I've been bitten by the TNM bug again recently and have been wanting to get back in on the action. I've flirted with a couple of ideas, the most attractive of which has just been getting my WWL circuit up and running again, as I've still got a head full of storylines that never came to fruition because of my lack of update-related discipline.
But then I got a really, really weird idea. And I figure it would interest absolutely no one -- I know, I know, you're supposed to write the circuit for yourself and not for anyone else, but writing for an audience is what I'm used to and I don't think I could motivate myself to do otherwise -- but I'll never know that for sure unless I ask.
Is anyone here familiar with the "Metal Gear Solid" series of video games? I'm not going to do too much navel-gazing this early on, but suffice it to say that my circuit would be wholly uninteresting to anyone not versed in the plotline of the games, though I imagine a casual fan could appreciate it.

Can't say I know the plot behind the games. I have a hard time getting into fantasy wrestler circuits so I have no idea how hard it would be for me to get into a circuit using a game as the backdrop. Way back when I tried to do something similar with DBZ. My attempt was really poor. But you should give it a shot if you want. I'll read at least the first couple of cards.

I've always contemplated doing a fictional TNM Universe that consisted of numerous fictional characters (video games, television, movies, etc) similar to how NODQ.com did their CAW show years ago.
If you think it is interesting, go for it.
