I remember hearing that if wrestlers work too many cards in a row without a night off they might be unhappy and quit. Does the opposite happen? If a worker is infrequently booked could that cause him to quit.

TNM follows the Nordic principle of "Lagom": not too often, not too seldom. People get unhappy if they're getting used way more often or way less often than the rest of the crew. This is just one aspect of many, though, so don't let it freak you out.

This is interesting. So what is a 'night off' - just not using a wrestler on a single card?
I always had the philosophy of using as many of my wrestlers as possible on each card, just to make each show bigger and better.
But are you saying it's best to rotate wrestlers in and out from card to card to keep them happy? I mean depending on the circuit, one card equates to one week or maybe a couple weeks.

No, that's not what I'm saying at all. What I'm saying is that if you use half your wrestlers on every card and half your wrestlers every now and then, there will be unhappiness.
If you're treating everybody similarly, you're good to go.
