Would have been fine ... in the '90s (referring to the Matadores).
As for the Wyatts, I love them. They creep me out and their entrance is amazing. However, I have no idea how I'd book them at this point in this WWE. Sure, in other eras, I could think of something, but I have no idea where they go from here.
Personally, they're perfectly made to feud with the Shield.... For a LONG time.
Easiest way to set this up? The Shield decides to "Fight The Injustice" of HHH against Daniel Bryan, and thus make them (temporary) Faces. This leads to HHH and Co. "hiring" the Wyatts in retaliation. That feud could last a year, easy.
That would be absolutely amazing. I love the idea of the Shield turning face for awhile since they are upset with how Triple H is abusing his power. It's a ready-made angle. Unfortunately, already looks like McMahons are using the Shield to do their dirty work (Big Show, Ziggler). And they are going to have their hands full with the new team of Show//Henry.
Until the final angle, it still would have worked: They took out Ziggler and Show for money because they didn't CARE about ZIggler and Show.... Bryan, OTOH, is "One Of Them" in terms of how he came up.
But the final segment is the final segment. It works, but I kinda like MY version better ;->
Not exactly thrilled with how Bryan was booked here. He leaves without incident when Stephanie orders him to, he comes back, walks into what looks like a certain ambush, loses after a valiant fight, still makes it into the ring only to be completely destroyed...while being verbally berated by Triple H.
It's not so much the booking, heels need to go over, but I think they could have made him look a tad bit stronger directly after SummerSlam. Triple H is going to test me with his mocking interview style.
