- Didn't expect Roberts to be pulling off matches of that quality at this point, but it's good to see he can still go.
- Saturn would fit in nicely in a Roberts stable.
- Bad Bromance? Perfect name.
- Young Stallions? Really?
- Wow, Slater sure pissed somebody off. Good to see DiBiase and Williams maybe going the singles route. They might have been a little wasted in the tag division.
- Still haven't taken the time to look up Nakamura, but I will soon, I promise!
- Anthony Jackson is quickly becoming my favorite in PWI. Awesome stuff from him once again. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with Romero now that his stuff with Kamala is done. I take it he will get thrown in to the Bolo-Jackson stuff.
- Not much to add to the AMW-Taylor/Adams match.
- Whoa, quite the upset for Sheffield.
- I guess Williams and DiBiase are going back to teaming together next week, but it was nice to see them in singles action.
- Good to see Regal get the win over Sting. I was definitely surprised to see Roberts come out for the save, but this could lead to some good stuff.
- Well, you have me intrigued. Good job.

- That was booked for Tarver to take the super fast loss...but he no-showed. Since he no-showed, I inserted Slater (who didn't have a match) and just ran with the booked finish, since the loaded glove was the whole gimmick and wouldn't hurt Slater anyway.
- Obviously, since I'm using dead guys, retired guys and so forth, I'm just plucking people out of time and history as I like...so this isn't old, fat Jake that can't talk or walk anymore...=)
- Here's hoping I keep you guys interested over the next few shows!

- You're right, Slater wasn't really hurt by the pinfall especially since it was a loaded glove. - Yeah, I'm kind of doing the same thing with my roster. I will admit to not have dropped Muraco's workrate below the 80 that he is currently set at. - I'm sure you will do fine.

Interesting notes: I have 4 faces, 5 heels and 2 tweeners whose contracts are up at the end of this cycle.
And someone has given notice!
*is probably gonna sim the rest of the cycle before posting card 3*

Yeah, those bulk contracts suck. I've been going through quite a few myself. I've been lucky that Brad Armstrong was the only one that didn't resign, but I structured it that I pretty much will have somebody's contract coming up every 3-4 shows now for a little while.

