Hey;
I created a backup on my one computer and wanted to restore the backup onto another computer. I installed a fresh TNM7 on the new computer and copied the backup file from the old computer and put in in the backup in the backup directory.
When I go to restore, nothing is listed.
Am I doing something wrong?

I've never done it that way. The only time I've ever gone with a backup is when I get an error 7 or something, and can't get my fed up and running. Never tried to backup, do a new install, and transfer the backup file.
Sorry man.

If you are trying to just move your TNM to a second computer. I've literally just copied the entire TNM 7 folder, threw it on a jump drive and recopied it to my new computer. That might work for you instead of the backup thing.

I find the backup system good, but I don't use it for that purpose. I just used it to swith between wrestler databases as I have modern, oldschool, as well as a fantasy database.
