Here's an idea for something different, perhaps something that has never been used for a TNM circuit: Herb Abrams' Universal Wrestling Federation (UWF). In reality, UWF had a lot of name talent without much in the way of storylines. Lets imagine things are more coherent and stable here
TV Shows
Fury Hour: one hour, weekly on SportsChannel America, starting Sept 24, 1990
PPVs
Historically, UWF only had two PPVs: Beach Brawl (June) and Blackjack Brawl (Sept). So you've got pretty much free reign there. However, given the era, I don't think it's realistic for there to be more than 4 PPVs per year to start off with.
Titles
UWF World Heavyweight Title
UWF World Tag Team Titles
UWF North American Title
UWF TV Title
UWF Junior Heavyweight Title
UWF Women's World Title
Don't feel the need to use all of them!
TV Personalities
Commentators: Herb Abrams & Bruno Sammartino
Commissioner: Arnold Ross
Interviewer: Lou Albano (Capt. Lou's Corner)
Roster
You can use pretty much anyone who wasn't in WWF or WCW at the time, but here's a (probably incomplete) list of wrestlers who had matches in UWF...
Johnny Ace
Carmine Albano
Jack Armstrong
Riki Ataki
Bob Backlund
Bam Bam Bigelow
Sonny Blaze
Finland Thor / The Viking (Ludvig Borga)
Tom Brandi
Col. DeBeers
Stephen DeLeon
Mike Durham
Terry Gordy
The Grappler
Mando Guerrero
Billy Jack Haynes
Cactus Jack
S.D. Jones
The Black Knight (Billy Anderson)
