Hello, It is myself again. Thank you for the help with my last issue! This time, I believe I'm being stupid, I have the latest TNM build (Version 13) but it is not allowing myself to import anybody in. At the moment, I am looking to add in The Acclaimed and Red Velvet. Any help? Am I missing something? I was able to import on V11 and V12.

Welcome back :-)
Have you tried running the Export File Wizard plugin? -> Plugins -> Run Plugin -> Export File Wizard.
What happens when you try to import?

"Your trial period for this plugin has expired" - I get that. I do have the full version.

Thank you - that is correct. Unless you have purchased the Export File Wizard plugin, you wouldn't be able to use it beyond the initial trial period.
And what happens when you go into Database -> TNM ControlCenter -> Import?

Thank you for your reply - I get the Open File menu and the file path of C:\TNM7SE\Exports but with no files.

My pleasure! Took a couple of days because I needed to investigate if something on my end is causing this.
Unless you're using the Windows-based Export File Wizard plugin, TNM only has access to the folders within its installation folder. DOSBOX is a virtual machine and doesn't see anything outside TNM's folder. You would need to put the export files in that folder if you want them to appear there. The folder C:\TNM7SE\EXPORTS folder in the virtual machine (DOSBOX) is C:\WHEREVER_YOU_INSTALLED_TNM\TNM7SE\TNM7SE\EXPORTS in real life. To make things easier, you could put the export files in the C:\TNM_XCHG folder. They will then appear in the importer as being on the T:\ drive.
Oh... and please make sure the files aren't in ZIP files but have been unzipped.
If you'd like a step-by-step guide, please go to TNM.com and click "Demos & Documentation" and then "Getting Started".

Successfully imported - C:\TNM_XCHG method seems to work - thank you.

That's why I created this option. It's much easier putting things in a top-level folder than having to traverse way into the weeds of the folder tree ;-)
Glad it's done!