Pro Wrestling Immortal Fighting Spirit 3.2.1
Perry Saturn and Sean Morley opened the show against the Young Stallions! Saturn and Morley, two consummate pros, worked over their opponents. The fans seemed a little put off by the aggressiveness of their offense, but hadn't turned on them completely.
Saturn hoisted Roma up for the Death Valley Driver, tagged Morley, then spiked Roma, allowing Morley to hit the Big Splash for the pin!
Bad Attitude (Perry Saturn and Sean Morley) defeated The Young Stallions (Jim Powers and Paul Roma) when S. Morley pinned Roma after the Big Splash in 0:07:04. Rating: ** 3/4
Saturn and Morley sure looked good out there. They spent no time celebrating, just departed to the back, ignoring the fans.
Robert Roode was up next, taking on The Greatest American Bolo!
Something was in the water tonight as Roode aggressively hammered Bolo, tearing at his mask and ignoring referee's warnings. Bolo rallied back and hit his Patriot Act, a running clothesline in the corner followed by an enzuigiri to the trapped opponent, but Roode powered out of the American Revolution!
He focused on Bolo's head, blasting him with the Northern Lariat and driving his head into the ringpost, before locking on a side headlock that forced Bolo to submit due to the brutal assault!
Robert Roode made The Greatest American Bolo submit to a side headlock in 0:12:30. Rating: **
Roode celebrated, but the fans don't like this guy one bit!
Zack Ryder was up next against "Gentleman" Chris Adams!
Adams thwarted Ryder early on, but Ryder managed to stun Adams with an inverted DDT and got the pin!
Zack Ryder pinned Chris Adams after an inverted DDT in 0:02:20. Rating: **
The crowd was not happy with that, as a good number of them really just wanted to see Ryder get his teeth kicked in!
The Fighting Spirit Tournament continued, with tag team partners colliding! James Storm and Chris Harris locked up for the first time in PWI history!
You could see that each man knows the other very well, given the way they had counters for everything the other man did. The frustration seemed to build for each man as they couldn't figure out how to get past the other...until Storm tried to powerbomb Harris and lost his grip, spiking his partner onto his head! As Harris lay there, clearly hurt, Storm stared at his partner with remorse...and then covered him for the pin!
[Fighting Spirit Round One]: James Storm pinned Chris Harris after a powerbomb in 0:07:14. Rating: **** 1/4
Storm advanced into the next round of the tournament, possibly at the expense of his partner's health! Harris had to be carried from the ring, his neck being held stable!
Triple Threat action! Michael Tarver and Skip Sheffield vs Tag Team Champions The Hard Liners vs Steve Williams and Ted DiBiase!
Doc and DiBiase were all over Tarver and Sheffield, and you might have thought that would give the champions an advantage, but the two teams managed to keep the Hard Liners pretty limited!
Each team still had their close calls, but Tarver spiked DiBiase with Tarver's Lightning for the win!
Triangle Match: The Regal Empire (Michael Tarver and Skip Sheffield) defeated The Hard Liners (Dick Murdoch and Dick Slater) and Steve Williams and Ted DiBiase when Tarver pinned DiBiase with the Tarver's Lightning in 0:30:58. Rating: *** 1/2
The Regal Empire stood tall! Two of the toughest teams in PWI fell prey to these hungry young bucks!
William Regal, still wearing chains, came out next...to face Jake Roberts!
Roberts, after DDTing Regal last week, seemed to have gotten into his head! Jake kept psyching Regal out, showing us the least confident Regal we had yet seen! Though Regal kept watching for the DDT, Jake caught him with a shock legsweep and bundled him up for the pin!
Jake Roberts pinned William Regal after a legsweep in 0:03:04. Jake Roberts suffered a back injury. He will be out for approximately 3 cards. Rating: * 3/4
As Jake celebrated, Buzz Sawyer jumped him! Regal kept directing traffic on Sawyer's attack...until Sting ran out of the back and sent Regal and Sawyer running!
At intermission, it was announced that next week, Sting would face The Greatest American Bolo in the Fighting Spirit tournament, and Terry Taylor would meet Sean Morley! Michael Tarver and Skip Sheffield would battle The Hard Liners in a non-title match, Ted DiBiase would challenge William Regal for the PWI Title and a 22 man Stampede would be held to determine a new top contender for the PWI Title!
General Skandar Akbar and Friday brought the menacing Kamala out to face the other half of Bad Bromance, Heath Slater! Heath went on the attack with no effect, and Kamala demolished the young star, pinning him with Air Africa!
[Fighting Spirit Round One]: Kamala pinned Heath Slater with the Air Africa in 0:01:41. Rating: *
Main event time! Buzz Sawyer vs Sting! They went right at each other!! Sting looked super aggressive against Sawyer, who is no pushover himself! Sting beat Buzz from pillar to post and focused his attack on Sawyer's back! Sawyer kept trying to sneak his chain, but Sting kept cutting him off...finally, he locked Sawyer in the Scorpion Deathlock! Sawyer tried to fight it...and then he tried for his chain again, but Sting walked him into the middle of the ring and wrenched back HARD! Sawyer bit his fingers until they bled...before he finally gave up!! Sting did it! He broke Sawyer!
Sting made Buzz Sawyer submit to the Scorpion Deathlock in 0:10:47. Rating: *** 1/2
Sting stood over Sawyer and yelled "Now we're finished, Buzz! We're done!" and left the ring to a standing ovation!
Card rating: ** 1/2

- Liking the two grumpy old veterans in Saturn and Morley. It fits them nicely.
- Whoa! Roode going over was quite the surprise. I know it's hard to protect some guys right now, but I'd figure Bolo would be going over cause of his hot program with Jackson.
- Ryder needed that, but that was really quick. The fans have to be going nuts at this point. All the heels (and tweeners) are going over.
- Nice match between AMW. I wonder if this will somehow lead to them breaking up?
- Tarver and Sheffield would be quite the intimidating team. Don't know if I like them going over the Hard Liners and DiBiase and Williams though.
- Well, I don't really know if you can call Roberts a face, but I will for this match so finally a face gets a win! Yay! Sucks about the injury though. Luckily Roberts is one of those guys that doesn't really need to wrestle to get over. I'm surprised there was actually a clean pinfall in the match.
- Kamala finally wins one!
- Poor, poor Sawyer. Sting is such a bully! Good way to end the feud though, and Sawyer still came out looking pretty strong. One of the few cases where I feel that the guy that lost the feud is still stronger after than he was before.
Great stuff, looking forward to the next card.

Roode's a bigger star than me...=P - Stay tuned for AMW. - TNM says Roberts is a face...you guys are the ones having a hard time trusting him...=) - I was really gonna end Sawyer-Sting on Card 13...until Sawyer passed out again. Now I feel like it's safe to leave it be.

