I'll try and make this as simple as possible.
Let's say you start up two circuits (example: First one is called WWF and second one is called WCW). You play 'em both for awhile, eventually get bored with WCW, and end up deleting it from TNM. However, a WCW folder still remains in your TNM directory.
Can this folder be deleted, to free up space, without making TNM shit its pants and start error-hemorrhaging?

To my knowledge, after you delete the circuit in TNM7 it is then safe to delete the folder itself (you should probably exit TNM as well, just to be safe in case there are any temporary files issues).
Not sure why the folder is left behind.
Although I doubt you'll free up much space by deleting it.

IIRC, pre-SE the folder deleted with the circuit properly. I think Oliver explained the reason it didn't with SE. But yeah, you can delete it safely.
