Anyone else ever get an idea for an angle, a good broad vision, you start it up but really in the grand scheme of things you have no idea where it's going and how it's going to end up, so show to show your basically just winging it to see how it comes together?

First and foremost, yes. Many of my favorite circuits that I’ve run stem from a basic formula of booking 4 weekly shows & a PPV. 90% of the weekly card is booked by plan, but only about 20% of the PPVs are booked. I do try to stay with the hired mechanic and injuries so I enjoy the challenge of randomness.
The new circuit I just started posting this week has already got 2 casualties in the first 3 cards. The end of the debut card had one of of my Main eventers walk out as soon as the card was over. I thought about overriding him, but since he wasn’t one of the last few eliminated I’ll wait a while before trying a rehire.

Sometimes you need a certain result to tell a particular story, but the winner doesn't matter or you just can't decide by all means see what TNM gives you. The results can be pretty interesting.

Yeah, I usually book backwards. Plan out a PPV down the road then do the build up to it. You're absolutely right, sometimes it's fun to let a big match be unbooked and then go with whatever it gives you. The angle though I'm talking about, It's more of a unique concept as opposed to a feud. I actually planned it in my old TNA circuit I did like 7 years ago, but burnt out before I got around to starting it. So I'm trying to bring it into my new Impact circuit. Although the people involved are completely different, I got it starting pretty much the same way, just it's a totally different scenario that I can't grow it the way it was originally conceived. So I'm kinda interested to see where I end up taking it.

I've never planned ahead. For me, the fun was taking what TNM threw at me and book around any curveballs that would have included.
My main advice in terms of ensuring burnout doesn't happen too quickly is to keep the prose to a minimum. If you spend two hours writing up a ten-minute card, it's easy to get lost in the weeds.

I'm similar as tnmlyger I don't plan ahead. Just kinda roll with things as it happens. Although as for getting burned out, I'm already at that point. I just feel completely burned out right now and all I do is run cards I don't do up storylines or anything. But I think I know what has burned me out in a few ways and that's more so having a website that I keep looking around at other wrestling promotions and saying "if they can do it, I can do it" .. I think the biggest downfall for me is my site. I've thought about redoing my site and it being just incredibly simple and just having a news page and results no title history or anything like that just the TNM results

I do book the occasional spot during a match, but I never book the finish. More fun that way. The only time I book my finishes is when someone gives notice or quits (especially while he/she is the champion) I really don't want my titles around the waist of someone who isn't under contract. I do admit that a I do book battle royals/Royal Rumbles (at least to a certain point) I'll choose a handful of wrestlers (or two handfuls) that I would like to see as the winner, but I never pick just one possible winner.