Pro Wrestling Immortal Fighting Spirit 4.1.1.
The show opens with Sensei Bolo leading The Greatest American Bolo to the ring! Sting makes his way out next!
The two men shake hands, then lock up! Bolo surprises Sting with his ferocity, but Sting's power, speed and athleticism quickly give him the edge! As they fight to the floor, Sting winds up crushing Bolo against the guardrail with a Stinger Splash! Bolo crumples to the ground, seemingly hurt. Sting slides back in the ring, concerned, as Sensei checks on Bolo. Bolo is gasping for air as he gets counted out.
[Fighting Spirit Round One]: Sting defeated The Greatest American Bolo by countout in 0:03:25. Rating: *
Sting looks disappointed that it all went down that way. He goes to the floor and checks on Bolo, who apparently just got rocked really hard on that Splash. He accepts Sting's help to the back as both men get cheered.
Kitty brings out "The Tennessee Cowboy" James Storm, to a round of boos. She asks Storm about the condition of one Chris Harris. Storm, however, mentions that he has a big match coming up in a couple of weeks against Kamala, who is the kind of guy you have to get mentally prepared for. Kitty asks about the severity of Harris' inury, and Storm says that Chris will be fine once he gets out of the wheelchair. He tells Kitty that she's making too big a deal out of it....it's pro wrestling and not ballet. "Look, Chris, I'm sorry 'bout your damn luck."
Robert Roode came out as Storm was leaving and Storm kinda patted him on the shoulder as he headed to the ring. "Gentleman" Chris Adams came out to take him on!
What followed was a very nice match with two gifted athletes, and even mostly clean, though Roode did bend a couple of rules. Adams is more at home in tag matches these days, while Roode has been focused on singles since he debuted, and so it wasn't a huge surprise when Roode hit the Payoff for the win!
Robert Roode pinned Chris Adams with the Payoff in 0:05:50. Rating: ** 3/4
Sean Morley hit the ring next, looking sour again. He faced off with Terry Taylor, with the winner meeting Sting. Taylor offered his hand to Morley, who just kind of sneered. Taylor shook his head and went to work. Taylor frustrated the larger man in the early going, using his speed and technical ability to keep him off balance.
Morley attacked Taylor aggressively and got some near falls, but got frustrated with Taylor's resilience. Morley ran headlong into a boot from Taylor that changed his complexion, then Taylor hit the Five Arm...but Morley tumbled out to the floor! This actual gave him time to recover, which killed Taylor's momentum. Back in the ring, Taylor went for a gutwrench powerbomb, but Morley slipped through and caught him with a backslide for three!
[Fighting Spirit Round One]: Sean Morley pinned Terry Taylor after a backslide in 0:09:47. Rating: ***
Morley celebrated his victory as he earned the right to face Sting in the next round!
Michael Tarver and Skip Sheffield were up next, taking on Dick Slater and Dick Murdoch! This bout was non-title, but basically guaranteed title shot if Tarver and Sheffield prevailed!
There was nothing scientific about this match, just brute force from Tarver and Sheffield and ugly brawling from The Hard Liners. Steve Williams came to the ring...and he got involved, going after Skip Sheffield!
The Hard Liners took advantage of the interruption by their old enemy, and Murdoch put Tarver away with the Gourdbuster!
The Hard Liners (Dick Murdoch and Dick Slater) defeated The Regal Empire (Michael Tarver and Skip Sheffield) when Murdoch pinned Tarver with the Gourdbuster in 0:09:51. Rating: *** 1/4 [Steve Williams interfered against Skip Sheffield.]
Doc hammered Sheffield on the floor, while The Hard Liners left, satisfied with their result!
Ted DiBiase was out now to challenge for the PWI title...when William Regal attacked him from behind!
Regal beat on DiBiase, then threw him in the ring! Ted DiBiase, bleeding from the attack on the floor, cut Regal off and went after him! They fought back to the floor pretty quickly...where Regal managed to hit a dragon suplex on the floor!
DiBiase was basically out of it at that point! Regal rolled back in the ring and took the cheap win!
William Regal defeated Ted DiBiase by countout in 0:02:55. Rating: ** (William Regal retained the PWI Heavyweight Title.)
At intermission, Kitty reminded everyone that next week, Shinsuka Nakamura meets Buzz Sawyer and Anthony Jackson is scheduled to face Jake Roberts in the Fighting Spirit Tournament! In two weeks, that tournament continues with James Storm versus Kamala and Sting versus Sean Morley. However, next week would also see Steve Williams vs Skip Sheffield and a 6 team battle royal to determine new #1 contenders to the Tag Team Titles!
Paul Roma and Dick Murdoch began the gauntlet...and Murdoch worked him over good before eliminating him!
Anthony Jackson hit the ring next, but ate up most of the minute period running his mouth to the fans while walking to the ring!
Ted DiBiase came out, still bloody, to a big pop! He hit the ring, unloading on Murdoch and Jackson!
Heath Slater ran in and helped the heels attack DiBiase, but Murdoch showed he doesn't like Slater any more now that he's with Ryder, and nailed him! This gave DiBiase the opportunity to dump Jackson!
