Behind the scenes
Injuries galore at the My Bloody Valentine iPPV made the show a major letdown. It started early with Sexi Star breaking her wrist from a missed dive early on, cutting that match way too short and completely burying Mercedes Martinez in the process. The Latina Sensation was wrapping up with TNAW anyway, but it was not the way she wanted to go out, to be sure. Sexi will be out of action for a month, but she is still expected to be at next month’s taping to do promos and segments.
It continued with Tara being knocked woozy by an errant kick from Kimberly. A concussed Tara was clearly out of it, and Kimberly had to cause the dq. While injuring Tara gives Kimberly a big boost and in a way helps build the feud, head injuries are never positive and in Tara’s age, this could have been the final injury, so to speak. Tara is expected back in March/April. The worst injury was suffered in the main event, when Britani Knight botched the bump on a spear on the outside, crashing her head in the guard rail. Amazingly enough, Knight continued the match (which was really good), and only trained wrestlers could see something was wrong. As of now, her concussion looks more serious than Tara’s, and it is unclear for how long she will be out of action. She will not be at the next taping.
Rebecca Knox injured her back earlier at the tapings, and it is believed she will be out for 6 months with a herniated disc.
Goings Mercedes Martinez and Portia Perez have both wrapped up their obligations with TNAW. Mercedes went out with an injury angle, opening for a future return and an instant feud with SexiNation. Rumor has it that Perez wanted a raise in order to continue, which was turned down. They are expected to go back to the indy circuit.
Comings TNAW has confirmed signing second generation superstar Tessa Blanchard. The daughter of Tully is still pretty green and virtually unknown, so it is seen as a bold move. Her name speaks for itself though.
Ashley Flair (Charlotte) has left WWE, and while nothing is confirmed as of yet, her next stop could very well be TNAW.
Hector Guerrero has joined the TNAW roster as a road agent.
Both Nattie Neidhart and Rose Martinez are expected to be at the next taping. Both have been injured for several months.

TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 21.02.2015
Tag Title tournament announced To start tonight’s Showdown, TNAW President Dixie Carter was in the ring. She announced that due to a combination of Tara’s concussion injury and the fact that it didn’t look like Kimberly and Tara was seeing eye to eye anymore - at all - she had decided to strip the champions for the TNAW Tag Team Titles. An eight-team tournament would be held to crown new champions, with the quarter finals commencing in two weeks time, and the semi finals to be held at the next iPPV - Queens of the Ring! Rating: *
Athena vs Winter Six days ago, Winter and Jessica Havock were successful in defeating Athena and Melanie Cruise at My Bloody Valentine. Tonight, the Brit was in singles action against the “Wrestling Goddess” Athena. Even without RD Evans ringside, Athena was able to counter Winter’s shenanigans, using a combinations of kicks and karate chops to wear Winter down. Even though the announcers focused on the fact that Evans did not follow his client out, they were impressed with Athena’s performance here tonight. Winter did go for the Hold of Winter, but Athena powered out of it, delivered another series of kick before hitting the O-Face for the impressive victory.
Athena defeated Winter with the O-Face in 05:58 Rating: ***¼
Rose with a warning to SexiNation Bacsktage, Chasity Taylor stands by with Alissa Flash and Rose Martinez. At MBV, Rose’s sister-in-law, Mercedes, was injured by the hands of SexiNation and will be out for the unforeseeable future. Rose feels it is unfair that she was injured now that she was finally back to reunite and win the tag belts as The Martinez’ Sisters. Flash says that she is not alone in her continued quest against SexiNation, as Rose will pick up where Mercedes left. And if they encountered SexiNation in the tag title tournament, the pleasure of winning the titles would be even greater. Rating: *
Kimberly furious An infuriated Kimberly storms into Dixie Carter’s office, demanding that she withdraws the decision to strip them for the belts. She bested Tara, she is the rightful tag-team champion. Dixie says that nobody can take away the fact that Kimberly put Tara on the injury list, but it was Tara who won the match via dq. Either way, she cannot have tag team champions that are not a tag team. Two burly security guards enter, and Dixie demands that Kimberly hands over the belts. Kimberly snarls, telling Dixie that she won’t forget this. Rating: *½
Rose Martinez w/Alissa Flash vs Sarita w/Ivelisse While the attack on Mercedes was performed by the entire SexiNation, it was Sarita who hit the Tiger Driver on the outside on Martinez, causing the neck and shoulder injury. She attacked Sarita with great fervor, eager to both dish out some revenge and to prove herself capable of hanging with the big guns straight away after her injury. On the outside, Ivelisse and Flash traded insults, showing that this feud is far from over. Sarita tried the Tiger Driver early, adding insult to injury, but Sarita twisted herself loose and hit a series of clotheslines. After a little back and forth, Rose hit an O’Connor roll, pinning Sarita’s shoulders down just for the 3-count.
Rose Martinez defeated Sarita with an O’Connor roll after 04:12 Rating: *½
RD with some big news Backstage, RD Evans has asked for some interview time. He is clearly excited, and waves away Chasity’s question about Cruise and Athena. Evans says that he will present his new client later tonight, a big name in professional women’s wrestling that will change the landscape here in TNAW. Chasity tries to ask for some hints, but Evans won’t tell. All he says is that she will arrive by limo later tonight. Rating: ****
Donna Lee vs Kimberly Kimberly, still pissed off for being stripped of the tag titles, tore into Donna Lee with no mercy. She took the time to mouth off to Tara via the camera, telling her to stay home in bed forever. This was HER place now.
Kimberly defeated Donna Lee with the Shuttle 151 in 01:39 Rating: **
Beltless Rayne Backstage, Madison Rayne is sulking, looking down at her waist where the TV Title once was. Angelina tries to comfort her, saying that one of them will win it back really soon. Madison gets angry, telling Angelina that only ONE of them is the rightful owner of the TV Title - her! She was never even pinned, and if it wasn’t for Love getting involved in the title picture, she would still be champ. Love told her to relax, and that they should go see Dixie next week about a rematch. Rating: *¼
Jessica Havock vs Melanie Cruise Again, RD Evans was absent, apparently preapring for the arrival of his big, new client. It didn’t look to bother Cruise too much though, as she battled Havock using her power and strength. These are two largest women on the roster today, and while Melanie has a height advantage, J-Hav might be even stronger, effortlessly hitting a body slam on Cruise early on. The bulk of Havock meant that the longer the match went, the better the odds for Cruise. Cruise is also more athletic, hitting a flying leg drop for two at the five-minute mark. The ground-and-pound game from Havock took its toll on Cruise though, and she almost got knocked senseless by a spinebuster. Cruise then tried to hoist Jessica up for the Burning Hammer, but her legs buckled, and Havock could hit the Demon Drop for the win.
Jessica Havock defeated Melanie Cruise with the Demon Drop in 07:19 Rating: **¾
A new arrival Out in the parking lot, the press and some fans were gathered to watch for the arrival of RD Evans newest signing. A black limo approached the building, and Ashley Flair, the daughter of legendary Ric Flair, stepped out! She let out a big “Woooooo” as the press took their pictures. RD said that he had been after signing Ashley for a while now, and is happy to announce her arrival at the best women’s promotion in the world - TNAW! Flair said she was happy to be here, and that she would work hard to both gain titles and prestige, and the fans approval. A huge signing from RD Evans! Rating: **¾
Show rating: **¼
Show notes: A shocker there from RD Evans, bringing in Ashley Flair as his newest client. How will this affect his working relationship with Melanie Cruise and Athena, who with rights can say they have been neglected as of late?
Kimberly and Tara may have been stripped of the tag team titles, but who will step up and become the new champions? The tournament starts in two weeks, and culminates at Queen of the Ring!
Don’t forget to tune in next week, as we hear from Saraya Knight about her daughter’s injury.

TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 28.02.2015
Madison demands rematch Tonight’s show starts with Madison Rayne barging into Dixie Carter’s office. Madison says she was robbed of her TV Title at My Bloody Valentine. She wasn’t even pinned! She felt as a victim of a great injustice, and wanted an immediate rematch, tonight! Dixie said that that was always a possibility with three-ways. However, she had been TV Champion for so long, setting a new record for length (any title) or title defenses. To honor her many victories, Dixie planned on putting her up against Serena for the World Title tonight. But if she preferred a rematch.. Madison was quick to retract her earlier statement, thanking Dixie for the opportunity and telling her she was a great manager! Rating: **¾
A new third-generation superstar is here! Chasity Taylor was excited to have with her Tessa Blanchard, the daughter of Tully Blanchard and the step-daughter of Magnum TA. She joins Nattie Neidhart of being the second third-generation superstar in TNAW. Tessa says she’s excited to be here, and that even though she hasn’t been around the industry for too long, she has the genes and the blood to make it far. Rating: **
“Crazy” Mary Dobson vs Nicole Matthews Nicole hasn’t been herself since her ninja-in-crime, Portia Perez, left TNAW, and is almost getting a little crazy herself. Not as crazy as Dobson though, who donned a green wig before locking it up with Nicole. Entertaining as Mary might be, she is still too inexperienced to make an impact here, and fell for the lariat tonight.
Nicole Matthews def. Mary Dobson with the Lariat in 03:39 Rating: ***
The gold is coming back to us! Chasity Taylor stood by with two eager participants in the tag team title tournament. Both Ray and Leon wanted another taste of the gold, and would show the world again how they did it in the Land of the Rising Sun. Rating: ¾*
Allysin Kay vs CandiceLeRae Candice won the biggest match of her career at My Bloody Valentine when she held Saraya Knight’s shoulders down to the mat for the 1-2-3. A career-making win like that could easily be downplayed if she fell to the unproven Kay, but Candice showed again that she is on a roll, defeating Kay with the aptly named Crotch Plex.
Candice LeRae defeated Allysin Kay with the Crotch Plex in 04:21 Rating: ***¾
Ray vs Taylor Made While both are gunning for the tag team titles in the tournament (which will start up next week), they are also keen on getting their singles career off the ground. Wrestling a foreign star like Ray is a good experience for young Taylor, even though she got her ass handed to her for most of the battle. Watching Ray in battle is still like watching a ballet dancer suddenly transforming into a stuntwoman or acrobat, and the shooting star press is as beautiful as always.
Ray defeated Taylor Made with the Shooting Star Press in 02:54 Rating: ****
Do your job! Backstage, Athena and Melanie Cruise are discussing heatedly with RD Evans about his absence last week. Athena accuses Evans of being too focused on his new client, and completely forgetting about his existing ones. Evans apologizes for his apparent lack of involvement lately, but promises to be more attentive now that Ashley Flair is on board. He has already entered them into the tournament, and would be working towards a rematch with Havock and Winter. Athena told him he better step up! Rating: *¼
Congrats Heidi! Backstage, Heidi Lovelace is showing off her new TV title to several of the wrestlers, like Tessa Blanchard, Mary Dobson, Candice, Donna Lee and Rose Martinez. She said it was the biggest night of her life, and she was looking forward to defending it against all comers. Rating: **
Sitdown interview with Saraya Renee Young sat down with the wrestling matron, asking her how Britani was feeling and how Saraya was coping. Saraya said that all the hostilities between them over the last year went out the window when she saw her baby girl get injured. She said that Britani still has problems with her head, and that she is unable to do much. She has not travelled back to England, and is recuperating here in the US. She will see some doctors next week about possible treatments. When the topic turns to Serena, Saraya gets quiet. She says that injuries are always a part of the business, but when someone goes out of the way to injure her opponent, repercussions are in order. She took care of business with Alissa Flash last year, and she will take care of business with Serena this year. Nobody puts her baby daughter in the hospital and gets away with it. Rating: *½
Madison Rayne vs Serena (c) for the TNAW World Title The comments from Saraya in the sitdown interview could have been an indication that Saraya would interfere in tonight’s match, but the Brit was not seen at all. That was not to say the match was without a third presence, as Angelina Love accompanied Rayne to the ring. She sat at the announce table for most of the match though, telling Dave and Renee that things were OK between The Beautiful People. In the ring, Rayne tried desperately to bounce back from her loss by pinning Serena early on, but the ref saw Madison’s blatant attempts at putting her feet on the ropes or pulling the tights. As a result, Madison lost focus, allowing Serena to dominate parts of the match. Rayne was lucky to avoid the spear, going to the outside to regroup with Angelina. She might have whispered a thing or two in her ear, as Love retrieved a hairspray from beneath the ring, positioning herself as to spray Serena. A blinded Serena walked right into the Rayne Check from the challenger, but the referee saw Love standing on the apron with the canister in hand, and disqualified Madison as a result. As the show went off air, Madison was yelling at Love for getting caught.
Serena defeated Madison Rayne via disqualification in 11:05 Rating: ** (Serena retained the TNAW World Title in her 3 title defense)
Show rating: **¼
Show notes: Next week, the tag title tournament kicks off with Winter and Jessica Havock in action. We also have a sitdown interview with Kimberly, when she talks for the first time about being stripped of the tag team titles

TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 07.03.2015
The main event is set We start the show in Dixie Carter’s office, where Alissa Flash demands a match against Sexi Star. Dixie says that Sexi is on the injury list, and is banned from working. Flash then wants a match against Ivelisse or Sarita. While Dixie ponders the request, Saraya Knight barges in, saying that she has waited long enough for her chance to get her hands on Serena. Doesn’t matter if it’s for the title or not - she wants revenge. It’s a tense moment when Flash and Knight discover that they are in the same room again, one year after Knight sent Flash packing with an injury - dishing out retribution for Flash almost costing Knight her career all those years ago. Dixie smiles, saying that she has a better idea. Saraya Knight vs Alissa Flash - one last time! Neither of the two are completely satisfied, but the hatred between them are still too strong to not accept one more battle. Rating: ***¾
Angelina Love vs Leon It’s rare to see Angelina Love without her trustworthy BFF Madison Rayne next to her, but according to Twitter, Rayne had an important appointment with her manicurist. In the match, Angelina tried to keep Leon at a distance using her long legs, but the athletic Joshi star quicly grabbed hold of Love, wearing her down with strikes and submissions. A well-placed finger in the eye gave Love the advantage for a few moments, and even if Leon struck back with dropkicks and spinning kicks, a well-timed evasive maneuver, a roll-up and the feet on the ropes was enough to give Angelina the victory.
Angelina Love defeated Leon with a schoolgirl roll up in 03:41 Rating: **½
Interview with Candice LeRae Chasity Taylor stood by with Candice, still high on her big victory from My Bloody Valentine. Taylor asks what’s next for Candice, and the young superstar says that she is still learning the ropes, always trying to improve her craft. When she shees what other young athletes can do, like Kimberly and Heidi Lovelace, she doesn’t see why not she also can wear gold in TNAW. Rating: ¾*
Ashley Flair vs Tessa Blanchard A lot of excitement about this match. Not only did both women make their debut, but both are generational wrestlers, with Ashley of course being the daughter of Ric Flair, while Tessa is the daughter of Tully and grand dauhgter of Joe Blanchard. With their fathers being a part of the original IV Horsemen, a lot of references about that famous stable was made by the announcers. The match showcased Tessa’s technical skills and Ashley’s natural athletics ability. While both are still quite new to the wrestling industry, they have the talent and the genes to make it far. The daughter of the Nature Boy took the victory in this time with her patented sommersault cutter, the Flair Drop. After the match, both women showed good sportswomanship by shaking each others hand in respect.
Ashley Flair defeated Tessa Blanchard with the Flair Drop in 05:18 Rating: ***¼
Sitdown with Kimberly A pre-taped interview of Renee Young and Kimberly airs. The former tag team champion is clearly distraught and angry of being stripped. When asked by Renee how she feels, she throws her chair into the wall, claiming that Dixie Carter had no rights to do what she did. Kimberly proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that she was the better of the team when she destroyed Tara at My Bloody Valentine. When Renee points out that Kimberly lost, technically, Kimberly responds: “Who remembers the match? And who got a concussion? Technically?” Laughing maniacally, Kimberly says that she’s looking forward to Tara’s return. Kimberly tried her best to make the team work, but that old hag never wanted it to succeed. When Tara comes back, Kimberly will end her - for good. Rating: **
Contenders meet Backstage, the team of Athena and Melanie Cruise stumbles on to Winter and Jessica Havock. The rival teams look suspiciously at each other, J-Hav commenting that now that RD Evans has a new prize cow, they are swiftly becoming yesterday’s news. Athena tells Havock to watch it, and if they meet in the tournament, they will swiftly find out that the result will be quite different than at MBV. Rating: *
Title shot set for next week Angelina Love is putting on make-up in the locker room when Madison Rayne comes in, smiling from ear to ear. The former TV champion says that she forgives Angelina for costing her the World Title last week. She has been relentless the last week in persuading Dixie to give her a new shot at Heidi Lovelace - and that will happen next week. Good news, right? Angelina is taken back, saying that she also deserves a rematch against Heidi. Why does Madison get all the title matches?! Angelina says that win or lose, she is going to get a one-on-one match for the TV title. And if it’s against Madison, she won’t hold back! Rating: **½
Donna Lee & “Crazy” Mary Dobson vs Jessica Havock & Winter Athena and Melanie Cruise claim that they still got what it takes to beat J-Hav and Winter, and their chances of facing each other in the tag title tournament increased as the powerful Havock and the conniving Brit eased their way past the makeshift team of the two youngsters. Dobson was crazy enough to attack Havock on the outside, leading to a small window of opportunity for Lee against Winter. A finger in the eye set matters straight. After disposing of Dobson on the outside, Havock tormented Lee inside the ring before hitting the Demon Drop with a sick smile around her face.
Jessica Havock & Winter defeated Donna Lee & Mary Dobson when Havock hit the Demon Drop on Lee after 04:48 Rating: ***
Nattie testing her knee Backstage, a trainer is testing Nattie Neidhart’s knee. She is soon back from her serious injury, ready to get into the thick of things. RD Evans walks up to her, inquiring about how she feels and what her goals are when she’s getting back on track. Nattie is clearly wondering why he wants to know, but replies coridally, thanking him for the interest. Nattie also comments on the signing of Ashley Flair, telling RD that he has quite a team. RD replies cryptically, saying that it’s just getting started. Rating: ***
Alissa Flash vs Saraya Knight Let’s just stop pretending that these two can ever be friends. Saraya absolutely destroyed Alissa last year, sending her crashing through not one, but two tables. Still, Saraya considered the matter settled, and Alissa did too. It didn’t stop them from beating the crap out of each other tonight though, as the opponent clearly was in the way of the match they really wanted. Saraya wants to get her hands on Serena, who hurt her little daughter, while Alissa wants a match with someone from SexiNation. Saraya kept assaulting Flash’s back, both because that’s what her injury was, and to set up for her dreaded submission. Flash fought back with tooth and nail, and as always, these two delivered a solid match. Unfortunately for Flash, it was again Saraya who got her hands raised in victory, as Alissa’s back had taken too much punishment throughout the match.
Saraya Knight defeated Alissa Flash when Flash submitted to the Bridal Rocking Horse in 08:05 Rating: ***
Post match, Serena appeared in the aisle, holding her world title. From the ring, Saraya was clearly making the throat cutting sign.
Show rating: **½
Show notes: Another team qualifies for Queens of the Ring, we witness future greatness between Tessa Blanchard and Ashley Flair and the emnity between Saraya Knight and Serena grows. Don’t forget us next week, when Madison Rayne will try to regain her TV Title against Heidi Lovelace.

SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 14.03.2015
SDR speaks out Tonight’s Showdown opens with a vignette of injured Sara Del Rey, followed by a sitdown interview where the former TNAW World Champion speaks with Renee Young on her injury (which will keep her out for the foreseeable future) her role in TNAW and the Tag Team Titles Tournament. Sara says she’s focusing on training and mentoring some of the girls now, but that the fans haven’t seen the last of her. She hopes to be back! She says that there are a lot of great teams in the tournament, but that her favorites are Jessica Havock and Winter. Rating: ***
Go for the gold! Speaking of which, Chasity Young stands by with one of the teams that will participate. Rose Martinez made up the duo of The Martinez’ Sisters, but with Mercedes out with injuries, Rose will team up with Alissa Flash. Alissa says that she will honor her friendship with Mercedes and act as a mentor and friend to Rose, and that they together are gunning for a spot at the Queens of the Ring tournament, where they will be bringing home the gold. If they face SexiNation on the way, so much the better! Rating: ***
Candice LeRae vs Kimberly These two youngsters had one thing in common. They both made quite the impression against savvy veterans last iPPV. Candice by defeating Saraya Knight, Kimberly by sending Tara on the injured list by giving her a concussion. The similarities ended there. For while Candice is met with respect and adulation from the crowd, the somewhat crazed Kimberly does not exavtly endear herself to the crowd. She verbally abuses some of them on her way in to the ring, argues with the ref and takes shortcuts in order to win. Being stripped of the tag team titles must have filed away her last shred of sanity, which slowly eroded in frustration from being teamed up with Tara. The match never really got under way as Kimberly stalled a lot, but then she saw an opportunity and rolled up Candice, put her feet on the ropes and won.
Kimberly defeated Candice LeRae with a schoolgirl in 03:38 Rating: ¾*
RD gets an offer he cannot refuse Solicitor RD Evans is seated in a lounge, talking on his phone while typing on his laptop. Suddenly, Winter comes from behind, grabbing his phone and hanging up. Jessica Havock comes from another direction, shutting his laptop and pulling it away from him. Havock growls at RD, asking him why he won’t consider representing them. What’s he up to? He clearly has no interest in representing Athena and Cruise anymore either. RD says he is interested in them, he just has a lot on his plate right now. And it is out of the question to represent the two of them. Havock tosses his laptop into the wall, picks up RD and tosses him effortlessly into the wall. She then grabs him by his tie, telling him that when they win the Tag Team Titles, he will be one sorry solicitor. Rating: ****
Nicole Matthews vs Serena - non title match Serena has a bullseye on her back, and it’s not only because she’s the TNAW World Champion. Being hunted by a determined Saraya Knight is not an enviable task. The Brit is still furious with Serena for injuring her daughter Britani at My Bloody Valentine, and wants Serena’s head on a platter. She was kind enough to stay out of this affair though, a tough match which Serena picked up the win in after the Spear.
Serena defeated Nicole Matthews with the Spear in 03:14 Rating: *
Saraya about Britani’s injuries Chasity Taylor stands by with Saraya Knight and asks if there is any updates on Britani’s condition. Saraya looks distraught, saying that it has in fact worsened. She spends much of her days cooped up inside, not able to stay in the sunlight for too long. It’s frustrating to see her baby like this. Until her head gets better, they can’t bring her back to England either. Saraya gets very emotional at this point, saying that she knows Serena is looking over her shoulder and sleeping with one eye open. Which is a smart thing to do. She waited five years to get her revenge on Alissa Flash. She will not wait five years to get her revenge on Serena. Rating: ***
SexiNation wants some gold too! Backstage, in a lavishly decorated and almost hedonistic backstage area, SexiNation lounges. All three members have a half-naked, well-trained guy feed them drapes. All have chains around their necks. Sexi Star still has her hand in a cast, but Ivelisse points out that at least she’s still here, unlike Mercedes Martinez. Martinez threw away a chance of a lifetime when she rejected SexiNation and her Latina heritage. Together, they could have performed miracles here in TNAW. Stroking the pecs of her “slave”, Sarita smiles, saying that the tag title tournament comes at a perfect time. Soon, they will take their rightful place as Queens of the Ring. Rating: ****¼
Heidi Lovelace (c) vs Madison Rayne for the TNAW TV Title If Madison underestimated Heidi previously, she did not do so now. And even though Heidi took control out of the gates, Madison stayed calm, waiting for an opportunity to strike back. Reversing an irish-whip on the outside and sending Heidi into the ringpost was just such an occasion. It’s not for nothing that she was champion for 11 months and 7 days. Heidi’s reign celebrates a one-month anniversary tomorrow night, and she was desperate to keep the belt despite all of Madison’s shenanigans. As the match went the past the 5 minute mark, Heidi started getting fired up, hitting Madison with clotheslines and dropkicks, trying to get her in position for the Shining Wizard. She went for it, but Madison pulled referee Remsburg in front of it! Rayne and Lovelace went at it without a referee, Lovelace getting the upper hand again. Out runs Angelina Love with a bottle of hair spray, ready to intervene for her partner. Unfortunately for them, Heidi is well aware of this trick now, and ducked, causing Madison to be blinded instead! After getting rid of Angelina, Heidi woke up the referee and tangled up a blind Madison for the victory.
Heidi Lovelace defeated Madison Rayne with a small package in 07:58 Rating: ** (Heidi Lovelace retained her TV Title in her 1st title defense)
Ray & Leon vs SexiNation (Sarita & Ivelisse) in the Queens of the Ring Tag Team Tournament Round 1 Ray and Leon had a brief stint with the tag team titles last year, and are aiming to regain their titles. To get there, the first hurdle were the SexiNation’s two representatives, Sarita and Ivelisse. With Sexi Star out with an injury, it is up to these two to defend the Nation. Sexi Star was on the outside though, and witnessed a fast-paced match where the Japanese girls used their speed and dexterity to hit their opponents from all sides. Eventually, Sarita and Ivelisse got hold of Ray, using their grappling background to keep her grounded and wear her down with submission moves. As they seemed to stumble on their way to hitting some sort of double team finisher, Ray hit back and got the tag from Leon. Sexi Star had seen enough, and with her one good hand, janked Ray down from the apron, causing her head to crash on the apron. With Ray out of the picture, the number’s game became too much for her partner, who had to tap out or risk injury.
SexiNation defeated Ray & Leon when Sarita made Leon submit to the crossface chickenwing in 06:18 Rating: **¼
Challenge made As the show was closing out, Saraya Knight entered the ring without her music. She said that she was tired of waiting for Dixie Carter to take the hint. She wants Serena in the ring, and she wants her now! Serena comes out with the belt, telling Saraya that she is sorry for what happened with Britani, but this is wrestling, not knitting! Serena tells Saraya that she is more than welcome to face her in battle, but as far as she’s concerned, she is not worthy of a title shot. Last iPPV, she lost to a rookie! Saraya smiles, saying that she doesn’t care about the title at this point. All she wants is a chance to make some permanent alterations on Serena’s face. Dixie Carter comes out, saying that she’s the only one who makes matches around here. Not Serena, not Saraya. If and when they are to meet, they will know. From her. Rating: ****½
Show rating: ***
Show notes: The storm between Saraya and Serena is brewing, but Dixie seems to be holding them back for some reason. SexiNation advances in the Tag Title Tournament, and Madison Rayne fails to win the TV Title.
Don’t forget to tune in next week, as The Beautiful People takes on Alissa Flash and Rose Martinez in the Tag Team Titles Tournament!

TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 21.03.2015
Allysin Kay vs Tessa Blanchard Many feel that Tessa Blanchard was hired because of her name. She’s still young and relatively new in the business, and getting hired by the biggest female wrestling promotion in the world puts a lot of pressure on the young girl’s shoulders. Allysin Kay tried to take advantage of this, desperately hoping to score a much needed victory in order to climb the rankings of TNAW. While the angry, leather-clad vixen was close on a few occasions, it was Tessa who hit an O’Connor roll and managed to hold Allysin down for the 3, securing her first victory here in TNAW. Tessa Blanchard defeated Allysin Kay with an O’Connor roll in 03:52 Rating: *¼
Dixie threatened Dixie is sitting in her office reading a magazine when Kimberly barges in, demanding a title match for the TV Title. Dixie says that she has to get in line and win a few singles matches before that can happen. Kimberly grabs hold of Dixie, saying that she robbed her of her Tag title, the least she can do is give her a new title match! She raises her hand threateningly. Before Dixie can reply, Candice LeRae enters the office, grabbing hold of Kimberly and throwing her into the wall. Kimberly backs slowly away, laughing as she tells Candice that she will regret sticking her nose where it doesn’t belong. Rating: **¾
Sitdown with Sexi Star Renee Young sits down with Sexi Star, her replies are subtitled for the fans who don’t speak Spanish. Sexi talks about growing up in Mexico, being a victim of abuse and oppression because she is a female. She tells about turning that around to success when she became a wrestler. Now she’s here in the US to show everyone that the Latina heritage is the strongest in the world. She has already chased the traitorous Mercedes Martinez away, and if Alissa Flash and Rose Martinez continue the battle, they will end up beaten, broken and battered. As soon as her broken hand heals, she will be back in the ring. At Queen of the Ring, SexiNation will make a clean sweep, defeating all their foes and grabbing all the gold that they can. Rating: ¾*
Ashley Flair vs Ivelisse w/Sarita The devious SexiNation has become one of the front runners for the vacant TNAW Tag Team Titles, but that didn’t stop Ivelisse from trying to bring down a big scalp in Ashley Flair. Even though the daughter of the Nature Boy hasn’t been wrestling for years like Ivelisse, she has a natural talent and an awesome athletic ability that is hard to come by these days. Her strength and gymnastic background meant that Ivelisse had problems bringing her MMA game to her opponent, and the sizeable height advantage did also come into play. Ivelisse went at one point for a sleeperhold that seemed to sap the strength out of Flair, but the second generation superstar hit a jawbreaker, gaining a burst of adrenaline and then hit the sommersault cutter on a stunned Ivelisse for the 3-count.
Ashley Flair defeated Ivelisse with the Natural Selection in 06:10 Rating: ****
A tense meeting Backstage, Athena and Melanie Cruise approach RD Evans, demanding to know who their opponents in the Tag Title Tournament is. Evans doesn’t remember, and is scrolling on his phone to find out. Meanwhile, Athena scolds him for not paying any attention on them now that he has scored Ashley Flair as a client. RD apologizes and points to his black eye, saying that he was taken out and beaten quite severely last week by Jessica Havock. Athena calls RD a crybaby. RD sighs and tells them they will be facing Made in Sin. Cruise nods, saying that they got this. With or without Evans ringside. Rating: *¾
Pre-match strategy meeting The Beautiful People are up next in the Tag Team Titles tournament, but Madison Rayne still finds the time to yell at Angelina Love for costing her the TV Title last week. Love says she’s sorry, but promises Madison a shot at the belt when she defeats Heidi. Madison is surprised that she’s still interested in the TV Title now that they will be gunning for the Tag Titles. Love says she will be honored to be a double champion. Rayne smiles, saying that she won’t be double champion for long. Rating: ****¾
Alissa Flash & Rose Martinez vs The Beautiful People in the Queens of the Ring Tag Team Tournament While TBP have held the tag titles on two occasions, the combination of Love and Rayne has never done so. It soon became clear why not, as neither had any intention of working together in an optimal way. Both were happy to cheat their way to an advantage, but they refused to tag out, dragged each other off the opponent to make the cover themselves and so on. At one point they just started arguing in the middle of the ring, allowing Rose to tag Alissa who took out both of them. After handing a beating to Love, Love managed to evade long enough to make the tag, but Rayne jumped down from the apron, leaving her partner to fend for herself. A couple of moves later and the match was over.
Flash & Martinez defeated Rayne & Love when A. Flash hit A. Love with the Air raid crash in 04:59 Rating: ***
Ashley Flair on her win Backstage, Chasity Taylor stands by with Ashley Flair. She congratulates her on her big win, asking what’s next. Flair says she’s just happy to be here and that she’s glad for all the matches she’s getting from RD Evans. She’s still learning and working her way up the ladder. Nattie Neidhart comes by, also congratulating Ashley. Nattie says that she will be fine in a couple of weeks, and that she’ll be honored to teach Ashley a trick or two in training. Or a match, maybe? Ashley smiles, stating that she would also be honored to wrestle Nattie. Rating: ***
Taylor Made vs Saraya Knight Saraya will be facing Serena in a non-title match next week, and had a warm up match of sorts against Taylor Made tonight. Taylor didn’t get out of the blocks before Saraya was on her like a tempest, beating and stomping her down. She choked her, punched her and kicked her all over before finally showing some mercy with a powerbomb. Saraya Knight defeated Taylor Made with a power bomb in 02:05 Rating: ¾*
Saraya continues Saraya wasn’t finished though, as she locked in Taylor in the Bridal Rocking Horse. A couple of referees ran in to break it up, but was knocked out by Saraya. Even road agent Pat Kenney came in to stop her, but he was also taken out by a kick to the groin. Finally, Serena ran in for the save. Saraya barely saw her in time, jumping through the ropes before Serena could spear her. She grabbed a microphone, telling Saraya to get back in the ring. Saraya grinned, telling Serena that her revenge could wait one more week. Rating: ****½
Show rating: **¾
Show notes: Even though next week’s match is not for the World Title, all eyes will be on TNAW as Saraya Knight tries to get revenge on Serena for seriously injuring her daughter. Also, what is the status of The Beautiful People now that Madison Rayne abandoned Angelina Love in their tag-match?
Check out next week’s show!

TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 28.03.2015
Incoming FaceTime Tonight’s show open backstage, where Candice LeRae is hanging around backstage with Heidi Lovelace and Rose Martinez. Suddenly, Candice has an incoming FaceTime call from Tara. The former multi-time world champion greets Candice, but warns her against Kimberly. She might have had everyone fooled for a long time, but make no mistake, Kimberly is a demented person who will stop at nothing to accomplish her goals. Candice points out that that might sound a little like Tara too. Tara smiles, and says that she might do whatever it takes, but at least she’s sane. She warns Candice to watch her back. And to leave something for Tara when she returns. Rating: ****
Title match scheduled In Dixie’s office, Angelina and Dixie are finalizing Love’s title match against Heidi Lovelace next week. Dixie asks Love about how she and Madison are doing, but Love scoffs at the question. She says that as far as she’s concerned, they have nothing to discuss. All that matters for Love now is to win the TV Title next week. If Madison wants a shot at it later, she is welcome to try and get it! Rating: ****
Ashley Flair vs Ivelisse w/SexiNation This was a rematch from next week, where Ashley somewhat surprisingly defeated the more experienced Ivelisse. Tonight, Ivelisse took no chances, bringing with her both her allies in SexiNation. Still, Ashley’s athletic prowess and height advantage frustrated Ivelisse from the bell. A much needed distraction from Sexi Star was needed in order for Ivelisse to gain an advantage in the match, bringing Ashley down on the ground to work on her submission skills. Ashley has the resilience of a young Ric Flair though, and refused to give up. After hitting a jawbreaker, Ashley went for the Natural Selection again, but Sarita pulled down the ropes, causing Ashley to fall to the outside. The referee spotted this, ringing for the bell immediately. Ivelisse might have avoided another pinfall loss, but it was obvious to everyone that Flair had her number.
Ashley Flair defeated Ivelisse by disqualification in 05:38 Rating: ¾*
Commentator track Backstage, Nattie Neidhart and Tessa Blanchard are watching the end of the match on a monitor. Nattie points out that Ashley is a tremendous talent, and that Ivelisse couldn’t match her tonight either. Tessa agrees, pointing out that she has suffered the Natural Selection herself. Nattie says that as soon as she’s cleared medically, she will try her luck against the second generation wrestler. Rating: ***
Donna Lee vs Heidi Lovelace - non title match Heidi will be facing Angelina Love for the belt next week, a much more dangerous opponent than Donna Lee. Lovelace has quickly become a fan favorite here in TNAW. Fending off both Beautiful People and causing them to fight each other tends to do that. She wrapped this up early with the Shining Wizard, showing great strength one week before her title defense.
Heidi Lovelace defeated Donna Lee with the Shining Wizard in 02:24 Rating: **
Backstage bullies Rose Martinez is hanging around backstage, when Sarita and Ivelisse come by. Still frustrated by the loss to Ashley, they start making fun of the way Rose dresses, calling her a child in a woman’s body. She needs to embrace her sensuality while at the same time radiating a tough, feminine authority. Something the Latinas do all the time. Everyone knows that SexiNation is not to be taken lightly. When they see Rose, all they want to do is feel sorry for her and put on some Sesame Street. Rose gets visibly upset and leaves while SexiNation laughs visciously at her. Rating: ***¼
Madison on Love’s title match Chasity Taylor stands by with Madison Rayne, asking her about Angelina’s title match next week. Madison says that Angelina couldn’t win it even if she was there to help her. Something she will never consider doing again in a million years. Heidi has proven herself to be a capable and worthy champion, far above the caliber of Angelina Love. When Chasity asks if she feels that Heidi is far above herself, Rayne snorts, and said that Heidi got lucky on a few occasions, that’s all. Rating: ****
Athena & Melanie Cruise vs Made in Sin in the Queens of the Ring Tag Team Tournament RD Evans was still absent for this one, but Athena and Melanie looked to be in full control of the match, with a steady course to the semi finals to be held at the QotR iPPV. Made in Sin had a brief moment of control when Cruise was pushed off the top rope when going for her flying legdrop, but they couldn’t put her away. Cruise soon took over the match, tagging out to Athena before hitting Taylor with a spinebuster. When Made got back to her feet, Athena’s O-Face awaited.
Athena & Cruise defeated Made & Kay when Athena pinned Made after the O-Face in 03:38 Rating: ****
Post-match Pearl Harbor As Athena and Melanie celebrated, Jessica Havock and Winter charged the ring, attacking the duo from behind. They were clearly trying to take out any contenders to the tag titles, while at the same time making it clear to RD Evans and his team that they were stilled pissed for him turning them down. As Winter put Athena in the Hold of Winter, RD Evans came down the aisle, Ashley Flair right behind him. She got into the ring and hit the Natural Selection on Winter. Havock realized they were outnumbered, grabbed Winter and fled the scene. Athena and Cruise thanked Flair and RD, while at the same time staring daggers at Jessica and Winter. Facing them in the semi-finals (or finals) would be more than for the titles - it would be personal! Rating: **½
Saraya Knight vs Serena - non-title match As the two women entered the ring, Dave Prazak points out that he spoke to Saraya before the match about this being a non-title match. The Brit said that she didn’t care, and that the title was secondary to her main objective, getting revenge on Serena. Saraya is swiftly becoming the Empress of Revenge here in TNAW. You could clearly see it on her face. The determination, the anger and the fury. Serena treated this as just another battle, and that was her downfall. She just couldn’t cope with the brutality and fierceness of Saraya tonight as Knight wore her down systematically. When Saraya kicked out of the spear, Serena knew she had a problem. She took the match outside, but the brawling environment of ringside is Saraya’s home territory, and she picked Serena apart, ramming her back into the unforgiving steel barricades. Back in the ring, Serena tried a new spear, but was met with a knee and a power bomb. Saraya then cinched in the Bridal Rocking Horse. Serena held on, and to her record, she never quit. But she did lose consciousness, causing the referee to call for the bell. Saraya, true to her nature, wouldn’t let go. In the end, three referees had to tear her away from Serena. Saraya Knight defeated Serena when Serena lost consciousness to the Bridal Rocking Horse in 10:10 Rating: ***
Show rating: ***
Show notes: The World Champion was submitted by Saraya Knight! If this doesn’t force Dixie Carter to give Saraya a title shot, I don’t know what will. And is Saraya’s revenge complete now, or will she continue until Serena is forced to leave or retire?
The four teams going on to the semi-finals of the Queens of the Ring tournament have been decided. On April 19th, SexiNation, Athena & Cruise, Havock & Winter and Flash & Martinez will battle to see who become the new TNAW World Tag Team Champions.
Don’t forget to tune in next week, when Heidi Lovelace will defend her TV Title against Angelina Love!

TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 04.04.2015
Love looking forward to title shot Backstage, an excited Angelina Love is making the final preparations for her TV Title match later tonight. She tells Chasity Taylor that everyone will be happy when the TV Title is where it belongs - with the most beautiful wrestler in TNAW. Madison Rayne comes by, protesting loudly over Angelina’s claim to be the most beautiful. With her fake blond hair, slutty tattoos and extensions, she is just an average Barbie doll. Angelina says that all that could easily apply to Madison as well - and she doesn’t even need tattoos to be a slut. Madison tells Angelina that no matter what happens tonight, she will have her match with Angelina - next week! Rating: **
Mary Dobson vs Tessa Blanchard Tessa Blanchard is starting to get accustomed to the big leagues and is making big progress every match. Dobson is another rookie who is trying to pave her way here in TNAW, but unlike Tessa, she doesn’t exactly have the same pedigree. Tessa has even adopted her father’s patented finisher, ending the match with the slingshot suplex.
Tessa Blanchard defeated Mary Dobson with the Slingshot Suplex in 02:46 Rating: *¾
RD talks about the future Backstage, Chasity Taylor wants a word with RD Evans, who is talking with Ashley Flair. She comments on Ashley’s track record so far in TNAW, as well as Evans’ other clients advancement in the tag title tournament. Evans says he is a proud of all of his three (so far) clients. He reckons Athena and Cruise will win the tournament, hopefully taking care of Havock and Winter in the process. When Chasity mentions the fact that Athena and Cruise are having a problem with RD’s priorities as of late, RD waves it away, stating that it was important to give Ashley a good introduction to TNAW. Now, he can focus on all of his clients. Existing ones and new ones. When asked about the new ones, RD is cryptic and tells Chasity to wait and see. Rating: ***¼
Sitdown with Rose & Alissa Renee Young has a sitdown interview with Rose Martinez and Alissa Flash, the duo who has taken up the battle with SexiNation now that both Nikki Storm and Mercedes Martinez are gone. Alissa says that Sexi Star can talk her talk all she likes, she still remains a schoolyard bully. She got bullied and harassed when she was young? Then why do it to someone else? Rose says she’s used to being bullied. She knows she doesn’t look like your average female wrestler. She doesn’t have the muscles and toned body like Alissa, Sarita or Ashley Flair. She doesn’t have the model looks of The Beautiful People or Ivelisse. She doesn’t hide behind a mask though, like the coward Sexi Star. Rose vows to put a stop to SexiNation at Queens of the Ring. For herself, for Mercedes and for everyone who gets bullied for the way they look or dress. Rating: *
Athena got a match! Athena and Melanie Cruise are working on some double team maneuvers backstage, when RD Evans comes barging in. He says that Athena has a match, and that match is up next! Athena gets angry for the short notice. RD says he sent a mail about it yesterday. Athena says she never received it. RD checks his phones and admits that it was still only in “Draft”. Athena rolls her eyes and asks who it’s against. RD gulps, saying it’s against Jessica Havock. Rating: **
Athena vs Jessica Havock With less than a minute to prepare herself for the beast that is Jessica Havock, Renee and Dave didn’t give Athena much hope. The Wrestling Goddess has wrestled Havock before though, and knows that the best defense is a fast and furious offense. Havock took it in stride though, and finally managed to catch her opponent flat-footed, dropping her with a clothesline. Athena survived a beating, hitting an enzuigiri that allowed her to climb up for the O-Face. Havock caught her on the way down, hitting a samoan drop. She picked her up and delivered a devastating chokeslam for the win!
Jessica Havock def. Athena with the Harlot Slayer in 05:14 Rating: **
Rose Martinez vs Sarita Martinez surprised SexiNation when she rolled up Sarita for the win back in February, but Sarita wasn’t caught off guard as easily this time. Rose became more and more uncertain of herself as the match wore on, as Sarita took her time bad-mouthing her and attacking her verbally, as well as physically. She was able to almost score a flash pinfall victory on a couple of occasion, but Sarita quickly beat her down again, cinching in her chickenwing for the submission victory.
Sarita def. Rose Martinez when Martinez submitted to the chickenwing submission in 03:38 Rating: **½
Angelina Love vs Heidi Lovelace (c) for the TNAW TV Title The final match of the evening was the one-on-one rematch from My Bloody Valentine’s triple threat match. Where Rayne failed, Love would love (pun intended) to succeed. The veteran quickly took control of the match, staying close to the dq and testing the referee’s patience with her choking and underhanded tactics. Still, Lovelace was being sapped for power and was breathing for air at each choking attempt. She had the wherewithal to duck the Botox Injection, launching her own attack that stunned Love. Then, Madison Rayne came down and slipped a bottle of hairspray to her partner. Had the break-up all been a ruse? As the referee and Lovelace admonished Rayne, Love grabbed the canister and tried to spray Lovelace. Nothing came out! As she tried to shake some life into the bottle, Lovelace send Angelina down to a kneeling position with a knee to the gut, then connected with the Shining Wizard to retain.
As the camera panned to Madison, she was obviously faking a confused look, giggling as she said that perhaps that was an old bottle that didn’t work.
Heidi Lovelace defeated Angelina Love for the TNAW TV Title with the Shining Wizard after 06:04 Rating: *** (Heidi Lovelace retained her TV Title in her 2nd title defense)
A blitzing attack! As a furious Love left the ring looking for her ex-partner, SexiNation entered the ring. SexiStar clubbed Heidi in the back of her head with the cast, stomping away on her as Sarita held her down. Ivelisse grabbed a microphone, telling Heidi that now that the barbie dolls were done with, it was time for her to focus on her new challenger - Sexi Star. SexiNation would not leave Queens of the Ring without belts around their waist, and Sexi was coming for the TV Title. Sarita put the TV champion in the chickenwing while Sexi still stomped away. Rating: *¾
Challenge set for Queens of the Ring The dastardly attack by SexiNation was thwarted when Saraya Knight came in wielding a chair. Not so much as to save Heidi (she didn’t even acknowledge her), but because she needed the ring. Saraya said that last week, she forced the world champion to tap out in a non-title match. Everyone was asking her - is your revenge complete now? Saraya shakes her head no. Serena tried to take away what was most precious to her - her daughter. Now, Saraya would take away what was most precious to Serena - her title. She challenged Serena to a title match at Queens of the Ring! Serena hit the ring, and the two started brawling, quickly rolling outside to continue. Road agents and guards soon tried to separate them, really working hard to keep the champion away from the woman who humiliated her last week. As the show went off air, we cannot help but look forward to Queens of the Ring! Rating: ***
Show rating: **¼
Show notes: The stage has been set - at Queens of the Ring, Serena will defend the TNAW World Title against Saraya Knight. Also, SexiNation has set their sights on a new title, Heidi Lovelace’s TV Title.
Don’t miss out on next week, as Madison Rayne and Angelina Love go one on one!

TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 11.04.2015
Ashley Flair vs Nicole Matthews With only eight days until Queens of the Ring, newcomer Ashley Flair still didn’t have match scheduled. Perhaps that’s what RD Evans was busy setting up tonight, as he wasn’t present for her match against “the Lariat”. Flair doesn’t need a baby sitter though, and despite Nicole’s usual arrogant and cocky schtick, she didn’t lose focus on what’s important - pinning her opponent’s shoulders to the ground for the 1-2-3.
Ashley Flair defeated Nicole Matthews with the Natural Selection after 02:39 Rating: **½
Main event booked We go straight to Dixie Carter’s office, where Renee Young is standing by with the Owner and President. Dixie says that tonight’s main event will pit the two women involved in the World Title match at Queens of the Ring against each other - in a tag match. On Serena’s team - Candice LeRae. On Saraya’s team - Kimberly. With QotR eight days away, these four women would love to get their hands on each other - and tonight, they do! Rating: ¾*
A vicious attack prevented Backstage, Ivelisse approaches Rose Martinez, asking her if she doesn’t want a hair cut so she doesn’t look like Minni Mouse. Rose refuses and tries to go past Ivelisse, but the Puerto Rican grabs hold of her and tosses her to the ground, pinning her arms behind her. Sarita shows up with a pair of scissors, but before any hair can be removed, Alissa Flash comes to the rescue, chasing SexiNation away. Ivelisse shouts to Rose that all she needs to do, is ask. They can make her a better, sexier and stronger women any time. Alissa tells Rose to not let them get into her head. Rating: **
Melanie Cruise vs Winter Last week, RD Evans forgot to mention to Athena that she had an imminent match against Jessica Havock. Cruise was aware of her match against Havock’s partner Winter tonight, but it wasn’t a walk in the park despite this. Both Melanie and Winter are tall women, but while Melanie has the strength advantage, Winter has the experience edge and the ruthlessness factor. She was also trying to get a mental advantage over Cruise in case they were to meet each other at the Queens of the Ring in eight days. Winter knows very well the danger of getting caught by Cruise, and when Mel went for the Burning Hammer, Winter wriggled free and hit a roll-up, pulling Cruise’s tights for the quick 3-count. With back-to-back-losses against Winter and Havock, Athena and Cruise are not going into QotR on a good note.
Winter defeated Melanie Cruise with a roll-up after 04:14 Rating: *½
RD tries to multi-task RD Evans is backstage talking to Ashley Flair when Athena and Melanie Cruise come by. Athena is shouting to RD that he better starts paying some attention to his other clients. Did he know Melanie was in a match just now, by the way? RD starts to explain, but then his phone rings and he excuses himself. Melanie asks Ashley who he’s talking to. Ashley doesn’t have a clue. She says that as long as he takes care of her contract negotiations, she doesn’t care what he does. Including being ringside. She’s a big girl and can take care of herself. Rating: **¼
Angelina Love vs Madison Rayne The Beautiful People have been on a collision course for a time now, with Love and Rayne getting in each other way over the TNAW TV Title. After last week, when Rayne sabotaged Love’s attempt at the gold, this match simply had to happen. The crowd really didn’t know how to root for, seeing as neither was especially popular with the fans to begin with. They did witness a solid, technical match that certainly showcased the fact that these two bombshells are more than just pretty faces. And while the match wasn’t completely free of eye gouging, hair pulling and catfighting tendencies, it also had good wrestling. They traded the advantage back and forth, Rayne looking to finish it off with the Rayne Drop, but Love reversing it into the Break a Bitch, cracking Madison’s back over her knees for the win.
Angelina Love defeated Madison Rayne with Break a Bitch in 05:22 Rating: ***¼
Kimberly promises Candice a good time Backstage, Chasity Taylor stands by with Kimberly, who will be up next in a tag team match. Kimberly says that when Candice LeRae decided to stick her nose where it doesn’t belong, it is going to get hurt. Doesn’t she know who Kimberly is? She is the one who chased Tara away for TNAW. The most experienced wrestler on the roster. The one who had been here forever. Gone. Because of her. Candice was a nobody. A tomboy with daddy issues. Candice would go away - just like Tara. Rating: ***¼
Farewell Backstage, Chasity Taylor tries to get a few words with Madison Rayne. The former TV Champion screams to Chasity about her career being ruined. All she wants is to leave this hell hole and go back to her husband and daughter. She quits! With that, Madison Rayne storms out and Chasity takes us back to the main event. Rating: ***
Candice LeRae & Serena vs Kimberly & Saraya Knight You could hardly picture a more demented team than Kimberly and Saraya. Knight is blinded with lust for revenge after seeing what her daughter is going through. All in her mind is based around hurting Serena, and hurting her bad. Kimberly has gotten her Tag Title stripped away from her. She singlehandedly sent super veteran Tara away injured. And Candice LeRae was the one preventing her from exacting revenge on the one person responsible for Kimberly’s lack of titles. It did become quite the chaotic brawl though, as the referee soon lost control of the match. Saraya didn’t feel the need to follow tag rules in order to get hold of Serena, and Kimberly is more or less used to fending for her own in tag matches anyway. Like two weeks ago, Serena was put in the Rocking Cradle, but Candice broke it up. Candice also had the audacity to toss Saraya on her head with her Crotch Plex. The end came when all four were in the ring, dazed after exerting themselves and hitting each other with big moves. Serena suddenly sprang to life with the Spear, but Saraya had the wherewithal to pull Kimberly in her way. As Serena made the cover, Saraya threw Candice over the ring and picked up the World Title.
LeRae & Serena defeated Kimberly & Knight when Serena hit the Spear on Kimberly in 08:30 Rating: **
She who laughs last.. As Serena got her hand raised, she scanned the arena for signs of Saraya (or maybe her partner, most likely Saraya though). She spotted her too late, as Saraya decked her with the World Title. Candice tried to get into the ring, but she was hit with the belt too. Saraya then picked up Serena and hit a power bomb on the belt. Saraya held the belt high as she looked down on Serena as the show came to a close. Rating: ***¾
Show rating: **¾
Show notes: With eight days to go until Queens of the Ring, we have a new match set. Candice LeRae will take on Kimberly.
Shocking scenes when a teary-eyed Madison Rayne left TNAW. What is next for Angelina Love? Find out next week on Showdown!

Behind the scenes
Madison Rayne has left TNAW as her contract expired. She will now focus on her family, and is reported to have left the business. Britani Knight’s contract has expired, and TNAW has opted not to renew the contract with the injured ex-champion. Britani is now back in England, and there are not rumored to be any hard feelings between the Knights and TNAW. The current short-term contract with Destination America is soon to be renewed, and as the ratings of the shows have been good all over, most believe it will be only a formality.

TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN 18.04.2015
Nattie Neidhart vs Taylor Made The crowd cheered wildly as Nattie Neidhart made her comeback from a grievous injury suffered back at Ultimate X in July of last year. Taylor tried to take advantage of Nattie’s ring rust, but the veteran showed that she had prepared herself well for the ring. Made also targeted Nattie’s knee, but there seems to be no lingering effects of the injury. It’s been a while, but finally the Sharpshooter was back in TNAW!
Nattie Neidhart submitted Taylor Made to the Sharpshooter in 02:46 Rating: ***
SexiNation ready for tomorrow The three young ladies that constitutes the SexiNation faction, the masked Mexican SexiStar, the fiery Puerto Rican Ivelisse and the pseudo-Mexcian-Canadian Sarita look pumped and ready for tomorrow night’s iPPV. Sexi Star (subtitled) says that her hand has healed and that she has been cleared for in ring competition. Heidi Lovelace better beware! Ivelisse says that tomorrow night, she and Sarita will become new tag team champions. Tonight, she will be in action against one member of each team participating in the semi-finals. She will show her dominance in singles wrestling as well, and if Alissa Flash gets in her way, she will put her down like an animal. Rating: ¾*
Heidi ready for the SexiNation Lenny Leonard stands by with Heidi Lovelace, who will be facing SexiStar tomorrow night. Heidi says she’s ready. She handled both Beautiful People at once, so she can take the Mexican luchadore and her crew. She isn’t a fluke champion, she is here for the long run. Rating: ***¼
Donna Lee vs Kimberly Kimberly is up against Candice LeRae tomorrow night, and wanted to send a message by crushing Donna Lee tonight. Problem is, Donna Lee is improving for every match and gave Kimberly some worries tonight. She is also solidly built, can dish out some bruising forearms and is quicker than she should be. Knowing fully well that a loss here would completely throw Kimberly off-balance before tomorrow’s big match, she put in an extra gear and drilled Lee’s head in the ground with a Tornado DDT.
Kimberly defeated Donna Lee with a Tornado DDT in 03:18 Rating: ****
A change of plans Jessica Havock enters Dixie Carter’s office. Sara Del Rey is standing next to the President. Jessica asks if this has anything to do with Winter. Dixie says that yes, Winter turned in her resignation a couple of days ago. Unfortunately for Havock, this means she won’t have a partner for the tournament.Havock says it’s fine, she’ll wrestle alone. Dixie says that won’t happen. This is a tag tournament. She has already informed Ray & Leon that they will take their place. Havock snickers, asking Dixie if that is why she has brought in the old Death Ray. To protect her in case J-Hav would get mad. Dixie shrugs, saying that she was attacked a few weeks ago by Kimberly, and wasn’t about to take any chances. Havock stares at DelRey for a short while before leaving the office. Rating: **
Candice LeRae vs Nicole Matthews Nicole Matthews hasn’t been herself since her tag team partner left, and against the promising Candice LeRae, she had her hands full. Candice will take on the former tag team champion Kimberly tomorrow night and had all intentions of going into it with confidence. Nicole’s lariats are deadly, but hitting them is paramount if she’s to win matches. At the third attempt, Candice grabbed hold of her arm, turned her around and hit a neckbreaker. As Nicole was getting back to her feet, Candice climbed up top and hit a perfect missile dropkick, knocking the wind out of Nicole for the three-count.
Candice LeRae defeated Nicole Matthews with a missile dropkick in 02:37 Rating: *
Saraya promises the fans to see her daughter later Backstage, Lenny Leonard stands by with Saraya Knight, who has requested some interview time. Saraya says that later tonight, her daughter Britani Knight will address the fans and Serena via Skype on the big screen. She warns the fans not to turn off the show after the main event, or else she would be coming for them. Rating: **¼
A friendly advice Alissa Flash is getting ready for her entrance, when Serena walks by. Flash stops her, telling to her to take Saraya Knight very seriously. Serena thanks her for the advice, but assures she does. Flash points out that Serena doesn’t understand. Saraya is the most vicious, evil and tenacious person alive. She won’t stop before she has scarred, broken and damaged Serena physically and mentally - for life. Serena nods gravely and wishes Alissa good luck tonight.
Alissa Flash vs Ivelisse vs Melanie Cruise vs Ray This was a four corner match pitting one wrestler from each team against each other, the night before the big Queens of the Ring tournament. To make sure the ringside area didn’t get jammed up with tag team partners, Dixie had decreed that any partner or stablemate showing their face ringside would cause the entire team to be dq-ed for the tournament. With four women in the ring at the same time, this was a high-octane encounter with every woman for herself. Ivelisse found herself on the wrong end of a beating early on though, and took a breather on the outside, realizing that all the others were after her. In the ring, the bruiser Cruise, the grappler Flash and the high-flyer Ray clashed together in a veritable styles war. The match also saw a beautiful dive, as Ray suddenly hit Ivelisse on the outside with a tope. “The Huntress” had to go back into the ring at one point, targeting Flash above everyone else. At the same time, Ray tried to use her high-flying skills against the much bigger Cruise, but got caught in a cross-body and tossed to the outside. Cruise went out after her, mistakenly leaving Flash and Ivelisse in the ring. Flash then got out of the Disdain DDT, hit Ivelisse with a series of palm strikes and hit her with the dreaded Kudo Driver. Nobody gets up from that! An important win going into the Queens of the Ring tournament!
Alissa Flash defeated Ivelisse, M. Cruise & Ray in a four-corner survival match when she pinned Ivelisse after the Kudo Driver in 12:10 Rating: ***
Britani on the big screen The show wasn’t over yet, as Saraya Knight made her way out to the ring. Saraya called out her opponent for tomorrow - Serena. As the TNAW World Champion came out, the big screen showed Britani Knight sitting in a bed at home in England. Britani says hi to all her fans. She wishes she could be there, but unfortunately she suffers from a blurry vision and headaches that keep her awake at night. A smug Saraya Knight tries to sway the crowd to her side by pointing out that Serena is the culprit behind this. Britani cuts her off, saying that this is wrestling. Stuff happens. Every single wrestler walks out to the ring knowing fully well that it might be their last match. And when the stakes are as high as the TNAW World Title, the risk is even bigger. Britani tells her mother to let go. It’s great that she has a World Title shot, but leave the personal business behind. It isn’t worth it, and it will only distract her from the gold. She doesn’t hold a grudge against Serena - and neither should she. As Britani disappears from the screen, Saraya is staring daggers at Serena. The world champion lifts her belt up high as Showdown goes dark. Rating: ***¾
Show rating: **½
Show notes: Tomorrow night is Queens of the Ring. Who will walk out of the iPPV the NEW TNAW Tag Team Champions.
Melanie Cruise & Athena - even with RD Evans seemingly occupied elsewhere, these two have it all. Power, agility and experience being tag champs. Ray & Leon - the former tag champs got an available spot tonight, and are looking to make the best out of it. SexiNation - the Latina movement has vowed to walk out of the iPPV with a belt each, and Ivelisse and Sarita might be the favorites to win it. Rose Martinez & Alissa Flash - nothing would feel better to Alissa and Rose than to walk out of QotR with the tag team belts - and having bested SexiNation in the process.
The iPPV also features:
Serena (c) vs Saraya Knight - TNAW World Title Match Heidi Lovelace (c) vs Sexi Star - TNAW TV Title Match Candice LeRae vs Kimberly … and just in.. Ashley Flair vs Nattie Neidhart!
Don’t miss out tomorrow’s iPPV!

