack. Mack is drilling his adversary with a series of elbow strikes and throws him into the ropes. He leapfrogs over Aries and comes down across the top of the head with a huge elbow strike. Aries crawls to a standing position and Mack elbows away at Aries. He repeatedly drills his enemy with punches to the side of the head. Mack hurls Aries into the corner on the other end of the ring. Mack charges Aries. He drops down and Mack hits the corner with a full head of steam.
Chop block delivered by the Greatest Man Who Ever Lived. You take out the legs, you take out one of the bigger men. Aries slams repeatedly in the side of Mack’s head with punches. Mack fires back from his back until Aries kicks him in the face. Another huge kick to the face stuns Mack and doubles him over. Aries connects with a running dropkick to the canvas. He covers Mack hooking the leg and gets a two count. Mack rolls over to his feet. Aries forearm smashes Mack down repeatedly across the back. He applies a front facelock and drives the knee into Mack’s face. He swings back and does a forward flip to put the pressure on Mack’s neck!
Mack howls in agony the more Aries puts the pressure on the neck. Aries wears down Mack. The hold is only on for a few seconds before Aries breaks the hold. Aries steps back and waits on Mack. He slaps Mack in the side of his face when he’s on his knees. Aries slaps Mack a couple of more times. This just gets Mack fired up. Aries kicks him in the ribs and now Aries snap mares him down. A huge jumping neck snap followed by Aries doing a backflip splash, driving his knees down onto the Mack’s chest. The cover is made and Mack kicks out.
Another forearm driven down across the top of Mack’s head before dropping him down to the canvas. A running kneedrop to the top of the head of Mack stuns him completely. Aries steps to the outside and waits for Mack to get up. He springboards off of the top rope. Mack ducks out of the way. Aries does a forward roll and comes off of the ropes with a springboard elbow smash. Mack drops down to the canvas and covers Aries hooking the leg to get a two count. Aries dropkicks Mack in the chest and sends him into the corner. Mack shoves Aries off of the ropes. The legs are hooked and catapult sends Aries crashing into the buckles.
Aries staggers out of the corner. Mack peppers Aries with numerous forearm smashes across the back. He sends Aries into the corner. Running avalanche into the corner stuns Aries. Aries swings out of the corner and then flops down onto the canvas. Mack steps up and stomps the back of the head of Aries. He picks Aries up off of the canvas and then nails him with a huge short arm clothesline. Willie Mack leaps off of the ropes and a huge leaping splash misses when Aries rolls out of the way.
A chop stuns Mack in the corner. Another series of chops stun Mack in the corner. Mack fires back with a forearm out of the corner. A series of punches rock Mack and send him into the corner. Aries kicks Mack in the chest and slumps him over the ropes into the corner. A series of jabs rock Mack and slumps him into the corner. Aries takes a step back and running dropkick rocks Mack in the corner. Aries climbs to the second rope and starts punching away. Mack shoves Aries off and HUGE RUNNING POUNCE DELIVERED! Aries has been taken down and Mack goes for the cover hooking the leg to get a two count!
The fans are pumped up. Mack winds up and nails Aries with a headbutt to send him to collapse in the corner. Mack steps back and rushes at Aries. A huge running avalanche in the corner stuns Aries. Aries is doubled over and Mack scoops him up before dropping him down onto the ground. Mack is pulling himself to the top rope and he dives off with a diving headbutt. Aries has been flattened once again. Mack covers Aries hooking the leg and gets only a two and nine tenths count after Aries gets in the ropes.
Mack is now pumping his hand in the air. He waits for Aries to get back into the ropes. Aries is untying the corner pad from the corner. Mack rushes Aries and goes for a headbutt. He bangs his head up the exposed turnbuckle and falls back. Aries catches Mack with a reverse DDT and then climbs to the outside. 450 Splash delivered to Mack. Aries covers him and that’s enough to score the pin. Austin Aries pinned Willie Mack in 13:45(*** ½)
Aries picks up the win through slightly dubious means. Mack pulls himself up as Aries is already up the ramp. The crafty Aries outsmarted the Mack tonight.
D’Angelo Dinero cuts a promo, discussing how he’s an hour away, give or take, from showing the world that Miles Stylish is nothing but a chump who got lucky. He was the man for ten years, but his time is done, and now the Pope’s time is now. Stylish will have to forfeit his Golden Ticket, because tonight, the Pope wrecks him. Pope says Roode better keep that title nice and warm because he’s coming for him. The Pope is going to be the NAWA World Champion for the third time.
Our next match is the fifth of six championship matches. Kevin Steen beat both Abyss and Samoa Joe earlier tonight. Tonight he steps into the ring against AJ Styles for the NAWA International Title. Steen wants the belt back he last held almost two years ago.
The match begins and AJ Styles dodges Steen’s early attempts to get the advantage. Steen is fatigued from the earlier match and Styles catches him with numerous chops to rattle his chest. Steen swings a punch and Styles ducks it and pops back with a series of forearm smashes down across the chest. He throws Steen off into the ropes and Steen bounces off of the ropes. Styles nails Steen with a Discus Clothesline and takes him down. Steen rolls over and Styles steps back before hitting a dropkick to Steen. Steen is in the corner begging off.
Styles backs off to let Steen leave the corner on his own accord. Styles raises his hand up and nails Steen with a huge forearm smash to pop him down across the back of the ear. Another punch nailed him in the chest and drives him. Steen is thrown off into the corner and Styles charges in. Steen ducks and Styles hits the post hard. The impact Styles hits the post resounds throughout the arena. Steen grabs Styles and hits him with a backbreaker. He holds onto Styles and hits a sidewalk slam to bring him down. He covers Styles hooking the leg and gets a two count.
Steen kicks Styles in the stomach and doubles him over. Styles is sent into the corner hard. A corner clothesline sets Styles down. Punches rain down on the top of the head of Styles. The NAWA International Champion struggles up. The former champion chops Styles across the chest. Another series of chops rattle him. Styles is slumped in the corner with Steen working over his opponent.
Steen applies a kneedrop to the back of Styles. He is beating down the champion. Steen grabs Styles and turns him over in a Boston Crab. The full weight of Steen is being put down onto the lower back of AJ Styles. Styles struggles in an attempt to get out of the hold. Steen rocks back and Styles makes it the ropes just barely to break the hold. Steen takes the full four count before breaking.
A running kick to the face drills Styles. Steen picks up Styles and puts him on his shoulders. He hits a double knee gutbuster. Steen rolls over Styles and hits a running senton. That big man just drove down his weight against the chest of the champion. He covers Styles hooking the leg and gets a two count. Steen pulls up Styles and then drops him down with a forearm to the back of the head. More forearms follow the first and Steen goes for a double underhook. Styles is fighting the move. Steen nails him with a knee to the chest. Another couple of knees driven down across the chest before Steen flings Styles into the corner. Styles slumps in the corner and Steen follows him with multiple forearm smashes to the top of the head. He snap mares Styles down one more time and goes for another senton. Styles moves out of the way.
The full bulk of Steen hits the canvas hard. Steen favors his back and now Styles kips up to his feet and jumps on the shoulders of a rising Steen. Frankensteiner is blocked. Steen tries to go for a power bomb. Styles pounds away at Steen and sends him crashing back down with a Frankensteiner. Styles jumps to the middle rope and hits a back spring cross body block to Steen. Steen crumples underneath Styles who goes for the cover and gets a two count when the shoulder is brought up off of the canvas.
The fans are on their feet and Styles bounces off the ropes again. Steen catches Styles coming off of the ropes with a huge Pop Up Power Bomb out of nowhere. Steen covers Styles hooking the leg. Two and three fourths count when Styles kicks out!
Steen can’t believe it and he steps back. Superkick is avoided and Styles hits the Pele Kick! Styles now is to the outside. He springboards off the top rope. Springboard 450 Splash misses. Styles lands on his feet and goes for the Pele Kick. Steen catches the legs and hits a wheelbarrow into a neckbreaker. He cradles Styles hooking the leg and gets a two count.
That’s not enough for the Steen Death Machine to put AJ Styles away. Steen grabs Styles and goes for the Package Piledriver. Styles counters by fighting the move. Steen shoves Styles into the corner and hoists him up onto the shoulders. Angle Slam delivered by Steen! That was a kick in the teeth to Angle. Steen covers Styles hooking the leg and that’s enough to get the pin. Kevin Steen won the NAWA International Title over AJ Styles in 13:04(*** ½)
For the second time, Kevin Steen has won the NAWA International Title. He takes the belt and holds it up in a token of victory, causing boos to rain on down from the fans. Style is down as Steen added insult to injury after putting Kurt Angle on the shelf by stealing his own move and winning with the Angle Slam.
The next match features D’Angelo Dinero and Miles Stylish going one on one. Stylish has frustrated Dinero beating him in their past matches in pretty decisive fashion. Now the two of them are going to lock up this Sunday Night on Pay Per View. Dinero promises to make an example out of Stylish. Stylish promises to beat Dinero tonight and continue moving forward on his quest to become the NAWA World Champion for the fifth time.
We see D’Angelo Dinero and Miles Stylish circling each other before they lock up. Stylish goes underneath Dinero and brings him down with a hiptoss to a mild pop from the crowd. Dinero rises up to his feet and circles Stylish once more. Both surround each other, and then they lock up one more time. Dinero goes behind and hammerlock. Stylish flips him to his back with a snap mare and Dinero bounces back up. Dinero goes for a punch. Stylish dodges it and chops the ever loving hell out of Dinero.
More chops send Dinero backing off into the corner. Stylish winds up and decks Dinero with a couple of chops. He throws Dinero halfway across the ring and then hits him with a running dropkick in the corner. Dinero is slumped over in the corner and now Stylish grabs Dinero. Dinero blocks the suplex. Stylish shoves Dinero off of the ropes and leapfrogs over him. Stylish takes down Dinero into an armdrag.
Dinero rolls over onto his side and is pulled up by Stylish. Stylish forearms away at Dinero and launches him off of the ropes. Dinero kicks Stylish in the face as he comes off of the ropes. Clothesline brings down Stylish. Dinero backs off the ropes and nails Stylish with the point of an elbow. He picks up Stylish in a headlock and forearms drilled to the side of the face. Dinero takes down Stylish from the headlock with a huge facebuster. Cover made by the Pope and he only gets a two count.
The Pope drills the face of Stylish with multiple stomps which drops boos from the fan. The former NAWA World Champion steps back and hits a double stomp to the chest. He covers Stylish hooking the leg and gets only a two count off of the double stomp. Dinero pulls Stylish up to his feet and now Dinero waffles him with an elbow strike to the side of the head. Another succession of elbow strikes brings Stylish into the ropes. Dinero catches Stylish with a jawbreaker and he’s kneeling to eat a Yakuza Kick to the face. A cover is made by Dinero hooking the leg and Stylish kicks out at a two count.
Dinero crucifixes the arms of Stylish and drives the point of the elbow repeatedly into the side of his neck. He turns Stylish and rolls him up for a two count. Dinero steps back and motions for Stylish to get up. A palm thrust drills Stylish down to the chest. Another series of palm strikes follow through to nail Stylish and Dinero throws him halfway across the ring. He connects with a flying knee smash into the corner to double over Stylish. Dinero hooks Stylish and brings him down with a reverse neckbreaker. A cover is made hooking the leg and he only gets a two count.
Another two count off of a second cover. Dinero is trying to chip down the resistance of Stylish by this constant barrage of two counts. He motions for Stylish to get up and nails him with a forearm smash to the face. Another couple of forearm smashes drills him and Dinero throws Stylish into the corner. He kneelifts Stylish in the face and hooks him up in a suplex before taking him down with a modified neckbreaker. Dinero cradles the leg for a bridge and gets a two count off of it.
Dinero waits on Stylish and kneelifts in the face. He throws Stylish into the corner. Belly to back suplex is countered by Stylish flipping onto his feet. Stylish waistlocks Dinero. Dinero goes for an elbow smash. Stylish ducks it. Northern Lights Suplex is countered into a vicious DDT! Dinero steps back from Stylish and holds his hand up into the air to draw boos from the fans. Dinero makes the cover and once again Stylish rolls the shoulder up off of the canvas at the count of two and a half.
The fans are drawing some heat as Dinero throws Stylish into the corner. Forearm smashes drives deep into the back of the head of Dinero and slumps him into the corner. Belly-to-back suplex is avoided when Stylish drops down onto his feet. This time he jumps on Dinero’s shoulders and flips him over with a spinning headscissors. Both men topple down to the canvas and there’s a standing ten count on both men. Dinero and Stylish are both back to their feet. Both men exchange chops with Stylish getting the better of the exchange. He throws Dinero off into the ropes and then nails him with a kneelift. Stylish hooks Dinero and brings him down with a swinging suplex. Stylish pulls himself up to a standing position and waits for Dinero to get to his feet.
The two of them are on their feet and Dinero goes for a swing. Stylish ducks the punch and rocks Dinero with a couple more punches to the head. He throws Dinero into the corner. Stylish is caught in the ropes when Dinero moves. Dinero rams Stylish into the corner and goes for the DDE. Stylish hangs onto the ropes and makes Dinero crash down to the canvas. Stylish has Dinero onto his shoulders and Las Vegas Trauma is countered with a sunset flip. Dinero gets a two count off of that move!
The Pope and Stylish chops away at each other. Stylish ends with a chop ricocheting Dinero back into the corner. He throws Dinero halfway across the ring and charges the corner. The boot comes up in the face. Dinero climbs to the second rope. A dropkick is avoided. Stylish delivers a Frankensteiner to a kneeling Dinero. Dinero bounces up to his feet and Stylish rushes at him before hitting a cross-body block sending them both to the arena floor!
Both men are down on the arena floor and the standing ten count is being made. Dinero is pulling himself up first and Stylish is up as well. He springboards in and Dinero ducks the attack. Dinero turns around and UPPERCUTS STYLISH IN THE SIDE OF THE HEAD! Stylish drops to the canvas and Dinero covers him hooking the leg to score the pin in 15:44(****)
Dinero picks up the win having nailed Stylish. We see Dinero slipping something back into his boot as he kneels down before rising up and having his hand raised. We see the replay of Dinero nailing Stylish with the uppercut and he snuck a chain underneath his tape when they were on the floor. Dinero has finally beaten Miles Stylish tonight at Reality Check.
It’s time for the main event. Jeff Hardy has entered the New Age Wrestling Alliance in the Luck of the Draw Match. He came up short, but after Kurt Angle went down, Jeff Hardy entered a second chance final four match against Kurt Angle. We’re going to see if he can knock off the champion Robert Roode tonight.
The match came up next for the NAWA World Championship. Robert Roode and Jeff Hardy are going to take place tonight. Roode offers a handshake and then pulls it away. Hardy punches Roode in the face and then jabs away at him. Hardy clotheslines Roode down to the canvas. Roode scrambles to the floor and Hardy springboards to the ropes. Roode drops down and Hardy lands in the apron and then steps back into the ring. He psyches out the NAWA World Champion rather quickly with that first attack.
Roode steps into the ring and both men lock up again. Roode armwringers Jeff Hardy. Hardy reverses the move and flips Roode to the canvas. Hardy drops a leg down onto Roode’s shoulder and applies an arm grapevine type hold onto Roode. He rolls Roode over and hooks onto the arm. Roode is fighting back out onto his feet and Hardy breaks the hold. He swings back and nails Roode with a couple of sharp jabs. Hardy leapfrogs over Roode as he bounces off of the ropes. A kneelift to the chest stuns Roode and he flips over his back. Hardy goes for a kick. Roode blocks the foot and spins Hardy around. Hardy comes back with a spinning leg lariat. He covers Roode hooking the leg and gets a two count off of the cover.
The fans are chanting for Roode to get up. Hardy drives an elbow down across the top of the head. More elbows are drilled in succession with Hardy shooting Roode off into the corner. Roode catches Hardy directly in the face with a boot out of the corner. Roode comes out of the corner with a clothesline. The fans are booing as the NAWA World Champion stands tall before stomping away on Jeff Hardy. Roode pulls up Hardy and hits him with an inverted atomic drop. A kneelift connects to Hardy’s chest and doubles him over. Roode snap mares him and then hits a huge kneedrop down across the chest.
Roode applies a front facelock to Hardy and cranks down on the neck. The fans are chanting for Hardy to attempt to rile up Roode. Roode yells for the fans to shut up and he stomps the chest of Hardy, driving him down to the canvas. Hardy crumples down onto the mat and Roode makes the cover on Hardy hooking the leg and gets a two count. He picks up Hardy to a seated position and drives elbows repeatedly down onto the side of the head. He picks up Hardy and kneelift before Roode gutwrench suplexes him down. He makes another cover and gets a two count.
Chinlock is applied, and Hardy is fighting out of the move. Roode shoves Hardy off of the ropes and HARDY RUNS UP THE ROPES TO HIT THE WHISPER IN THE WIND! The fans pop big for that move. Hardy covers Roode hooking the leg and gets a two and a half count when Roode kicks out!
Roode scrambles to the arena floor and begs off. Hardy follows through with a thunderous baseball slide dropkick nailing Roode against the chest. Roode is slumped against the guardrail and Jeff shoots him into the ring. He runs up the ropes and waits for Roode to get up. Hardy connects with a springboard. Roode catches him with a kneelift off of the top rope and connects with a Fisherman Suplex. He bridges on Hardy and gets a two count.
Roode hits a sleeperhold on Hardy. He is rammed back into the corner. Jeff Hardy turns around and beats on Roode. Sent off into the ropes. Roode ducks a clothesline and Jeff Hardy bounces off the middle rope. Asai Moonsault is caught. Roode has Hardy on his shoulder and tries to drop him on the top rope with the snake eyes. He drops down and kicks Roode in the face. DDT sends Roode down to the canvas. Jeff is ascending to the ropes. Roode is up and Hardy jumps off with a somersault neckbreaker. He covers Roode hooking the leg with a two and a half count.
The fans are chanting for Jeff. Jeff winds up and nails Roode with a series of punches. He sends Roode up into the corner and kicks him. Twist of Fate is countered when Roode hangs onto the ropes. Hardy hits the back of his head. Roode picks up Hardy and sets him up. Slingshot Belly-to-Back Suplex brings Hardy down. Roode covers Hardy hooking the leg. He gets a two count off of the cover on Hardy.
Roode drives a kneelift down in Hardy’s face. A series of stomps stuns Hardy. Roode picks up Hardy and drives him hard into the corner. Repeated forearm smashes stun Hardy while in the corner. Roode has Hardy set up for the Death Valley Driver. Hardy drops down and TWIST OF FATE CONNECTS! The fans are on their feet with cheers. Hardy rolls over Roode and covers him hooking the leg. Two and a half count by Hardy!
Hardy is now ascending to the top rope. Swanton Bomb could be the next move. Roode is up to his feet and Hardy jumps off with a somersault bodyblock. He hooks both of Roode’s legs on the way down and gets another close two count!
The fans are chanting for Hardy. He steps back and nails Roode with a series of punches. He jumps Roode, but Roode ducks and HARDY POPS THE REFEREE IN TNE FACE WITH A FLYING FOREARM! Roode low blows Hardy and goes for the Death Valley Driver. Hardy counters with a huge DDT. He steps to the outside and ascends to the top rope. Roode is down on the canvas and Hardy connects with the Swanton Bomb. He covers Roode hooking the leg. There’s no referee!
Hardy has pinned Roode for ten seconds, and he should be the new NAWA World Champion three times over at the very least. He slides to the outside, and Roode is pulling himself up. The champion exits the ring, and goes to grab the NAWA World Championship from the time keeper. Roode walks up the ramp, almost stumbling. Hardy gives chase after him and ROODE TURNS AROUND TO NAIL HARDY WITH THE BELT! The fans are exploding into boos at Hardy getting cracked with the belt.
Roode steps back into the ring and the referee is recovering. The referee sees Hardy on the floor and puts the ten count on him. Hardy crawls down the ramp and makes it back into the ring at the count of eight. Hardy is up with a glazed look and Roode has him on his shoulders. DEATH VALLEY DRIVER BRINGS HIM DOWN! Roode covers Hardy and gets the pin in 17:44. Robert Roode retained the NAWA World Title over Jeff Hardy in 17:44(****)
The NAWA World Title remains in the camp of Roode. He holds the belt over his head and draws an immense of heat from the fans. He cheated the fan favorite Hardy out of the gold. Roode stands over Hardy’s body, practically rubbing the belt into his bloodied face as we fade to black.

