I recently imported a bunch of wrestlers and while I have tag team wrestlers (for example, Pitbull 1 & 2), but TNM isn't recognizing any tag teams. Can I re-index somehow so I can get the Tag Teams back? I have over 700 wrestlers so I'd rather not do it manually.

Do they show up in the Control Center outside your circuit? If so, I suspect this is down to there being a local team database in one of your circuits. You would need to enter your circuit, then click "Edit Circuit-Specific Databases", click "Tag Teams", "Import Team" and select the teams you want to bring into your circuit. You can run your circuit off the global tag team database but if you've made any changes or additions within a circuit, TNM creates and sticks with a local team database... in which case you have to import teams from the global database into your circuit. The purpose of this is to be able to have different versions of the same team in multiple circuits.
Section 4.3 of the manual (pages 88-90) covers this.

Is there a way to do mass import from the global to the local? What I'm trying to accomplish is that when I press 'm' for a mystery tag team it selects a team, not just two random wrestlers.

I think it would be quicker to just delete the files TEAMS.DAT and TEAMS.IDX in your circuit's folder to make it revert back to the main database.
Please make a backup (Database -> Backup) before you try this.
And please ensure it's your circuit's folder you're in... not DATA. Never delete anything from DATA ;-)