Good to see Nattie back. For a roster that has such flux all the time, she's been one stalwart of TNAW. Hoping she can make a big impact.
This is my first experience with SexiStar. I'll have to do a little research on her to see what she's about.
I have no idea who Donna Lee is. Haha. But good to see Kimberly is taken as a more serious threat these days. Always liked her character here.
That's rough for Havock.... doesn't get to find a replacement partner, but instead is just replaced.
Poor Nicole Matthews. She seems a bit stuck in limbo too.
Haha. Saraya is still awesome.
Flash getting some momentum for her team before the tournament.
Loved the promo at the end. Good lead into the iPPV, but I thought Britani was done?

Yeah, Britani is done unfortunately, but I thought it would be OK for her to send in a promo to help her mother's feud Donna Lee is indy wrestler Kimber Lee. But since I already had a Kimberly, I had to find a new name for her..

I'm much more familiar with the roster you're currently using. I really like the grouping of SexiNation, particularly Sexi Star and Ivelisse. I'm also a fan of Heidi and Candice who always work their asses off.
I'm admittedly way behind on TNAW but will get back into the swing of things with QotR.

QUEENS OF THE RING 2015
Welcome to tonight’s action! It’s time to crown new Tag Team Champions. The titles have been vacant since the champions, Tara and Kimberly, completely blew apart and the veteran Tara was sent on the injury list by the vicious Kimberly at My Bloody Valentine. Let’s go straight to the ring for the first semi final.
Ray & Leon vs Rose Martinez & Alissa Flash - Queens of the Ring Semi Final Match The Japanese superstars replaced Winter and Jessica Havock in the tournament when the Brit left TNAW recently. They are former champions, and the ones who got beat by Tara and Kimberly. Their teamwork has always been top-notch, but they tend to get a little too flash and overconfident at times, going for high-risk maneuver when a simple kick to the head would have sufficed. And while they awed the crowd time and time again with their spinning over the head tilt-a-whirl dropscissors, they couldn’t put away Rose or Alissa tonight. Poor Rose has been bullied throughout much of her career here, and all she wants is to put a stop to it by being crowned the tag-team champion. After suffering a lot of beating in the middle part of the match, she managed to tag Flash who cleaned the ring. The former World Champion was taken off guard by Ray and a rana, but when the masked Joshi went up high for a moonsault, Flash rolled away. As Rose handled Leon, Alissa hit Ray with the Air Raid Crash to advance to the finals. One step closer for Flash & Martinez!
A. Flash & R. Martinez defeated Ray and Leon when Flash hit the Air Raid Crash on Ray in 07:55 Rating: **
Athena & Melanie Cruise w/RD Evans vs SexiNation - Queens of the Ring Semi Final Match Evans was finally back in the corner of Cruise and Athena. He joined the announce team momentarily, explaining that he doesn’t always feel the need to walk his clients out to the ring. He is more of a backstage kind of guy, dealing with contracts and negotiations. His clients dominated the first couple of minutes in this one, Cruise using her power to smash down any attempts from SexiNation. Athena got in several kicks on Ivelisse before she was grounded by Sarita. The two Latinas have both MMA background, and went to work on Athena’s joints. Cruise desperately needed a tag, but SexiNation was slowly sapping the strength from the Wrestling Goddess. Finally, Athena landed a high kick on Sarita, tagging Cruise in the process. Cruise came in flaring, slamming both the opponents and hitting Ivelisse with a flying legdrop. The big bump seemed to injure her thigh though, so she tagged out again. Athena went in and quickly went for the O-Face. Sarita ducked it and quickly hit a small package on Athena. Melanie tried to reach out, but her leg slowed her down and the 3-count was a fact.
Sarita & Ivelisse defeated Athena & Cruise when Sarita hit a small package on Athena in 10:11 Rating: **½
Jessica Havock sick and tired Backstage, Lenny Leonard stands by with Jessica Havock, who was dropped from the iPPV when her partner Winter left. Havock is raging, accusing TNAW management for not having a spine. She could easily have won the Tag Titles on her own. She has been held back from day one in this company because she is big and bulky, and not having super model looks or implants. She tried to send them a message by refusing to come to work for months, but nothing happened. Havock says that they can either fire her, or give her the opportunities she deserve. Rating: *
Ashley Flair w/RD Evans vs Nattie Neidhart Evans was still out there for the next match. He says that Flair has been matched carefully so far, but here was the real big test. Prazak points out that Flair has faced Ivelisse on a couple of occasion, is that to match her carefully? Evans admits that Ivelisse is a good wrestler, but she is a sociopath and not the same caliber as Flair. Or Neidhart for that matter. This was a battle between two second generation superstars, and their heritage shone through. It was a technical affair, both showcasing their tremendous ability. Nattie has the experience and the strength advantage, while Ashley has an athletic ability that few can match and several inches on the Canadian. While these two have stated that they admire each other, both wanted to win. It might have started out slow, but they picked up the pace and used both submission maneuvers and power moves to take it away. Ashley was in the Sharpshooter at one time, but she was to close to the ropes. Flair went for the Natural Selection as well, but Nattie had it scouted and ducked. Towards the end, they were going for flash pinfalls to secure the win, but the match ended in a 15-minute time limit draw. Even though the fans chanted for “5 more minutes”, RD Evans motioned for Ashley to leave the ring. Flair and Neidhart shook hands, congratulating each other on a well-fought match.
Ashley Flair and Nattie Neidhart ended in a time-limit draw after 15:00 Rating: **
Heidi Lovelace (c) vs Sexi Star for the TNAW TV Title It was time for the evening’s first title match. Heidi was rightfully nervous for Sexi’s cohorts, but they were obviously busy preparing for the finals of the Queens of the Ring tournament. Still, the experienced Luchadora seemed confident, and as she attacked Heidi before the bell, she showed that she meant business. Heidi struck back, showing that youthful enthusiasm and a will to win could be an equalizer for the experience factor. The match went outside as well, where Sexi suplexed Heidi on the floor! Sexi continued to focus on the back and neck, setting up for the swinging fisherman suplex. Heidi kicked out on 2,5! Heidi got her second wind back now, kicking and punching Sexi, finally stunning her and sending her down to one knee. Heidi went for the Shining Wizard, but Sexi ducked, rolled up Heidi with a firm hold of her trunks, and secured the TV Title!
Sexi Star defeated Heidi Lovelace with a schoolgirl in 08:20 Rating: ***¾ (SexiStar won the TNAW TV Title)
Candice LeRae vs Kimberly Kimberly has been furious ever since Dixie Carter stripped her of the tag team titles. It went so far that she actually attacked Dixie. Candice LeRae came to the rescue, earning Kimberly’s ire. For someone with so much anger as Kimberly, focusing on the task at hand can be difficult. However, she was tag team champ with someone she soon came to see as her enemy for four months, so Kimberly knows how to get the job done. She started out going for Candice’s hair, tossing her about and slapping her brazenly in the face. She did succeed in provoking a fight out of Candice though, who showed that her win over Saraya at My Bloody Valentine wasn’t a fluke. She drove Kimberly on the defensive, who had to pull referee Mattano in the way of a dropkick. Still, it wasn’t to her advantage, as she quickly hit a Tornado DDT, stunning Candice. Then, down the aisle came Tara running with a chair! The crowd cheered for the returning veteran, who smashed a chair over Kimberly’s head. She then placed Candice on top of her and woke the referee in the process. Candice looked confused when she got back to herself, but a win is a win!
Candice LeRae defeated Kimberly via pinfall in 05:48 Rating: **
Alissa Flash & Rose Martinez vs SexiNation for the TNAW Tag Team Titles It was time to crown two new Queens of the Ring, and to hand the Tag Team Titles to a deserving team. These two teams have been at it for months, and Flash and Martinez didn’t wait for the introduction, but charged the ring and started punching it out with their opponents. After brawling on the outside for a while, the match settled inside the ring. SexiNation isolated Rose in this one, taunting her and ripping off her hair bands and bracelets, calling them silly and childish. Flash didn’t wait for the tag at some occasions, and she was clearly frustrated of the way Rose was treated. She got the hot tag eventually, but she was quickly cut off by Ivelisse. Now it was Flash’s turn to get a beating from SexiNation. Sarita and Ivelisse may have started off with a somewhat.. strange relationship, but they are blossoming into a well-oiled machinery. Their overconfidence cost them though, as Flash was able to get loose from Sarita, causing Ivelisse to superkick her partner. She desperately went for the tag, only to have Rose drop off the apron! Alissa looked at her in disbelief as Rose shook her head, saying sorry. As Rose walked away, Sarita locked Flash in the chickenwing. Realizing that all was lost anyway, she quickly tapped.
Sarita & Ivelisse def. Flash & Martinez when Sarita made Flash submit to the Chickenwing submission in 10:12 Rating: **¾ (Sarita & Ivelisse won the TNAW Tag Team Titles)
SexiNation is not done While Rose Martinez looked at with a bad conscience, SexiStar joined her cohorts in a beatdown of Flash. They motioned for the traitor to come, but she walked away in shame. Why Rose, why? However, Flash’s situation looked to be pretty bleak when RD Evans came running down the aisle, waving his hands for someone to come. Out came Ashley Flair, Nattie Neidhart and Tessa Blanchard! Evans directed the trio into the ring. SexiNation tried to put up a fight, but they were taken unawares and could only defend themselves for a while before they were tossed over the ropes. Sarita was stuck in the ring though, and Flair hit her with the Natural Selection. Dave Prazak was besides himself when Flair flashed the Four Horseman sign! Dave said that this was not the Four Horsemen, this was the Four Horsewomen! Tessa Blanchard, the daughter of Tully Blanchard, and Nattie Neidhart, the daughter of Jim Neidhart, flashed the sign too. All while RD Evans stood there with a million dollar grin on his face. Rating: **¾
Saraya Knight vs Serena (c) for the TNAW World Title While the fans were still buzzing with what just happened, Knight and Serena started kicking the crap out of each other. And while Knight still claimed she was out for revenge for her injured daughter, you could see in her eyes that she also wanted the World Title. Saraya has been at the top in TNAW for so long, but only held the Tag Titles for a short while. With so much hatred and malice in her body, focusing on goals such as titles might seem secondary to her. Serena has fought for too long to give up on her title so easily, and while she must have some guilt in her body for what happened to Britani, she knows stuff happens in wrestling. It’s a part of the game. Saraya’s need to injure, to batter and to inflict pain have been her downfall before, and so it was again. Serena had taken a beating for a couple of minutes, but still managed to roll over while in the Bridal Rockin Chair. Instead of going for the pin or hitting a big move, Saraya went to loosen the turnbuckle. The referee saw her, and after a short argument, Saraya turned around straight into the Spear from Serena.
Serena defeated Saraya Knight with a Spear in 12:05 Rating: *** (Serena retained the TNAW World Title)
A new challenger makes herself known Serena couldn’t rest for long, as Jessica Havock made her way down the aisle. The big, leather-clad, Bane-mask dressed beast of a woman pulled Serena out of the ring and was about to pound the champion, when Sara Del Rey made her way to the ring, clubbing Havock from the back. The surprising attack sent Jessica reeling, and while she did pick up a chair and try a comeback, Serena was up on her feet next to Sara, awaiting Havock’s next move. The surprise assailant slowly backed away, glaring angrily at Del Rey as the show came to a close. Rating: **¼
Show rating: **½
Show notes: New TV Champ, new tag team champs. Despite this, the biggest news coming from this show is formation of the Four Horsewomen. But who is the fourth member? Is it Alissa Flash? And now there are two large factions in TNAW. Is the promotion large enough for both SexiNation and Four Horsewomen? Follow Showdown to find out!