NAWA Glory 3/22/2012:
Jeff Hardy is out in Amanda Sinclair’s office and they discuss the illegal actions performed by Robert Roode in the match this past Sunday Night. Sinclair is well aware of what happened, but her hands are tied, because Roode claims he will not be defending his belt against Jeff Hardy. He has a match tonight against Austin Aries, and if he puts in a good showing, then he has an argument for a title match.
Tonight, two huge title matches are going to take place. Prince Devitt defends the NAWA Cruiserweight Title against the man he won the belt from last year in Teddy Hart. Plus, Bad Influence defend the NAWA World Tag Team Titles against the former tag team champions the Motor City Machine Guns. The Guns are not going to wait for their title shot, they’re going to take it tonight.
The Cruiserweight Title Match kicks off Glory with a battle between Teddy Hart and Prince Devitt. Hart looks for his third Cruiserweight Title reign as Devitt closes in on close to the year. Hart lays out Devitt and goes for the Shooting Star Press. Hart hits canvas and Devitt connects with the Bloody Sunday to retain the championship in 13:44(****)
Devitt retains the title. We see Sami Callihan standing on the ramp. He wants another crack at Devitt’s title.
Mia Stylish storms into the office of Amanda Sinclair and demands an NAWA Women’s Title Shot. Sinclair says she should just have Stylish arrested for what she did last Sunday Night attacking Gail Kim like that. Stylish says that Gail Kim got the title match she should have, and then Kana was handed a title shot. Sinclair says that Stylish wants a match, she can have one tonight against Sarah Stock. She hopes Stock tears Stylish apart.
Sarah Stock and Mia Stylish meets in our next match. Stock is caught in an armbar submission and forced to tap out. Stylish gets the win tonight in 13:22(*** ½)
We have the new NAWA World Tag Team Champions in Bad Influence. Daniels says it’s about time he got a championship belt around his waist. The Motor City Machine Guns held those tag belts longer than anyone else through four combined title reigns, but now it’s only going need one championship reign for Bad Influence to snap that record.
The Motor City Machine Guns and Bad Influence stepped into the ring for the next match with the NAWA World Tag Team Titles on the line. The Guns were determined to get their belts back and Bad Influence would be damned if they were not going to lose the gold. We have some back and forth action with Daniels bringing the championship belt into the ring. Sabin wrestles the belt away and clocks Daniels with it. The referee sees him for the disqualification in 12:33(***)
Some friction after the match from the former champions as Bad Influence get through their first night as NAWA World Tag Team Champions.
D’Angelo Dinero cuts a promo before his match talking about how he beat Miles Stylish last Sunday. He wants to cripple Stylish and end his career. Tonight he’s calling out Willie Mack to punk him out as well.
D’Angelo Dinero and Willie Mack had the next match. Mack got a couple of close nearfalls until Dinero pulls out a low blow and rolls up Mack using the tights for the pin in 10:33(***)
Dinero gets the win and here comes Miles Stylish from the back. As quick as Stylish comes into the ring, Dinero leaves the ringside area. We see Stylish holding up a chain as if to remind Dinero of his crimes.
The main event featured Jeff Hardy against Austin Aries. Aries was trying to continue to make an impact and he works over Hardy during the early part of this match. Hardy avoids the 450 Splash and the comeback is made. Swanton Bomb connects after Hardy shoves Aries off of the ropes in 15:55(****)
Jeff Hardy makes a motion he wants the NAWA World Title Belt. He should get another crack, but Robert Roode is stonewalling him at every opportunity.

NAWA Glory 3/29/2012: Tonight, the New Age Wrestling Alliance returns with two big title matches with former champions getting their return match. Sederick Skyhawk puts the Television Championship on the line against Mike Bennett. And Kevin Steen takes on AJ Styles. Let’s get down to the ring for some hard hitting action
Kana and Courtney Rush had a pretty hard hitting match. Rush is nailed with a running kneelift in the corner and Kana beats down her opponent. Rush gets a nearfall off of a Death Valley Driver. Kana fights out of a sleeperhold and applies the Cross-Face Chickenwing for the tap out in 11:02(*** ½)
Kana calls out Mia Stylish from the back. Stylish comes out and says that Kana’s not worth her time. Kana goes down the ramp to go after Mia Stylish, but Stylish bolts.
Our next match features Sami Callihan taking on El Generico. Generico gives it a pretty good go against Callihan and gains a couple of close nearfalls. Callihan sends Generico off of the ropes with a DDT and connects with the Cradle Breaker in 12:22(*** ½)
Callihan gets on the microphone and demands another shot at Devitt and threatens to end his championship reign just like that.
Paul London’s attempt to make an impact against Miles Stylish fell tragically short. Stylish catches London on a springboard and hoists him up for the Las Vegas Trauma for the pin in 13:45(****)
Amanda Sinclair is backstage announcing the First Round of the 2012 Gold Rush Tournament begins next week. Also, a Best of Five Series between Sami Callihan and Ricochet will take place where the winner will challenge Prince Devitt for the NAWA Cruiserweight Title. Finally, the NAWA Board of Directors are working through the legal tape and will be getting Jeff Hardy another title shot against Robert Roode. Roode will be live at Glory next week for the first time since his controversial win over Jeff Hardy at Reality Check.
Mike Bennett actually buckled down and fought hard in his attempt to regain the NAWA Television Title. We saw him get a couple of nearfalls over Sederick Skyhawk. Skyhawk knocks Bennett off of the buckles and hits the Fallen Star Elbow Drop which is more than enough to get the pin and retain the Television Championship in 12:33(** ½)
Next week, we will see Sederick Skyhawk against Teddy Hart and AJ Styles against D’Angelo Dinero in the first two first round matches in the Gold Rush Tournament.
Another champion retained as Kevin Steen kept the NAWA International Championship against AJ Styles. They went at it for nearly twenty minutes and excited the fans. Steen outwrestles Styles and backslides him to get the pin in 18:56(****)
Styles has a chance to be in the Gold Rush Tournament and win after dropping the finals last year. He has a tough match against D’Angelo Dinero as we move into the first round. Steen taunts Styles from the ramp with the Television Championship as he goes down the ramp.

NAWA Glory 4/5/2012:
Tonight the Gold Rush Tournament begins when Sederick Skyhawk takes on Teddy Hart and AJ Styles takes on D’Angelo Dinero.
Sederick Skyhawk defeated Teddy Hart in the Gold Rush Tournament with the Fallen Star to advance to the Quarterifinals in 13:22. Hart uses some tactics to punish Skyhawk. He climbs to the top rope. He is caught up top and taken down for the Fallen Star Elbow Drop. Skyhawk advances into the Gold Rush Tournament. (*** ½)
Gail Kim is back and she talks with Kana. She says that Kana still will get a championship match. Tonight, they have to take on Mia Stylish and a partner of her choosing. Kana says she will have Kim’s back and the two women shake hands. There’s a bit of tension, but the enemy of my enemy is my friend in this case.
Mia Stylish and Alissa Flash defeated Kana and Gail Kim when Stylish pinned Gail Kim after hitting a roundhouse kick in 12:22. Flash had been chosen as a partner for Stylish. Stylish spent most of the match avoiding Kana’s attack and this left Flash open. Stylish ended the match by catching Kim with a roundhouse kick and pinning the NAWA Cruiserweight Champion. (***)
Sami Callihan won the first match of the Best of Five Series against Ricochet with the Cradle Killer in 10:33. The NAWA Cruiserweight Champion Prince Devitt waits in the wings to see who will challenge for the title next. Ricochet wipes himself out and gets hit with the Cradle Killer. (*** ½)
Backstage, we see D’Angelo Dinero getting ready. He’s going to win the Gold Rush Tournament, and he’s going for the NAWA World Title. He makes a comment about how he’ll see Miles Stylish on the other side.
All Night Express defeated the Motor City Machine Guns when Kenny King pinned Alex Shelley with a jack-knife cradle after Bad Influence got involved in 12:33. Communication between the Guns was breaking down during this match as them losing the tag team titles might have caused them to lose all of their moment. And Bad Influence got involved, with Kazarian distracting the referee and Daniels nailing Shelley in the back. Jack-knife cradle gets the pin as the All Night Express score a minor upset in 11:22(***)
Robert Roode rolled over Sonjay Dutt in his return to Glory. Dutt gets hit with the Death Valley Driver and pinned after a couple of moments where it looked like Roode might have gotten the win. (**)
Jeff Hardy comes out and demands a match with Robert Roode for the NAWA World Title. Roode laughs and tells him no. Hardy says that he wants a non-title match with Roode, where if Hardy wins, then he gets another championship match against Roode and gets to pick the situation. And if Roode wins, then Hardy will not bother him again. Roode says that if Hardy wins, he doesn’t get a title shot, ever. Roode likes the sound of that and tells him “you’re on, kid.” Jeff Hardy against Robert Roode next week.
Next week, the Gold Rush Tournament continues. The Best of Five Series continues. Jeff Hardy will face on against Robert Roode.
AJ Styles pinned D’Angelo Dinero with the Springboard Forearm Smash after Miles Stylish pulled the chain away from Dinero. Styles gets him with the Springboard Forearm Smash and pins him in 13:44. (****)

NAWA Glory 4/12/2012:
The New Age Wrestling Alliance returns tonight on Glory with a huge pair of Gold Rush Tournament match. Plus, Kana, Alissa Flash, and Mia Stylish meet for a chance to fight Gail Kim for the NAWA Women’s Title. Also, Ricochet and Sami Callihan meet in the Best of Five Series, with Callihan up one for last week. That’s not all, we have Robert Roode against Jeff Hardy in the main event. The implications of that match are very simple. If Roode beats Hardy, then Hardy has to give up his quest for the NAWA World Championship. If Hardy wins, then Roode will defend the belt against Hardy at Gold Rush in the match of Hardy’s choosing.
El Generico advanced to the Quarterfinals of the Gold Rush Tournament in a pretty good match against one half of the NAWA World Tag Team Champions in Christopher Daniels. Generico caught Daniels in the corner and hits him with a Yakuza Kick for the pin in 13:22(****)
Robert Roode cuts a promo about his upcoming match against Jeff Hardy. Hardy will fall tonight against the champion and now Roode will take Gold Rush off. The tournament continues for his next victim.
Mia Stylish defeated Alissa Flash and Kana in a Three Way Dance to become the number one contender for the NAWA World Title. Stylish used Flash as a buffer, picking her spots against Kana. Kana is sent to the floor and Stylish hits the Northern Lights Bomb on Flash and pins her just a second before Kana recovers in 11:23(***)
Stylish gets the win and gets a title shot. Kana rushes after her and Stylish decides to leave. It’s almost like Mia Stylish fears Kana and her brutality.
Ricochet tied up the Best of Five Series against Sami Callihan, pulling out a crucifix roll up for the pin to advance forward. Callihan went for the Death Valley Driver, but Ricochet dropped down the back door and held down Callihan for the pin to get one step closer to getting another Cruiserweight Title Shot in 11:22(***)
Miles Stylish discusses his problems with D’Angleo Dinero in the back. Dinero pops in and nails Stylish in the back of the head with a chain. Dinero is beating on Stylish and throwing him around fences and railings. Dinero kicks Stylish in the spine and presses him against the chain link fence. Dinero grabs Stylish and hangs him over the railing with the chain. Stylish struggles against Dinero’s grip as security rushes in to break up the chokehold. Dinero yells that Stylish juts got wrecked and he better check himself before he ends up wrecking himself.
Kevin Steen advanced in the Gold Rush Tournament by beating Abyss. The International Champion uses an exposed turnbuckle and a superkick to finish off Abyss and advance one round further in the Gold Rush Tournament in 10:22(***)
The announcers hype up two old rivals meeting in the Quarterfinals, with Kevin Steen taking on El Generico in the Quarterfinals at Gold Rush.
Jeff Hardy scored the win over Robert Roode after Roode got nailed with the belt and Hardy hit him with the Swanton Bomb in 15:33 to score the pin(**** ½)
Hardy gets on the microphone and picks his poison. It will be a Ladder Match, and that belt won’t be a factor, because it will be hanging above the ring. It’s Hardy’s match as well.

NAWA Glory 4/19/2012: Tonight, the Gold Rush Tournament continues, along with the Best of Five Series between Ricochet and Sami Callihan. Also, the NAWA Women’s Title is on the line in the main event when finally, Mia Stylish takes on Gail Kim. Let’s head down to the ring for some action tonight on Glory.
Mike Bennett advanced forward in the 2012 Gold Rush Tournament with the Box Office Smash on Mr. Anderson. After losing the Television Title, Bennett wants to get back on his feet. Anderson and Bennett had a pretty decent encounter, with Bennett being more focused. Anderson misses a charge and hits the Box Office Smash for the pin in 11:55(***)
Mike Bennett advances forward in the tournament and will be facing the winner of the next match between Paul London and Samoa Joe in the Quarterfinals of the tournament.
Ricochet moves up to 2-1 in the Best of Five Series against Sami Callihan. Callihan is on the top rope and Ricochet nails him hard before hitting him with a Frankensteiner to send him off of the ropes. Ricochet covers Callihan and gets the pin in 11:38(****)
Robert Roode cuts a promo, complaining about what Jeff Hardy did. Hardy cost him a big time match and now Roode will face off against him in a Ladder Match. The belt will be hanging above the ring. Roode says that Hardy won’t make it to Gold Rush because he’s putting out a contract on Hardy. He’ll pay anyone to take him out, or at least cripple him so he can’t climb a ladder. The NAWA World Champion has put out a hit on Jeff Hardy.
Samoa Joe advanced forward into the Gold Rush Tournament, wrecking Paul London in the next match. Joe won the tournament last year and is going to move forward winning another year’s tournament in 9:33(***)
We head backstage where Kevin Steen is talking how about how in the Quarterfinals of the Gold Rush Tournament, he has to defeat an old demon from his past. El Generico is the bad penny which keeps surfacing. Steen thought he put Generico down once, but he keeps coming. Steen says Generico is going to join Kurt Angle after he’s done with them, and his other two opponents will follow the same fate.
The next match features D’Angelo Dinero scoring the win over Sederick Skyhawk. Dinero uses some dubious tactics to pull out the win over Skyhawk, including a low blow which sets up the DDE in 13:44(*** ½)
Miles Stylish comes out to the ring afterwards and cuts a promo on Dinero. He challenges Dinero to a Chain Match at Gold Rush. Dinero promises to beat Stylish like he owes him rent money. Both men will be hooked together by a chain where the only way you can win is by pinfall or submission. Given Dinero tried to hang Stylish with a chain, you better believe Stylish wants retribution.
Next week, Gold Rush first round concludes, and the Best of Five goes into Match Four with a must win situation for Sami Callihan.
The main event featured the NAWA Women’s Title on the line between Gail Kim and the former five time champion Mia Stylish. Gail Kim retained the title with the Eat Defeat after Kana got involved. Stylish was going for her sixth title, but it was not to be. Kim hits the finisher and wins in 15:33(****)
Kana taunts Stylish up the ramp, drawing some cheers from the fans. Stylish wanted the title shot and she fell short.