Shinsuke Nakamura entered the ring and went after Murdoch, Slater and DiBiase, before focusing on Slater!
Chris Adams joined in next, and he had beef with Murdoch and Slater as well, and alternated between helping DiBiase out and helping Nakamura out!
Dr. Death hit the ring, and he hammered Murdoch, joining his partner! Nakamura and Adams took turns pummeling Slater, but they couldn't get him out!
The crowd erupted when Romero Contreras came out, and he played no favorites! He hammered anything that moved!
Robert Roode sprinted to the ring and shanghaied Nakamura, then cheap shotted Adams! Slater exchanged blows with Adams while Roode worked over Nakamura!
The Greatest American Bolo ran out, with Sensei right behind! Seconds later, DiBiase dumped Murdoch and Adams threw out Slater! Roode might have felt very vulnerable, but Romero was making himself a huge target by attacking everything that moved!
James Storm slid in...right before Adams dumped Roode! Roode was throwing a fit...when Storm nailed Adams from behind!
Perry Saturn charged to the ring and attacked Nakamura and then DiBiase, while Storm eliminated Adams!
Terry Taylor attacked Storm upon arrival, but it was Nakamura who kicked Storm in the head and knocked him out of the ring!
Romero hit a huge Border Jump on Saturn, then Skip Sheffield hit the ring! Sheffield went after Dr. Death, but Romero clubbed him from behind! That allowed Doc to NAIL Sheffield with a flying shoulderblock!
Dick Slater jumped Ted DiBiase, but also kicked Sheffield between the legs when he stumbled too close! Bolo helped Doc attack Sheffield, but they couldn't get him over.
Kamala hit the ring and nailed Perry Saturn, then threw him out! Kamala went after Romero, but Bolo jumped on his back with a chokehold!
Jim Powers charged the ring and attacked Kamala, Dick Slater and Skip Sheffield!
The crowd went nuts again when Sting hit the ring! Kamala crushed Bolo in the corner, then turned around into a dropkick by Sting!
Buzz Sawyer ran in, and nailed Sting from behind! He tried to throw him out, but it didn't work! Kamala tried to help, but Jim Powers blocked the path! When Kamala knocked him silly, DiBiase blasted Kamala!
Zack Ryder ran out and blasted Terry Taylor! He worked Taylor over, but couldn't get him out!
Sean Morley stormed in and went after Ryder AND Taylor! Kamala got blasted by Jim Powers and knocked over the ropes and to the floor!
The brawl went on for several minutes when Sawyer charged Nakamura, but he ducked and pulled the ropes down and Sawyer eliminated himself!
Romero blasted Ryder, then sent him for the ride!
Dr. Death fired up and managed to dump Skip Sheffield!
The war raged on with the remaining wrestlers...and DiBiase threw out Dick Slater!
Sean Morley got fired up and dumped out Ted DiBiase and Terry Taylor within seconds of each other!
When Nakamura eliminated Morley, that left it all fan favorites! Then Nakamura dumped Sting, eliminating one of the biggest fan favorites!
Bolo sent Nakamura into the ropes...but Sensei pulled the ropes down! Nakamura tumbled to the floor! Nakamura screamed something in Japanese to Sensei, who shook his head and said, with a bad accent, "I don' speak Japanese!" Bolo sent Jim Powers out next!
Bolo collapsed in the corner as Steve Williams and Romero Contreras collided like two bull elephants! They went back and forth, but it was eventually Romero that got tossed!
Bolo psyched himself up to attack Doc, and though he played a good defensive game, he never really came close to eliminating Dr. Death...and Doc eventually sent him up, over and out!
22-Man Battle Royal: Steve Williams won a 22-man Royal Rumble: x Roma and Murdoch started out. x Murdoch threw out Roma after an elbowdrop in 0:00:57 x Anthony Jackson entered at 0:01:00 x Ted DiBiase entered at 0:02:00 x Heath Slater entered at 0:03:00 x DiBiase threw out Jackson after a water wheel drop in 0:03:31 x Shinsuke Nakamura entered at 0:04:00 x Chris Adams entered at 0:05:00 x Steve Williams entered at 0:06:00 x Romero Contreras entered at 0:07:00 x Robert Roode entered at 0:08:00 x The Greatest American Bolo entered at 0:09:00 x Adams threw out H. - Sting sure is a mean guy. I mean Stinger Splash on the outside? That was rather uncalled for. - Ha! Storm is da man! Great stuff. - Nice win for Roode. - Good to see Morley keeps up his winning ways. I really like him and Saturn as a team so hopefully he goes to that full time after he's out of the tournament. - Dragon Suplex on the floor? See you later, DiBiase. That's like a piledriver in Memphis. DiBiase going to be out of action for awhile? - Royal Rumble? Sweet! - DiBiase is already back in action? Wow, nice recovery. - Romero has to be a favorite in this thing. - Ahh, Sting should have come in and cleaned the ring of the trash. - Nakamura got rid of Sting, wow! - You got a chuckle out of me for Sensei saying he doesn't speak Japanese. - Big win for Williams, but I can't see him dethroning Regal. - Tarver no-shows the royal rumble but not his tag match....hmm....odd. Good stuff. I like that you threw in a royal rumble. That's exactly what would send me home happy at the end of an indy card.

