As some of you may know, I decided a few months ago to watch ECW from it's 1993 start all the way through. I'm currently at the November to Remember 1996....
Dear God... I forgot the bWo's debut. HOW could I forget the bWo's debut?!?
(I think I spit-taked a mouth-full)
(Taz's pre-show "takeover" and the Sabu/Van Dam vs Eliminators match weren't bad either :-P)

Just wondering - how exactly are you going back and watching all of this? The TV program or official releases?
I don't seem to remember NTR96 - NTR95 is much more memorable for me.

Youtube, DailyMotion, couple of "not-so-legit" sources for most of the non-WWE-ified VHS releases (Harder and harder to find)
Just finished "As Good As It Gets 97"
The main problem is that there will be spans where all the Hardcore TV eps are available. Then nada, at which point I have to dig through MY tapes to find a show or series of episodes. Even then, I seem to miss one or two "mega shows" (IE: One or two months of Hardcore TV) per year. (Couldn't find Gangstas Paradise, for example, other than one or two matches. Same with Heatwave 97)
Thankfully, while I may not remember specific shows, I do still seem to remember various events.
Example: Though I didn't see it "this time around" I remember Spike Dudley's debut, so seeing Bubba Ray turn on him wasn't a "Whos' THIS guy???", but more of a "Damn, missed his debut".
Same with the Rick Rude turn. Didn't see it, remember it happened, not so shocked when he ran out during Hardcore Heaven to help The Triple Threat.

Gangstas Paradise was the actually the very first official ECW release I ever purchased. Still have it with the same classic white case all the ECW VHS tapes came in.