NAWA Glory 4/26/2012: Tonight, the Best of Five Series continues, The Gold Rush Tournament First Round wraps up, and also, Jeff Hardy will fight a mysterious hired goon hired by Robert Roode to take him out. All of this and more. NAWA Glory starts right now.
Austin Aries advanced forward in the 2012 Gold Rush Tournament with a win over Chris Sabin. Sabin catches Aries off of the ropes, but Aries hangs him up on the ropes and gets the easy pin in 13:22(***)
Austin Aries advances and seven men have been announced for the tournament. The eighth man is in later tonight with the Frankie Kazarian against Willie Mack match.
Sami Callihan tied things up in the Best of Five Series against Ricochet. Ricochet missed a flying attack and Callihan caught him with the Cradle Breaker to hold him down for the pin in 10:44(****)
Next week, the Best of Five Series continues with its final match, where the winner challenges Prince Devitt for the NAWA Cruiserweight Title at Gold Rush.
Willie Mack punches his ticket to the Quarterfinals of the 2012 Gold Rush Tournament, beating Frankie Kazarian. One half of the tag team champions keeps the larger Mack off balance with his technical abilities, at least until Mack catches him and finishes him off with the Chocolate Thunder Bomb in 9:55(***)

Kana blitzes Madison Rayne in our next match. She takes down Rayne as both Mia Stylish and Gail Kim are watching this match. She kicks Rayne’s head in and finishes her with a brutal Roundhouse Kick in 8:44(***)
Three top women’s competitors are gunning for the NAWA Women’s Title. Gail Kim is the woman to defeat at this moment.
Robert Roode comes out and talks to a man dressed in black who is ready for his next match. The mysterious henchmen is ready tonight.
Jeff Hardy defeated Robert Roode’s Hired Goon in a pretty brutal match. The goon showed some impressive moves, including a huge reverse chokeslam which nearly puts Hardy down. Hardy avoids a charge and hits a neckbreaker before getting the Swanton Bomb for the pin in 10:21(***)
Roode stands on the ramp and yells he has another challenger for Hardy next week. Hardy makes motions as if he’s climbing a ladder, which triggers Roode at ringside.

NAWA Glory 5/3/2011: Tonight, the Best of Five Series for the number one contendership for the NAWA Cruiserweight title concludes. Plus, the Motor City Machine Guns get one last title shot against Bad Influence inside of the confines of a steel cage. Also, Jeff Hardy takes on another one of Robert Roode’s hired henchmen. Glory opens up with a huge tag team match.
Kana and Gail Kim defeated Tara and Mia Stylish. Stylish cut her losses on Tara and bailed to the back. This allowed Tara to eat a vicious roundhouse kick which was more enough to get dropped for the pin in 11:33(****)
D’Angelo Dinero is talking to Tony Mamaluke. He talks about how Mamaluke has had his problems against Miles Stylish over the years. He says that Stylish looks down at good hard working people like himself and Mamaluke, and he thinks he’s entitled to title shots. He offers Mamaluke some cash if he would take a match with Miles Stylish tonight and maybe soften him up a little bit. Mamaluke is surprised at the money, and comments about how that’s more than he made ever since returning to the company. He has a deal, and he’s going to beat Miles Stylish tonight. The bad blood between these two goes back several years.
Ricochet and Sami Callihan battled in the best of five series against each other. Callihan hit a belly to back superplex off of the ropes, but all four shouldres are down in 13:44(****)
The match is announced as a double pin and we see some argument. Callihan yells his shoulders shouldn’t have been counted. We will have to get some kind of decision on this soon.
Tony Mamaluke is out, cutting a promo on Miles Stylish. He hasn’t forgotten about Stylish and the hell he’s put him through in the New Age Wrestling Alliance. Now, Mamaluke’s going to beat Stylish and move forward to become the NAWA World Champion. Stylish comes out and entertains the match.
A fire has been lit under Tony Mamaluke, as he took on Miles Stylish. Mamaluke gets a couple of good nearfalls, but it was not enough. It was never enough as Miles Stylish puts him away in 15:55(*** 3/4)
The Motor City Machine Guns are backstage talking about their tag team title match. This might be the last stand for the Guns, but they’re going to go out firing and regain the NAWA World Tag Team Titles. Five time champions tonight, they’re sure of it.
Jeff Hardy triumphed against another one of Robert Roode’s masked henchmen. The henchman entered the ring and beat down Hardy for the majority of this match, until Hardy fought back out of a Full Nelson. The Twist of Fate and the Swanton Bomb are enough for him to score the pin in 9:55(** ½)
Hardy stands tall and Robert Roode throws a ballistic fit at ringside. He yells that next week, Hardy is going against a third hired gun and he will be dropped. Roode yells that Hardy’s not getting his belt.
The NAWA World Tag Team Titles are on the line in the main event with Bad Influence defending the belts against the Motor City Machine Guns. The Guns came close to becoming record setting five time NAWA World Tag Team Champions. The Bad Influence managed to hang up Sabin in the Tree of Woe and double team Shelley. Shelley fights back. The Guns double team Daniels, but Shelley accidentally superkicks Sabin. This allows Kazarian to hit the STO and it sets up the Best Moonsault Ever for the pin. The pin is scored and the belts are retained in 18:44(**** ¾)
Bad Influence leave with the belts, taunting the fans. Tune in next week for the go home show for Gold Rush 2012.

NAWA Glory 5/10/2012:
We have an announcement to open up the show. Amanda Sinclair has announced that Prince Devitt will put the NAWA Cruiserweight Title on the line against both Ricochet and Sami Callihan in a Triple Threat Match at the Gold Rush Tournament. Tonight, Ricochet goes up against D’Angelo Dinero and Sami Callihan takes on Miles Stylish. Plus, the NAWA World Tag Team Titles are on the line. All this and more tonight on Glory.
The Briscoe Brothers and the Young Bucks fought to a double countout in a match to determine future challenges for the NAWA World Tag Team Titles held by the Motor City Machine Guns. Jay Briscoe spent too much time beating on Nick Jackson on the floor and both are counted out. Neither team gets a championship match in 12:32(***)
A look at the Gold Rush Tournament Quarterfinal round matches are shown. AJ Styles against Sederick Skyhawk. El Generico takes on Kevin Steen. Samoa Joe locks horns with Mike Bennett. And Willie Mack goes up against Austin Aries. There can only be one, to get a shot at the NAWA World title. Given Miles Stylish already staked his claim to the champion at WrestleClash XI, the winner will receive a title shot on June 24th at Night of the Rogues.
The next match featured D’Angelo Dinero picking up the win over Ricochet. Ricochet goes for a springboard splash, but Dinero avoids the attack. Back and forth action until Dinero hits a ten count series of punches into a sitdown faceslam to score the pin in 14:33(****)
After the match, Dinero has the chain. Miles Stylish rushes down to the ringside area and blocks Dinero from attacking Ricochet after the bell. Both of them fight each other for a couple of minutes until Stylish dropkicks Dinero to the arena floor to a mild pop from the fans. Dinero throws a tantrum on the floor and throws his hands up into the air.
Robert Roode is talking to his latest henchmen backstage for their next match. He says that he wants Jeff Hardy broken and battered.
All Night Express defeated the duo of Brian Kendrick and Paul London. London gets sent to the floor which allows Kenny King to hit a reverse neckbreaker while Rhett Titus hit a belly to back suplex to get the win in 13:45(** 3/4)
King gets on the microphone and makes his intentions to win the NAWA World Tag Team Titles very clear. After tonight’s win, the All Night Express has a pretty good argument.
Miles Stylish stepped into the ring against Sami Callihan in the next match. Callihan showed that he was ready to hang with the big boys, beating up Stylish for a good portion of this match. Stylish fought out of a high angle backdrop and then pulls out the Las Vegas Trauma to score the pin in 15:33(**** ½)
Dinero rushes out from the back. Stylish catches him one more time and the two brawl. The announcers hype up the chain match at Gold Rush between the two of them.
Jeff Hardy fought the latest hired goon of Robert Roode who ended up being Rhino. Rhino beat on Hardy for the vast majority of this match and worked over his ribs. The Gore in the corner is missed and Jeff Hardy pulls out the Twist of Fate before connecting with the Swanton Bomb for the pin in 12:11(*** ½)
Robert Roode enters the ring and clips Jeff Hardy’s leg out from underneath him. Roode works over him and grabs the leg before working him over with a series of leg scissors stomps. Hardy rolls over and clutches his leg. Roode stands over Hardy. Rhino is back up and GORE TO HARDY AS HE TRIES TO STAND! Roode smiles and takes Hardy’s leg and wraps it around the ringspot. If Hardy can’t walk, he can’t climb a ladder. Roode goes for a chair, but security is out.
We end the show with hype for three days for the NAWA World Title. The Ladder Match between Robert Roode and Jeff Hardy at Gold Rush.