- Sting got a little overzealous is all. He didn't mean it.
- Yeah, DiBiase's kinda of a badass, apparently.
- Tarver's no-show sure is interesting. Maybe he didn't know there was a rumble scheduled...=) Incidentally, Jim Powers was his replacement. I know.
- I had four potential winners booked: Sting, Doc, DiBiase and Romero. TNM gave me Doc, so I'm running with Doc.

PRO WRESTLING IMMORTAL Fighting Spirit 5.2.1
The show opened with a grudge match: Bad Bromance vs Bad Attitude! Zack Ryder and Heath Slater taking on Sean Morley and Perry Saturn!
The bitter duo of Saturn and Morley beat the crap out of Slater and Ryder early on, but they used heel shenanigans to thwart Morley and Saturn's upper hand.
Saturn hit a huge DVD on Slater so Morley could crush him with the Big Splash, but Ryder was quick on the save! Ryder and Slater hit the Bad Bromance, a Face Eraser by Slater combined with a diving legdrop by Ryder, on Morley but Saturn was quick to make the save!
Each team took a lot out of the other, which was insane as they were both scheduled to be in the tag team battle royal later on! Neither one could ever put the other away, and after half an hour, time ran out!
Bad Attitude (Perry Saturn and Sean Morley) and Bad Bromance (Zack Ryder and Heath Slater) battled to a draw in 0:30:00. Rating: **** 1/4
By the end, even Bad Bromance was taking things seriously here. Ryder and Slater were not pleased that they couldn't win, but were relieved also that they weren't beaten.
Michael Tarver came to the ring next, facing Romero Contreras!
Tarver went straight into a slugfest on the big man, but Romero just sucked up the shots and pummeled Tarver! When Tarver did fight back and go for Tarver's Lightning, Romero was FAR too big. Romero got him in position for the Kool-Aid Krunch and crushed Tarver, ending the bout!
Romero Contreras pinned Michael Tarver with the Kool-Aid Krunch in 0:09:48. Rating: ** 1/4
Romero kicked Tarver to the floor so he could celebrate his win!
The Fighting Spirit title tournament continued...with Buzz Sawyer coming to the ring to battle Shinsuke Nakamura!
Each man is very unorthodox in their own way, with Sawyer being a crazy brawler and Nakamura shaking up things with both technical prowess and striking. Nakamura also enjoyed a speed advantage to make up for his strength deficit.
The crowd was pretty hot for this match, and got even hotter when Nakamura caught Sawyer with the Boma Ye, a brutal leg strike to the face, that knocked him loopy! Nakamura hooked him up for the pin!
[Fighting Spirit Quarterfinals]: Shinsuke Nakamura pinned Buzz Sawyer with the Boma Ye in 0:06:54. Rating: ** 3/4
As Nakamura celebrated, Anthony Jackson came to the ring! He told "Mr. Fuji" in the ring there to back off a little bit, as he had an announcement to make. Jackson said that due to Jake Roberts losing his smile, and Jackson's DOMINANT victory over Romero "Taco Bell" Contreras, Jackson was now advancing into the next round of the tournament...because Jake Roberts wasn't here, and would never be here, and Shinsuke Nakamaki would have to face a REAL superstar in All Action Anthony Jackson.
Nakamura didn't seem to understand a word Jackson had said, but that's okay, because the English speaking audience didn't, either.
Kitty confirmed that Jake was being forced to lose the match via forfeit and the crowd booed. Jackson started to leave the ring...and then turned and nailed Nakamura! He planned to take out his next opponent in the tournament now!
Romero quickly hit the ring and NAILED the man that put him out of the tournament by cheating! He set Jackson up for the Kool-Aid Krunch, but Jackson slipped down and slid out of the ring! Romero helped Nakamura up as the crowd cheered!
Robert Roode came to the ring next...and, perhaps surprisingly, Jame Storm was with him! Storm went around to the Roode's corner as Roode entered the ring!
As his opponent, Sting, stepped out of the back...The Hard Liners attacked him! Dick Murdoch and Dick Slater just MUGGED Sting in the entryway, while Roode and Storm watched on, confused but pleased. After they gave him a significant beating, they turned and walked away, with no explanation!
The referees came out to assist Sting, and tried to get him to go to the back, but Sting pushed past them and headed to the ring! Roode jumped him just as he came through the ropes!
Roode owned most of the match, but Sting had some bright points where he fired up HARD on Roode. Roode hit the Payoff at one point, and was shocked when Sting kicked out! Sting, obviously hurting badly, went nuts on Roode, but he as a little slow on a Stinger Splash, and Roode charged him as he was running, catching him in a huge powerslam! Roode hooked the leg and got three!
Robert Roode pinned Sting after a powerslam in 0:10:59. Rating: *** 1/2
Roode laughed as he celebrated, he and Storm leaving Sting in the ring, victimized by that unexplained assault by The Hard Liners!
Skip Sheffield was up, taking on "Dr. Death" Steve Williams!
This one wasn't as great as their previous encounters, but was still a strong big man battle. Sheffield was clearly being given a directive to take Doc out, but Doc was fighting with a new passion after the rumble last week! Doc spiked Sheffield on his head with a backdrop driver to end a competitive bout.
Steve Williams pinned Skip Sheffield after a backdrop driver in 0:10:44. Rating: ** 1/4
Doctor Death stood tall, and made the "belt" gesture around his waist!
At intermission, it was announced that the tournament would continue with Kamala vs James Storm and Sting vs Sean Morley! Anthony Jackson would meet The Greatest American Bolo, The Hard Liners would defend the titles against the winners of tonight's battle royal and William Regal would be putting the PWI Heavyweight title on the line!
James Storm came out for the semi main event, and announced that he was dedicating it to his fallen partner, Chris Harris! Storm began clapping, as Robert Roode wheeled Chris Harris to the ring in a wheel chair! The crowd booed as the trio congregated on the floor.
Terry Taylor hit the ring next, slapping hands and sprinting to the ring!
Storm looked incredibly aggressive here, attacking Taylor right off. Taylor rallied back, but walked into the Last Call, and Storm picked up another win!
James Storm pinned Terry Taylor with the Last Call in 0:03:46. Rating: ***
Bad Bromance came to the ring for the battle royal, followed by Michael Tarver and Skip Sheffield. Bad Attitude was up next. The Greatest American Bolo joined Jim Powers, as apparently Paul Roma was unable to make it. Chris Adams and Terry Taylor, bell still a little rung from the Last Call, came out...followed by Steve Williams and Ted DiBiase!
All twelve men entered the ring...and the battle royal was on! It was chaos from the start, with Bad Bromance and Bad Attitude going at it, and Taylor and Adams attacking both men! Doc and DiBiase went at it with Tarver and Sheffield! Powers and Bolo just moved around, attacking people at random!
The first casualty came from Morley dumped out Zack Ryder, which the crowd cheered for! However, he eliminated DiBiase moments later! As he got jumped by Tarver and Sheffield, Jim Powers managed to eliminate Perry Saturn!
Tarver and Sheffield actually dominated the remaining four men...but Bolo managed to sent Tarver out of the ring!
This left Taylor and Adams versus Powers and Bolo, and Bolo is becoming the KING of hanging on in battle royals! However, Adams and Taylor utilized some teamwork and Powers got dumped to the floor, giving Taylor and Adams the win!
12-Man Tag Team Battle Royal: Chris Adams and Terry Taylor won a 6-team Battle Royal: x S. Morley threw out Z. Ryder (partner: Heath Slater) in 0:04:25 x S. Morley threw out DiBiase (partner: Steve Williams) after a DDT in 0:04:36 x Powers threw out Saturn (partner: Sean Morley) after a fist to the midsection in 0:05:55 x Bolo threw out Tarver (partner: Skip Sheffield) after a jab in 0:07:37 x Taylor threw out Powers (partner: The Greatest American Bolo) in 0:18:11 Rating: *** 1/4 [Sensei Bolo interfered against Michael Tarver.] [Sensei Bolo interfered against Terry Taylor.] (Paul Roma no-showed.)
The crowd cheered for Terry Taylor and Chris Adams, who will get one more shot at Dick Murdoch and Dick Slater next week!

