So what would happen if Harry Harris didn't get injured whilst holding the NAWA World Championship? Actually it depends on what time you're thinking of, the 2003-early 2004 reign with the knee injury or the neck injury.
First let's take a look at the NAWA Title lineage as it is from Harry Harris's first championship reign on:
Harris beats Raven(WrestleClash II)
Raven beats Harris(NAWA Glory 1/3/04)
**Raven stripped of the title**
Ron Waterman wins Luck of the Draw for Vacant Title.
Dark Warrior beat Ron Waterman for title at WrestleClash III
Harry Harris won NAWA World Title over Warrior at StarClash 04
**broken neck by Harris, title vacated***
Miles Stylish won the NAWA World Title from Ron Waterman at Reality Check 2005
Christopher Daniels won over Miles Stylish at Truth or Consequences 2005
Miles Stylish won NAWA World Title over Christopher Daniels at StarClash 2005.
Raven won over Miles Stylish and Harry Harris in Triple Threat Match at Reality Check 2004.
Teddy Hart beat Raven at WrestleClash V
Harry Harris beat Teddy Hart to win his third championship at Reality Check 2006.
So if Harry Harris doesn't get injured in 2004, the lineage will go something like this.
-Ron Waterman defeated Harry Harris at WrestleClash III to end his year long title reign.
-Teddy Hart wins the Luck of Draw 2005 and becomes the NAWA World Champion at Reality Check 2005.
-Raven won the NAWA World Championship over Teddy Hart on WrestleClash IV.
-Miles Stylish won the NAWA World Championship over Raven on the Glory shortly after WrestleClash IV.
As for after that, well we can only begin to guess, as I only booked up until that point after Harry Harris's knee injury. The butterfly effect is in effect here.
-Ron Waterman gets his title reign, although a bit later..
-Teddy Hart's title win is much earlier.
-Raven's second title reign happens much, much, later.
-Miles Stylish's title reign happens later.
-No Warrior title win.
So, Harry Harris's second aborted by a title run injuries, what was planned to happen?:
-CM Punk wins the 2005 Gold Rush Tournament and beats Harris for the title at Night of Rogues 2005. Something something, NAWA version of Summer of Punk.
-Ron Waterman wins his second NAWA World Championship in a Fatal Four Way Match over Raven, Harry Harris, and CM Punk at WrestleClash IV.
-Miles Stylish wins the NAWA World Championship over Ron Waterman at Reality Check 2006, obviously wins the 2006 Luck of the Draw.
-Kurt Angle defeated Miles Stylish at StarClash 06 to win the championship.
Talk about big changes with the canon:
-CM Punk gets a brief NAWA World Championship reign in the summer of 2005. He's put in a Fatal Four Way Match against three former NAWA World Champions to prevent him from walking on RAW or Smackdown for NAWA World Championship. Waterman pins Harris and Raven pins Punk, which had to happen for Raven to blow off that issue from this feud. Then Waterman pins Raven to become the NAWA World Champion for a second time.
-Harris's second championship reign is three months longer and he doesn't win the championship at Reality Check 2007, to set up his recent heel turn.
-Miles Stylish gets the championship one year later than he did in real life. After Ron Waterman runs with the ball as champion for the second time.
-Kurt Angle wins the championship and obviously in NAWA-Earth Two, he's the reigning champion.
-No Daniels title win, no third Raven reign, no record breaking title reign for Teddy Hart. Ron Waterman breaks his own record as champion instead.
Also, Ron Waterman was supposed to beat Miles Stylish to win the NAWA World Championship at WrestleClash IV, and Harry Harris was supposed to win the 2006 Luck of the Draw as it did happen and beat Waterman for the championship. But since that match was forever and always cursed, Waterman gave notice shortly before WrestleClash IV. Harris's recent heel turn would have been a year earlier as well. He likely would had a very lengthy run as champion. Which kind of might be playing with fire given how injury prone he is.
Christian and Miles Stylish was supposed to wrestle in a TLC Match at WrestleClash V for the International Championship, but Christian got injured.