NAWA Gold Rush-5/13/2012: Tonight, the New Age Wrestling Alliance steps into the ring for Pay Per View, with Gold Rush. Three big rounds of the tournament for an NAWA World Title shot at Night of Rogues. Plus, the NAWA World Title will be on the line in a Ladder Match when Robert Roode defends against Jeff Hardy. All this and more, but first, the NAWA Cruiserweight title is on the line in a three way match with Prince Devitt defending against Ricochet and Sami Callihan.
The Cruiserweight title opens up with Prince Devitt defending the belt against two former challengers in Ricochet and Sami Callihan. Callihan attacks at the bell with alternating punches against both Ricochet and Devitt. Callihan winds up and plasters his opponent with a series of punches. The jabs are sending Ricochet back off against the ropes. Callihan goes for a huge swing. Devitt ducks the swing and punches away at Callihan. Devitt hits a basement dropkick while Ricochet hits a dropkick to the back of the head.
Both Ricochet and Devitt now are back on their feet. These two had a tremendous match last year at WrestleClash X for the Cruiserweight Title. Both circle each other with Ricochet and Devitt trading chops until one backs the other off into the ropes. Devitt leapfrogs over the charging Ricochet and bounces him off of the ropes. The kick is drilled to the midsection. Devitt drills repeated elbow strikes to the back of Ricochet’s head. Ricochet does a back bridge to avoid an attack, pops to his back, pops up to his feet, and hits a spinning headscissors. Devitt bounces up to his feet and Ricochet takes a couple of steps back.
The champion is in the corner and Ricochet jumps into the corner with a huge forearm smash. Callihan is on the ropes and springboard shoulder blocks into the ring. Ricochet ducks down and avoids the flying attack from Callihan, to cause him to slam right into the champion. Callihan turns around and chops Ricochet hard against the chest. Callihan throws Ricochet off into the ropes and a kneelift right into a gutwrench. Ricochet is slammed down across the knee with a gutbuster.
The champion is up and Callihan nails him with a huge forearm smash down across the face. More forearm smashes connect to Devitt. Callihan throws Devitt off into the ropes. Devitt comes back with an uppercut to the chin. Callihan is stunned into the ropes. Devitt goes for a roundhouse kick. One of the challengers ducks and nails Devitt with a forearm smash down across the back of the head. Callihan drilled his forearm repeatedly against the back of the head of his opponent. Ricochet jumps on Callihan’s shoulders. Callihan steps back and drives his opponent face first down onto the canvas with an inverted power bomb! He steps back and smiles at the flattened Ricochet. Callihan takes a step back.
Back comes Devitt from the other end. Callihan hoists him up and turns around before power bombing him down onto the chest of Ricochet! Both men are flattened and Callihan flattens then even more with a cannonball. Both of them are down and Devitt pulls Devitt off before making the cover on the champion. He only gets a two count. He decides to cover Ricochet, but Ricochet rolls the shoulder up one more time.
An ugly scowl comes across the face of Sami Callihan. Callihan brutalizes his enemy with a series of forearm smashes and hurls him to the ring apron. Callihan throws himself at Ricochet and knocks him off of the ring apron. Ricochet is slumped over on the arena floor. Callihan goes for a Yakuza Kick to Devitt. Devitt ducks and hits a bullet dropkick sending Callihan into the corner. Bloody Sunday connects and Devitt floats over hooking the leg to get the pin in 12:32. Prince Devitt retained the NAWA Cruiserweight Title over Sami Callihan and Ricochet in 12:32(*** ¼)
The fans are on their feet cheering. Ricochet steps into the ring and he does not look too happy. He stares down Devitt who once again walks out with the NAWA Cruiserweight Title. Ricochet was down on the floor and he yells at Devitt. Devitt just holds up the belt as if to say better luck next time.
The Gold Rush Tournament Quarterfinals start out with Sederick Skyhawk against AJ Styles. These two men are no strangers to one and other. This is a different Sederick Skyhawk than AJ Styles fought all of these years ago. We have a clean technical contest at the bell with Skyhawk breaking when Styles gets to the ropes. Styles wrestles Skyhawk down to the canvas and then hits a headscissors before applying a figure-four headscissors onto Skyhawk. Skyhawk thrashes around and just makes it to the ropes.
The hold is broken up and AJ Styles motions for Sederick Skyhawk to move over. Both men trade some moves. A huge kneelift drills Styles down into the corner. A series of kneelifts give a very brutal follow up. Skyhawk throws Styles into the corner. Skyhawk delivers a belly to back suplex. He motions for Styles to climb to his feet one more time and chops his chest. Another couple of chops against the chest rattle Styles. Skyhawk hooks Styles and brings him over with a vertical suplex. The cover is made and a two count only.
Skyhawk applies a front facelock to Styles and pushes the pressure down onto the back of his neck. The fans are rallying behind Styles. Styles is fighting out of the move with a series of forearm smashes down into the stomach. Skyhawk is doubled over with Styles shoving him off into the ropes. He leapfrogs over the charging Skyhawk. Skyhawk comes back off the ropes and nails a vicious DDT to Styles. Styles folds up underneath the impact of Skyhawk driving him down to the canvas. The cover is made and Styles just kicks out of the cover yet again.
A series of stomps rattle Styles. Skyhawk waits on Styles and goes for a forearm. The move is ducked and Styles connects with a Discus Clothesline to bring him down. The fans are on their feet and the referee is putting the standing ten count on both men. AJ Styles pulls himself up to a standing position at the count of seven and waits on Skyhawk to get up. Skyhawk goes for a punch. Styles ducks and fires back with a series of jabs off of the ropes.
He throws Skyhawk up off of the ropes and leapfrogs his charging opponent. Styles kicks Skyhawk in the ribs and then backs off before going for a running kick. Skyhawk is knocked into the ropes. Styles climbs to the outside and he goes for the springboard. Skyhawk avoids the springboard and Styles lands on his feet. Skyhawk follows through with a huge Russian Legsweep on Styles. He covers him hooking the leg and gets a two count.
The NAWA Television Champion steps back from the ropes. Styles rises to his feet with Skyhawk climbing up to the ropes. He dives off the ropes with a flying axhandle and connects to the top of the head. Skyhawk covers Styles and he kicks out of the cover once again at the count of two. Skyhawk steps back and drives his knee into the side of the head of Styles. The fans are starting to turn on Skyhawk a little bit. Skyhawk climbs to the second rope and jumps off. Styles catches him with a dropkick to take him down.
Both men are down on the canvas. The standing ten count is put on both men. Styles goes for a punch. Skyhawk blocks the punch and fires back with a series of jabs of his own. He throws Styles into the corner. Styles catches Skyhawk with an elbow strike and springboards to the top rope. An Asai Moonsault is avoided with Styles landing on his feet. He hits the Pele Kick on Skyhawk! Styles now heads to the outside. Springboard forearm smash is avoided with Skyhawk dodging the attack. Skyhawk catches him with a spear and covers Styles hooking the leg for a nearfall.
The television Champion steps back and kicks Styles in the ribs. Another couple of shots to the ribs. Skyhawk sets up Styles and brings him down with a huge suplex. Skyhawk steps back and ascends to the top rope. Fallen Star misses. Skyhawk wipes himself out and Styles kicks him in the ribs. Styles Clash connects and Styles rolls Skyhawk for the pin. AJ Styles advances to the Semifinals and is one step closer. Our next match features Kevin Steen going on one on one with El Generico in the second Quarterfinal Round Match.
Kevin Steen and El Generico is the next match in the Gold Rush Tournament. Steen greets his former enemy with a huge slap to the face. Generico fires back with a series of punches, stunning his opponent with a repeated barrage. Generico grabs Steen and delivers a side headlock to flip him down to the canvas. Steen breaks out of the hold and pops up to his feet. A kick to the chest stuns Generico and he’s thrown into the ropes. Generico catches Steen as he ducks with a kick to the face.
Generico hooks Steen in a headlock and runs up the ropes before taking him down in a side headlock. Steen rolls over onto his side and elbows his way out of the move. Steen is back up to his feet and faces off against Generico. Both men go after each other and Steen shoulder blocks Generico down and stomps away at him. A running senton is missed when Generico rolls out of the way. Generico steps back and hits a running dropkick to his downed opponent to take him down. Generico steps back and hits a leaping kneedrop. He covers Steen and gets a two count off of that one.
The Steen Death Machine is now on his feet. Generico cracks him hard into the chest with a chop. Another chop sends Steen into the corner hard. Generico throws him halfway across the ring and hits a running kneelift into the corner to stun his opponent further. A series of punches rocks his enemy before Generico throws Steen off into the ropes. Generico grabs him around the arm and takes Steen down to the canvas. Generico hooks the arm and cranks on it, grabbing him in an arm grapevine hold. Generico is putting the pressure on Steen.
Steen tugs onto the mask. Thumb buried right to the eye. Steen grabs Generico and throws him into the corner. Steen hits a vicious running knee smash into the corner to double his opponent over. Steen drills his adversary repeatedly about the top of the head and hurls him off into the ropes. Steen kicks Generico in the ribs and sets him up. A huge suplex brings Generico down to the canvas. Steen applies a very vicious bow and arrow submission hold to his opponent and punishes him. The fans are trying to get behind Generico. Steen breaks the hold and then stomps down on the chest of his adversary.
A vicious fishhook is delivered by the NAWA International Champion. He smashes into the face of Generico with a huge headbutt. Generico has been rocked and now Steen pulled away from him. Steen grabs him in a headlock and pulls Generico up. He shoves Generico into the ropes and slaps him around repeatedly to draw the ire of the fans and a warning from the referee. Steen puts his boot into the throat of Generico and then drills him with a couple of kicks to the side of the head.
Steen scoops up Generico and marches him across the ring. A backbreaker drills Generico down across the knees of Steen. Steen holds up Generico and turns him before driving him down with a second backbreaker before putting him onto the shoulders. He drops Generico down throat first on the top rope. Steen talks trash to Generico and waffles him with repeatedly punches. Generico swings from his feet. Steen kneelifts Generico in the ribs and pulls off a double underhook power bomb to the side. Generico is covered hooking the leg and gets down for a two count.
The Generico Luchadore pulled himself up. Steen headbutts him down to his knees. A series of forearms to the chest rocks Generico. Generico swings at Steen and Steen hits him with a huge kneelift to the side of the chest. He steps back and SUPERKICKS GENERICO OFF OF HIS KNEES! Generico is down and Steen makes the cover hooking the leg. Two count before Steen pulls him up.
The fans are booing Steen and Steen pulls up Generico off of the canvas. He puts Generico into the corner and kneelifts him in the chest. Multiple strikes in the corner and now Steen goes for the cannonball. Generico ducks and Steen is hung up in the corner. YAKUZA KICK WHILE IN THE TREE OF WOE! Generico pulls Steen into the center of the ring and covers him to get a two and a half count!
The fans are on their feet, and looking excited. Generico pumps his fist into the air and nails Steen to send him into the corner. Repeated forearm smashes send him into the ropes. Generico steps back and goes for a dropkick. Steen catches him and catapults Generico over the ropes. Generico skins the cat and goes back in. He springboards in and hits a tornado DDT off of the second rope. He holds down Steen and gets the pin just barely. El Generico defeated Kevin Steen to advance to the semifinals of the Gold Rush Tournament in 13:30(**** ¼)
After the match, Steen is up and he attacks Generico. He throws Generico into the ropes and POP UP POWER BOMB LAYS HIM OUT! Steen picks up Generico and turns him over before applying the Ankle Lock to Generico. The mockery of Kurt Angle is obvious with Steen putting the pressure on Generico’s ankle. Security comes out to break up the move. Generico will be fighting AJ Styles, but after the beating Steen laid on him, you have to wonder what kind of condition he would be in.
The next match featured Mike Bennett against Samoa Joe in the third Quarterfinal Round Match of the Gold Rush Tournament. Bennett starts this match by fleeing from Joe. Joe decides to give chase to Bennett. Bennett slides into the ring and nails Joe with repeated forearms across the face. He goes for a neckbreaker. Joe breaks the hold and shoves Bennett into the corner. Joe buries his knee into Bennett’s chest and throws him halfway across the ring. A backbreaker sends Bennett down to the canvas. Joe hangs onto Bennett and takes him down with a huge powerslam.
Bennett is down on the canvas and he attempts to get to his feet, begging off. The Samoan Submission Machine repeatedly chops Bennett’s chest until it grows red. Joe grabs Bennett and hits a dragon screw leg whip before applying a half Boston Crab. Joe is punishing Bennett and repeatedly folding back on the knee. Joe is trying to tear Bennett’s knee off by folding it back. Bennett screams in agony the more Joe is pushing down on the knee. Bennett is pushing himself forward and reaches the ropes.
The referee checks on Bennett’s injury, and Bennett pops up from the depths to clothesline the ever living hell out of Samoa Joe to take him down to the canvas. Bennett steps back and stomps on Joe’s face to draw heat from the fans. Bennett picks up Joe and drives repeated elbows down across the back of the head. Bennett runs Joe into the corner hard and chops his chest as hard as possible.
Joe fires back with more chops of his own. The Samoan Submission Machine is like a wrecking ball and he throws Bennett into the ropes. Samoan Drop, but Bennett slides out the back door with a reverse neckbreaker. Bennett climbs to the top rope and a diving kneedrop to Joe’s head. Bennett covers Joe hooking the leg and gets a two count. He drives several more forearms down to the top of the head.
Sleeperhold is applied to a kneeling Joe. Imagine if Bennett beat the Samoan Submission Machine by submission. Joe is fighting out of the hold, and Bennett steps back before hitting a huge knee strike to the back of the head. He grabs Joe and nails him with a vicious jawbreaker. Bennett kicks Joe in the jaw and sets him up. Box Office Smash is coming. Joe fights out of the move and goes for another Samoan Drop. Bennett drops down and low blow to Samoa Joe. Bennett hooks him with swinging neckbeaker to send him down to the canvas. He rolls Joe over and stomps the back of his head drawing boos. Bennett picks up Joe and cranks his neck before bringing him down with another swinging neckbreaker. Bennett covers Joe hooking the leg and scores the pin.
Joe pulls himself up with Bennett nails him with an uppercut. Another uppercut cracks Joe in the face. Bennett goes for another huge uppercut but Joe ducks and SLAPS ON THE REAR NAKED CHOKE! He grabs Bennett around the neck and drags him down to the canvas. Joe wraps Bennett’s chest up with the Rear Naked Choke. Joe has Bennett down onto the canvas in this vicious submission move. The fans are losing their minds as Joe cranks on Bennett’s neck. The fans are chanting for Bennett to tap out and Bennett is trying to reach to the ropes. He fades fast and has no choice, but to submit. Samoa Joe taps out Mike Bennett with the Rear Naked Choke in 9:07(*** ½)
The fans are cheering. Samoa Joe might not be the most liked wrestler in the history of this company, but he is a fighter unlike Mike Bennett. Bennett folded like a cheap house of cards after Joe locked him in the choke. Samoa Joe will be facing the winner of the Austin Aries against Willie Mack match.
Two men who have had many problems with each other in the past square off as part of the Gold Rush Tournament. Willie Mack and Austin Aries surround each other. Both lock up with each other, with Aries going behind Mack. Mack fights out of the move and slams Aries into the ropes. Mack throws Aries off into the ropes and launches him high into the air with a high back body drop.
Mack charges across the ring and hits a running dropkick to Aries to send him flying through the ropes. Aries lands on the ring apron and Mack hammers away at Aries before dragging him back into the ring. Mack puts Aries on his shoulders and runs across the ring before pulling out a huge gutbuster to Aries. Mack rolls over Aries and cross-face forearm smashes further stun Aries. Aries is on his hands and knees and swinging at Mack. Mack knees him in the chest.
Aries is hung upside down into the ropes. He tries to pull himself out of the position. He’s tangled in the tree of woe, without any way to get out. The referee pushes Mack back into the corner as Aries is fighting his way out of the corner. The referee is checking on Aries. Aries comes back up and thumbs Mack in the eye.
Mack is doubled over and Aries hits him with a series of forearm smashes down across the back of the head. He grabs Mack around the head and drops him down onto the top rope with a neck snap. Aries climbs to the top rope and waits for Mack. Mack receives a missile dropkick to the chest sending him down to the canvas. Aries backs off and makes the cover on Mack hooking the leg. He gets a two count off on the cover. Aries headlocks Mack and hammers away at him with multiple punches to the head.
A running kneelift to the chest followed with a front facelock. Another series of kneelifts drives down into Mack’s face. Aries flips over and applies a modified bridging submission move. The neck is being cranked on by Aries. Mack is struggling to try and get out of the hold. Aries turns the move into a cross-face submission. Mack is powering out of the move. Aries slips up and kneelifts Mack in the bridge of the nose. Mack is slumped over and Aries hits him with a DDT to drive him down. Aries covers Mack and gets a two count.
Aries stomps down across the chest and picks up Mack. A huge series of forearms down across the side of the head and Mack is slumped into the corner. Aries backs off and hits a running dropkick to the chest of his opponent to rock him back in the corner. The fans are getting behind Mack. Aries kicks him hard in the ribs to draw even more heat. The Greatest Man Who Ever Lived is now on the outside. Mack catches Aries and hoists him up off of the top rope. Aries thumbs in in the eye and drops down. He hits a modified lung blower and covers Mack hooking the leg to get a two and nine tenths count.
An argument happens with the referee before Aries nails Mack with a forearm smash. An attempted brain buster is blocked. Aries decides to opt for a dragon sleeper instead. He’s doing what he can to cut the oxygen away from Mack. Mack is struggling to bring himself up to a standing position. Mack forces himself up and then collapses down to the ground. Aries hooks the head of Mack and Mack bridges up out of the move.
The fans are losing their mind as Mack punches away at Aries. He throws Aries off into the ropes. He hoists up Aries and a huge flapjack draws big cheers from the fans. Mack rushes off of the ropes and hits a huge high cross body block to take his opponent down. Aries has been flattened underneath Mack’s body. Mack covers Aries hooking the leg and gets a two and a half count on him!
The fans are losing their minds as Mack headbutts Aries once and then walks him over to the turnbuckles. Three headsmashes to the top buckle, three to the middle, and three to the bottom before Mack pulls up Aries and then face plants him to huge cheers. Mack waggles his finger and waits for Aries to get back to his feet. Aries swings a huge punch. Mack dodges the punch and catches Aries with a series of punches to the chest. Aries is thrown halfway across the ring. Mack rushes into the corner and hits a running clothesline in the corner. Aries is slumped in the corner and Mack hoists up Aries on his shoulders. Airplane spin gets some cheers from the fans until Aries kicks the referee before Mack dumps him down to the canvas.
The fans are growing loud with boos as Mack goes over to raise the referee. A low blow catches Mack from behind, with Aries driving Mack into the corner. He climbs to the second rope and hits a Tornado DDT. He covers Mack hooking the leg as the referee crawls over. Aries covers Mack hooking the leg and gets a two and three fourths count after Mack kicks out of the cover.
The fans are losing their minds. Aries drags his nails through the back of his head and leaned down. He picks up Mack and drills him with a couple of punches to the side of the head. Mack flies into the corner with a running knee lift to the chest to double him into the corner. He hits a series of forearm smashes into the corner and then running kneelift to the chest. Aries hits a neckbreaker and ascends to the ropes. 450 Splash is avoided. Aries lands on his feet and Mack catches him with a kick to the chest. CHOCOLATE THUNDER BOMB BRINGS HIM DOWN! Mack advances forward into the Gold Rush Tournament and will be facing Samoa Joe in the Semifinals. Aries used a couple of dirty tactics, but in the end, Mack did not and was not able to defeat his opponent in the center of the ring tonight on Pay Per View.
The next match will feature Miles Stylish and D’Angelo Dinero in a chain match. Both will be hooked together with a large chain which both can beat each other with. Dinero attacked Stylish with a chain several times over the past few weeks leading up to this match. Now, it might be payback time.
D’Angelo Dinero taunts Miles Stylish during pre-match as they are hooked together in the chain. Stylish and Dinero struggle to pull each other to the side with the chain. Stylish rushes across with a running dropkick to bring Dinero down to the canvas. Dinero pulls himself to his feet and Stylish whips Dinero across the back with a chain. Dinero struggles to his feet and begs off. Stylish drags Dinero into the center of the ring and hammers him with repeated forearm smashes to the side of the head.
Stylish slides underneath the bottom rope. He grabs the chain and pulls it up. The chain goes up between the legs of Dinero and causes him agony. Stylish springboards to the top rope and comes off with a flying punch with the chain wrapped around his fist. Stylish makes the cover on Dinero hooking the leg and gets a two count. Stylish steps back and looks down on the downed form of Dinero. He backs up and chops Dinero’s chest by wrapping his chain around his hand with a couple of chops.
The fans are on their feet and Stylish whips Dinero into the corner. Stylish charges into the corner and ten count punches. Dinero crotches Stylish on the chain and then kicks Stylish out of the corner. A huge running kneelift to the chest sends Stylish down to the canvas. Dinero picks up Stylish and wraps the chain around his neck before dragging him around the ring. Dinero pounds away at Stylish with multiple punches. A running forearm smash to the side of the head. Multiple forearm smashes to the side of the head rocks Stylish. Dinero picks up Stylish and sets him up in a vertical suplex. He turns with a double knee backbreaker and covers Stylish hooking the leg for a two count.
Dinero grabs Stylish in a headlock and cranks on the side of the head drawing more heat from the fans. Stylish is trying to push his way out of the hold. Dinero breaks the hold and stomps on the side of the head of Stylish. He hammers away at Stylish some more and throws him into the corner. Dinero hits three dropkicks in succession before heading to the outside. Dinero wraps the chain around his leg and does a springboard Rocker Dropper off of the ropes. The chain loaded leg is driven down to the back of Stylish’s head. He rolled Dinero over and covers him hooking the leg for a two and a half count.
An insane glare came through the Pope’s eyes as he throws his head back and put his hands on the side of his own head. Dinero covers Stylish hooking the leg once again and gets a two count. A series of punches to the side of the head further punishes Stylish. Dinero picks up Stylish and grabs him around the head. He doubles over Stylish with a huge kneelift against the chest. Another kneelift doubles his opponent over and Stylish is taken down with a reverse neckbreaker to drive him down to the canvas. Dinero covers Stylish hooking the leg and gets a two count off of the move once again.
Dinero wraps the chain around his hand and climbs to the second rope. He is perched on the top rope and about ready to dive off of the ropes to bring the chain down into the top of the head of his enemy. Stylish yanks the chain and causes Dinero to flip off the ropes onto the canvas. The fans pop big time. The referee is putting the standing ten count on both men. Stylish is struggling to get to his feet as is Dinero. Dinero catches Stylish with a kick and throws him into the corner. A running knee lift into the corner connects and Dinero snap mares Stylish down using the chain. He bounces off of the ropes and hits a huge dropkick to the face to further stun his adversary.
The fans are on their feet booing. Dinero stands over the fallen body of Stylish and climbs to the second rope. He waits for Stylish to get up and get a boot to the face. Another couple of boots to the face and Dinero is preparing to jump off. Stylish turns and yanks the chain. Dinero smashes himself onto the canvas. Stylish pulls himself up off of the canvas and forearms away at the head of his opponent. Each punch rocks him with Stylish drilling his opponent with further chops. Swinging suplex brings his opponent down to the canvas. Stylish covers Dinero hooking the leg and gets a two count.
The fans are getting behind Stylish. Stylish motions for Dinero to get back to his feet. A huge kick to the midsection stuns his opponent. Stylish kneelifts his adversary in the ribs and throws him into the corner. Ten count punches are delivered. Dinero drops to the floor to avoid. Stylish jumps over the top rope and goes for a tope suicida, but the chain is caught in the ropes.
We see Dinero having unhooked the chain from his wrist. He’s ran around the ring to grab a chair and he nails Stylish with a shot while he is hooked into the ropes. He’s dangling with the chain. Two more vicious chair shots to Stylish are delivered. Dinero steps back into the ring and hooks the chain back to his wrist. He drags Stylish into the ring and makes the cover hooking the leg which is enough to score the pin. D’Angelo Dinero pinned Miles Stylish with two chair shots in 16:33(** ½)
The match is over and now Dinero is stomping his enemies face after the match. He picks up Stylish and throws him into the corner as hard as humanly possible. DDE with the chain wrapped around the legs. Stylish has been split open on the corner. Dinero hammers him with repeated punches to the back of the head before pulling back and spitting on his adversary’s face. Dinero rolls underneath the bottom rope and walks to the back to leave the busted open Stylish down in the center of the ring.
The first Semifinal Match of the Gold Rush Tournament takes place next. We see AJ Styles advancing over Sederick Skyhawk and El Generico pulling out a win over Kevin Steen and getting decimated after the match.
AJ Styles and El Generico meet in this first round match. Generico is a bit hurt, but he refuses to forfeit the match. He and Styles have a technical contest during the early parts of this match. Styles flips Generico onto the canvas and applies a very impressive side headlock to his opponent. Styles cranks on the neck and punishes Generico for the next couple of seconds. Generico kips up out of the move. Styles chops him a couple of times before hoisting up Generico and hitting an inverted atomic drop. Styles steps back and Discus Clothesline brings Generico down to the canvas. Styles covers Generico hooking the leg and gets a two count on him.
Styles grabs Generico. Generico fights out with elbow smashes to the back of the head. Generico bounces off of the ropes and gets a drop toe hold. Styles grabs the leg and steps through with a spinning toe hold. Styles stomps on the leg and punishes Generico for a good portion of the next few minutes of this match. Styles cranks on the leg and then falls back. Generico’s ankle ligaments are pulled. Styles picks up Generico and hits a running dropkick to send his enemy’s leg out from underneath him.
Struggling, Generico makes his way to his feet. He pops Styles with a huge uppercut punch to the side of the head. More uppercuts are followed through with Generico throwing Styles off into the corner as hard as possible. Generico is on one ankle and he beats down Styles with more chops in the corner. He throws Styles into the opposite corner and follows through with a huge forearm smash down across the top of the head. Generico snap mares Styles and then applies a front facelock. Koji Clutch is applied on Styles. Generico puts a huge amount of pressure on Styles who just barely makes it to the ropes.
Generico makes a clean break and waits for Styles to get back up. Generico elbow strikes away at Styles and throws him into the buckles hard. Generico misses a forearm smash in the corner. Styles springboards off of the middle rope. Asai Moonsault lands on his feet and Generico hits a bodyscissors into an Ace Crusher! He hooks Styles and rolls him up into a La Magistral Cradle for a two count. Styles finds his way to a standing position and receives a boot to the chest. Another series of boots to the chest before Generico drives him into the corner hard. Generico elbow strikes Styles and sets him up. Brain buster is countered with Styles dropping down. He hits a sliding dropkick to crumple Generico’s ankle out from underneath him.
Struggling, Generico makes it up to one knee. Styles hammers away at his opponent and hooks him. German Suplex sends Generico flying down to the canvas. Styles punches away at Generico and heads to the outside. Springboard is avoided with Generico moving out of the way. Generico sunset flips Styles down to the canvas and gets a two count off of that move. Styles scrambles up to his feet and elbows Generico. Styles climbs to the top rope. Generico headbutts him in the stomach twice when he is on the ropes, and staggers him. Generico climbs to the second rope with Styles and then to the top rope. Both men are on the top rope. This could be dangerous. GENERICO FLIPS OVER STYLES AND LANDS A TOP-ROPE FRANKENSTEINER TO SEND HIM OFF OF THE ROPES!
The standing ten count is put on both men. Generico curls his knuckle against the canvas and crawls himself over. He almost reaches his opponent. He just has to roll over and throw an arm on his opponent. The cover is made and only a two and a half count when Styles kicks out.
Generico grimaces before climbing back to his feet. Styles is climbing up into the corner. The Generico Luchadore pumps his fist and goes for the Yakuza Kick into the corner. Generico’s ankle rolls out from underneath him. Generico tries to get back to a standing position and back up to hit another Yakuza Kick. This time Styles moves. Generico comes back off of the ropes and turns around into the Pele Kick! Styles grabs Generico and hoists him up. Styles Clash brings him down! Styles rolls over Generico and hooks the leg to score the pin. AJ Styles advances to the finals of the Gold Rush Tournament over El Generico in 12:33(*** ½)
Both men shake hands after the match in a token of respect with each other. AJ Styles is going to return to the finals after losing to Samoa Joe last year in them.
Our next match features Samoa Joe, last year’s winner of the Gold Rush Tournament, stepping into the ring with Willie Mack. Both men lock up and Joe pushes Mack into the corner. Mack comes out of the corner flying with forearm smashes. He throws Joe off into the ropes. A kick to the midsection stuns Joe. Mack clotheslines him down to the canvas. Joe staggers to one knee and then is beaten on severely. Mack winds up and nails his opponent with an elbow strike to the side of the head.
Mack goes for a leaping forearm smash to rock Joe. The Samoan Submission Machine catches Mack and throws him across the ring into the corner. A huge corner clothesline stuns Mack and doubles him over. Joe hoists up Mack onto his shoulder and Samoan Drops him down to the canvas. Joe pulls himself to a standing position and waits for Mack to get to his knees. Joe drills Mack repeatedly with punches. Mack fires from his knees until Joe kicks him in the face. Joe picks up Mack and hurls him hard into the corner.
Mack is slumped in the corner. Joe digs his foot into Mack’s throat. Mack struggles against Joe’s boot into the throat. The fans boo away at Joe. Joe steps back and kicks Mack in the head not once, but twice to draw heat from the fans. Mack is slumped in the corner. Joe chops him against the chest. He is thrown into the ropes. Mack is nailed a couple of times. Belly to back suplex connects. Joe covers him and gets a two count.
The Samoan Submission Machine pulls Mack up and throws him into the corner hard one more time. Mack pops out of the corner with forearm smashes. The Samoan Submission Machine is sent back off of the ropes. Mack hits him with a running shouderblock dropping him to the ground. The fans are cheering and Mack goes to the second rope. He jumps off and hits a springboard cross body block on Joe. This is an impressive move for someone of Mack’s size to deliver and he gets a two count on Joe off of that move.
Mack is not going to be denied. He waits for Joe to get up and throws him into the corner. The huge avalanche is missed and Joe hits a belly to back suplex. Joe step back and a crushing kneedrop to Mack’s chest. Joe steps back from him and hits another kneedrop to Mack’s chest. Mack has been flattened and Joe pulls him up. Repeated forearm smashes to the back of the neck keeps stunning Mack. Joe has him set up and hits a huge side slam to drill his opponent down. Joe covers him hooking the leg off to the side and only gets a two count.
The Samoan Submission Machine is not too happy. He picks up Mack and drops him into the corner. Boot scrape in the corner. Joe goes for the Yakuza Kick. Mack evades it. Joe comes back and soccer punt kicks Mack in the ribs. He hits more punt kicks to the ribs. Joe is punting Mack around like a soccer ball. Mack struggles to get to his feet. It is very difficult for him to stand. Joe slams his elbow down onto the back of Mack’s head.
Mack is pulling himself to his knees. Joe steps back and kicks Mack repeatedly in the ribs. The fans are getting on the case of Joe. Joe acts like he doesn’t care. He pulls Mack up to a standing position and slams his fist repeatedly into the back of Mack’s head. Joe wraps his arm around Mack’s neck and applies the Rear Naked Choke to Willie Mack. Mack is fighting out of the hold. His legs are bending, his arms are moving. Mack is going to find a way out of that move one way or another. He keeps slamming elbow strikes into Joe’s chest to back him off.
The former NAWA World Champion staggers back into the corner. Mack hammers away at Joe and sends him off into the ropes. A huge running avalanche in the corner connects to double Joe over in the corner. Mack steps back and he hits a second Running Avalanche before hoisting Joe up over his head. Mack turns himself and brings down Joe from this position with a bone rattling powerslam! Mack presses down onto Joe’s body and covers him, but only gets a two count!
The fans are on their feet cheering for the Mack. The Mack rushes Joe and dropkicks him. Joe bounces off of the ropes and Mack hits a spinebuster into a sitdown power bomb. He covers Joe hooking the leg and gets a two count. Mack is now heading to the top rope. Joe is up and Mack dives off with a springboard clothesline. The large man crashes into Joe like a rocket launcher and covers him hooking the leg to score the pin.
The fans are on their feet and cheering for Mack. Mack is now heading to the top rope again. He could be going to the well one too many times. Mack dives off of the ropes and goes for a frog splash. Joe rolls out of the way and Mack crashes and burns down to the canvas.
The fans are now on their feet with loud boos. Joe pulls up Mack off of the canvas and drives him down with a series of elbow strikes. He grabs Mack and Muscle Buster connects. Mack pops up to his feet and Joe slaps him with the Rear Naked Choke! Joe is pushing his weight against Mack and forces him face first on the canvas. The referee performs the three arm drops and the match is over. Samoa Joe advanced in the Gold Rush Tournament by choking out Willie Mack in 12:22(****)
Samoa Joe has advanced to the finals of the Gold Rush Tournament where he will meet AJ Styles in a return match from last year’s finals.
The NAWA World Title is hanging above the ring for the next match. Jeff Hardy was attacked three days ago and working with a knee injury. He’s the underdog as he defends against the devious champion, Robert Roode, tonight at Gold Rush 2012.
The Ladder is on the ramp and now Robert Roode steps into the ring. He talks some trash with Jeff Hardy. Hardy blocks a cheap shot at the bell and comes back with a succession of right hand punches. Each punch nails Roode and sends him off of the ropes. Hardy bounces Roode off of the ropes and hits him with a shouderblock. Roode’s leg is grabbed and Hardy drops an elbow on the knee. Another elbow to the knee before Roode scrambles to the outside.
Turnabout was fair play for Hardy. He worked over Roode’s knee just as much as Roode worked over his on this past week on Glory. Hardy scrambles to the outside and goes after Roode. He nails him with a couple of punches and throws him into the ring. Jeff Hardy runs into the ring and nails Roode with a series of jabs before throwing him into the corner. Hardy goes for a running kneelift to the corner. Roode ducks it. Hardy manages to avoid hitting the corner and hits a twisting backspring armdrag off of the ropes. He waits for Roode to get up and kicks him in the face. Twist of Fate is countered by Roode holding on the ropes to block it!
Roode runs back and nails Jeff Hardy with a kneelift to stagger him against the ropes. Roode hammers away at the back of Hardy’s neck and hoists him up. Slingshot suplex brings him down onto the ropes. Roode exits the ring and grabs the ladder. He sets up the ladder in corner and hurls Hardy into it. Roode catches Hardy on his shoulder and turns him around before hitting a flapjack in the ladder!
The fans are booing and Roode is mocking them. He punches Hardy in the jaw and causes him to slump against the ladder. More punches are rattling Hardy as he tries to fight back out. Roode is now throwing him across the ring. He stomps down at the leg and applies an Indian Deathlock to Hardy. Roode is pushing his way against Hardy’s leg and punishing him even further. The fans are trying to get behind Hardy. Roode keeps punishing the knee.
Roode is now pounding further away on the back of Hardy’s leg. He has a bum wheel and Roode keeps talking trash to him. He repeatedly pounds away at Hardy’s leg and then turns him over. Roode snaps his knee into the back of Hardy’s leg before turning him over. He picks up Hardy and goes for a spinning toe hold. Hardy kicks Roode off and causes him to slam into the ladder hard. Hardy is slumped into the ladder in the corner. He staggers back into the corner. Hardy hits him with a couple of chops in the corner.
The fans are going wild as Hardy snap mares Roode and hits a dropkick. Hardy winces and rolls over to try and put some life back into his leg when climbing up to a standing position. It’s not as easy as it looks as Hardy moves around on his leg. He grabs the ladder and pulls it into the center of the ring. He blasts Roode with a series of forearm smashes before setting up Roode and hitting a reverse neckbreaker to bring him down. Hardy moves over and prepares to ascend the ladder.
Hardy walks gingerly up the steps of the ladder. Roode catches him with an elbow to the back of the leg. He pulls Hardy down off of the ladder. Roode drives his punches down onto Hardy’s head and throws him halfway across the ring. A corner clotheslines stuns Hardy. Roode snapmares him down and hits a huge kneedrop to the chest. Roode backs off and hits another kneedrop to the chest.
The fans are booing as Roode throws Hardy to the floor. He sets up the ladder and begins climbing it. It’s a cheap tactic, but it’s an effective Roode. Hardy is up and he climbs up the ladder. He grabs Roode onto his shoulders. Hardy’s bum leg rolls out from underneath him. Roode steps back and hits a huge lariat to the back of the end to drive Hardy face first down onto the canvas.
Roode now picks up Hardy and goes to drive him into the corner. Hardy drops down and shoves Roode sending him into the ladder hard. Hardy grabs Roode and hits a jawbreaker to bring him down. Jeff Hardy now jumps to the corner and hits the Whisper in the Wind! Roode is down, but Hardy is favoring his leg. He scrambles to the ladder and tries to climb up it.
Hardy’s leg buckles out from underneath the ladder. He jumps right down beside of Roode and hits his opponent with a succession of forearm smashes down across the top of the head. He backs off and rushes Roode. Roode ducks the swing off of the back end and hits a vertical suplex to bring him down. Roode rolls over Hardy and climbs back up to a standing position. He pumps his fist up and runs almost all the way across the ring. He goes for a running kneelift. Hardy ducks the move and hits a legsweep.
He hangs onto Roode and hits a split legged legdrop to Roode’s groin. Hardy grabs the ladder and sets it up underneath the championship one more time. Roode is now climbing up the other end. Both Roode and Hardy are trading punches atop of the middle of the ladder. Both men are punching each other through the rungs. Hardy baseball slides Roode through the middle rung of the ladder and sends him crashing down to the canvas. Jeff Hardy scrambles a little bit further to the top of the ladder. Roode is grabbing onto the ladder and rocking it. Hardy jumps down from the ladder.
The fans are on their feet as Hardy peppers his enemy with more punches. Roode is thrown off into the corner as hard as possible and hits the running leg lariat to the chest doubling him over. Hardy connects with the neckbreaker and then scrambles up the ladder. The belt is out of position underneath Hardy. Here comes Roode up the ladder one more time! Hardy and Roode are punching each other until Hardy headbutts Roode and knocks him off of the ladder. Hardy is up on the top of the ladder and comes off the top of it with a Swanton Bomb to Roode.
Hardy may have wiped himself out, but Roode is flattened. Hardy rolls over and ascends up the ladder as quickly as humanly possible. He climbs the ladder one rung at a time. His ankle almost drags out from underneath him when collapsing against the ladder. Hardy takes a very deep breath and throws himself up of the ladder. He grasps the ladder one rung at a time as he moves.
Someone moves in from the underneath the ring. A figure dressed in black wielding a wooden bat enters the ring. THE BAT SMASHES INTO THE BACK OF JEFF HARDY’S LEG! The figure pulls Hardy off of the ladder and throws him over the top rope. We see Robert Roode climb up to his feet and go to the ladder. He’s about ready to climb the ladder for the championship. The fans are on their feet drawing more boos from the crowd. Roode gets up and unhooks the belt before dropping down with ease. Robert Roode retains the NAWA World Title over Jeff Hardy in 15:33(*** ¾)
Roode holds up the NAWA World Title Belt over his head and walks off to the back. His mysterious henchman leaves to the back as well.
It’s time for the final match, where the winner faces Robert Roode for the NAWA World Title at Night of the Rogues next month and the winner of that match defends against Miles Stylish at WrestleClash XI. We’ve got AJ Styles against Samoa Joe in the main event tonight. Last year, Samoa Joe won the Gold Rush Tournament against AJ Styles. Now Joe and Styles fight one more time to see who is the best.
Samoa Joe and AJ Styles stare each other down in this return match from last year’s finals. Joe and Styles go at it with each other and instantly, AJ Styles pulls out a rolling bodyscissors cradle which is enough to hold Joe down for a very close two and a half count. Joe pulls himself back to a standing position and waits on Styles. Styles and Joe lock up and Joe kneelifts Styles in the midsection. He throws Styles into the corner as hard as possible. A huge clothesline in the corner rocks Styles. Another clothesline is avoided and Styles gets behind Joe before hitting a succession of elbow smashes down to the back of the head. Styles throws Joe off into the canvas and then hits him with a back elbow smash to the head.
The fans are losing their mind with boos which are getting even louder. AJ Styles is now on the outside and waiting for Joe to get up. Springboard forearm smash is avoided. Styles lands on his feet and Joe goes straight into the Rear Naked Choke. Styles fights out of the hold and then takes down Joe by the ankle before dropping down onto it. Joe kicks himself away from the hold. Styles is up and Joe is now on his feet. Both opponents get into the guard before Joe comes back in with a vicious kneelift. Double leg takedown, but Styles counters with a cross-armbreaker. Joe fights out of the hold. Styles drops down and hits an armbreaker to Joe.
The announcers talk about the game of AJ Styles. If he injures the arm, then Joe won’t be able to properly put on the Rear Naked Choke. Styles hooks the arm and does an arm twist into a hammerlock. Joe tries to fight off. Styles is off of the ropes and hits a huge leaping forearm smash. Joe drops to one knee and Styles heads to the outside. He waits on Joe to get up. Joe ducks the springboard forearm smash. He grabs Styles and cobra clutch into a modified German Suplex.
AJ Styles has been stuck up on the back of his neck from Joe’s attack. Joe makes the cover on Styles hooking the leg and gets a two count. Joe rubs the soles of his boot into the face of Styles. He stomps the back of the head and pulls up Styles. Succession of forearm smashes into the corner and Joe hits a kneelift. He grabs Styles and then brings him down with a Saito Suplex. Joe covers Styles and gets a two count off of that one.
There is still plenty of fight left in AJ Styles. Joe rattles him with constant chops against the chest. Styles fights back with some more strikes of his own. Joe cuts Styles off with a kneelift. He picks up Styles and bounces him off of the ropes. A huge power bomb slingshot off of the ropes stuns AJ Styles. Joe covers Styles hooking the leg and gets a two and a half count before Styles kicks out of the cover.
Joe drives his boot into the face of his enemy. A succession of stomps to the face further rattle Styles. Joe grabs him and pulls him into the center of the ring. Stretch Muffler submission hold really wrenches the leg of Styles against the back of the head. Styles is screaming in frustration the harder Joe punishes him. Joe repeatedly works over the leg before dropping it down onto the canvas.
The fans are on their feet and giving Joe some heat. Joe winds up and chops Styles. Styles fights back with an insane amount of fire from his knees. Joe rattles him with a huge clothesline to drop Styles down onto his back. He hoists Styles up one more time and takes him down with a huge backbreaker. Joe holds onto Styles and brings him down with a second backbreaker. A third backbreaker punishes Styles and then he covers Styles one more time getting a two count off of that move!
The chants of “let’s go Styles” fills the arena. Joe winds up and chops Styles hard in the face. Styles returns fire with a huge succession of knifehand chops. Joe once again cuts Styles off. Styles gets this little spurts of offense every now and then to keep him alive. Joe repeatedly delivers rolling forearm smashes before grabbing Styles in a wheelbarrow. He turns him and drops Styles into a neckbreaker. The Samoan Submission Machine covers him hooking the leg and gets a two count!
Joe hooks Styles and then applies a cross-face submission hold! Styles is fighting out of the move, with repeated punches to the side of the head. Joe breaks the hold only to stomp Styles down across the back of the head. Styles goes off of the ropes and then Joe catches him in the ST-Joe out of the corner. He goes for the Rear Naked Choke. Styles turns into the ropes and forces a quick break.
A huge running boot to the head stuns Styles. Styles looks up with glassy eyes. Joe hammers him repeatedly across the top of the head. He picks up Styles and tries to dump him back into the ring. Styles hangs onto the ropes. Joe forces Styles down repeatedly and hits him with a Yakuza Kick to the head. Styles is slumped down on the concrete. The referee is putting a standing ten count on Styles, with the fans losing their minds. Styles almost climbs back into the ring, but Joe punts him out into the guardrail again.
The fans are trying to rally behind last year’s runner up. Joe is now on the arena floor and hurls Styles back into the ring. Joe Yakuza Kicks Styles into the corner. He sets him up and corner power bomb followed by another Yakuza Kick. Joe has Styles in the center for the cover and only a two and nine tenths count!
Styles is slumped against the ring ropes. Joe winds up and kicks him in the head repeatedly with a series of boots. He motions for Styles to get up. Joe has Styles set up and is going to go for the Muscle Buster. Styles slides down the backside and drops behind Joe. Joe staggers a couple of inches and then turns around straight into the Pele Kick. Joe drops to his knees and Styles falls back onto the cover to get a two and a half count when Joe kicks out of the move.
The fans are on their feet, chanting for Styles. Styles backs off and kicks Joe in the chest a couple of times. He goes for a kick to the chest. The boot is blocked and Styles jumps up. The enzuigiri is avoided by Joe. Styles wipes himself out on the canvas. Joe repeatedly beats on him on the canvas. He pulls up Styles and throws him off into the ropes. Rear Naked Choke is locked on.
The fans are on their feet trying to rally behind Styles. Styles is pushing out of the grip of Joe’s arm. Joe has Styles almost dropped down to a knee. Styles shoots back up and grabs the ropes once again. The five count is put on Joe. Joe has to break it or he was disqualified from the tournament. Joe repeatedly unloads on Styles and hurls him into the corner as hard as possible. Joe moves into the corner like a wrecking ball and drills Styles against the back of the head with a kick. He goes for the Muscle Buster. Styles fights out of it one more time. Joe catches his legs and sets him up. WHEELBARROW GERMAN SUPLEX BRINGS STYLES DOWN! Styles has been splattered on the canvas and Joe covers him hooking the leg to score a very close two and a half count.
Joe stomps the back of the head of his adversary. Running kneelift sends Styles collapsing into the corner. Another kneelift punishes Styles. Styles swings out of the corner and goes for Joe. Joe fights out with a kick to the chest to double his adversary over. He sends Styles off into the corner and goes for the Yakuza Kick. Styles misses and JOE KICKS THE TURNBUCKL SO HARD HE KNOCKS THE BUCKLE OFF OF THE BOLT!
The Samoan Submission Machine staggers back a half of a step. His leg is folded over and Styles attacks the leg. He grabs Joe and dragon screw legwhip. Styles applies a figure-four leglock to Joe. Now he’s taking the legs out from Joe. Joe fights back out of the hold with a succession of headbutts. Styles pulls away and favors his face. Joe pushes Styles back and grabs Styles around the head. He goes to grab Styles, but Styles takes his leg out from underneath him.
Calf Crusher is applied on Samoa Joe. Styles has the move on. Joe is struggling, but Styles is putting the pressure on him. Determination goes down the face of Styles. The Samoan Submission Machine holds onto the leg and cranks on it. Joe is struggling to reach the ropes. He almost gets to it and then Styles yanks him back into the center of the ring. Joe fights and taps out. AJ Styles defeated Samoa Joe in the finals of the 2012 Gold Rush Tournament with the Calf Crusher in 28:55(*****)
The fans are losing their minds as AJ Styles won the 2012 Gold Rush Tournament, avenging last year’s loss and defeating Samoa Joe to gain an NAWA World Title Shot. He wins and advances to face Robert Roode for the NAWA World Title next month at Night of the Rogues. Styles holds up his hand, drawing cheers from the fans as Joe favors the leg. Styles has done it and is one step closer to winning the NAWA World Title. We fade out with Styles celebrating in the ring with his hand raised up high.

