Now I know some of us run fictional circuits, others have circuits based on promotions..
But has anyone had any real life wrestler who over achieved compared to the real counterpart ?
For me it's kinda hard to say as my efed/circuit spread over the course of three different games at least early on it was hard to say I know Awezome (based on Mike Awesome) held my world title for I think close to a year as he initially won it from Bronze (based on Kurt Angle) Back near the start of my efed/circuit but at the start I was using zeus pro. That was before I discovered TNM, then when I carried things over he held it for a while before losing it to Nico.
Interesting side note at the start of me using TNM I had two clones of Kurt Angle the original being Bronze and the other being called Sylver I had them as a tag team called "runners up" they never did amount to anything.. Which was a shock

I think there was a thread like this elsewhere.
Brooklyn Brawler always seemed to kick ass. I ran a lot of unbooked with random guys from the database, and would always need to lower his push and ratings.
Lash LeRoux. I ran that RingLords unbooked and he won the whole tournament against guys like R.Steiner, Shamrock, Nagata, and more.
Bobby Duncum Jr was basically unstoppable in my feds.
I know there were others but those come to mind.
Obviously a lot depended on where you got the exports from.

Before I introduced damage normalization and damage scaling, a wrestler's moveset had much more of an influence on how they did than their push.
That's different now if you choose to activate these options.
I hated that, on average, modern high-spot wrestlers smoked legends, and the reason for this was that in the past, the average damage per move was far lower than with today's high-impact style. So Kenny Omega would absolutely demolish Bruno Sammartino - and that's just not right.
