Today marks the end for me. I enjoyed not just running TNM but also showcasing a site with all my crazy ass ideas. But over the last 6-8 months it's been harder to do this because my stupid ISP has blocked port 21 making it exceedingly difficult to upload websites so today I just give in to everything and choose to throw in the towel so to speak. For those who don't know port 21 is the way anyone uploads a website and if it's blocked you get riddled with errors and other messages. I'm tired of fighting with my ISP and having the ability to upload a site one day than can't do updates on it for weeks or perhaps close to a month on end right now it's just as easy to walk away from the entire concept in hopes that something in my future will change this and I'll be back and enjoy it, but it's hard to enjoy things when you keep getting error messages that point towards things being blocked. Sorry to hear that. I enjoyed your work. Honestly, just wish you had posted it here to follow but understand. It's always nice to just have that legacy.

Thanks, I've been struggling for a while with this announcement I didn't want to say it.. a few months ago it got real bad I shelled out some coin ($50) for hosting in hopes of it fixing it, it didn't and stressed me out further. I keep looking at other hosting companies, I've thought about trying the one that the guys from TNM UK use to see if it's any better for me. Today I spent more money $105 on the upgraded router that my ISP provides but refuses to give me since they say it's for the faster internet service that I don't have.. Being in a very small ass town in Canada I'm stuck with one ISP and they suck balls to say the lease I like doing the site as I like learning HTML but I had an idea for the Royal Rumble that I was going to do and that was back in January and I've had issues uploading since before that. I guess I have just tossed in the towel rather than stress about it.. I'm not saying I'll be back anytime soon since I see things getting worse as my ISP treats me like I'm the lowest of the low... If your in Canada lets just say I'm stuck with BELL if not then it won't mean anything but I live in a small town so I got no other choice in 3-5 days my new router will show up we'll see how shit goes . I've even had issues streaming things like netflix... but this isn't about that. They tell me it's my computer configuration I doubt that.. Right now I'm taking time for myself rather than yell and scream at my computer about the issues and pull my hair out. I want to say I'll be back but right now that light looks very dim. Yeah. Winnipeg. MTS used to be good. Expensive but good. Bought out by Bell, now it's expensive and not as good. And so f'n confusing. We were stuck in Spain during lockdown trying to get back to Canada, and we needed to add services to our cell phone to make calls etc. Could not get them to authenticate myself or my wife, telling us our passwords were wrong etc, even though we were logged in. Finally got it resolved. Then we get back to Canada and our bill has a bunch of expensive long distance calls because they didn't add the unlimited option correctly. Problem is the other options are not any better. If anything opened up with Free Trade I wish it had been communications. It's a fucking joke.

Very much so, they more or less got you by the short and curlies. Can't do shit no matter what and either you stay with shitty service from shitty provider #1 or you go some place else that more or less also has shitty service from another shitty provider... It basically comes down to which shitty company has the features you want for the price you want to pay and just deal with the BS behind it... I'm over near Toronto.. I keep dicking with the setup of modem/router and keep getting yelled at by my mom and her boyfriend as they keep saying that my aunts never change routers why do we have to... but if I stick with the router that bell gave us than by like 6pm we have no internet until 9am. Then when the net goes down I get jumped on about it like I have something to do with it but I'm trying to make it better... but I guess it's the whole thing if you can polish a turd and it's still a turd. I'm stuck on stupid slow DSL 5mbps at most and we barely hit that.. they are working to bring fibe to the area I see the lines but I have my doubts that it's coming in this year cause of the covid shit.. I had netflix for a bit but cancelled it cause I can't even watch that I haven't even watched wrestling in a few years, I use to pay for the channel but then they started to package everything up so now it's like $10 a month for that package and out of that entire package I may watch one channel so $10 isn't worth it. I more so goto the websites and read what happens and check out the few clips they post if my net will allow it. But the fantasy wrestling isn't the only fantasy sport I do, or I should say "did" I thought about buying a new webpage program but that's basically going to limit what I do I won't be able to upload the html output that tnm puts out I haven't decided if that's what I want to do or not, and I feel pressured into trying to make a choice since right now the one program I keep looking at is on sale for $60 it's normally $100... it would put me back online if everything works but I would certainly have to make sacrifices, maybe that's the way I need to go is make sacrifices for the greater good just to get my shit back online.. I don't know, right now I'm scratching my head wondering what's the best solution Do you do Franchise Hockey Manager ?

Yes, I just recently bought the new one. I also use out of the park baseball, draft day sports pro and college football as well as basketball and golf too. If I got a different website program those almanacs would be just downloadable rather than viewable on my site and I would have to do the TNM one the same way as a download rather than viewable on my site.. It would make my site much smaller for sure but perhaps it is the way to go to perhaps get me back up and running its a tough choice to make I got the new FHM a month or so ago. Was running a "what-if" the NHL had nipped the WHA in the bud in 1979 scenario, so no WHA, but expansion into many of those franchises. Made some other tweaks like giving Bobby Orr normal injury rates and bringing over more Europeans. Was also running an all fictional league based around people I know, and local community clubs around here. Then all of a sudden its all gone. I somehow deleted it. I will download it again and will have to be better about making backups because I don't have any clue want the hell I did.

Question: who are the people in your results? Sorry for slow reply, I normally get emails about these things and for some reason I never got one about this... Everyone is fictional, currently nobody is based off any real wrestler I use the enhance talent generator to create my fictional wrestlers and at times I make a few mods to them if I have ideas for a wrestler I want to create. No problem. I was just wondering. Being listed as an "E-Fed", I was curious if you had people that created their own characters and sent them into you. I know WAY back, I had a similar E-Fed where I had people that would send in roleplays and I would run matches using TNM. It was short-lived though!

Probably the .net. The tripod is actually easier to use but not as nice looking. A cleaned up version of the tripod might be best, but barring that the .net is nicer