NAWA Glory 5/17/2012:
Robert Roode comes out with his masked henchmen from this past Sunday Night. Amanda Sinclair comes out and demands Roode’s henchmen to unmask. The henchmen unmasks to reveal the man who once went underneath the name Brother Ray, the former Bubba Ray Dudley. Brother Ray talks about how when Amanda Sinclair took over five years ago, he cast him and his brother Devon out of this company. But Ray’s back, after Robert Roode made a deal with him. He protects Roode’s title reign and he gets a title shot at the end. Amanda Sinclair says that since Brother Ray…and he cuts her off, saying his name is Bully Ray now. Regardless, tonight it will be Bully Ray and Robert Roode against the former number one contender Jeff Hardy and the current number one contender, AJ Styles.
We open up with El Generico defeating Paul London via disqualification after Kevin Steen ran in in 8:44 and laid out Steen. Steen hits the Pop-Up Power Bomb as the referee calls for the disqualification(***)
Steen beats down Generico after the match and kicks him hard in the ribs. Superkick stuns Generico to take him down to the canvas. Steen yells at Generico to never show him up again. He spits on Generico’s fallen form and slips underneath the bottom rope. Steen is not happy about losing the Gold Rush Tournament.
Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin have a conversation backstage. They failed at winning the NAWA World Tag Team Titles and now they’re going to their separate ways. Shelley tells Sabin to watch him tonight and Sabin shakes his head. The more things change, the more they say the same.
D’Angelo Dinero picked up the win over Alex Shelley in a pretty decent back and forth match. The DDE spells the end for Shelley in 14:33(****)
Miles Stylish comes out and demands another match with D’Angelo Dinero. Dinero asks if Stylish is sore from losing in back to back Pay Per View Matches. Stylish denies this and demands his match against Dinero, offering to put on the golden ticket which he won in last year’s Race to the Top. Dinero considers it and says that if he beats Stylish, he gets the championship match at WrestleClash XI. The match is on for Night of the Rogues.
Mia Stylish challenged a former tag team partner of her, Alissa Flash. The two of them had an intense match, until Stylish locked on an armbar submission after she hit the corner and made Flash tap out in 14:33(****)
Kana comes out to go after Stylish. Stylish escapes down the ramp and Gail Kim is out. Gail Kim and Kana trapped Stylish on either side of the ramp. Kana rushes Stylish and roundhouse kick. Stylish ducks it and GAIL KIM GETS NAILED WITH THE ROUNDHOUSE KICK! Stylish eats a back spin punch on the back end. Security is out to break up this brawl on the outside of the ring.
The NAWA World Tag Team Titles are on the line. Bad Influence successfully retain their titles against The All Night Express in Rhett Titus and Kenny King. The Briscoe Brothers come out on the ramp and signal they want the NAWA World Tag Team Titles. Daniels taunts the Briscoes and yell they don’t deserve a crack at the gold. Jay enters the ring and Bad Influence bail to the back.
Next week, two old rivals lock up one more time. It’s Miles Stylish against Samoa Joe, one on one next Thursday on NAWA Glory.
AJ Styles and Jeff Hardy defeated Robert Roode and Bully Ray via disqualification in 9:44 after Bully Ray nailed Styles in the back of the leg with a baseball bat. Hardy is beaten down for most of this match, still hurting from last Sunday. He makes the hot tag and AJ Styles runs wild. Ray gets the baseball bat and clubs Styles in the ankle for the disqualification. (*** ¾)
After the match, Roode hits Styles with the Death Valley Driver. He stands on the face of Styles and yells he will never be champion.

