If I hand over a title to a wrestler, will the history of the hand over show in title histories or in the TNM 7 SE Circuit History?

Not unless you add in a string in one of your cards that says:
(Wrestler A won the Such-and-Such Title.)
That's the type of string the title histories look for.

No for the title histories. Cannot say for Circuit History, don't have that plugin..
