I keep having wrestlers quit my circuit. Is there a way around this?

If you still want to deal with contracts, no. You could try to keep your roster smaller or your wrestlers "happier" (don't ask me how to do this, TNM seems pretty random sometimes), but the only way to really circumvent it is to turn the circuit to e-mail mode.

what does email mode mean? I have a specific small set of wrestlers I'm using (fewer than 20, though growing slowly), so losing someone randomly is pretty detrimental...screws up tagteams and storylines and whatnot.
Can I sign them back after a bit?

Yeah, you can sign them back after a few cards usually.
E-mail mode is a mode that doesn't require contracts. Every wrestler you have installed into TNM is available without having to be under contract. They can't quit.

Here I thought I found the perfect workaround...I created a 'masked' version to conceal his identity (like when Jimmy Valiant fooled everyone with his Charlie Brown act)...to no avail. I went to sign him, and even the masked version doesn't want to work for me. D'oh!

Wrestlers quitting is influenced by some factors like roster size, how much they are booked to win, Push, having a title, etc. But also some randomness.
A wrestler quitting can screw up your booking. Same with injuries. Both problems occur in real life wrestling too.

It is awful when a wrestler quits on you or gets hurt when they're in the middle of a big angle, but it's something real life bookers have to work around too.