NAWA Glory 5/24/2012: Tonight two former NAWA World Champions fight when Miles Stylish will take on Samoa Joe in the main event. Plus, Mike Bennett and Austin Aries takes on Willie Mack and the NAWA Television Champion Sederick Skyhawk. All this and more tonight on Glory.
Kevin Steen takes Chris Sabin down in the opening match. Sabin earns a couple of nearfalls and is sent in the ropes. The Pop-Up Power Bomb is enough to put Sabin down for the pin in 12:14(*** ½)
Steen stomps down on Sabin’s face and draws an insane amount of boos. He goes and connects the Angle Slam to drive him down. In comes El Generico from the back. Steen bolts and Generico puts at Steen’s championship belt. Steen yells that if Generico wants him, he comes and gets him.
Kana is standing backstage when Gail Kim is backstage. Kim and Kana have a little back and forth, with Kim announcing she will defend the NAWA Women’s Championship against Kana and Mia Stylish. Kana wishes her luck and says that she’s coming for the belt.
A battle takes place between Tara and Kana in our next match. Kana applies a vicious Cross Armbreaker and makes Tara tap out in 11:44(*** ¾)
After the match, Mia Stylish comes out and goes for attack Kana. Kana returns fire and drives Stylish off. Gail Kim rushes down to the ring from the back and goes for Stylish. Stylish ducks and Kim knocks Kana down. Stylish connects with a gutbuster on Kim and steps back to draw heat from the fans.
The Briscoe Brothers picked up the win over the All Night Express. Kenny King is knocked to the floor. Rhett Titus is hit with the Spiked Jay Driller and pinned in 10:29(*** ½)
Bad Influence come down and taunt the Briscoe Brothers. Jay yells he wants a title shot. Daniels comments it’s their funeral. The NAWA World Tag Team Championship will be on the line at Night of the Rogues when Bad Influence challenge The Briscoe Brothers for the NAWA World Tag Team Titles.
Jeff Hardy cuts a promo, demanding a match with the newly minted Bully Ray. He will take down the Bully and then he’s going for the NAWA World Title once again.
Austin Aries and Mike Bennett triumphed over Willie Mack and Sederick Skyhawk. Mack and Skyhaw had a meeting of the minds. Aries connects with a brain buster. Thee slaps of the mat later signifies the pin over the NAWA Television Champion in 11:55(*** 1/2)
D’Angelo Dinero talks some trash about Miles Stylish. His dream of being a record setting five time NAWA World Champion is going to go up in smoke.
Miles Stylish and Samoa Joe will square off in the main event. Joe and Stylish rock back and forth. D’Angelo Dinero watches to the ramp. Joe applies the Rear Naked Choke. Stylish breaks out of the hold and sends him into the corner. Las Vegas Trauma is countered into the Choke. Stylish fights out and hits the Las Vegas Trauma this time to score the pin 15:55(****)
D’Angelo Dinero runs down the ramp and goes for Stylish. Stylish turns around and Dinero throws his hands up. Miles Stylish against D’Angelo Dinero takes place at Night of the Rogues with the Golden Ticket on the line.

NAWA Glory 5/31/2012: The New Age Wrestling Alliance features a huge main event with Jeff Hardy taking on D’Angelo Dinero. We also will see the NAWA Television Title on the line when Sederick Skyhawk takes on Willie Mack. Plus, AJ Styles meets Rhino. Let’s get down to the ring.
Jay Briscoe got the duke over Christopher Daniels with the J-Driller in 10:43. Daniels goes for the Angel’s Wings with Jay Briscoe countering with a high back drop. He hits the Jay Driller and pins him in 10:43(*** ¾)
Kazarian rushes into the ring to nail Jay from behind. He is cut off at the pass by Mark Briscoe and yanked down off of the ground. Mark Briscoe steps into the ring and the Briscoes send Daniels packing. The announcers hammer the hard sell for Bad Influence defending the NAWA World Tag Team Titles against the Briscoe Brothers.
The announcers hype the Triple Threat Match for the NAWA Women’s Title with Gail Kim defending against Kana and Mia Stylish. Kim will have her back against the wall against two dangerous opponents on Pay Per View.
Gail Kim drove Alissa Flash down with the Eat Defeat. Both competitors swung back and forth in battle. Alissa Flash came within a hair of beating Kim. She fights the Kudo Driver and hits the Eat the Defeat in 14:58(*** ¼)
The announcers once again hype up the Women’s Title Triple Threat Match.
AJ Styles continued to move forward with an impressive win over Rhino. Rhino wrecks Styles in the corner and misses a gore. He hits a Pele Kick and a Springboard 450 Splash for the pin in 13:48(****)
Robert Roode storms down the ramp to talk trash to AJ Styles. The announcers talk about the NAWA World Title match with the 2012 Gold Rush Winner AJ Styles taking on Robert Roode for the gold.
Jeff Hardy cuts a promo and hypes his match with D’Angelo Dinero. He will have a match with Bully Ray and will settle the score for costing him the NAWA World Title.
Sederick Skyhawk and Willie Mack battled to a no-contest with Mike Bennett and Austin Aries running out to the ring and beating up both Mack and Skyhawk. Skyhawk retains the NAWA Television Title in 3:36(** ½)
Amanda Sinclair comes out and restarts the match to add Bennett and Aries to make this a four way match.
Austin Aries captured the NAWA Television Title against Mike Bennett, Sederick Skyhawk, and Willie Mack after Mack and Skyhawk are to the floor. Aries catches Bennett and rolls him up for the pin in 19:46. (*** ½)
The fans are booing as Austin Aries takes the NAWA Television Title Belt.
Hype is made for D’Angelo Dinero against Miles Stylish. Dinero has beaten Stylish the past two times on Pay Per View. If Dinero wins a third time, he gets the NAWA golden ticket.
The main event featured D’Angelo Dinero picking up the win over Jeff Hardy. Hardy crashes and burns and Dinero gets the advantage. He stages a comeback and wipes out Dinero with a moonsault. Bully Ray rushes down to the ring and hits him with a baseball bat in the leg. Dinero makes his way back into the ring and hits the DDE for the pin in 14:48(****)
The announcers hype the two big matches. Jeff Hardy takes on Bully Ray and D’Angelo Dinero will take on Miles Stylish at Night of the Rogues.

NAWA Glory 6/7/2012:
Tonight, we see a main event with Jeff Hardy and Miles Stylish taking on Bully Ray and D’Angelo Dinero. Plus, AJ Styles and Robert Roode have a face to face confrontation leading up to their NAWA World Title Match. All this and more tonight on Glory.
Alex Shelley picked up the win over Ricochet with some assistance from the interfering Sami Callihan. Callihan knocked Ricochet into the post and threw him back into the ring. Shelley rolls up Ricochet into a cradle and scores the pin in 10:53(*** ¾)
After the match, Sami Callihan enters the ring and beats on Ricochet before laying him out with the Cradlebreaker. Callihan yells that he should be Cruiserweight Champion and he would be if it wasn’t for Ricochet getting in the way. Ricochet has been sprawled out on the canvas, not moving from the beating he suffered.
Kevin Steen has a conversation with Teddy Hart and promises him an International Title Shot if he takes out Generico tonight. Hart says he likes what Steen did against Kurt Angle and Steen tells Hart to keep his head up and he might be something in this company someday. Hart remarks that he’s a former NAWA World Champion, but that falls on deaf ears.
The next match featured El Generico against Teddy Hart with Generico countering a corner charge into a sunset flip for the pin in 8:57(*** ¼)
The match is over and out rushes Kevin Steen from the back. Steen superkicks Generico down to the canvas. He beats on Generico and Hart cheerleads Steen on. STEEN KICKS HART AND HITS THE ANGLE SLAM ON HIM! He yells to Hart that he’ll never be anything in this business. Steen eats the Yakuza Kick and is sent to the floor. Generico hits a somersault plancha to wipe out Steen on the floor. Security is out with hype from these two long time rivals meeting for the NAWA International Title.
Kana ran through Courtney Rush like a hot knife through butter. Rush got a couple of nearfalls, but received a roundhouse kick for the pin in 10:03. (****)
The announcers hammer home the point we’ll be seeing Gail Kim defend the NAWA Women’s Title against Kana and Mia Stylish at Night of the Rogues.
AJ Styles comes out for his face to face with Robert Roode. Robert Roode comes out on the big screen and says that he won’t degrade himself facing Styles face to face. Here’s AJ Styles ,former International Champion, former Television Champion, Gold Rush 2012 winner, but he’s never really had that run with the belt. It’s his time to shine, his moment in the sun, and he’s going to fall just like Dinero, just like Hardy, and yes, just like that former baggage Roode carried, in James Storm.
Styles gets fired up and asks who does Roode think he is, to think that AJ Styles is not ready. He’s more than ready. He made Samoa Joe tap out. He’s going to win the NAWA World Championship and Roode is going to be eating his dust. There’s nothing about Robert Roode that impresses Styles at all. He’ll get wrecked at Night of the Rogues. Roode laughs, saying that Styles talks a big game, but he’s the man to beat, the champion, the man everyone aspires to be.
Austin Aries picked up the win over Sederick Skyhawk to retain the NAWA Television Title. Skyhawk misses a running dive and almost smacks into the post. Aries hits a rolling elbowsmash which was more than enough to send Skyhawk down for three second in 10:32(*** ¼)
Willie Mack rushes out and Austin Aries bolts from the back. He holds the NAWA Television Title over his head to taunt Mack from the other end of the ring.
Our main event features Jeff Hardy and Miles Stylish defeating the duo of Bully Ray and D’Angelo Dinero via disqualification after Dinero nailed Stylish with the chain in 13:36(*** ¾)
Hardy and Ray disappear down the ramp and Dinero is working over Stylish after the match. DDE connects and Dinero yells that he’s going to lose at Night of the Rogues. We conclude Glory with hype for D’Angelo Dinero against Miles Stylish coming up at Night of the Rogues, as well as Bully Ray against Jeff Hardy.

NAWA Glory 6/14/2012:
Tonight, a huge main event will take place with AJ Styles, the 2012 Gold Rush Tournament winner and the number one contender for the NAWA World Title, AJ Styles will take on Bully Ray. All this and more tonight on Glory.
The opening match featured Sami Callihan and Kevin Steen joining forces to defeat the duo of Ricochet and El Generico. Generico is pitched to the outside at the end. Steen catches Ricochet wit ha shot and sets him up for the Cradle Killer on Callihan for the pin in 10:48(*** ¼)
The announcers hype up two big matches for Night of the Rogues. The NAWA International Title will be on the line when Kevin Steen defends against El Generico and Ricochet meets Sami Callihan where the winner gets a Cruiserweight Title Shot against Prince Devitt at WrestleClash XI.
Sederick Skyhawk, Willie Mack, and Mike Bennett are all in Amanda Sinclair’s office, yelling at each other. Sinclair announcers that tonight, those three will face off against each other with the winner challenging Austin Aries for the NAWA Television Title at Night of the Rogues.
Mia Stylish and Madison Rayne picked up the win over Gail Kim and Kana after Kana accidentally wiped out Kim with a roundhouse kick. The Northern Lights Bomb hits Gail Kim in 10:41(*** ¼)
After the match, Kana grabs Mia Stylish and throws her into the corner. Madison gets kicked in the face. Stylish rolls to the outside. Gail Kim is back up and she nails Kana with a forearm smash. Both women brawl until Mia Stylish enters the ring and nails them both with the championship belt laying them out. Stylish leaves the NAWA Women’s Championship and storms to the back.
Mike Bennett triumphed in a Three Way Match over Sederick Skyhawk and Willie Mack. Mack hurls Skyhawk to the floor and he lands hard. Bennett low blows Mack and runs him into the buckles before rolling him up and scores the pin in 11:47. (***)
Bennett gets the win and will be facing Austin Aries for the NAWA Television Title. Skyhawk enters the ring and he gets in a shouting match with Willie Mack. Mack shoves Skyhawk down and Skyhawk bounces off to nail him with a kneelift to the chest. Both men are pounding against each other until security comes out to break them out.
D’Angelo Dinero picked up the win in the next match over Mr. Anderson. Anderson is sent into the corner hard with Dinero pulling out a running kneelift into the corner. He hits the DDE and gets the win in 10:54. (*** ¼)
The announcers put the hard sell on the D’Angelo Dinero against Miles Stylish match at the Pay Per View. Dinero is going to challenge Stylish for the Golden Ticket which will earn him the NAWA World Title Shot. If Dinero beats Stylish for a third Pay Per View in a row, then Dinero gets the golden ticket. Stylish has put it all on the line, after being so close to win the record setting fifth NAWA World Title reign.
AJ Styles and Bully Ray fought in a very vicious match. Both opponents went back and forth, with Styles fighting out with the Bully Bomb and hitting with the Pele Kick to take him down. Styles heads to the outside and springboard forearm smash connects to Ray. Styles goes for the cover, but Robert Roode enters the ring and breaks up the cover in 10:12(*** ¼)
Roode nails Styles in the head with the NAWA World Title Belt laying him out. Ray is stomping on Styles and they move over. Jeff Hardy runs down to the back and throws himself at Bully Ray to get himself. Roode stands over Styles and taunts him. Styles is fighting back until Roode shoves him off of the ropes. Death Valley Driver is slipped out of the back door. Pele Kick connects to send Roode through the ropes. Roode lands on the floor with Styles stepping back and standing over the champion. The announcers hype up Night of the Rogues and the go home show for next week.