- Eaton and Keirn or Morley and Saturn? I guess Morley and Saturn fit the Bad Attitude name more.
- Nice decision on the draw, I feel like neither team should probably be losing here.
- Romero continues along nicely.
- Aww, poor Sawyer. I was hoping for the upset.
- Crazy brawl! Jackson is still feuding with Bolo, right?
- Wow, major upset for Roode. It's so weird seeing Sting struggle in the mid-card.
- Williams vs Sheffield would definitely be a match I'd be interesting in seeing.
- So Harris actually is in a wheelchair. I didn't know if on the previous card he was just joking or what. Should be interesting where it goes from here.
- Sheesh, Bolo and Powers...poor Bolo. Couldn't Bolo have gotten somebody better?
- Oh, Roma no-showed. I apparently missed that when all the wrestlers first came out. That makes more sense.

- Yeah, Bolo was slumming it with Powers... Roma had travel issues or something, and Bolo happened to be hanging out, so there you go. - I think Sting losing the Roode is acceptable when he gets brutalized by The Hard Liners first.

PRO WRESTLING IMMORTAL Fighting Spirit 6.2.1
The show opens with Bad Bromance squaring off against The Young Stallions!
Jim Powers and Paul Roma had a decent amount of fan support with them against Zack Ryder and Heath Slater, and they sure looked good out there...but Bad Bromance is really coming together as a team, and it paid off when Ryder managed to cheapshot Roma, taking out his knee, and setting Slater up for the figure four!
Bad Bromance (Zack Ryder and Heath Slater) defeated The Young Stallions (Jim Powers and Paul Roma) when H. Slater made Roma submit to a figure-four leglock in 0:08:15. Rating: * 3/4
Ryder and Slater picked up a win, and the crowd hated them for it!
Perry Saturn was up next, taking on Shinsuke Nakamura! Saturn went right after Nakamura, but Nakamura traded blows with him! Nakamura got the better end of things and kept things going in his favor, hitting a springboard moonsault for the pin!
Shinsuke Nakamura pinned Perry Saturn after a springboard moonsault in 0:03:20. Rating: ***
Out of nowhere, Robert Roode NAILS Nakamura with a Northern Lariat! James Storm slides in the ring, and the two men just start beating him down while Chris Harris, in his wheelchair, is sitting in the entryway!
Storm and Roode walk away, leaving Nakamura hurting! Roode is overheard saying something about how Nakamura "isn't wanted here".
Anthony Jackson comes out next, and he looks dead serious and ready to fight. The Greatest American Bolo follows, with Sensei by his side.
As the bell rings, Jackson dips through the ropes and gets the mic! He starts telling Bolo that he's gonna give him one chance, just one chance, to call Jackson "The Greatest of All Time", or Jackson's gonna put a hurt on him. He hands the mic to Bolo and leans in close...and Bolo nails him with it!
Bolo capitalizes on this and works Jackson over, but his best efforts are for naught as Jackson not only refuses to stay down, but rips him apart with a giant spear! The Vanilla Drop follows and Jackson picks up the win!
Anthony Jackson pinned The Greatest American Bolo with the Vanilla Drop in 0:11:32. Rating: 1/2*
Anthony Jackson grabs Bolo's kendo stick and starts to stalk the masked man! Sensei tries to get in the ring, but Jackson takes a swing at him! Romero storms the ring as Jackson's about to hit Bolo, and nails Jackson with a shoulderblock that sends him scattering!
Kamala is led to the ring by Skandar Akbar and Friday! James Storm comes out with Robert Roode and Chris "Wheels" Harris, whom Storm has outfitted with a Beer Hat, which has the straws running to his mouth.
As the bell rings, Storm stays a step ahead of Kamala, knowing that to let himself get in Kamala's grasp could be lethal. It doesn't work completely, mind you, as Kamala got himself a handful of Storm's hair, but Storm smashed him with a pair of elbows to try to get away. It went back and forth a bit, and Roode's presence on the floor seemed to prevent Akbar or Friday from interfering...and Storm blasted Kamala with the Last Call for the win!
[Fighting Spirit Quarterfinals]: James Storm pinned Kamala with the Last Call in 0:04:52. Rating: *
With that, James Storm advances to the semifinals to face the winner of tonight's other bout!
Another rematch was up next, as Michael Tarver and Skip Sheffield hit the ring! Their opponents? Steve Williams and Ted DiBiase!
Tarver told Sheffield he wanted to start things off, and he took the fight to DiBiase. As he was beating DiBiase down, Sheffield called for a tag, but before he could get it, DiBiase managed to stun Tarver with a kick! Tarver had made the mistake of letting DiBiase get too close to his corner, and Doc tagged in, and unloaded on Tarver!