J-Hav is a someone I definitely wouldn’t want to upset. I’m surprised she hasn’t bulldozed everything in front of her to get what she wants.
I like the booking of Ashley and Nattie. These two could get a lot of mileage out of each other just by having excellent, super technical matches. An modern-day, woman’s version of Malenko/Guerrero in ECW.
I like Heidi, but I really like that Sexi cheated to win. You put Heidi over by getting her ass kicked but not laying down so it makes the cheating so much more vile.
Possibly a typo (or I’m just not following the angle), but it seems like Tara should have hit Kimberly with the chair, not Candice? But hey, I’m really digging Candice these days and just as you said, a win is a win!
SexiNation owned tonight! They owe a little to Rose for leaving her partner hanging, though.
The Four Horsewomen?!?! Love it!
I get Saraya wanted to do a lot of damage but she looked a little silly going through the trouble just to get Speared and pinned.
Yep, there’s Havock! If Sara del Rey hadn’t showed up she might have killed someone.
It didn’t take long to get pulled back into this. The SexiNation vs. 4HW feud potential will surely keep me glued.

Yup. Typo in Kimberly vs Candice match, yeah.
I haven't been happy with my booking of Havock so far. She's been in TNAW for a while, but has never been pushed as a monster. She also came at a time where I had a lot of them (Tamina, Hailey HAtred, Awesome Kong, Melanie Cruise). But I'm not giving up on her!

You seem to be big on SexiNation so I see them walking out of here with the titles.
Havock needs to get out of the blocks. She's a monster, and even though she's green as goose shit, a woman with that size should be pushed huge.
Good to see Nattie back. Hopefully she can stay healthy.
And Sexi Star takes the TV Title. Step one of what I think is a huge night for them.
Tara back, and yeah, she knew she'd go after Kimberly. Should be a great blood feud.
Wow... Martinez abandons Flash. And SexiNation are tag champs! Woo!
Four Horsewomen is a cool idea. The catch will be giving them their own identity. That's hard to do when they're the female version of one of the most iconic stables ever.
Good fight from Saraya, but her antics got the better of her tonight.
Havock gets involved after, but immediately gets cut off. Havock needs a decisive win over someone like Del Ray to cement her place.
Good show overall.

TNAW - SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN - 25.04.2015
New champs The show tonight opened with a grand celebration of the three new champs that were crowned yesterday. Sarita, Ivelisse and Sexi Star walked to the ring accompanied by latin music and some dancers. They also brought with them Rose Martinez, dressed more provocatively, with a rose in her hair and with a lot more make up then usual. Ivelisse took the mic in the ring, saying that SexiNation has now the majority of the titles in TNAW - which proves the superiority of the latina people. She points out that Rose Martinez took a brave choice, betraying her partner and her heritage, but embracing her husband’s latin roots. The celebration was interrupted by RD Evans, who came out flashing the Four Horsewomen sign. RD says that right now, SexiNation is on top of TNAW. Last night, however, saw the formation of the most powerful group of wrestler in TNAW history. With two of the original stable’s daughters in his employ, RD has completed his masterplan. The Four Horsewomen have arrived, and SexiNation’s time on the top will come to an end, sooner rather than later. Dixie Carter comes out as well, telling SexiNation that she has agreed to a tag match on their behalf later tonight. In the main event, SexiNation will take on two of RD’s clients - Athena and Melanie Cruise. Ivelisse snickers, asking why RD doesn’t want to risk the Horsewomen on them? Why put them up against his B-team? Sexi Star grabs the mic, accepting the match on behalf of SexiNation and the entire latina population. Rating: ***¼
Jessica Havock vs Mary Dobson Havock was in a fouler mood than usual. She tried to interject herself in the main event of Queens of the Ring, but was foiled by Sara Del Rey. An intense entrance where she threatened both members of the crowd and the announcers was followed up with three big moves on poor Dobson, before a choke slam put her out of her misery.
Jessica Havock defeated Mary Dobson with the Harlot Slayer in 00:38 Rating: ****¼
Heidi want it back! Backstage, Lenny Leonard has a quick chat with Heidi Lovelace. The former TV champion says that she started to get used to having gold around her waist, but that she did not give up on it that easily. SexiNation is always bragging about the latina heritage. Well, Heidi’s fighting spirit was no less, and SexiStar would see that the next time they met. Rating: *¾
Allysin Kay vs Sara Del Rey Sara Del Rey has been on the injury list for quite some time now, but has spent the days as a trainer at TNAW, helping the younger girls improve. The ring rust was not evident for Sara, who dismantled her opponent from the get-go. As the match went on, it almost look like she was giving Kay the chance to fight back, commenting on what she should do to keep her head in the match. This did only provoke Allysin to make more mistakes, and Sara brought her down with the Royal Butterfly.
Sara Del Rey defeated Allysin Kay with the Royal Butterfly in 02:15 Rating: ***¼
Kimberly wants Tara Footage of Tara costing Kimberly her match against Candice LeRae airs. We then go straight to Dixie Carter’s office, where Kimberly demands a match against Tara. Dixie says that Tara is still on the injury list, and that concussions are being taken extremely serious, especially with what happened to Britani. Kimberly protests, saying that Tara looked well enough last week. Dixie says that it is doctor’s orders, and that her hands are tied. Rating: *
Sitdown interview with Angelina Love Renee Young has a sitdown with Angelina Love. They talk about the success of the Beautiful People over the years, the different constellations etc. Angelina says that they have had a tendency to shift between friends and enemies. They are the perfect frienemies. Right now, she cannot stand Madison Rayne, and she’s glad she quit. It was all just baby talk.. all… the.. fricking.. time. When Renee asks about Velvet Sky, Love says that she is doing fine on her own. She is not looking for a partner, but will carve out her own niche in the singles division of TNAW. Rating: ***¼
Angelina Love vs Candice LeRae Angelina just told Renee Young that she was about to carve out a niche for herself in TNAW now that Madison Rayne is gone, and what better way to start that journey than to face the young, up-and-coming wrestler who has defeated both Saraya Knight and Kimberly already in her short career. Angelina had changed her demeanor somewhat, being more aggressive than usual and more “to the point”. Candice was ready though, matching the veteran’s offense. A lot of back and forth action in this short match, before all of a sudden Love hit’s an O’Connor roll near the ropes, holding on to the ropes and trunks of LeRae as she won the match.
Angelina Love defeated Candice leRae with an O’Connor Roll in 03:38 Rating: **¾
Four Horsewomen backstage A video is shown of the Four Horsewomen working out backstage (there are really only three Horsewomen at this point..) RD Evans comes into view, telling the camera that this idea came to his mind when he saw the lovely Tessa Blanchard on the indy scene. He then contacted Ashley about coming over, and persuaded Nattie to join. Neidhart comes over, saying that she didn’t need much persuasion. Even though none of her family members were a part of the Four Horsemen, she shares a wrestling heritage with Tessa and Ashley. And as the experienced member of the team, she is sure she can teach them a thing or two. The fourth member? RD admits that he wants “Future Legend” Alissa Flash, but the negotiations are still going on. The IV Horsewomen will soon be four! Rating: *¾
Saraya is not done with Serena Lenny Leonard stands by with Saraya Knight, who last Sunday lost to Serena for the World Title. Saraya says that she is not done with that piece of trash. She has already hurt her once, she knows she can hurt her again. Out of nowhere, Serena attacks Saraya. The two starts brawling backstage, Serena tossing Saraya into the wall. Serena screams at Saraya that she didn’t injure Britani on purpose. She misses a punch, Saraya ducking and striking back. Knight kicks Serena, tossing her over a catering table. She picks up a tray, smashing Serena with it. Saraya spits at Serena, telling her to fight her in her own environment. On the streets! Rating: ****
SexiNation vs Athena & Melanie Cruise - TNAW Tag Team Title Match Their reign cut be the shortest ever if Ivelisse and Sarita didn’t overcome the challenge here tonight. Some may feel that Athena and Cruise are being overlooked by their own manager, but RD Evans has said he is more than capable of representing both Cruise and Athena and The Four Horsewomen. Ivelisse and Athena started off in a fast-paced exchange of kicks and strikes, before Cruise setting the standard with a stunning enzuigiri. Cruise continued the beating, until the outside influence of Sexi Star tripped Cruise coming off of the ropes. Ivelisse and Sarita used quick tags to keep Cruise at bay, but the big Melanie used her strength to break free and make the tag - but Sexi Star had pulled Athena down from the apron! Cruise tried to fight on her own, and was making the best of it until the ref tried to eject Sarita. This gave Sexi Star the opportunity to get in the ring and smack Cruise over the head with one of the tag belts. Not very clean or fair, but a W in the history books.
SexiNation (Ivelisse & Sarita) def. Athena & Melanie Cruise when Ivelisse pinned M. Cruise in 07:28 Rating: ****¼ (SexiNation retained their TNAW Tag-Team Tites in their 1st title defense)
Show rating: ***¼
Show notes: SexiNation escapes with their tag team titles, but they have to be on guard as the Four Horsewomen are on the rise. Next week, we will see who becomes the new top contenders to the TV Title, as Heidi Lovelace faces Nicole Matthews.

Googled Rose. I had no idea. SexiNation just got SO much better! The eventual SexiNation vs. 4HW collision should be tremendous. RD wants Alissa Flash but I wonder if you'll stick with the generational theme.
Thought Candice was on a role but losing to Love put a stop to that.