NAWA Glory 6/21/2012:
Huge six man tag team action brings together three big matches for Night of the Rogues when Miles Stylish, AJ Styles, and Jeff Hardy take on Robert Roode, Bully Ray, and D’Angelo Dinero.
The NAWA World Tag Team Champions Bad Influence and the NAWA International Champion Kevin Steen join forces tonight to lose to the Briscoe Brothers and El Generico. Generico rolls up Steen to score his second pin in a row in a month over Steen in 12:11(*** ¾)
The announcers hype up the Briscoe Brothers against Bad Influence for the NAWA World Tag Team Titles. Also, El Generico wants to win the NAWA International Title back and defeat the man who he beat two years ago for it, Kevin Steen at Night of the Rogues.
We have a huge announcement that Sederick Skyhawk and Willie Mack has been added to the Night of the Rogues card. Mack and Skyhawk will team up to face the NAWA Television Champion Austin Aries and his challenger this Sunday, Mike Bennett.
Sami Callihan rolls over former NAWA Cruiserweight Champion in Tony Mamaluke. He hits the Cradle Breaker which is enough to put his opponent down for the pin in 8:33(***)
Callihan against Ricochet where the winner will take on Prince Devitt at WrestleClash XI for the Cruiserweight Title is hyped up. Ricochet wants to avenge his loss from last year, but to do it, he has to defeat Callihan first.
Tag team action took place in the next match on Glory, with the duo of Mike Bennett and Austin Aries scoring an impressive win over Willie Mack and Sederick Skyhawk. Bennett catches Skyhawk with a roll up as Mack was too preoccupied with Aries and this is enough to score the pin in 13:40. (*** ¾)
Bennett slides to the ring and allows Mack to nail Aries with a running avalanche on the floor. These two tag teams will break up into singles matches this Sunday. Willie Mack takes on Sederick Skyhawk and Austin Aries defends the NAWA Television Title against Mike Bennett.
Ricochet got the win over Teddy Hart in the next match. He duplicates Callihan’s success in defeating a former NAWA Cruiserweight Champion in Teddy Hart in this very impressive match. He evades the Hart Attack and hitting the 630 Senton to pin in 11:30(**** ¼)
Ricochet meets Sami Callihan where the winner challenges Prince Devitt at WrestleClash XI for the belt. It could be the revenge of Ricochet, but it could be a nightmare if Callihan beats him because he’s shut out in the cold.
The trio of Robert Roode, Bully Ray, and D’Angelo Dinero defeated their Night of the Rogues opponents in six man tag team action when they beat Miles Stylish, AJ Styles, and Jeff Hardy. It all broke down with Dinero catching Stylish and using the ropes for leverage to score the pin in 18:32 after a wild six man tag tea match. (**** ¼)