Doc and DiBiase completely cut the ring off, and when Doc hit the Oklahoma Stampede, DiBiase hammered Sheffield to allow Doc to get the pin!
Steve Williams and Ted DiBiase defeated The Regal Empire (Michael Tarver and Skip Sheffield) when S. Williams pinned Tarver with the Oklahoma Stampede in 0:08:00. Rating: ** 3/4
Tarver and Sheffield were left shaking their heads, trying to figure out just where things went wrong!
William Regal came to the ring, title around his waist, looking very smug!
He told Kitty that as smart as she thought she was, he had figured out her game. What's more, he figured out his opponent tonight...and had already formulated a plan!
The crowd erupted when Jake Roberts hit the ring! Regal and Roberts went right at each other! Roberts was working for the quick victory like before...when Dick Murdoch and Dick Slater sprinted to the ring! As Jake set Regal up for the DDT, Slater slid in the ring and NAILED him!
Jake Roberts defeated William Regal by disqualification in 0:03:49. Rating: * 3/4 (William Regal retained the PWI Heavyweight Title.) [Dick Slater interfered against Jake Roberts.]
Regal was directing traffic again as The Hard Liners stomped a mudhole into Roberts!
Regal got on the mic and said that though The Regal Empire were talented physical specimens, sometimes you needed an extra edge...someone who could get their hands dirty. Regal said that Murdoch, Slater and Buzz Sawyer were vile, reprehensible, filthy, backwoods human beings...with their beer and moonshine, their pick-up trucks and chewing tobacco...but they were also hard-nose, brutal men...and that, Regal could accept. He also noted that though they are digusted by Regal eating caviar, and drinking the finest wines and wearing the best tailored suits...they could still spend his money just as well.
Regal put the entire PWI on notice: Anything that he or his men could not handle...The Hard Liners and Buzz Sawyer were now officially cashing his checks!
At Intermission, it was announced that next week, Shinsuke Nakamura would battle Anthony Jackson in the semifinals of the Fighting Spirit title tournament, while James Storm would take on the winner of tonight's match between Sting and Sean Morley! Also, at the request of William Regal, Jake Roberts would meet Buzz Sawyer!
Sean Morley headed to the ring to face Sting! The two men locked up, the winner taking on James Storm next week! Sting and Morley both stuck to a power game tonight, and after a little bit it looked like that might have been Sting playing mind games with Morley - kind of an "alpha male" kinda thing...because when he got Morley focused on overpowering him, he caught Morley out of nowhere with a small package and got three!
[Fighting Spirit Quarterfinals]: Sting pinned Sean Morley after a small package in 0:04:12. Rating: ***
As Sting celebrated, The Hard Liners hit the ring! They struck hard and had Sting down in no time! As they tried to set him up for a Spike Piledriver, Chris Adams and Terry Taylor hit the ring!
Murdoch and Slater slid to the floor as they helped Sting up...and then they held The Hard Liners back as the refs came out to help Sting to the back!
Taylor and Adams called The Hard Liners into the ring...after all, there were no more matches on the show...time to have the tag title match!
Murdoch and Slater clearly already had their juices flowing, with two brutal assaults tonight...they hit the ring, but found Taylor and Adams just as ready to fight! Early on, Taylor busted Slater hard in the mouth and drew blood, which Slater reacted to by whipping him shoulder first into the ringpost and giving Murdoch the opportunity to SMASH Taylor's arm against the post.
Taylor rallied back and hit the Five Arm on Murdoch later on, but the damage done by the post meant he could not capitalize. Adams, who had been in earlier in the match, was dying to get in...so when Taylor slipped free and tagged him in, he unloaded! It all broke down with all four men in the ring, just as it began...Murdoch went for the Gourdbuster on Adams, but he slipped down and BLASTED him with the Superkick!! Chris Adams covered Murdoch...and got the three!!
Chris Adams and Terry Taylor defeated The Hard Liners (Dick Murdoch and Dick Slater) when Adams pinned Murdoch with the Superkick in 0:10:15. Rating: ** 3/4 (Chris Adams and Terry Taylor won the PWI Tag Team Titles.)
The crowd went crazy for Adams and Taylor, as they celebrated their victory!
Card rating: ** 1/4

