I keep installing TNM7 on my computer, it lasts for anywhere from 1-3 months then I remove it. I never run it, I haven't ran it since late 2022 (ignore the date on my website, it's blog style and I was too lazy to change it) I was so into wrestling then, to quote Shawn Michaels... "I lost my smile". I keep checking out clips of wrestling and at times I have TNA on (they have a 24/7 channel it's the easiest thing to find) I watch a bit, at times it's the classics at times it's more recent. I have no idea who most of the recent guys are.
I would like to get back into running things but that feeling at times isn't here at all, it seems the furthest from my mind.
I did analyze things and wondered if its because Im using fictional wrestlers and when I started I used fictional names but the people were based on wrestlers since I don't know anyone really that recently most of them are older.
But how do you guys keep that drive going?

But how do you guys keep that drive going? Mine has always ebbed and flowed depending on what's going on with wrestling, what's going on in my life, and how active the TNM community is.

The community has seemed rather quiet lately and I don't just mean the 23 days of 2024 but looking back at previous posts they certainly seem to be few and far spaced out.

With the AEW excitement having worn off, the pandemic ending, the nostalgia pop of TNM7's latest comeback having worn off, and Oliver being busy with other things the community seems quieter than ever.

I think its also idea that fans like using WWE 2k games as simulators and managers for leagues..

Since I took a break at the end of 2022 I've actually wondered over just over a year if it's time that I call it quits with the circuit/efed.
The one I'm working on I originally started back in 2002, it's gone through a fair share of programs from Zeus Pro to TNM7 then AWE then back to TNM7 but since around October of last year, I've wondered if I should just give up on it. If I want to do another one in the future I can always start from scratch, can always add to the site I have kind of built the legacy of everything that came before it, similar to what I've done with the current KWOAOA site with previous ones before that with the section I have called "our past" Instead of dragging things on in hopes that something will spark that thought to bring it back and it be another great run or something like that.

I really want to get my fed going again but work has been busy. I'm also finishing my first novel (not commercial or anything, just a bucket list item for me). Hoping to have my novel done in the spring and then might bring back my circuit. I have kept a listing going of all the wrestlers I want to bring in each month, who I think the champs should be, ideas for angles etc. So although my fed is stalled in 2004 I have notes right up to date. I think if I get back into it I will just post briefer results so that I can catch up.

I've stopped and started KWOAOA so many times that things don't make sense to me looking back at its history. I know I spoke of pushing things to the back and starting over again a few times, I highly doubt I would start from scratch but deep down I don't see anything more happening. It's run its course in my mind, and I still keep having ideas for it but they never materialize into anything.