NAWA Night of the Rogues 6/24/2012: We hype up the main event for tonight with AJ Styles challenging Robert Roode for the NAWA World Title. Plus, Miles Stylish puts his Golden Ticket on the line tonight against D’Angelo Dinero in the main event. Four other championships are on the line. We kick off with Ricochet taking on Sami Callihan in the next match.
Sami Callihan will square off against Ricochet. Both opponents circle each other. Ricochet moves in with a kick to the chest to start out. He knuckle locks Callihan and jumps up before flipping him over onto the canvas. Callihan pops out of the canvas. Callihan goes for a spin kick. Ricochet bounces off of the ropes. He hits a springboard back elbow smash bringing him down to the ground. He waves Callihan up to the canvas. Callihan is up and Ricochet goes for a kick. Callihan spins Ricochet around and nails him with a forearm smash. A huge belly-to-back suplex drives Ricochet down to the canvas. Callihan covers Ricochet for a two count off of the cover.
The next action leads to Callihan kneelifting Ricochet in the face. He picks up Ricochet and hangs him up in the Tree of Woe in the corner. He runs against Ricochet with a huge running kneelift to the chest in the corner. Two more kneelifts in the corner. Callihan drags Ricochet up and drags him out into a lung blower out of the cover. He covers Ricochet hooking the leg for a two count.
Callihan picks up Ricochet and nails him with a couple of forearms down across the back of the head. He slings Ricochet off into the ropes. He hoists Ricochet onto his shoulders and then jumps forward with a double knee gutbuster. Callihan steps back and covers Ricochet for a two count.
A running kick to the chest repeatedly stuns Ricochet. Callihan picks up Ricochet off of the canvas and sets him up. He drops Ricochet down across the top rope chest first. Callihan steps back and hits him with a running dropkick to send him down to the mats on the floor. Callihan drops down onto the canvas. He picks up Ricochet and throws him into the ring. Callihan springboards back into the ring. Huge clothesline cuts down Ricochet onto the canvas. Callihan covers him hooking the leg and gets a two count.
Stomps stun Ricochet before picking up Ricochet. Repeatedly nailing him in the back of the head with forearm smashes stuns him. Ricochet slumps over the corner. Callihan follows through with a clothesline to the back of the head. He sets up Ricochet and high angle belly to back suplex is countered. Ricochet hits Callihan with an enzuigir to the back of the head. He falls on the top rope and Ricochet springboards over the top rope with a running kneedrop down across the back of the head.
Callihan falls back and Ricochet jumps into the ring. Springboard is missed with Ricochet doing a forward roll. Callihan bends down and Ricochet nails him with a spinning headscissors to send him crashing into the ropes. Ricochet jumps on Callihan’s shoulders and REWIND RANA DRIVES HIS OPPONENT DOWN HARD ONTO THE CANVAS! Ricochet covers Callihan and gets a two and a half count!
He climbs up to the ropes. Callihan pops him in the jaw from the ground. He climbs up with Ricochet. Elbow is nailed him with a series of elbow strikes to knock him off of the ropes. Frankensteiner off of the top rope sends Ricochet down to the canvas. Ricochet heads to the outside and 630 Senton drills his opponent. Ricochet covers Sami Callihan and scores the pin in 12:54. Ricochet pinned Sami Callihan with the 630 Senton in 12:54(****)
The Cruiserweight Title Match is set in stone between Ricochet against Prince Devitt for the gold. Ricochet came so close to winning the title last year. This year he’s going to face off against Devitt one more time, after he’s had another year in his title win.
AJ Styles is preparing to go out for the main event and his title match against Robert Roode. In comes D’Angelo Dinero who vows he’s going to win the Golden Ticket tonight and if Styles wins the title, well his title reign will be only measured in minutes. Styles tells him that it remains to be seen what would happen. Dinero big-leagues Styles and pushes him into the wall. Security comes in to break this fight up.
The Briscoe Brothers are after their second NAWA World Tag Team Title when they challenge Bad Influence. Jay Briscoe starts out against Kazarian. Kazarian catches Jay with a kneelift at the bell and holds him in a side headlock. Jay pushes Kazarian off of the ropes. Kazarian pops back up with a shoulderblock. One half of the NAWA World Tag Team Champions raises his hands in the air. Jay kips back up off of the canvas and belts Kazarian in the bridge of the nose with a forearm smash.
The tag is made to Mark Briscoe. The challengers throw Kazarian off into the ropes. They both leapfrog over Kazarian’s charging body at the same time. They both kick Kazarian in the chest and hit him with a double team suplex. Mark runs across the ring and knocks Daniels off of the ring apron! He does a springboard and goes for a cross-body block. Kazarian ducks out of the way and Mark splatters the canvas hard.
Kazarian grabs the arm of Mark Briscoe and wrings out the arm. He makes the tag to Daniels. Kazarian chickenwings the arm and feeds him to Daniels with a series of jabs to the chest. Daniels throws Mark Briscoe into the corner. A huge kick to the chest with Daniels hoisting Mark onto his shoulders. He turns Mark with a backbreaker to drop him down to the canvas. Daniels pulls him up and repeatedly drove the elbows down across the back of the head to further stun Mark Briscoe.
Some rapid-fire tags in and out with Bad Influence are beating Mark down into the corner. Kazarian runs into the corner with a kneelift to the chest. He steps back and hits a running dropkick into the corner to stun him. Kazarian chops him across the back of the head to stun him. He picks up Mark and puts him on the buckles. Kazarian climbs up and goes behind Mark. A spinning headscissors into a double leg hook holds down Mark for the pin. Kazarian backs off and connects with a huge elbow drop to the side of the head.
The tag is made and Daniels chops Mark. He is thrown into the corner. A running leg lariat stuns Mark in the corner. Daniels snap mares Mark down onto the canvas. He climbs to the top rope. Mark kips up as Daniels dives off of the ropes and hits a dropkick to Daniels! Daniels slumps down on the canvas. Mark is pulling himself over to the corner and drags himself over using the ropes. He is getting closer to the corner and is this close to making the tag. Daniels grabs Mark’s ankle. Mark kicks off and THE HOT TAG IS MADE TO JAY BRISCOE!
Jay charges into the ring and pops Daniels into the mouth. A series of punches to stun Daniels and sends him back off into the ropes. Daniels is thrown hard into the ropes and gets a belly to back suplex to bring him down to the canvas. Jay raises his hands and rushes Kazarian. He knocks him off of the ring apron drawing cheers from the fans. Daniels goes for a clothesline. Jay kicks Daniels in the face and hits a running somersault neckbreaker. Daniels is folded up for the cover. Jay hooks the leg and gets a two count!
The fans are on their feet to rally behind Jay. Jay punches away at Daniels and throws him into the corner. The foot comes up in the face. Daniels goes for a roundhouse right. Jay ducks it and kicks him. Jay Driller is about to connect. Kazarian rushes into the ring and breaks up the move. Mark flies into the ring and takes Kazarian out to the arena floor. Kazarian scrambles down to the arena floor with Mark climbing up to the top rope facing the ring. MOONSAULT ALL THE WAY TO THE ARENA FLOOR!
Daniels heads up to the top rope. Best Moonsault Ever connects and strikes the knees of Jay Briscoe. Jay pulls himself up. The fans are drawing boos as a pair of figures make their way down to the ring. The Young Bucks make their way to the ringside area. Nick Jackson distracts Jay as Matt enters the ring. The fans are repeatedly booing as Bad Influence take the NAWA World Tag Team Titles from the ring. They are drawing massive heat by holding up the belts and taunting their adversaries with it. Bad Influence step back down the ramp. The Young Bucks cost the Briscoe Brothers a match.
Two former Television Title contenders lock up in the next match with Willie Mack against Sederick Skyhawk. Mack’s power game knocks Skyhawk off of balance for the early portion of this match. The Mack peppers Skyhawk with some punches and throws him into the ropes. A high back body drop sends Skyhawk crashing down onto the canvas. Skyhawk tries to rise up, but he favors his back. Mack steps back and kicks Skyhawk in the ribs before throwing him into the ropes. Mack nails him with a huge avalanche into the corner. Skyhawk is hoisted up and dropped down onto the canvas with a Gorilla Press Slam!
Skyhawk flops on the canvas and rolls to the outside. Mack hammers away at Skyhawk and turns him. Forearm smashes are rocking Skyhawk. Skyhawk drops down onto the ring apron and then trips the Mack up. Mack staggers and Skyhawk springboards into the ring. Mack catches him and shoulders Skyhawk. Skyhawk drops down and hits a huge kneelift to the back of the head to send Mack flying through the ropes and landing on the ring apron.
The fans are giving a mixed reaction. Skyhawk rushes over and beats on Mack before hitting a sliding leg trip to knock him off of the ring apron. Mack takes a tumble onto the floor. Skyhawk is now back on the ring apron and takes a running start. Knee smash off of the ring apron takes Mack down! Skyhawk rolls him back into the ring and climbs to the top rope. Springboard knee drop to the chest of Mack. Skyhawk makes the cover and gets a two count on Mack.
Skyhawk applies a surfboard stretch and works over the Mack’s arms. Mack is struggling to get out of the hold. Skyhawk turns him around and repeatedly drives his elbow down across the back of the Mack’s head. The Mack pushes himself up to a standing position and almost collapses form where he is. Skyhawk kicks Mack and then DDTs him down. Skyhawk makes the cover hooking the leg and another two count.
The fans are starting to boo Skyhawk as he slaps the Mack. Mack rises to his knees and more slaps. Willie Mack is getting fired up. Mack headbutts Skyhawk in the chest and throws him into the ropes. Skyhawk comes back with a kick to the knee and he rolls up Mack from behind to get a two count. Mack is back up and he leapfrogs over the charging Skyhawk. The fans are pumping up for Willie Mack. Mack pumps them up and throws Skyhawk over the buckles. He clotheslines Skyhawk down and sets him back up. Skyhawk drops down. Waistlock is countered with some elbow strikes. Mack throws Skyhawk into the corner. Spear in the corner is missed and Skyhawk nails Mack with the Brush with Greatness. That was done out of nowhere and Skyhawk covers Mack for a two count!
The fans are getting behind Mack. Skyhawk grabs him in a sleeperhold. He’s trying to wear the big man down, trying to squeeze the oxygen out of his system. Mack turns himself and then strikes with an elbow smash to the side of the head. Another couple of elbow smashes sends Skyhawk back off of the ropes. Skyhawk catches Mack with a DDT and makes the cover. Another two count with the Mack powering on out.
Skyhawk steps to the outside and ascends the ropes. He waits for Mack to rise up to his feet. Skyhawk jumps off of the ropes and connects with a missile dropkick to Mack. He holds Mack down and gets a two count. Skyhawk steps back and waits for Mack. Mack dodges a forearm smash and then explodes onto Skyhawk with moves of his own. Mack hoists up Skyhawk onto his shoulders and then turns it around before hitting a bone-rattling Samoan Drop to send his opponent down. Mack covers Skyhawk hooking the leg and gets a two count off of the cover.
The fans are chanting for Skyhawk, to try and rally themselves behind the man. Mack hits him with repeated forearm smashes to the face and then throws him into the corner. Mack has Skyhawk. He goes for The Chocolate Thunder Bomb. Skyhawk fights out of it and rolls up Mack to get a two count. Skyhawk has Mack and goes for a DDT. Mack pumps his hand up in the air in celebration. Skyhawk is up, shocked at what happened. He looks at Mack with an astonished look before leaning in and extending a hand. Both men shake hands in a sign of respect.
No respect will happen in the next match. Austin Aries puts his belt on the line against the former NAWA Television Champion Mike Bennet. Both of them lock up at the bell with Aries taking Bennett down with an arm drag. Bennett goes for a thumb to the eye. Aries avoids it instantly and then slaps Bennett repeatedly across the mouth to draw him back. Bennett is sent him back with a series of punches.
Both men circle each other and then Aries kneelifts Bennett and throws him to the ropes. Bennett stalls on the floor until he eats a baseball slide from Aries. Aries steps back and just waits in the corner. Bennett steps back into the ring and offers Aries a handshake. Aries slaps Bennett again. Bennett gets fired up and punches away at Aries. Aries dodges a punch and then kicks Bennett in the midsection. Snap mare is followed up by a running jumping neck snap to put Bennett down on the canvas. Aries covers him hooking the leg and gets only a two count.
Aries applies a cravate on him. Bennett is struggling to get out of the hold. Aries connects with a kneelift to the side of the head. A repeated series of knee strikes to the top of the head stuns Bennett with Aries pushing him off into the ropes. Aries dropkicks Bennett and causes him to slump into the corner. A repeated series of forearm smashes stuns him. Aries throws Bennett off into the corner. Aries hits the corner hard and Bennett kicks him in the back of the leg to drop him down.
The NAWA Television Champion is down and Bennett traps him in a side headlock. He begins riding his opponent. Bennett works onto the chinlock and uses the ropes for leverage. Aries yells at the referee to check the ropes and Bennett takes his feet off of the ropes. Aries breaks the hold when the referee is checking by raking the eyes. Aries crawls back and goes to unhook the corner pad from the corner. Bennett stops Aries by pulling him back into the ring. Kneelift sets up a Russian Legsweep and Bennett floats over hooking the leg for a two count.
The challenger for the Television Championship hooks an abdominal stretch on Aries to punish him. Aries is fighting his way out of the hold with a constant barrage of elbow strikes. He sends Bennett off into the corner and follows through with a huge elbow strike down across the top of the head. Aries hits two more elbow smashes in succession to drill Bennett in the corner. Aries goes for the brain buster. Bennett knees Aries and rolls him up into a small package for a two count.
Bennett clotheslines Aries down and hoists him up. A bodyslam brings Aries down. Bennett drops a succession of elbow drops. Aries kicks out of the onslaught at the count of two. The former NAWA Television Champion climbs to the second rope. A second rope double axe handle smash connect to the head of the Greatest Man That Ever Lived. Bennett covers him hooking the leg and gets a two count.
The challenger is incensed and he boot scrapes Aries across the face. Bennett climbs to the outside and is now heading all the way to the top rope. Aries punches Bennett when he’s on the top rope and slams him off. Bennett is now begging. Aries dropkicks him in the face, opting for a long range attack instead of getting suckered in for a close reigned cheap shot. Aries hooks the leg getting the cover and only gets a two count.
Aries grabs Bennett and hooks him before nailing Bennett with a series of elbow strikes to the shoulder. He rolls Bennett into a pinning position and gets only a two count when Bennett gets out. Gail Kim, Kana, and Mia Stylish steps into the ring for the NAWA Women’s Title. Kana attacks both Stylish and Kim at the bell with a series of kicks. Stylish is the first one dropping down to the arena floor. Kana throws Kim into the ropes. She takes her down with a running hip attack. Kana picks up Kim and throws her into the corner. A series of forearm smashes stuns her into the corner. She throws Kim into the corner as hard as possible.
An elbow smash from the corner jacks Kana in the jaw. Kim hits him with a series of kicks to the head. She leaps on Kana’s shoulders and goes for a flying headscissors. Kana stops her before hitting a series of kneelifts to the side of the head. Kana backs off and kicks Kim in the face. She covers Kim hooking the leg for a two count.
Stylish sneaks into the ring and catches Kana with a kick to the back of the leg. A series of kicks stuns Kana and throws her into the ropes. Stylish hits a rolling kick to the corner to squash her. A jawbreaker brings Kana down. Gail Kim is up and Stylish hits Kim with a huge kick to the face. She takes down Kim and a T-Bone Suplex sends her down on the canvas. Stylish overs Kim hooking the leg and gets a two count.
Kana is up and Stylish hooks her in a Dragon Sleeper. Stylish is punishing Kana with the hold and trying to make her submit. Kana fights out of the hold and backs Stylish back off of the ropes. Kana nails her opponent with a kick to the ribs and now she throws Stylish into the corner. Kana hits a belly to back suplex. The NAWA Women’s champion is up on the top rope. Springboard Frankensteiner connects to Kana and Kim covers her to score a two count off of that particular move.
The champion decks Kana and knocks her to the floor. Stylish is up and Kim kicks her. Eat Defeat is countered with Stylish snapping her down by the leg. Stylish hooks Kim and hits an inverted facelock set up into an elbow drop down across the chest. Kim crashes down and Stylish covers hooking the leg. Kim kicks out of the cover just before the the count of two.
A running dropkick sends Kana off of the ring apron. Stylish connects with a single-arm DDT to the champion. Stylish favors the Kimura Lock and she starts to soften up the arm in response. She picks up Kim and snaps the arm over the ropes. Kana rises up from the depths and Stylish knocks her off of the ring apron once again. Kim tries to roll up Stylish. Stylish counters that move in one fluid attack with a cross-armbreaker to put the pressure onto the arm and shoulder.
The fans are now booing Stylish. Kim is fighting out of the hold. Here comes Kana off of the top rope with a diving kneedrop to break the cover. Kana elbows away at Stylish and throws her to the ring apron. Kana hooks Kim and Cross-Face Chickenwing is applied. Kim scrambles to the ropes and hangs on for dear life. Kana breaks the hold before four.
Kana kicks Kim in the back of the arm to draw some more heat from the fans. She cranks on the arm and throws Gail Kim off into the corner. She slumps into the corner just in time to eat a kick to the side of the head. Kim is slumped in the corner. The challenger puts the champion on the top rope and climbs up with her facing the crowd. Kana ascends to the top rope and goes to hook Kim.
Stylish rush into the ring and nails Kana directly in the ankle to double her over. She hooks Kana and drags her off of the ropes. KANA HITS A SUPERPLEX ON KIM WHEN STYLISH POWER BOMBS KANA ONTO THE CANVAS! The fans are on their feet. Stylish now rolls over and makes the cover on Kana hooking the leg. She only gets two when Kana kicks out.
The challenger will not be denied. She covers Gail Kim hooking the leg and holds her down just long enough to get a two count. Stylish kicks Kim directly in the face and takes her down with a snap suplex. Kana is back up and POP UP YAKUZA KICK DELIVERED! Stylish crumples down onto the canvas. Kana drops down onto her with the cover hooking the leg and only gets a two and a half count when Kim breaks up the pin with a weak elbow smash to the back of the head.
Kana pops back up and blitzes Kim with a succession of kicks to send her flying back into the corner. She sends Kim into the corner. Kana charges into the corner. No, the champion just kicks out at a two and nine tenths count! Stylish is throwing herself up in anger. She kicks Kana to the arena floor and grabs Kim. She goes for the Northern Lights Bomb. Kim holds up the championship belt over her head. It wasn’t an easy match, but she kept the gold tonight on Pay Per View. She beat two world class competitors, pinning the former multi-time NAWA Women’s Champion to get the win tonight.
The NAWA International Championship match between Kevin Steen and El Generico jump starts early with Steen attacking Generico at the bell and beating him down. He hammers away at Generico with chops. Generico dodges a clothesline and sends Steen flying to the ring apron with a dropkick to send him onto the apron. Generico jumps off to the middle rope and hits him with a running dropkick to send Steen crashing down hard to the floor.
Steen steps into the ring and Generico pops him with a huge forearm smash to the chest. More forearm smashes catch him against the chest and drags Steen back into the ring. The Steen Death Machine is hurled across the ring. Generico catches Steen with a running dropkick into the corner. Ten count punches nails him and Steen staggers back down. Generico goes for a sunset flip on Steen. Steen stomps away at Generico.
The challenger is flattened on the canvas. Steen hits a huge running senton to punish his opponent. Steen raises his hand and repeatedly smashes his hands down over the head of Generico. He hits a running boot scrape to his opponent and throws Generico into the ropes. Steen has Generico and hits a huge belly to back suplex. Rear chinlock is applied with Steen wearing down Generico. Generico fights out. Steen takes him down with a huge side slam and covers Generico hooking the leg for a two count.
Steen drags his nails against the side of the head of Generico. Generico swings for the fences. He catches Generico with a kneelift and throws him into the corner hard. Generico is slumped in the corner and Steen hits a running clothesline in the back of the head. A belly to back suplex sends Generico down to the canvas. Generico raises his hand above in the air and pumps himself up. He delivers a huge kneelift to the chest to stun Steen in the corner. He goes for the Yakuza Kick in the corner. Generico hits the corner. Steen goes for a superkick. The superkick is ducked and a half nelson suplex brings Steen down to the canvas. Generico makes the cover hooking the leg and gets a two and a half count!
Steen pulls himself into the corner. The champion follows his opponent into the corner with a thunderous chop to drill him. Multiple chops in the corner stun him before Generico steps back and jumps to the second rope. He rains down a series of punches to stun his opponent. Steen low blows him before dropping him down onto the buckles. Generico is hooked and the Package Piledriver sends Generico down to the canvas. Steen covers Generico and scores the pin in 11:40. A repeated series of punches to Generico’s face after the bell, with Steen throwing Generico into the ropes. Angle Slam brings him down. Steen taunts Generico and pulls him up to slap his face. Repeated slaps to the face keep stunning Generico before Steen hits a second Angle Slam and turns him over before applying the Ankle Lock. Steen twists the ankle with Generico struggling his way out of the move. Steen cranks on the hold to further punish his adversary until security runs out to make the save. Steen is pulled off.
We head up to a look at the Jeff Hardy against Bully Ray match as Generico is tended to. Last month, Bully Ray attacked Jeff Hardy and cost him the NAWA World Title. Hardy is ready to face off against Bully Ray tonight on Pay Per View and gain some measure of vengeance against his opponent.
Jeff Hardy and Bully Ray start out in this opening match. Hardy nails Bully Ray with a series of jabs to back him off into the ropes at the bell. Hardy rushes Bully Ray. Ray kicks him in the ribs and pitches him through the ropes. Bully Ray hammers with a repeated series of punches. He grabs Hardy and drops him into the ring behind him. Hardy snaps the legs out from underneath Ray. Ray begs off and Hardy hits a legdrop to the groin. His opponent is stunned with Hardy pulling back from him.
Ray drags himself up to a standing position and Hardy decks him into the corner repeatedly. A series of punches sends him into the ropes. A spinning leg lariat is avoided with Hardy crashing into the corner hard. Hardy is slumped in the corner. Ray hits him with an avalanche in the corner to stun him. Ray talks the trash on Hardy and beats him in the corner. Ray hits a gutwrench into a gutubuster. He rolls over Hardy and makes a cover hooking the leg to get a two count.
Hardy tries to pull his way to a standing position. Ray decks Hardy and then hits him with a double axe handle. He hooks Hardy around the head and drives him with a kneelift to the face. He drills him with a couple more kneelifts and drops him down onto the top rope. Hardy rolls over and clutches his ribs. Ray steps back and connects with an elbow strike to the top of the head. He drags Hardy up off of the canvas and slams him into the corner very hardy. Hardy is slumped in the corner and Ray repeatedly nails him with forearm smashes in the corner. He sets up Hardy for a Gorilla Press.
The struggle starts with Hardy dropping down on the backside. He connects with a huge neckbreaker to bring Bully Ray down to the canvas. Hardy makes the cover on Bully Ray and hooks the leg for a two and a half count! Ray is up and is begging off. Hardy punches away at him. Twist of Fate is countered, and Ray shoves Hardy into the referee. The referee goes to the arena floor. Ray connects with a Full Nelson Bomb to drive him down to the canvas. He doesn’t go for the cover.
Ray exits the ring and grabs a table from underneath the ring. He sets it up in the corner of the ring. He picks up Hardy and puts him on the top rope facing the crowd. A series of punches delivered before Ray climbs up. He has Hardy set up. Hardy fights back and SENDS RAY CRASHING THROUGH THE TABLE WITH A HIGH BACK BODY DROP! The referee is up and calls for the bell to disqualify Jeff Hardy. Bully Ray defeated Jeff Hardy via disqualification in 8:55(** ½)
Swanton Bomb delivered to Ray’s downed body when he is crashed down onto the table. Hardy pulls himself back off of the table and holds his hand on. He might have lost the match officially, but he left Bully Ray laying out on the canvas.
We hype up the big match between D’Angelo Dinero against Miles Stylish. Stylish has agreed to put his Golden Ticket on the line for one more crack at D’Angelo Dinero. If Dinero wins, he gets Stylish’s championship shot to cash in between now and the rest of the year.
D’Angelo Dinero and Miles Stylish stare down each other. Dinero goes for a leg sweep at the bell. Stylish avoids the move and jumps back. He hits Dinero with a succession of forearm smashes and nails him with a clothesline. Stylish takes down Dinero and hiptosses him down. Dinero kips up to his feet straight into a forearm smash. Stylish jabs away at Dinero and throws him into the corner. A running clothesline stuns Dinero and sends him down to the canvas.
The fans are booing as Dinero goes to the floor. Stylish is a bit more adept than most of your competitors. He will not easily get suckered in. He rolls underneath the ring and heads to the arena floor. Stylish gives chase to Dinero and then the minute Dinero rolls back into the ring, Stylish fakes him out and drags him to the floor before shoving him into the railing. Stylish is back into the ring and Dinero just barely makes it back in to the count of nine.
Both rivals go punch to punch for each other. Stylish leaps on Dinero’s shoulders. Dinero drops down and sends Stylish throat first onto the top rope. Dinero follows on through with a series of jabs and then backs off before hitting a somersault neckbreaker to send his opponent crashing down. Dinero steps back and does the splits before jumping up and hitting a huge legdrop. He covers Stylish for a two count.
Dinero rolls over Stylish and hammers him with a series of punches to rock him into the corner. A running kneelift stuns Stylish. Dinero puts the badmouth on him and lights into him with a succession of punches. Dinero picks up Stylish and drapes him over the middle rope. He throttles the former four time NAWA World Champion and jumps over the top rope. He connects a huge kneelift to the back of the head. He steps back and waits for Stylish to get up. Dinero kicks him when he is on the knees and hits a huge running knee smash to the head. He covers Stylish hooking the leg and gets a two count.
He rolls over Stylish and drives his knee into the back of the head of his enemy. The fans are trying to rally behind Stylish. Dinero yells that he’s going to go down. He drills him with a dropkick. Dinero sets up Stylish and vertical suplex dropped into a double knee backbreaker. Dinero sprawls out Stylish and covers him to get a two count.
Dinero grabs Stylish and throws him to the arena floor. He nails Stylish with a baseball slide dropkick to send him crashing into the guardrail. He grabs Stylish and runs him halfway across the arena to drive him head first into the ringpost. Stylish has been cracked head first open on the ring apron. Dinero pulls back and enters the ring in a very casual manner.
The standing ten count is put on Stylish. Dinero is going to cheat Stylish out of the Golden Ticket. He makes it back into the ring at a count of nine. Dinero covers Stylish and gets a two and a half count!
Dinero pounds away at Stylish and drags him up. Headlock is applied and Dinero unleashes a series of punches to the bodied face of Stylish. Dinero slams Stylish into the corner and connects with a running kick to the back of the head. He turns Stylish around and connects with an elevated DDT! He hooks the leg for the cover and gets a two and a half count!
The Pope drags his hands through the top of his head and lets out a loud scream of frustration. He catches Stylish with a running kneelift to the top of the head. Another kneelift to the top of the head sends Stylish before throwing him into the corner. Leg lariat catches Stylish across the back of the head. DDE connects! Dinero covers Stylish hooking the leg and only gets a two count!
The fans are rallying behind Stylish. Dinero rears back and goes for a punch and nails Stylish with an uppercut to the side of the head. Another pair of uppercuts drills Stylish and now Dinero throws him into the corner. Dinero charges in. Stylish ducks the move and lifts up Dinero. LAS VEGAS TRAUMA BRINGS DOWN DINERO! The fans pop big time! Both are down and Stylish has to drag himself over Dinero’s prone body. He makes the cover and only gets a two count off of that one!
There was way too much downtime between the Las Vegas Trauma and the cover. Stylish pulls himself up. He takes a groggy step from the blood. Dinero pulls himself up and is undoing the turnbuckle behind his back. Stylish chops away at Dinero. Dinero goes to the eyes and digs into the wound. Dinero throws Stylish into the corner hard on the other end. He hits the exposed buckle chest first. Dinero catches Stylish with another DDT! He rolls over Stylish, as we see the bloody faceprint on the canvas! The cover is made and once again Stylish kicks out at two and nine-tenths!
Dinero pulls up Stylish and tries to send him into the corner. The Irish whip is reversed and DINERO HITS THE CORNER HARD! Stylish hoists Dinero onto his shoulders and turns before bringing down Dinero with the Las Vegas Trauma! He covers Dinero hooking the leg and scores the pin. Stylish retained the Golden Ticket and steps out. He will be cashing in on the Golden Ticket and rolls to the floor. Dinero exposed the buckle and got hoisted up by his own petard.
The main event is next. Robert Roode will defend against the winner of the 2012 Gold Rush Tournament winner, in AJ Styles.
The bell rings kicking off the main event. Robert Roode locks up with Styles and pushes him back into the corner. Roode breaks the lock-up in the corner and steps back. He slaps Styles across the face to draw heat from the fans. Styles blocks the punch and nails him with a series of jabs. Styles throws Roode into the ropes. Leapfrog comes over the charging Roode. Styles jumps up and flips Roode down onto the canvas. Roode rolls over and nails him with a forearm across the chest. He sends Roode into the corner as hard as humanly possible. Roode goes to bring the foot up.
Styles blocks the foot. Styles nails him with a repeated series of forearm smashes in the corner. He throws Roode down to the canvas. He climbs to the second and hits a dropkick off of the second rope. He covers Roode hooking the leg for a two count. Styles picks up Roode and nails him with a series of forearm smashes across the chest. Styles throws Roode off into the ropes. He steps back and hits a huge kneedrop to the chest. Roode covers Styles and gets a two count.
Chinlock is applied to Styles. Roode pushes Styles down to the canvas. Styles fights out of the chinlock to his feet. He shoves Roode into the corner. A series of elbow strikes in the corner stuns Roode. Roode throws him off and hits him with a spinebuster to smash Styles into the canvas. Roode covers Styles to get a two and a half count!
Roode drags Styles and rolls him over. A huge double axe handle driven to the back of the head. Roode hammers away Styles and draws even more heat. He hits him with a kick to the chest. Roode picks up Styles and drives him into the corner. A series of chops rattle Styles across the chest. Roode nails him with a kneelift catching him to the chest. He picks up Styles and hoist him up. Slingshot suplex drives Styles down to the canvas. He covers Styles and gets another two coun.
The fans are rallying behind Styles. Roode repeatedly slaps his adversary against the face to draw more heat. Styles is fighting back from his knees. Roode kneelifts him in the chest and has Styles hoisted up. Styles drops down and PELE KICK SENDS ROODE DOWN THROUGH THE ROPES TO THE ARENA FLOOR!
AJ Styles pulls himself to a standing position. The fans are cheering for him. Roode is rolling around on the floor and clutching his head. He drops down and gets a baseball slide to the face. Styles picks up Roode and rolls him back into the ring. Roode is on his feet and Styles does a springboard back into the ring. Roode avoids the springboard and throws Styles off into the ropes. Roode pulls himself up and nails him with a kneelift across the chest. A kick drilled chest to the chest. AJ Styles throws him into the canvas and drills him with a forearm smash to the face. Roode drops down to the canvas and Styles jumps up, before hitting him with an Asai Moonsault into an Inverted DDT. He covers Roode hooking the leg and gets a two and nine tenths count off of that move!
The challenger waits on Roode and hits him with a series of forearm smash Kick to the chest sends Roode off into the corner. Styles throws Roode into the corner. A running dropkick catches Roode in the chest. Roode staggers and Styles hoists him up onto the shoulders. He connects with a backbreaker to send him down to the canvas. Styles covers Roode hooking the leg and gets a two and a half count!
Styles kicks Roode in the chest and then snap mares him down. Styles is back in and connects with the Springboard Forearm Smash to bring Roode to the ropes. Roode rolls down to the floor. The fans are cheering. Styles grabs Roode and throws him into the ring. He scrambles into the ring and makes the cover on Roode hooking the leg to get a two count!
The challenger for the NAWA World Title grabs Roode and decks him with a series of punches to the chest. Roode backs Styles up and steps back to nail him with a huge clothesline to drop him near the buckles. Styles steps back and hits another huge clothesline to punish Roode! Roode is slumped in the corner and Styles steps back. He hits the post shoulder first.
Roode delivers a tilt a whirl into a shoulderbreaker! He stomps away on the arm of Styles and rolls him over. He assaults him by the arm and drags Styles up to a standing position. Roode throws Styles up into the corner hard and then nails him with a forearm smash to the back. Roode takes down Styles and applies a cross-face submission hold!
The champion has the hold on. Styles is trying to roll the hold. Roode headbutts him in the back of the head and applies the hold. Roode punishes the shoulder of Styles and cranks on him. Another title defense by Robert Roode .Roode claims the NAWA World Title Belt. He will go onto defend that NAWA World Title Belt in the main event of WrestleClash XI and his opponent will be Miles Stylish. He holds up the belt to loud boos from the fans.