- Good win for Bad Bromance. It's good to pick up their momentum after last week's draw. - Isn't wanted here? Racist Roode? I have a feeling Nakamura is going to clean house on the trio. - I can never tell where Bolo is in the rankings. Same with Jackson. Are they mid-card, upper mid-card? I guess that's good because it gives the feeling anybody can beat anybody at any time. - I thought Bolo might win one here, but glad to see Jackson roll right along. Really looking forward to him clashing with Romero. - Heel vs heel? Sweet. - Good to see Storm go over. I'll actually be cheering for him to win the strap 'cause I like this angle you have going with Harris in the wheelchair. Reminds me of Angelus reaking havoc while Spike was stuck in the chair. Or so we all thought. - So Tarver stayed in the ring for all 8 minutes of the tag match? Ball hog! Glad to see DiBiase and Williams win here. I really like Sheffield so I wouldn't be opposed to him getting some more air time. - Roberts sure isn't dominating like I thought he would. I figured he'd be the main star of this batch of 13 cards. - I like the Hardliners and Sawyer joining up with Regal as sort of bodyguards on hire. - Sting hasn't had much luck as of late. He's winning matches, but he sure is getting the crap beat out of him. - Adams and Taylor winning the straps is a nice surprise as I guess the Hardliners will be busy with Regal. I'm kind of wondering where you go with all of this as Regal is in kind of small feuds with Roberts and Sting. And Williams hasn't made an impact in singles action yet to go against Regal. But I guess it's still early on in the 13 cards.

- He said Nakamura wasn't wanted here...not that his KIND wasn't wanted here.
- Bolo is stuck at the bottom, as he rarely wins a match. Jackson rarely loses...even against top guys. His biggest problem is that a heel is champion.
- Storm clearly has more momentum right now than Kamala does.
- Roberts is undefeated (aside from the forfeit to Jackson). Honestly, my plans for Jake got altered when he got hurt.
- I'm trying to shake the image that I play favorites with Sting...=)

Another eventful card! Maybe Bad Bromance will continue to move up the tag team rankings. And Regal, he's got so much backup, I don't see how anyone will stand a chance against him.
I'm wondering how Tarver & Sheffield will like sharing the spotlight with these other three, though.