TNAW - Saturday Night Showdown - 02.05.2015
Ashley Flair w/RD Evans vs Donna Lee RD Evans shocked the world two weeks ago when he assembled the IV Horsewomen. Ashley Flair is an integral part of this female version of the world famous stable, and as the daughter of the Nature Boy himself, Flair has a lot to live up to. Donna Lee is showing progress every time she’s out here, but against someone with the pedigree of Ashley, she had to fall short.
Ashley Flair def. Donna Lee with the Natural Selection in 03:48 Rating: *½
Sara glad to be back Lenny Leonard is having a chat backstage with Sara Del Rey, who is back from a long-term injury. Lenny asks her what her goals are, but before she can respond, Jessica Havock turns up, asking Sara why she felt the need to involve herself in Havock’s business at Queens of the Ring. Sara says that it’s obvious that Havock tried to interfere in the world title match just to hotshot her way into the title picture. It doesn’t work that way. Havock laughs a shrill, maniacal laughter. She tells Sara that’s exactly how it works, and that Del Rey is just a temporary road block in her career. Rating: *½
Angelina’s speaker’s corner Backstage, Angelina is telling all the youngsters (Allysin Kay, Taylor Made, Donna Lee, Mary Dobson, Nicole Matthews) about how she chased that no good Madison Rayne away from TNAW. Out of all the Beautiful People, it was clear as a day that she was the most talented one and the most likely to win the TNAW World Title one day. Candice LeRae showed up, asking Angelina if she can win matches without cheating too. Angelina says that it isn’t cheating if the ref doesn’t see it. Candice smiles condescendingly, telling the others that they shouldn’t listen to Love. She was full of shit. Rating: ***¼
Kimberly vs Tessa Blanchard w/RD Evans This was young Tessa Blanchard’s biggest challenge to date. The former TV and Tag Team Champ is more often than not the rookie in the match, so she took great pleasure in being the savvy veteran for once. Tessa had some nice comebacks and a flurry of offense which almost took Kimberly down with the slingshot suplex, but Kimberly’s brutality and fierceness always turned the tide. That was until all of a sudden, Tara’s music started playing over the speakers. Kimberly turned to the entrance awaiting her sworn enemy, but the music died down. Tessa took advantage of this hitting a schoolgirl roll up and using her body weight to pin Kimberly down. What an upset!
T. Blanchard def. Kimberly with a school girl in 05:01 Rating: ****
Kimberly’s warning She had just returned back from the ring, when Lenny Leonard stopped Kimberly to ask her about what just happened. Kimberly was irate, grabbing Lenny by his tie and shoving his big frame against the wall. Kimberly wants to know who the prankster playing Tara’s music was. Lenny says he doesn’t know, but reminds her that both Tara and Evans have connections, so it could be anyone. Kimberly says she looks forward to when Tara actually shows up, so she could finish the job she started. Rating: **
Dixie warns Sara In Dixie Carter’s office, the President of TNAW thanks Sara for helping out with Jessica Havock at Queens of the Ring. She is worried about what J-Hav might do if given the opportunity, and admits that they haven’t been giving her the chances she might deserve - in fear of how she would represent the company. Sara says she will keep a close watch of Havock, making sure she is kept in line. Rating: ¾*
Heidi Lovelace vs Nicole Matthews - Top Contenders match This was a match to crown a new top contender for Sexi Star’s TV Title. The previous champion, Heidi Lovelace, was on top in the early goings, using a combination of submission moves and rolls/cradles in order to end Nicole. The powerful Canadian has been in limbo ever since Portia Perez left, and really needed this win. She responded with power moves focusing on Heidi’s back and neck, wearing her down and setting up for the Vancouver Maneuver. When it came time to hit it, though, Heidi wrested her way out of Nicole’s grasp and hit a russian legsweep. When Nicole got back up, Heidi scored with the shining wizard.
Heidi Lovelace defeated Nicole Matthews with the Shining Wizard in 05:40 Rating: *
Angelina responds to the accusations Lenny Leonard is backstage with Angelina Love, who wants to make a statement regarding Candice LeRae’s claims. Angelina says she has never, ever cheated in order to win a wrestling match, and that any other claim is ridiculous and groundless. When Lenny tries to point out that video evidence can easily prove who’s right or wrong, Angelina starts talking about “big brother” and “1984” and illegal surveillance. She points out that if the ref doesn’t see her, it’s not cheating! Rating: **½
Leon vs Saraya The foul-mouthed matron Knight may have failed in capturing the TNAW World Title from Serena at Queens of the Ring, but she has made it clear that she is not done. Tonight, she had to test her mettle against the joshi superstar Leon. Saraya was initially baffled and taken unawares by Leon’s pace and agility, and had to take a breather on the outside to re-think her strategy. She did so by grabbing hold of Leon’s leg, hitting a dragon screw and continuing to target that limb. Even a one-legged wrestler of Leon’s caliber is a match for anyone though, and Saraya was hit by one-legged dropkicks, spin-kicks and even a one-legged suplex. When Leon missed a cross-body and landed on her leg though, Saraya grabbed it again and turned it into an ankle lock. Leon screamed in pain and submitted. Saraya didn’t let go though, and kept twisting and turning in order to inflict more pain. The referee did something unwise then, informing the time keeper that he had reversed the decision to a DQ due to Saraya using excessive force.
Leon defeated Saraya Knight by disqualification in 08:12 Rating: *¼
The ref saved by the bell Ref Rosenberg should have known better, for as soon as Saraya found out about the decision being reversed, she let go of Leon and grabbed hold of the referee. She abused him verbally for almost a minute, the ref cowering in fear and apologizing profusely. Just as she was about to hit him with a power bomb, Serena ran in and tackled Saraya. Even though she had just been in a fight, Saraya gained the upper hand, blows raining down on the champion. Saraya picked her up and hit a sitout power bomb. Saraya held up Serena’s world title as the show wrapped up. Rating: ***¾

Show notes: Saraya Knight might have lost her match tonight, but she must have earned herself a new title shot the way she dismantled Serena. Next week, Tessa Blanchard goes one on one with Sexi Star in a non-title match!

You mentioned you've struggled with Havock but having a feud with Sara Del Ray is awesome. Hoping they have a killer series of matches.
Funny interview with Angelina dealing with the accusations. She's ridiculous.
So J-Hav's comments about how things work around here may have some merit if Saraya gets a title shot for beating up Serena. Saraya looked like a beast this show, though.

TNAW Saturday Night Showdown - 09.05.2015
Dixie with some big news The show opens in Dixie Carter’s office, where the President has promised a big announcement. Dixie says that she understands Saraya Knight’s frustration, especially with her daughter being out indefinitely. She therefore has booked a rematch for the TNAW World Title tonight. Saraya Knight will challenge Serena in a Streetfight! Rating: **½
Four Horsewomen: Tessa A vignette for the Four Horsewomen is shown. The video hypes Tessa Blanchard, the daughter of Tully Blanchard and the step-daughter of Magnum T.A. As the youngest and most inexperienced member of the Horsewomen, many feel that she has gotten to where she is due to her name. That may be true, but the pressure on her young shoulders is greater still. RD promises to make her a star, and Tessa will do her part - starting with tonight’s match against Sexi Star. Rating: *¼
Angelina Love vs Mary Dobson Love has stated publicly that she has never, ever cheated, but it didn’t take too long until she poked Mary Dobson in the eye, then trying to hide and trick Mary into almost laying out the referee with a wild haymaker. And even if she probably didn’t need to after hitting Dobson in the face with the bicycle kick, she still pulled the tights for added leverage. When leaving the ring, Love gloated to the fans, calling herself the greatest and most honorable wrestler ever to live.
Angelina Love defeated Mary Dobson with the Botox Injection in 01:34 Rating: ***¼
Heidi ready for the rematch Lenny Leonard stands by with Heidi Lovelace, who last week won a chance to win back her TV Title. The match isn’t until two weeks, but Lovelace would be training hard, as well as scouting Sexi’s non-title match against Tessa Blanchard tonight. Ivelisse and Sarita comes by, telling Heidi it was a stupid move to win last week. If she had just let Matthews win, she wouldn’t have had to endure the pain and humiliation Sexi would inflict on her in two weeks’ time. They told her to watch closely what Sexi did to Tessa tonight, for the exactly same thing would happen to her. Rating: ***
Sara Del Rey vs Taylor Made Sara is slowly removing her ring rust by taking it easy and facing what can be considered easy opponents. Made did get in a lick or two in the early goings, but Sara dismantled her methodically before hitting the Royal Butterfly for the win.
Sara Del Rey defeated Taylor Made with the Royal Butterfly in 02:17 Rating: ****
Havock with a warning After the match, Jessica Havock came out with a microphone in hand. The intimidating woman said that whenever Sara was done playing with the losers of TNAW, she was ready. She didn’t know what it took for TNAW management to give her a proper chance, but if that included taking out the golden goose of TNAW, she was ready. She told Sara that with all the injuries she had suffered over the years, her body was telling her it was over. And if she didn’t feel enough pain already, she would make sure it did so after she got her hands on her. Sara invited Havock into the ring right now if she was so eager, but Jessica laughed, saying it wouldn’t be fair to Sara, who just had such a grueling match. Rating: ***¼
At home with Tara A video airs of Kimberly showing up at what is apparently Tara’s private residence. Nobody responds when she rings the door bell, so Kimberly walks around her house, chanting Tara’s name and asking her to come out. She looks around before opening the garage door. She walks in, caressing Tara’s prized motorcycle. Suddenly, a security guard shows up, asking what she is doing there. Kimberly puts on her best smile, saying that she and Tara are tag team partners. In fact, they won the tag team titles together. The guard then asks Kimberly where the belt is? Kimberly’s smile turns sour, and she knees the security guard in the crotch, kicking him in the chest before running off, screaming that it was Tara’s fault that they weren’t champions anymore. Rating: ****¼
Sexi Star vs Tessa Blanchard Tessa Blanchard is the young gun of the Four Horsewomen, and after defeating Kimberly last week, Tessa wanted another big scalp tonight. RD Evans was hopeful and optimistic, but Sexi Star was ready for Tessa’s youthful enthusiasm, showing that experience is also a valued skill. RD witnessed Blanchard being out-classed from the get-go, finally falling to the swinging suplex.
Sexi Star defeated Tessa Blanchard with the Swinging Fisherman Suplex in 02:48 Rating: ****
SexiNation continues their onslaught Sexi Star picked up Tessa again, hitting her finisher a second time. Ivelisse and Sarita ran in, and RD Evans had to quickly make a call. Soon, Nattie Neidhart and Ashley Flair came down to even the odds. As the two factions brawled, Rose Martinez ran down and slammed a chair in Nattie Neidhart’s back. As SexiNation seemed to rule supreme, Alissa Flash ran down with a chair of her own, swinging it after a dodging Rose Martinez. Sarita wasn’t that lucky though, and Flash cracked the chair over her head. She got down on one knee, and Flair hit the Natural Selection. Rose and Sexi managed to pull her away as Ivelisse shouted profanities at them. The war between SexiNation and The Four Horsewomen are in full swing! Rating: *¼
Saraya Knight vs Serena (c) in a Streetfight for the TNAW World Title With the chairs and brutality we saw in the aftermath of the last match, the stage was set for this streetfight. Everything was allowed, but the pinfall had to happen inside the ring. The two enemies brawled outside the ring in the opening, introducing each other backs to the unyielding steel rails around the ring, slamming each other heads into the steel steps or the apron, even bodyslamming and suplexing each other on the floor outside the ring. When Saraya was in the exact same position as Britani was when she was badly injured, you could see Serena hesitated. That was all the time Saraya needed to launch a counter offensive, hitting a big boot to level Serena. Saraya hit the power bomb on the mats on the outside, rolling Serena into the ring for a two count. She twisted her over in the Bridal Rocking Chair, but Serena managed to get loose before the hold was cinched in properly. Saraya brought in a chair, but Serena ducked, bouncing off the ropes and hitting the Spear. Saraya kicked out! Serena picked up a chair, slamming it down over the head of Saraya. Saraya just flipped Serena the bird! Serena hit her again, the back of the chair cracking as it is brought down upon Saraya. The two blows from the chair was more than Saraya could take.
Serena defeated Saraya Knight by pinfall in 12:29 Rating: *** (Serena retained the TNAW World Title in her 5th title defense)
Show rating: **¾
Show notes: Serena survives one of her toughest battles so far. Is the ghost of Saraya Knight finally over for Serena? And the war between SexiNation and the Four Horsewomen have just begun. Is there room for both groups in TNAW?
Next week, Lenny Leonard tries to get some answers from Rose Martinez on why she betrayed Alissa Flash. Also - Ashley Flair will be in action!

I agree with Russ. If this is what you consider "bad at booking" for Havock, I'm a fan. She's a perfect foil for Del Ray.
I just realized who Rose Martinez is. And I am pleased.
Keep it up!
