I was inspired by Rick Garrard's return and his new Championship Wrestling 2013 circuit using his TNM-RG format, so I thought I’d give it a try. I am normally very much about being in control of who is on my roster, but by using all these mystery wrestlers, I thought it would test my writing ability and give me a chance to use some new guys. I have 295 wrestlers in my database, and they’re all from Oliver’s download section on the TNM7.com homepage.
The original six will be…
Tag Team: Shawn Michaels and Diesel (F)
Singles: Cactus Jack (F) Owen Hart (H) Ric Flair (H) Rob Van Dam (F)
Anyone else you see in a match will be brought in using the “M” key.

Big John Studd defeated Rob Van Dam by disqualification in 13:40. ***
RVD was a great choice to open the show and get the crowd pumped, as he hit all his signature moves, including the split-legged moonsault and a DDT onto a chair, but Big John withstood the punishment, prompting an irate Bill Alfonso to get involved and cost RVD the match.
[No Count Out, No DQ, Falls Count Anywhere Match] Cactus Jack pinned Steven Regal with the Double Arm DDT in 8:51. **3/4
Steven Regal had no choice but to get extreme against a crazed Cactus Jack in this one, and he did surprisingly well in this unfamiliar setting, but after frying pans, brass knuckles, and a second referee, Cactus Jack dropped Regal with the Double Arm DDT to get the “bloody” win. Pun intended.
Tully Blanchard and Arn Anderson defeated Shawn Michaels and Diesel when Anderson pinned Diesel after the Spike Piledriver in 15:26 **3/4
Two Dudes with Attitudes came into this one as cocky as ever, and they paid the price, as the older, experienced Horseman won by spiking Big Daddy Cool into the mat.
Owen Hart defeated Phineas Godwin by countout in 12:59. **3/4
Godwin sucked air for as long as he could, but Owen’s athleticism eventually caught up to the slow-moving pig farmer, so much so that Godwin didn’t just walk out on the match, but on the NAWF as well.
Buff Bagwell pinned Ric Flair with the Buff Blockbuster in 11:55 **1/2
Ric Flair put on a great show, but on this night, it wasn’t enough, as the younger, stronger, and hungrier Buff Bagwell upset the Nature Boy in the NAWF’s first-ever main event. Flair appeared to be humbled in defeat and offered Buff a hand shake after the match, only to sucker him in for a low blow and strut away shouting “Whoooo!”

[No DQ Match] Rob Van Dam pinned Big John Studd with the Five Star Frog Splash in 7:50. ***1/4
Frying pans are becoming common place in the NAWF, as RVD smashed one over Studd’s head knocking him out cold, and then hit the Five Star Frog Splash just for good measure in a signature win.
[Submission Match for the Vacant NAWF Television Title] Cactus Jack made Steven Regal submit to an abdominal stretch in 17:47. ****1/4 [Cactus Jack won the NAWF Television Title]
After last week’s hardcore battle, Steven Regal turned the table and got Cactus Jack to agree to a submission match this time around to crown an NAWF Television Champion. Jack refused to submit to lengthy stays in the Figure Four Leglock and the Regal Stretch, and ultimately made Regal tap out to an abdominal stretch – although a couple Double Arm DDT’s he delivered to Regal earlier in the match certainly helped his cause.
Dino Bravo defeated Owen Hart by disqualification in 9:44. *1/4
Owen had Dino’s head ringing early with a couple well-place enzuigiris, but Dino battled back utilizing his strength, and looked to be gaining control, until Debra McMichael pulled down the ropes causing Dino to take a nasty spill. This could have been an interesting rivalry between two Canadians, but Dino was unwilling to negotiate a contract.
[Number One Contenders Match] Shawn Michaels and Diesel defeated Tully Blanchard and Arn Anderson when Michaels pinned Anderson with the Superkick in 13:05. **3/4
The Kliq weren’t messing around this week, as Diesel hit Double A with a Jackknife Powerbomb, and then tagged out to HBK, who added insult to injury with a Superkick. Shawn and Diesel will go up against a mystery team next week to crown new NAWF Tag Team Champions.
Ric Flair defeated Buff Bagwell by countout in 11:25. **
The decibel level in the arena was through the roof in this one, at least that’s what TNM kept telling me. These two do have some nice chemistry in the ring, though, and this night belonged to the Nature Boy. Obviously a bit embarrassed from his loss last week, Flair looked like the dirtiest player in the game once again, as he locked a Figure Four on Bagwell outside the ring, and then smashed his head into the guardrail before rolling back into the ring to avoid the 10 count. Next week, it’s the rubber match – Flair vs. Bagwell with the NAWF World Title on the line!
